Only had this car since February (we only in June) and not only did they not tell me the air was going out but dead smack in the middle of 117 degree weather my air just goes out. And now it’s going to cost me over $2000 to get fixed. Then you have these rude people who works at their finance company. I’m over this. Paying this car off & getting rid of it. I can’t believe how they took advantage of my situation.

Excellent service. Would recommend 100%. Went down there with my dad to get my first car and they worked with us on so many different things. Not only that, the car was a little dirty on the inside and had sun damage on the back and they offered to clean the inside AND repaint it which was absolutely HUGE. I HAVE A PREVIOUS REVIEW WHERE YES I STATE THAT THEY DO HAVE AMAZING SERVICE BUT ARE NOT WELL ORGANIZED WITH THEIR PAPERWORK!! UNFORTUNATELY HAD TO WRITE THIS REVIEW AND LOWER THE STARS!! We lost our dmv appt last week due to the missing EDRS PAPER NOW WE GOT REJECTED BECAUSE THE VEHICLE HADNT BEEN SMOGED SINCE 2017 and the dealership said it was smog!! WE ENDED UP PAYING MORE MONEY IN ODER TO GET IT REGISTERED ....

My fire department bought a vehicle from them back in November or December of 2019. The staff was great. No hassle sale men and the best part is they are willing to take care of you and treat you like family. My wife went to them this month and bought a car from them just because of how great they were last year. The financing is easy and quick. Horrible sold us a car in may 2020 and tried getting ahold of them since June 2020 with no one returning phone calls. Finally someone told us to come in and the mechanic couldnt speak English or understand what the problem was. Israel owner lol was a joke extremely rude and no help. $4000 later no resolution. NO ONE should ever buy a car from them. We have spoken to the owner who in turn was extremely rude and said there was NOTHING he could do. That was after 7 months trying to get a call back because the lot was always locked up even when having an appointment or time set up. We had to wait 30 mins horrible customer service. Poor car quality. Answer answered nothing and they still have done nothing to help rectify to the situation
