If I could give this dealership negative stars I would, but unfortunately 1 star is as low as it goes. I bought a vehicle here and when driving it home realized the break light was out, and that was only the beginning. Ive owned the vehicle for 60 days and it has been back to the dealership 6 times for different issues, 5 of which I had no loaner. This last time we took the vehicle out of town as they assured us it had no more issues. While driving the car lost power, lights in the dash, and outside lights started flickering on and off, my husband was going 75 mph (the speed limit) on a one way highway, in the middle of no where, with our 3 year old in the car and the car loses power. Luckily, we made our destination and contacted Patrick the sales manager whos brother owned the car previously (btw) and he says theyll fix it or get us into another vehicle, at this point I want another vehicle as they have told us over and over nothing is wrong, yet every time, something else happens. Now Patrick avoids calls and emails for a week, when he finally does contact us he says he cant do anything for us and we have to take the car back. We came in with money down, an excellent credit score, and no negative equity. We have been beyond understanding and they screw us, were stuck with a vehicle they say they fixed, again, just like the other 5 times prior. A vehicle that is unsafe and unreliable. I definitely do not recommend this dealership, FIND ANOTHER DEALERSHIP!!!!!
I was driving back from NY/NJ. Had to purchase a Audi in a hurry. Found one online. Talked to the saleswoman Leah Young. Reserved car. Came into the dealership when I got back to Vegas. Bought the car within three hours, painless. Leah made my buying experience great. Justin made the finance paperwork quick and easy. Will be back in the future.
I bought a car from them 2 months ago and realized the detailing on my car was terribly performed, and there was no battery test done, as my car died 8 days after I drove it off the lot. I called and replied to their reviews with a great rating of my service with Chris who helped us buy the car, and negative rating of how my car was taken away from the lot. I was able to talk to a service manager, Chris, who was very helpful, and assured he would pass my issues along. It has been 2 months and I still haven’t heard from the GM. I paid good money for my vehicle, to have it shipped from California and to have it shipped to Las Vegas and for it to be in good working order.It is unacceptable and disrespectful for a dealership to send away a car with sticky substances on the dash, windows, cup holders, grass in my backseat when folded down, and a dead battery.
Customer service and integrity are first rate. Our son had, what he thought were, a number of problems with his A3. We live in Albuquerque NM and as such I had no way to evaluate the car or be present during the service appointment.We were concerned as to what to expect.When we were contacted about the results of the evaluation we were told that the car was fine. No issues or service codes were found. We were not charged for anything. Not even the diagnostics or service time.This is a breath of fresh-air as we were expecting a rather sizable bill; given our experiences with other auto repair and service facilities. A big thank you to Audi Las Vegas on Sahara Blvd. we can highly recommend them.Thanks again.
One of the easier car buying experiences that I have ever had. I had an appointment with Jaime and when I got there he had the car we were discussing ready for a test drive. Almost immediately after I got there, we were already in the road. When it came to discussing a price, he did everything that he could to get me the beat deal possible. If I’m in the area again when my new lease is up, definitely going to go to the same dealer in that dealership.

I absolutely love this location. I love it enough that I drive all the way from Seven Hills to see my service tech and sales guy. I have had Mercedes and BMW and I have never had the same quality of service I get at Audi. I hope Tom in sales and Eric in service both know how amazing they are and how grateful I am for the service they provide and the effort to put in to make me happy. I have never picked up a dirty car from Audi and it goes to show what it really means to drive luxury.

I had a really smooth and easy experience at Audi Las Vegas thanks to Chris Pocino. I went in looking for a used car. The one I thought I wanted was not what I expected. Thankfully, Chris was very helpful with trying to find the perfect car for me. He sent me quite a few selections via email and gave me his top suggestions based on my budget. I am very happy with the customer service I was given, and Chris even checked in on me and my new purchase weeks after. Overall, I can say I was in good hands at Audi Las Vegas.
My husband and I were preparing for the day to be an all day task. As this is what we had before at other places. I came in knowing exactly what car I wanted to check out. Tom grabbed the keys and off we went for a test drive. A short 2.5 hours later I had a new car. Thank you Tom for making the experience quick and painless. My experience thus far with Audi Las Vegas has been excellent. From start to finish, Joann Z. has taken care of me. She took the time to walk me through the trade in process and helped me get as much value as possible to equal out the balance on my old car. I came in the dealership planning to just sell my old car until I can save money to buy my dream car but ended up going home with my dream car which is the Audi Q5. We came here after looking at several other dealerships and this was easily the best one. We were helped by Joann mainly but all the people are super nice and accommodating and genuinely seemed like they cared to give us the best possible offer for the car we liked. On top of that the place is very very clean and has an almost futuristic look on the inside. We ended up buying an A4 and its been about a month and we couldnt he happier. The only regret i have is nothing coming here sooner! It wouldve saved us alot of unpleasant meetings at other dealers.

I originally inquired for a vehicles availability online at Audi Las Vegas. I was contacted my Leah Mayo, a sales associate who called me immediately. We talked about what I needed in a vehicle and the fact that inventory was extremely low and hard to come by. Nevertheless, within a week or two she found my vehicle at a sister dealership and had it shipped to Las Vegas. She communicated consistently and worked hard for the sale and if it werent for her going above and beyond I would not be driving my beautiful Q7.

Good and bad experience so only 3 stars. I appreciated the sales rep so quickly responding to my inquiry about a car advertised for sale on their website. He was very professional and courteous.However, I asked him if the vehicle had any smells, such as pet odor or cigarette smoke because I didnt want to drive 2 hours for a test drive only to find that the car smelled badly. He said he would check and let me know. He emailed me back and said car looked great, no smells.I wore an N95 mask during my test drive due to a mask mandate in Nevada, so couldnt smell anything and trusted the sales reps original report to me of no bad smells. The car was in great shape and I decided to buy the car. When it was delivered to me several days later and I drove it the first time without a mask? It smelled heavily of both pet odor and Italian food.Also, the car was not terribly clean even when I was inspecting it on the lot. The sales rep told me on the lot there would be no additional detailing before delivery. That surprised me from an Audi dealership to not offer delivery of a clean vehicle. There were oil spots on the interior fabric near the rear door, the windows were all spotted with hard water residue, and the panoramic sun roof had dirty soiled spots on it.I also, unfortunately, made the mistake of not opening the hood during my inspection. The first time I opened it after delivery? The engine bay looked as if it had never been cleaned. This was a really disappointing discovery and out of character for an Audi dealership to deliver a car in such shape considering the cost of even a used Audi at a dealer lot. These are the details Audi buyers appreciate so much.I test drove dozens of vehicles and specifically many Audis in many states before visiting Audi Las Vegas. All of these vehicles were in pristine condition, fully detailed with sparkling clean engines. I think I took it for granted that a dealer vehicle would have a clean engine. It seems Audi Las Vegas is lagging in this aspect of customer satisfaction.Despite these few lapses, overall my experience was positive. The dealership also did provide a short warranty period (90 days/4,000 miles) which was appreciated.
Always have a great experience with the service center at Audi Las Vegas. The inspection video is a great way to see everything going on with my car. They also keep you posted on status of the service and make the whole process very seamless.
My wife, my friends and I had a great experience at AutoNation Audi. I was lucky enough to work with Naod. Immediately we got along and he understood what I was looking for in a vehicle. Communication with him was the best part (text/call/ email) everything went smoothly. He fought to get me more money on my trade in because I just put on new tires.I picked up a 2019 Audi S5 Sportsback. It still needed its Certified preowned inspection. Naod updated me as much as possible. When it looked like pickup was going to be delayed another day (because the car needed new brakes/pad/rotors) he was able to encourage the mechanic to get it done that day.Having someone in your corner at a vehicle dealership is rare and Naod made buying my first Audi a fantastic experience. When my buddy finally decides to drop his Dodge Ram and get into an Audi, Ill pull up Naods number that I have programmed in my phone.

Every time I call the parts department, I am on hold for atleast 10 min. One time it was a solid 20 min. This is not the way to business. Audi Henderson parts department never puts me on hold when I call. As I write this review have been on hold for 17 min. Probably a leadership problem.

Purchasing my Q7 was one of the easiest car buying experiences I’ve ever had. There was no pressure, staff was amazing and so informative. I traded in my Q5 for an upgrade because I wanted the bigger vehicle. They helped me find the one I needed with the amenities I wanted like a tow hitch and low miles on a used Q7. They gave me an awesome trade in value too. I recommend Audi to everyone. I am so in love with my new car.

In the past 21 years, my wife and I have owned 4 VWs, 2 Mercedes Benz and 2 BMWs. Were not rich. Were normal working salaried employees who just happened to be fans of German engineered cars. There are a lot of considerations when we purchase any vehicle and weve many mistakes in the past. We know what works and what doesnt when it comes to our vehicle finances. We went through this similar thought process when we recently decided on the purchase of our first Audi. Let me tell you, we dont know why we waited this long to get one. Were impressed with the way it looks and drives. Eveline is a true professional. She facilitated all our needs from answering questions, arranging for a test drive and the rest of the buying process. Thank you Alex for letting me test drive and thank you Rodolfo for showing me the vehicles bells and whistles. The Service folks are also outstanding (5/5 stars to this point). And then theres Finance. I understand its a business but I dont prefer fries with my burger. I dont appreciate that I get challenged, harassed and judged by that decision and certainly not appreciate the treatment after the fact. Travis Shaw is the reason we wont be going back to Audi Las Vegas for our next Audi.
Quickly found and repaired the issue. Was very honest and clear on issue and payment responsibility. Since this was an ongoing issue they did not ask for or require payment.

The price for servicing vehicles is astronomical. $343 for an oil change and brake fluid change on a 2019 A4 that is leased from them directly. I don’t really see the point in getting service done there. They said it would originally take 2 hours but 2 turned into 3 for some pretty basic service. At least they didn’t try to upswell me on anything else at that point and the staff was ok. Not rude not friendly just kind of there.

I had a great experience from the moment I started talking to Daniel S. He came outside in 110 degrees and with a big smile asked if he could help me. I told him what I was looking for in a car since my Jaguar was totaled in an accident a couple weeks ago. We talked about the different models Audi offers and what would work best for me and my lifestyle. Daniel never pushed me towards what he thought I could afford or should drive. After a couple of test drives in different models. I had found the one for me. I went with a two door and wanted to make sure it wouldn’t be an issue for my kids. So later that day I went back with the family. Daniel wasn’t there but Chester helped me out while I was there. He went out of his way to go get the car and bring it up to us so we could all see it together. The wife and the kids got in with no problems and everyone loved the look of the new car. It has all the features I need and wanted in a new car. Thank you Chester for the help. I wanted something a little nicer than base so I went with the S series and I couldn’t be happier. I have had the car for a little over a week and the entire team has been nothing short of amazing. If you need a new car and want to feel like the person who is helping you actually cares. You should check the Audi dealer on Sahara. Daniel was the best but from what I experienced anyone over there would be a great to work with. Thank you Daniel and the entire team for your efforts.

After having skipped an annual service in 2020 due to COVID-19 concerns, I was surprised not to be welcomed by an Audi service representative upon arrival for my scheduled appointment. Aside from that slight inconvenience, the service was as superb as I recalled from previous visits. Erik processed my paperwork efficiently, arranged a loaner vehicle, and called me when my Audi was ready for pickup. Upon my return to the dealership to pickup my Audi, Erik reviewed the servicing, including addressing and resolving a specific question I had. Overall, a great experience.
Rod is an absolute rock star. I suggest anyone going in for an Audi to go and see him - patient, friendly, knowledgeable, everything you want your sales representative to be. He took the time to introduce us to everyone we would need, set us up with training for a tech specialist from his team to have our car configured the way we like and introduced us to our service manager. We also had a fantastic experience with Justin, who made sure we left with the service packages and protection we required but advised on the items that we wouldnt need. Overall, a phenomenal experience at Audi Las Vegas!
I had an issue with my car while I was driving from California. I called from the road and was given an appt the next day. I requested a loaner (which I normally don’t do) because I was not sure how long the issue would take. My associate, Kevin, helped me get a loaner, kept me informed daily of the issue with my car and it was done ahead of schedule. In these times with Covid pushing everything back and many services are delayed, I could not have asked for better service. I have been with Audi now 2 years and this is the best guy I have had so far. I’m happy customer!!
I purchased a 2021 Audi R8 in February 2021, and they still have not registered my car as of 10/15/2021. Initially, I assumed that they may have been backed up and was reassured that it would be done in a few days. Later, I went there in person after my dealer tag expired and was told that it would take another week but not to worry. Months went by and I continued my communication with the person assigned to register my car. 3 months later, I reached out again to Jamie, my salesman, who apologized and said it would be taken care of right away. Still nothing. Unbelievable. Jamie has been great and very professional so maybe this is out of his control. I had a wonderful experience prior to purchasing but afterwards was not met with the minimal customer care that is expected. I have texted back and forth with the person responsible for my registration and 8 months later still nothing. I have purchased multiple supercars but never had this happen before. With a demanding schedule I have been struggling to find the time to determine who can actually help me. Extremely frustrating!
Came in to get parts for my S5. I live about 2 hours away and this is the closest audi dealer. I called a week before to confirm they had them in inventory, which the guy at the parts counter said yes. Called the day prior, yes the were in stock. Made the trip out only to be disappointed. Walked in and waited about 10 minutes for the parts guy (wish I could remember his name) to greet me with “what do you want?” to which I asked for all the parts I needed. In response, the guy at the counter said that he does not have them in stock. I explained that I called many times to confirm that they had them. Parts guy said that it wasn’t his problem to fix and that I needed to go somewhere else. I asked if Audi Henderson had them in stock and he said that he couldn’t look up their inventory, that it wasn’t his problem, and that I should go. Absolutely the least helpful person I’ve dealt with. It was my fault for not putting the parts on will call or even ordering them myself, but the treatment from the parts guy was pathetic. Will not be returning with my cars ever.
Wonderful service experience at this dealership. Met with Ariane who was friendly and on-point in terms of communication. Was provided a loaner since it was the 50K service (plus other requests) which was a nice unexpected perk. Tech sent me a video mid-job to confirm recommendations and repairs. Will certainly be back for future services.
Very nice and thorough each time I have been there. People courteous and helpful when in person visits. On line appointments quick and easy with follow up. Phone system is impersonal and difficult to get through to speak to a person, only issue.

I found Leah, my internet manager and Sales person quite resourceful while having the right balance of reaching out to me and allowing me space to make a decision. I literally accomplished my purchase via internet inquiry and texting questions and answers which flowed between both her and I. This was the first non GM vehicle I have purchased since 1984 and so far I am really enjoying the 2022 Audi Q3. I hope to find my experience with the service department as enjoyable as I have with my sales person and her managers who made my purchase literally seamless.

Good job on the work performed and the video to show some of the work being done. However, 4 star rather then 5 due to the drop off time of my vehicle was 9:20 (appointment time) and the car wasnt worked on till after noon. I was without the vehicle and was not given a free loaner for the entire day from 9:20 to about 3:30 pm. (big inconvenience)
This place was great. We have been to a number of dealers before we decided to check out Audi. Chris was very attentive and highly accommodating. He answered all our questions and was very convincing. We were impressed, hence, our decision to purchase was easily made.
I was very impressed with the service I received from the Audi of Las Vegas service department. I took my RS3 in for an electrical issue that was covered under warranty. My service advisor Eric was great to work with. I was never left waiting, everyone was very polite and professional, and the repairs were done when I was told they would be. I was even given an A5 Sportback as a loaner while my car was getting fixed.

Bought a used BMW x5 and relied on the description of my sales lady. car came as described and very clean as she said. Great to have a sales person like that. The only missing star is coming from the Nevada DMV which is a big issue for out of state buyers. They have their own ideas of processing the title after purchase and I am waiting and waiting.

Joann regularly checks in with me to see how I like my car (I love it), to make sure everything is working correctly and gets back to me quickly if I have any questions. The team at Desert Audi service department continues to impress me. My car troubles were diagnosed quickly by the technician (worn front end links and corroded coolant tank) and it’s was all fixed as soon as the parts for my vintage 2004 Audi A4 Quattro Sport Wagon with 160,000 miles were delivered. My “older” car runs great again and I am completely satisfied with the level of care I received by my service advisor Wido and the technician. Thanks again.

On a weekend in May 2021, our Audi Q7 had engine issues while we were exploring remote portions of Utah. The car had to be towed to the nearest Audi dealer which happened to be Audi Las Vegas. We were so lucky to get hooked up with a great service advisor (Carl) who reached out to us first thing Monday morning to confirm that he had our vehicle and would work on it right away. It took several days to get our car fixed as the needed replacement parts had to be ordered from another location. We were provided a loaner so we could get around while we waited for our vehicle to be repaired. Carl gave us daily updates on the status of our car and was very responsive to our many inquiries about the status of our vehicle. Carl made us feel at ease despite the major disruption to our travel schedule as we were on a cross country road trip from Miami, FL to the West coast. Our many thanks to Carl and his team who were able to fix our engine issues. We left Audi Las Vegas feeling secure that we would not have any further issues with our beloved Q7.
