The service department is terrific, especially Carlos who is knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I recently came in to get a new battery. Carlos was able to get me in before the techs went to lunch and said it would be 2 hrs. It was exactly 2 hrs. In addition to changing my battery, Certified Technician Alex did an inspection of the under carriage and checked my tires and brakes. I received a text video of him showing me what he did. I appreciated this so much and it made me feel like I was in good hands. My husband of 22 yrs passed away not too long ago, so dealing with car issues is new for me and can feel intimidating. I highly recommend BMW of Las Vegas.

I recently had a great experience with BMW Las Vegas. I was shopping online and looked a few different vehicles before I visited BMW Las Vegas in person to see the vehicle I was interested in.I worked with Jeff and he was friendly, knowledgeable and overall helped make the process very easy. The Finance Manager, Feng was also friendly and helpful with guiding me through the purchase process. The GM, Eric was also very helpful with my buying experience and made sure I was happy with everything. I used their service to get my vehicle registration and plates taken care of and Samantha was awesome and communicating with me along the way to take care of that. Overall the team at BMW Las Vegas are what you would expect from a car dealership.

Great experience at this BMW of Las Vegas! I flew in out of state to buy a car from these guys (it was a risk without seeing it and test driving it) and everything went very smoothly. The staff/team were very nice and helpful (Zach, thank you!). The car was super clean inside out, well maintained and we are very happy with the purchase. The service team itself is wonderful and friendly, however, this dealership NEVER has loaner cars and/or has a 2 month wait. Given these are high end luxury cars that promise a loaner as part o fetch servicing, it is disappointing that customers are told to wait in the service center for many hours - my car had to stay at the dealership for 2 days! No loaner vehicle after numerous requests made.

This was originally a 1 star review. I had to take a Uber to and from the dealership while my car was worked on. The cost was $60. I was not happy about not getting a car or a ride and having to pay out of pocket. The GM called me directly, and made everything right. He refunded me back my $60, and couldnt have been nicer on the phone. Because of that I am upgrading my review to 5 star for going above and beyond.

It was my first time buying a car by myself without any co-signers and I’ve had nothing but an excellent experience here at BMW of Las Vegas. Amin Abdel-Kadera was my salesman and he’s awesome! He spent over a week emailing and calling me back and forth to help me find the perfect car and he helped make the buying process extremely easy. I’m very happy with my 430i Gran Coupe with the M Sport Package. Even after purchase, Amin still contacts me to see if I have any questions about the car and it’s little details like that which make you feel valued as a customer. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone in the Las Vegas area looking for a new, used, or certified pre-owned BMW. They really are the Ultimate Driving Machine.

Recently purchased two vehicles from BMW Las Vegas (an X6 and a pre-owned 19 Ram 2500 truck off their used side). Albert, the sales/customer representative was extremely helpful. We had a battery issue on the Ram within the first few days- BMW replaced the batteries (big truck- 2 batteries) and had the local Ram dealer to an inspection to make sure everything was as it should be (vehicle is still under warranty, but nice of them to handle this). They have also followed up several times to make sure everything was satisfactory with both vehicles. I would purchase from them for their guest service alone.

I took my car in for some issues with the parking brake and my convertible wasn’t working as well. My service writer Leon was awesome. The mechanics really took their time to make sure they knew exactly what was going on with my car. Luckily I just needed a software update for the brake and the top was a simple fix. Leon kept in touch and got me out of there for a reasonable price. I had previously taken it somewhere else and they quoted me for things I obviously didn’t need. I appreciate BMW’s employees integrity and knowledge about my car. I will definitely always call Leon for any problems with my car.

Time and time again, this establishment is always an unpleasant experience. This is more so in regards to after-sale service. The GM and the Service manager should take a visit across the street to Mercedes and see how amazingly organize they are with their flow of operation.But either way, BMW here in Vegas knows that they can run it how ever they want because there is no other BMW competition.I have left a lengthy review after the purchase of the 2 the M cars we got with no follow up.Either way. BMW Vehicle are amazing luxury vehicles.Spending your money at this dealership is not a luxurious experience.BMW.. Please DO Contact me!! We have a nail in our one of our tire and we called to schedule it for the next day and they gave us a schedule that time normally it’s going to be in 2 or 3 days but they have a open schedule. Frank is our service advisor he is a nice person he fix our problem and he saw we have service coming up but instead going back the next service he said he will do it now since we already there. Me and my wife is so happy how they did the service both for the crew who did our car and for Frank too.

Not helpful! I tired to buy a car here. They wanted my trade in and $6,000 for a used car. To me that is crazy especially for a used 2018 car with over 23,000 miles. I told them I could buy a NEW car somewhere else with my trade in, no money down and get my payment to where I needed it. Since they did not care, that is what I did!! They lost my business! This seems to be the norm with some dealerships.

Havent driven recently but awoke to having All Four tires with Low Pressure!! Tried a couple of gas stations only to find nonworking air pumps so I tried going to BMW since it was only a few blocks from where I was...Thank Goodness I did!! They filled the tires and made sure that the TPS was reset properly!! Kudos and Many Thanx!!

Great place. Very chill reception and waiting area. Great service from all the staff.The diagnostic and repairs processes were all smooth. Really helped us out when we had some sudden car trouble during a road trip from LA to Utah.They ran out of coffee and the coffee maker was out of options (would have been cool if they threw in some milk so we could have fancier drinks--lol!), but otherwise it was all good.

BMW of Las Vegas provides excellent customer care. The experience here is just fantastic(special thanks to my sales agent Krystal)! She keeps me updated while I was waiting for my new car to be delivered (which takes 2 months!). While I was flying here she even picked me up and bought me a lunch:) The customer care extends beyond the purchase and they are always happy to answer any questions you have about the vehicle which is fantastic. Probably the worst service we’ve ever had at any dealership!!! Made an appointment for 9/15/21, at 9:30 am. Was assigned Carlos Castro as our service advisor . We were to find out why our backup camera wasn’t working. Carlos said he would call us after lunch for what they found, he never called, we had to call at 3:30, he said they had to order a new camera and have it at 10:00 the next morning, so we left our car told it would take a couple of hours to install and would call before noon that day for a pickup time . Never heard anything again so we called again at 3:30, and was told the bracket wasn’t ordered to install the camera., he said the bracket wouldn’t be in till the following week !!!! I told him it was totally unacceptable to get no phone call back, he then told me if I waited till next Thursday, I could bring the car straight in and it would be done in a couple hours . He said he’d call me Wednesday for the confirmed time to bring it back in . No call Wednesday, No call Thursday, I called Thursday afternoon and talk to a service manager, he apologized said it was unacceptable but no bracket was ever ordered!! We were visiting from Florida, spent 2 days with no car and nothing was ever done! Worst service ever !!

Actually it was a nice visit for our service.But after we went home I left a message to Tyler our service coordinator a question which he never found a time to answer me back. Since our odometer light panel are not working,I asked him if he had the chance to know our mileage at that time of service by putting a key in our ignition which he did before when we applied for your promotion of the three year oil change.I just wanted to record it so at least we know how many miles we would have for one year. Our salesman Amin was fantastic to work with. I bought this truck online and was very happy with the help we received from Amin and the financing staff. Unfortunately when the truck was delivered to Arizona we immediately found a problem with the A/C not working and a loud noise in the engine compartment.. We took the truck to a Dodge dealer and were informed that the Compressor was bad and had been not working for an extended period. My complaint is with the dealership management and the department that goes over used vehicles when the come in. As of now we have not received a response from management regarding my request for monetary compensation but I will update my post if they step up and do the right thing. With this situation unresolved I would not recommend buying a used vehicle from this dealership at this time.

I took my car in for a brake fluid check per my car system recommendation. I also had an a/c. I was told that my battery needed to be replaced at the cost of $2500. I was also told that my car needed several other service items done that did not show up on the system recommendation. There has never been any indication whatsoever of a battery problem. I have never had to flush the brake fluid system in any car I have owned. I was also told that the a/c could not be checked until the battery had been replaced. In summary, I would not go back to this dealership. They want to do as much as they can get away with whether it is needed or not. Its a money thing there, not what is best for the customer.

I recently purchased a vehicle at this location, which was picked up from the Henderson location and the car gave me a notification that it was due for service. As it turned out it was in error and the vehicle was not due for service. My experience with BMW of Las Vegas was negative. I went into the BMW of Las Vegas to purchase a BMW 330i.I made an appointment with a sale person, but I showed up early and the salesperson wasn’t available. I even waited until my appointment time and still he was unavailable. I knew the car I wanted and went to the dealership 5 time and couldn’t get a test drive. I eventually started looking online for cars and went BMW Henderson. At BMW in Henderson the sale people took me on test drives and even worked with me on purchasing a car from out of state. I even purchased my car from BWM Henderson. Robert Crampton my sales person took the time to and listen to what I wanted in a vehicle and he was able to first a car for me in the same day. I thought to myself how many time did I walk by what I wanted when I spent multiple trips and months dealing with the BMW Las Vegas people. In summary I do enjoy my BMW 530I and the service and treatment received in Henderson, but I would never recommend anyone go to the dealership in Las Vegas.

I have no issues leaving this review because I have just learned my mom has been denied getting maintenance on her car for the past 2 years even though weve paid for the extended warranty. The reason being the service manager did not feel she qualified.What the heck does that mean. She has to beg and call multiple times in order to get an appointment. This is a total violation of the warranty.So no, this place is awful.

This is by far the worst car dealership I have ever had to deal with. Purchasing a luxury car you would think that they would be more service oriented. I had a terrible buying experience here and now I’ve been trying to get a refund on an extended warranty for a few months. I understand that they are not inclined to help me since I am not purchasing, actually asking for money back, but this process shouldnt be so difficult. Michael, one of the finance managers never calls me back and is never available to speak with. I am considering submitting a complaint to BMW USA since this dealership is making me not own a BMW and I’ve been a loyal BMW customer owning my 3rd one.

I purchased my X3M Competition and subsequently sold it back to BMW of Las Vegas after 2 years. The X3M was a great SUV but I decided I wanted something else. I worked with Albert Weisser on both occasions and he provided excellent customer service. He is very honest and a straight shooter. While some salespersons only care about making the sale (and you never hear from them again), that is not the case with Albert. Even after I purchased the X3M Competition, Albert stayed in touch to make sure I had a wonderful ownership experience (for almost 2 years!). When I had a title issue that caused a delay in finalizing the sale of my X3M, Albert spent approximately 10 days addressing and subsequently fixing the issue (even though it was not his fault). If you are considering a BMW, ask for Albert Weisser!

The dealership is always nice to visit. The technical workflow is smooth, and the wait time is at least comfortable. They use to have a shuttle van for those who did not (or could not wait around for their car). As a BMW employee I am disappointed in the service I received. While they appeared professional I think their management was lacking. I booked a week in advance an oil change for my X7 test vehicle for 11:30am. I arrived on time and they did not provide me my car until 2:45pm when they told me it would take 1-2 hours. They did not stagger there lunch break they let all the tech take it at the same time. Additionally they did not wash the car as they said they would, nor inflate the tires, etc. Be honest with customers on timing and service they provide. To all reading this I am sorry if you have a similar experience. Please stay a valued BMW customer, maybe just use a different dealer.

This place is horrible! They are all smiles and handshakes while your purchasing your vehicle but after they become your worst nightmare! I’m still trying to get my money back from all these warranties and coverages that I was told I needed to purchase my car when all I NEEDED was proof of income! I have been trying to get the warranties cancelled for over a month! Oh and the management is even worse! You have to explain yourself over and over! Then they treat you like they’re doing you a favor! I would NEVER recommend anyone to do business here for anything not service or buying a car! Micheal the finance manager HORRIBLE!!! K in finance HORRIBLE AND A LIAR!!!! Omar SALES manager HORRIBLE!!!! you have to speak to several different ppl just to get ONE THING DONE!!! Oh and the GENERAL MANAGER NEVER REACHES OUT! I leased a vehicle from BMW of Las Vegas, my experience has been great.Miles U was very helpful and friendly, he answered all my questions. I live in another state and explained to him over the phone what I was looking for in a car.....He made sure that I received everything that I was looking for and he stayed in touch with me throughout the whole lease process. I was very happy with the car when it was delivered to me. I bought a previously owned BMW last year. When my car notified me the oil level was low, I had brought it in for service at this dealership. Frank Hughes and his associate reacted quickly and in a professional manner by asking questions on my history with this car. Frank explained that this may only need the oil level topped off. I felt he had done a thorough job giving advice to me and had requested I wait in the lounge for a few minutes until he take care of this. I am an older man so I am impressed when I see this kind of service, however it didn’t stop there. I was not away for more than 5 minutes when I was informed my car was ready. When I asked for my bill Frank said that there is no charge. I am impressed with this dealer service and believe that this gentleman genuinely cared.Thank you for having such a great guy on your team.Larry G.

Erica was terrific as were all of the other staff at BMW of Las Vegas. I was shopping for a specific type of car and stopped at every car lot on Sahara. Every lot had a sales person speak with me. They all told me that there was nothing in Vegas to fit what I wanted. Erica told me the same thing, but was the only one that said, let me find it for you. So she did. We had my car shipped in from California. Thank you for going the extra 568 miles! I love my new car.

DAndre in service helped me with new tires, brakes, spark plugs, and general servicing for my BMW M235i. These were all items I was tracking I needed; I felt like he was very fair and helpful. He was able to offer me competitive pricing, great customer service, and set me up with a courtesy vehicle free of charge so I could go to work. Furthermore, when I went to pick up the car, he saw that the wheels were still dirty (gel/grease used for tire installation) so he cleaned them himself by hand. I was very impressed and thankful. At other dealerships Ive felt like the staff was just trying to sell me something else the whole time, not the case here. Highly recommend.

My fuel pump cracked during a weekend drive to Las Vegas in July. Potentially very dangerous to drive back in these conditions. I showed up as a walk in on a fully booked Saturday but Carlos and crew recognized the importance of my situation and got it fixed for me that day so I could drive home in time for work this week. I had air suspension issues for over a year. I documented 30 days in a journal. Service was done at Little Rock, Arkansas and in St Louis, Missouri but the problem was never completely fixed. As of now, a couple weeks after my fix in Las Vegas, I have yet to experience the problem I was having. I hope to get an issue with my head unit console resolved which has also been an ongoing problem…Thank you

After discovering my BMW had a very flat tire I had it towed to BMW dealership on Sahara Ave, LV. I bought my “certified” used BMW 320i, from a BMW dealership in Fresno, CA. It was my understanding that as a “certified” BMW it met all the standards of BMW, which would include run flat tires, this was not the case with my car. I want to thank Tyler at BMW LV so much for all the hard work he did in trying to figure out what was going on with my car and how to best take of the problem. Unfortunately I had to buy 4 new tires to replace the substandard tires on the car, both for safety and because the wrong tires were no longer available and the flat was not repairable. Tyler was so helpful in finding the best solution for me and for the service department as a whole for taking care of me and my car! They are an awesome team!Thanks BMW Las Vegas!
