Other than the guy standing around, playing on his phone, it was great. The receptionist was busy on the phone, so I had no choice to ask for help, which he said hell have to get someone to help. I just wanted to take a look inside the cars in the showroom... which were locked; weird.Any way, once Bill was available, he was super knowledgeable and helpful choosing an ideal family car. He even provided personal experience to help with my decision choosing the Portofino over the California. Unfortunately, they have a limited selection and I cant wait for a new build. Regardless, save yourself the time and ask for Bill.
Recently went to a beautiful event hosted by these guys and met their amazingly friendly new sales guy, Bill Story. He has been in the Ferrari biz for close to 20 years! If you have any questions about any model, Im telling you this guy is legit!
Poor Service Department. A Ferrari Dealer cant fix a Ferrari under warranty.They told us previous owner had parts arrived for the car to get fixed under warranty, which is a door panel, could fix it right in 2-3 days.So I left car to them to get fixed. 4 days later, I ask them why it still not been done yet, Service manager there told me its getting together.Then I ask him to send me some pictures, and he sent me pictures with all dash, and center console apart. I guess thats what they mean a door panel.7 days from I drop off the car, he told me things are getting done, most parts has been installed, but there are warning lights on and THEY DONT KNOW WHATS THE PROBLEM.Can you believe that? A Ferrari Dealer dont know how to fix a Ferrari under warranty, and they cause more trouble! A Ferrari dealer, such a joke! One day later, manager there told me they sent all data and warning to Ferrari headquarter to get instruction from their headquarter, and headquarter told them to take those parts apart again.Now I just dont know what to do and what to say. I dont know how many days they will need to fix the problem. Now they cant give me a certain date about when they can get things done. And they keep delay the date and they dont work on Weekend.Im very disappointed and angry about their job. The service manager there keep telling me they want to get car fixed right with some quality works.Now I just think they are not professional at all, and I doubt if they know what they are doing or not. Terrible place to service your Ferrari, dont send your beloved Ferrari here.If anyone seeing this comment and know some great attorney in Las Vegas, you can contact me to help me out.I will keep updating when things are changed. Everything start at 7/4/2018, now its 07/22/2018. So it not 7 days.Also their service manager will be Out of Town for next week, so there will be delay with response, really great time to be out of town. Thx

I have two Ferrari’s and multiple other exotics. I’ve worked with high end dealerships all over the country. The service department at Towbin is by far the worst I’ve ever encountered. The service manager is extremely rude and made it very obvious that customer service is not a priority. You will get better service at a Pep Boys. Do not recommend....you will be sorry if you try to work with these people.
The owners are some of the friendliest people that I have seen in a long time especially with this sickness all around. I really appreciated the customer service that my fiancee an I received at this location.
Wanted to take some pictures of reallly rare childhood dream cars, that were for sale inside rhe dealership. I ask to take pictures, specifically of the cars PUBLICLY FOR SALE on the website, and am told that they are not for sale. I pull up the website, and he still claims not for sale. Cool cars, horrible customer service. Provides a hostile environment to car photographers such as myself. Dissapointing experience

I had a Ferrari disabled in the California mountains seven hours from Las Vegas.I am Canadian so this had the potential to be a major dilemma. Rich Kansky made it all work and I had the car trucked over. They were waiting for it and had it turned around in hours. Was back to me in under 24 hours.So am I impressed you bet.WJ

It is a Ferrari dealership at Wynn Las Vegas. That alone should tell you a lot about what you are going to experience. They had an awesome lineup of cars... I clearly was not buying one, but the service was friendly. The only thing i would change is that they do not allow photos of the cars.. being that I am a photographer and a car enthusiast, i really wish that would change.... it is what it is. Downstairs they have an amazing line up of cars and they are parked in perfectly straight rows to which you walk down the center. They are lined up, military straight, and are cleaned impeccably. for 10 bucks, I would say do it!

Had my Maserati in for service this week and am very pleased to report it was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had with a dealership. Omar is a consummate professional who is there to take care of his customers from scheduling all the way through the service and beyond. Hands down, the best service advisor I have ever experienced. The Maserati mechanic Rony, though young, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and just good at his chosen craft. It was a sincere pleasure to meet and work with both of these gentlemen. I will continue to drive 2 hours to have my vehicles serviced by Towbin!

Have been in the market for an SUV for some time. Was debating between Range Rover and Q7, but stopped by to check out the Levante. Hassan was helpful from the beginning. Not annoying or overbearing like most car dealership staff. Friendly, down to earth, honest, easy to work with. Told him what price range I felt comfortable with, and he made it happen... over 12K below sticker. 😁Hooked us up with some free merchandise as well. Would recommend him to colleagues, friends, family alike.

Customer service was horrible we were not greeted and we were judged right off the back. Just because people look different and dress different doesnt mean your company has to judge us because we could be driving off the lot from a different company. It drives people away.
I really didnt know what to expect when shopping at a dealership with this level of luxury vehicles. Happy to report that the whole process from start to finish was unbelievable and I mean that in the best possible way. Purchasing my vehicle was so easy unlike like Ive ever experienced. Hassan was incredible straight-forward, respectful, and quick! Not for a single moment did I ever feel like I was being sold something or even judged (which I highly expected) considering I bought a Maserati wearing shorts and sandals! Leased a new Maserati from Ferrari-Maserati of Las Vegas. I had started the process on Thursday via phone to see if they would be able to match a deal I had from a much higher volume dealer in California, since I am local here. Took a few days to work out all the details but in the end I got exactly what I wanted, and picked the car up on Monday. My salesman was Hassan and the sales manager was Gene. We did have a small misunderstanding that Gene really went the extra mile on to fix, and ultimately make the deal work.The dealership itself is very nice, as to be expected based on the brands. Everyone was hospitable, the service manager Rich came out to meet me and we chatted for a while about the car. He is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.Overall a very positive experience, small hiccups are going to be part of car deals. I was very pleased in the end with both the price I paid and the way the transaction was handled.
My experience at Maserati was Excellent from start to finish. I traded in my 2016 Yukon Denali it was quick and easy.... On vacation and looking to purchase. Rude people, nobody would say hi.Every ferrari was mark with no warranty even the ones that were only a year old. There should be a factory warranty still on them.I have never been to a dealer with 0 new cars.It was alot better when Wynn had the dealership. I will not be back.

Just like most ferrari dealerships they have nice cars but wont go out of the way to help you based on how you look and dress. They dont want to waste time with someone who looks like they cant afford the car they are looking at.

Hassan Delara is a great salesman and is an asset to Towbin Ferrari and Maserati, Las Vegas. I called Towbin about a Maserati Ghibli from Salt Lake City, UT. Initially, Hassan informed me of my requested model color with upgraded features. Within 48 hours, I received a call from Hassan of a vehicle with my exact specifications around my business budget for a company car. Within 4 days, I’m at Las Vegas Towbin Ferrari Maserati picking up my car. Without Hassan Delano as my salesman, I believe this wouldn’t have happened at any other dealership for which I have previously attempted and was discouraged from the up-sell techniques or providing me options that I didn’t ask for. Hassan was very clear with his game plan and expectations of his efforts which is very uncommon for car salesmen approach in this day and age. Hassan updated me on the delivery of the car as well as preparing me for necessary documents needed upon arrival. The experience then became a team effort. This was by far the best customer and car dealership sales service I’ve ever experienced. The professionalism, clear set of objectives, detailed transaction process, fast arrival to departure from dealership (35 minutes), and exceptional customer treatment. Ferrari dealerships have been fraudulently rolling miles back on used vehicles.Many of the cars on the showroom floor at Towbin have less than 2000 miles.How does Towbin Ferrari roll back miles?..Towbin contacts the Ferrari corporate office wanting to roll back miles. Ferrari corporate generates a code based on the vehicles VIN. Towbin then uses the code and a obd2 diagnostic device to access the mileage counter and set it to another value.Ferrari sells 8000 vehicles per year, 80% of which are sold in America.

I had a very bad experience with towbins ferrari service for which i now believe the dealership to be less than honest to me.In February of 2017 i purchased a new 2017 California t.Recently the car was at service for 4 weeks and now it has a severe handling problem. Rich the service manager told me it was a tire issue. Travis the mechanic says it is the turbo chargers. Nice. I will leave the details out.Also I noticed there was nearly 40 miles added by the dealership after Rich the service advisor told me prior to picking up the car they had done minimal drive testing. When I told Rich about the excess mileage, he said he was not happy about that and he would find out how the extra mileage occured. Since bringing up that concern, i have not heard anything more from Rich regarding the subject.Before this comment I wrote a comment claiming criminal malfeasance and but was threatened by the dealership. This comment is that prior comments replacement.What is so disheartening about this ordeal is prior to its occurrence I had regularly displayed a desire to return in the near future to purchase a new 812 superfast. I had the money parked for that purpose.I am contemplating purchasing the car elsewhere or even ditching the idea entirely and purchasing another brand.
I have been entertaining buying a sports car. I like the McClaren and Ferrari.Recently I read that Ferrari Towbin and several other Ferrari dealers had been rolling back miles on used cars. The dealerships use a obd2 diagnostics reader and a secure number provided by Ferrari to roll miles back.There is a class action law suite pending in Florida.I wonder why there are many used Ferraris at Towbin for sale with an unbelievably low mileage.Has anyone else noticed the same? Is there a reasonable alternative explanation?

LOVE LOVE LOVE this dealership and the people in it! Never felt more at home. Im just a regular person that owns a 2010 Maserati Gran Turismo. What I mean by a regular person is that I dont have a huge bank account…LOL but I do like nice things! I love looking at all the eye candy in the store and dreaming...whats wrong with that? Work hard play hard, right? I have never stayed at the Wynn but would love too. Heres why I give PWFM kudos. Rich in their Maserati Service Department took my call on his personal cell phone on a Saturday when we were visiting Las Vegas attending a NASCAR race. My check engine light came on and Rich offered to come in early on Monday morning to check the car out before we started our long trip home to Northern Oregon. Any other dealership could have put us off or charged us a fortune to squeeze us in. Not this dealership. They treated us like a VIP, like a high roller…LOL in Vegas. They gave us the red carpet treatment. The check light turned out to be no big deal, they safety checked our whole car, made sure our lugs on our wheels were tight and replaced our wiper blades…all NO CHARGE. WOW! I never expected this. Penske Wynn Ferrari went the extra mile for me, a regular person…and they have earned a big fan! Im sure everyone would agree….Anytime we take our car into a dealership with the check engine light on your stomach gets a little queazy, right? Just saying these guys are trustworthy and honest. THANK YOU PWFM and Rich and the guys in Service…See you next time were in Vegas…you all have got a new friend. Maybe when we come back well even stay at the Wynn!

The car show was good but not the best Ive seen, not very dynamic and the workers there with little availability when you approached to ask some x model. I had never experienced such an unpleasant situation. The treatment was incredibly rude and lousy, specifically by one of the workers in charge of supervising the clients.At the time of making a complaint (with a friendly attitude by the way) regarding the treatment received, we received no apology, and in fact the excuse was that we were perhaps rude.The only thing that could be redeemed was the gift shop ... they had a wide variety of accessories, shirts, lotions and more.
