We took our Suburban in for an appraisal in July. We liked what we saw, but they did not have anything for us to trade our vehicle in on. Drew was awesome. He took our information down and continued to communicate with us until a vehicle we like was available. He notified us as soon as this beautiful 2021 ZR1 Suburban came in on the lot. The sales process was great and the dealership worked with us until we were comfortable with the deal. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Ed Bozarth. Absolutely amazing customer service. If I could give more stars I would. This is the first time I have bought a brand new vehicle and it was easy and just overall the best car buying experience I have ever had. All thanks to Drew Pagan the salesman taking care of me he put me in the truck I wanted and was very knowledgeable on getting me the best deal possible. We found the car we wanted online so we flew into Las Vegas to pick it up. Leo met us at the airport and took us to the dealership where our new Tahoe was washed and waiting for us. They had the paperwork ready to be filled out and in no time we were on our way. Everyone was friendly and professional.
The car needed a new engine…there was only about 12k miles on the 2020 Equinox. Luckily I didn’t buy it…it’s a lease. I feel that I was jerked around before I finally got a rental car a week later… because I insisted…. Then the car was ready two days later…I would appreciate the rental immediately if something like this happened again….. that’s one of the reasons I am leasing this time…. So it’s not my problem if something goes wrong. That’s it.
Had a great experience! Thought I would have to stay at the dealership while my car was getting serviced, but with their partnership with Lyft i didn’t have to!Robert, on the service team was awesome to deal with. Very nice.
Tyler did a fine job. Would have been nice to seen the old/ removed switch. The reason for the visit, was passenger air bar replacement.
First and last time coming here, had a 7am appointment, brought in for a service trailer brake system with ABS light. Before bringing in I replaced the broken abs wheel speed sensor, put in new fuses to make sure there good and replaced relay. Back on track I waited there till 11:30am and asked for an update, back hurting sitting around. Come to find out they havent even touched the truck yet, still working jobs from the day before. So they paid for my Lyft home, they call me at 3:30pm saying there finally getting a chance to look at the truck. An hour later they call me and mechanic asked what I have replaced, told him and they couldnt figure out why both lights on. Then said we need to keep your truck till Monday......... its Friday, suppose to get a call by end of day if they were gonna work it on the following day on Saturday, no phone call. I call when they open at 8am, now going almost 10am after multiple calls and multiple voice-mails. Heading down now to get my truck and never coming back!! Terrible communication!!
DEFINITELY would recommend servicing your car here. My car had a transmission issue and Augustine was my service guy, he definitely made sure everything was taken care of. Even when I constantly called to bug him he was patient and made sure I was updated. My car took about two weeks but he made sure I knew how to get a rental etc. Great customer service and loved in the interaction. Highly recommended.

He made us feel like more than just a number or quota, he genuinely cared about what was in the best interest of our family. Being a military family, sometimes it can be hectic when buying a car out of state but not with this team! Duane and John Barry made sure the process was so smooth, they made such a great team. Our two year old son is very shy and doesn’t take well to others. Bozarth gave prompt service to my recent issues with my truck. The axle issue was a little out of the ordinary but the mechanic was confident he could fix the issue with a weld. Augustine, my service rep was very helpful in coordinating the work required.

I had done research ahead of time too just to be better prepared. I had an overall positive experience and I would recommend this dealership to others.
When I dropped off my vehicle a girl with a clipboard asked for my name then proceeded to have the service advisors check in 3 other people that came in behind me that all came in after I did (I was on time for my appointment). Then once I finally was checked in was told they’d have my truck for several hours so I left it at the dealer. Waited all day no updates regarding process and then I realized it was 6 and they were closing. The following day still no updates had to contact service advisor to find out what was going on and got my truck halfway into the second day. Incredibly poor communication and poorly organized check in process for the money your dealership charges (which is the same as the others) do better your customer service is definitely behind some of the others…
I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation and filter changes. After paying for the service I was left waiting more than 30 minutes for them to bring out my car and I discovered that the tire rotation wasnt even performed despite the tech claiming the rotation was done and the pressures were adjusted. How can I have confidence that any work was properly performed if misrepresentations are made on a basic service? I contacted my service advisor and he said he would get back to me. I heard nothing to date. Ed Bozarth doesnt deserve my business in the future.

Brought truck in for recall and to check 2 issues I’m having. 1. Voltage fluctuation when cooling fans (engine bay) are on high. Tech just measured battery voltage and they charged me $160. 2. Fouling spark plugs due to oil consumption with malfunction codes stored. Tech swapped plugs and coils around which isn’t the issue. There’s oil pooling in the intake. Worthlessly charged $160 for this issue. You guys are the dealer and I expect much better service then just blowing the customer off. I guess my truck needs to blow up the engine for you guys to confirm an issue. Additionally, after showing the service advisor the issues on pickup, he just blew me off and gave me some comment that he’ll get back to me in a few days to see if I was still having the issue. Did not happen. You lost a customer.
Short review great location, they will take care of you.Longer review.New to vegas and needed an oil change. Conveniently got a discount promotion mailed to me. Staff was great. I worked with Chris, he was quick and added some services at my request and chatted a bit. He used an automated messaging system.Did run into a hiccup he was off which was fine but I never got a text on Friday around the time I was quoted so I texted around 6pm and got a automated message of were closed. Called in Saturday morning was informed he was off and redirected to someone else I could help me. Left a voice mail no response. Got a response Monday from Chris that my vehicle was ready.By no means was I mad things happen and they were all great but I asked at pay if they could do anything to rectify the situation. If they said no I was okay with it but they gave me a bit more of a discount. The manager also printed of the text sheet to show it did text me Saturday atleast which is still a day late but better. He only showed to verify and overall was a great.I do have a background in cars and bikes but for administrative reasons I personally just like that all Chevy dealers keep services on file. It’s a bit cheaper to do the work your self. But personally I only do all the work on my bikes now.They also offer a shuttle service to and from the shop for your services.Moral of the review. Things happen and they’re willing to rectify the situation even though it seems like an AI issue. Gained a new permanent customer that looks forward to doing business with you.
My experience with service here is mixed. My first year I brought my SUV for servicing I stood and waited for 30 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. This year David helped me and was superb. Polite and thorough. Wish there was more consistency here.

I had a great experience buying my new truck, I really appreciate the effort the entire staff put into making this deal. Drew especially put in a great deal of effort to get me into a new truck and has continued to follow up after the deal.
I took the time from my day to give Ed Bozarth a chance to gain my trust. Scheduled an appointment to aid in the speediness of the service. I was offered a free, complimentary service on my 1st visit. To include sanitation of the interior. Upon check in I was greeted kindly by will, the service manager. That was a pleasant greeting. I signed in with a service advisor and opted to have a car wash with my oil change, sanitation and tire rotation complimentary. After a 2 1/2 hr wait. I received my car back with no wash, no sanitation and a warning of such to say my wheels are oversized and Normally warrant an additional cost for tire rotation.Although my wheels are aftermarket they are very similar in size as to those offered by the Chevy premium alloy wheel package vehicles In a similar class. (2021 Silverado 22” wheels). I found it unpleasant to receive my vehicle after such a wait to find it had no car wash, no sanitation and warned about additional cost to be associated with oversized wheels for tire rotations. At this time I will not be considering dealership service as my 1st choice for regularly scheduled maintenance. I did express my thoughts to the service tech In charge with my car. I did not request special service nor was I offered anyway to change my overall feelings about the experience. I purchased my SUV from Ed Bozarth Chevy just over a year ago. General maintenance has been required and a even an odd power train issue happened that was addressed professionally and in a swift manner. Each experience I’ve had with the Sales and Service department leave me feeling more and more like I made the best decision to do business with Ed Bozarth. The Covid-19 pandemic has brought about new stoppages and forced new ways to get things done safely. One thing is for sure, maintaining excellent customer interactions has remained at the top of their priorities. Give them a shot, you won’t be disappointed!
We are a Chevy family so when it was time for a vehicle upgrade, Ed Bozarth was our obvious choice. Duane Boyd went above and beyond while searching for the vehicle I wanted. I am thoroughly satisfied with my purchase as well as the top notch service they always provide.
Our experience with their fleet service department has been horrible. We had an appointment for our fleet van on a Friday. They were supposed to look at it that day and tell us what was wrong. We can tell that they didnt look at it on Friday because we have GPS on it that lets us know when the ignition was engaged (I guess they could have looked at it in the parking lot where we left it). We call on a Wednesday after multiple attempts at reaching the manager and he finally responds saying that he needed to look into it. A few hours later he says they have it figured out and the parts that they have ordered wont be in until the following Tuesday. He follows that up with After we have installed the new parts we will reassess it to see if its working. LOL. I thought that what the diagnostic was for was to figure out what was wrong with the vehicle. This manager must be a prophet, because he let us know that their original Fix didnt work and now he will update us on the following Monday to let us know the status of the Van. Not that it would be ready, just that he would have more to say on the matter on Monday. On top of all of this, the fleet manager is kind of a jerk. I am sure he is under stress or something, but he is also the manager and is supposed to be capable of handling upset customers without losing his cool. So I guess we will see if our fleet van that earns about $2500 a day when in service is ready two weeks after we dropped it off. Fingers crossed that they get a mechanic who can properly diagnose it or a fleet manager that is aware of the cost of delaying fleet repairs.Side note: They are very pleasant and easy to buy vehicles from, service side is only area we have had issues with them.

Had a 10:20 appointment, got there at 10:05. checked the status of the work at 11:30 in which I was told my car was next. Oil change was completed and I received my car at 12:10. When I checked in my Tahoe, I was asked if I was going to wait and I was told that it would be done in a Jeffy! To wait two hours for a oil change is not something I have time to do. What was the point of a appointment time if I was not going to get the work completed in the schedule time. I know that some employers our having trouble staffing, if this was a problem, just say we are running late, and I could deal with that. Sorry for your issues of work scheduling, but please inform your customers.
In April, was selling my mint condition Silverado. They saw my ad. I received a call they offered to buy it. I delivered it to them. Easy peasy. FYI, They paid me more than I paid for it new. 👍 Worked out great for everyone.
Where to start.. Drew Pagon hands down the best salesperson me and my wife have ever ran in to. Went to the dealership to test drive a Camero, and Drew basically said hell ya. Took us over to some that were on the lot and we test drove the car and fell in love. Drew was not pushy and took us around the whole dealership as my wife just wanted to be sure that I loved the car. Drew went over and beyond to make us feel like we were not being pushed to make a choice. Drew also helped the process with finance go smooth as well, we had our own bank financing and there was no pushy sales pitch in the financing department either. The financing man Silvino was awesome made everything smooth and no fuss from him either and we were in and out of the financing department in 15 mins max. Handed our keys and we were off with our New 2020 Chevy Camero. Hands down to Drew Pagon the Chevy dealership is very lucky to have a man like this working for them.
The car is great, the service was not. The staff is friendly, but incompetent and not proactive. I leased a car and even though it took a week to arrive, which was expected, when I showed up to pick it up none of the paperwork was prepared so I had to wait with my wife and baby until it was ready about an hour later. I had to come back another time to sign more paperwork and make the first payment, an additional time for the title and registration and the paperwork was not prepared nor were they there to help prepare it. Came back another time and was going to sign the paperwork but I realized they were having me sign a general power of attorney with no mention of the vehicle or an expiration date instead of a specific one for just the vehicle so it could be registered. The excuse was that they couldn’t find a specific power of attorney for my state, but when I googled it I had one in about 30 seconds. I then had to go back to pick up the plates for a total of 5 separate visits. I recently leased a truck from another Chevy dealership and was only there twice, once to sign the paperwork and once to pick up the truck, plates were mailed to me and couldn’t have been easier. I will not be back to this dealership for anything in the future.
There are no words to describe Drew Pagan, he was an Angel sent by GOD to look after me. From the moment he greeted me to the moment I drove off in a new truck! I was having the worse day ever and I was lost, I was trying to get rid of a car since I am going through a break up. This situations are definitely not great specially when all your emotions are all over the place. Everything was going wrong for me that day. I mean everything! I kept asking GOD to please guide me and give me the strength to keep going and figure out this whole situation. The old car had a negative equity not mine by the way but I didn’t care I was willing to pay it. Let me tell you I spent literally all day trying to find solutions and be able to afford a new car. I kept getting discouraged and I almost gave up but DREW, such an amazing person he told me you will be leaving today with your truck! We will figure out a way but you will be taken care off. That confidence and care from Drew made 😢 I’m like okay we got this, I got this! After going back and forth with bank loan is now 10mins before closing I’m on the phone and the bank says okay you are good to go 🤩🤯 Drew was there with me from beginning to end poor Drew never gave up and kept me positive even when I almost gave up. Drew, you are such an amazing person and I thank you for helping me and for never loosing hope on the entire situation. You are a true example of what great customer service really means. Thank you! Went to Ed Bozarth to trade in my Corolla. Got more for my trade than I expected. Overall experience was good. Friendly, helpful, informative staff. I felt comfortable and not pressured at all to make a purchase. Very Happy with my new truck so far.
The only negative is no rentals were available which I usually have access to. Outside of that all was great and Alex arranged a Lyft to take me home. I received my car back Saturday versus Monday so that was a plus.

I want to start my review by saying that I visited every single Chevy dealer in town with out any success due to very very poor costumer service . I can honestly said that Drew Pagan at Ed Bozarth treated me like I was a 800+ credit score and a million dollar in the bank costumer.He listened and delivered exactly what I wanted.Car was not even on stock so I purchase the car before it arrive to the dealer due to shortage on vehicles I honestly was expecting to call every day to check if the car was here yet, but I had no need for that he call me every single day to give me updates .He respected the price advertised online( and for my trade in he gave me more than I was expecting. Hands down best salesman I ever deal with. not my fist time buying a car so I know when a salesman is trying too hard to rip you off .Definitely recommend this dealer and if you like something here make sure ask for Drew Pagan.

I have visited Ed Bozarth Chevrolet two more times since we purchased our 2020 Chevy Silverado Super Duty and were greeted by our favorite salesman Drew Pagan. Each time we were treated as though we were his only customers. Drews customer service goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. We took our truck to him to get a little more one on one education of the workings of our truck. Not only did he re-educate us but we had to take our other truck to our daughter and without hesitation he took our older truck to the car wash. My daughter received a very clean truck to drive.On 5/21/21 we had to return to Ed Bozarth again to visit Drew and get help with syncing our new phones to our truck. I could have read the owners manual to try and figure it out on my own, however I made one call to Drew and without hesitation he said come on in Ill show you how to remove a phone and add the new ones. Every time we visit Drew he never disappoints, never seems to mind helping us even though he had already made the sale and made us very satisfied. Drews customer service reminds me every day how important it is to be kind and help when the help is needed. I could not be happier with Drew. Greedy dealer... many Corvette dealers sell at MSRP but Ed adds $ 33,000.00 to sugested retail.No idea on building a loyal customer base.I have purchased well ove a million dollars of automobiles and will continue to purchase cars for personal and business use... but not from Ed. This is probably the worst Chevrolet dealer I’ve been to for vehicle service. I came here for an oil change (with an appointment) and it took 2.4 hours of waiting. Upon arrival I pulled my vehicle in and approached “Dave”. The podium said Dave had 24 years of “service”. He appeared irritated with my check in and referred me to someone else. The person he referred me to was not at his desk or busy.I was finally helped by someone else who checked me in and was able to start my service. After the vehicle was serviced their multi point inspection missed a basic item. When I asked about this missed item there was no response. After booking a second appointment I arrived early and was told that it would be a two hour wait. Again, with an appointment.The bottom line, if you can find somewhere else, it will probably save you time and money.
If I could I will give this dealership no stars because. My experience with them was not good at all. They lie to you about how much your financing and when will be your pay day. I will really not recommend is place to NO ONE . After what happened to me please look at your paperwork. Do not trust the Financial and salesman because they will get you guys please be careful with these people.
Service was not completed by the original promise date due to service technicians ordering the incorrect gasket, according to Tyler Reiter. Delay was substantial, and cost me money. We asked to speak to Tyler many times at time of pickup, but after a lengthy wait; he never came to his desk. He sent someone else, who knew nothing about our car or situation.This person tried to lie about the reason our car was delayed as well, claiming that it was due to shipping delays, but the fact is that the wrong item was ordered, and not corrected until far too late.Upon inspection of the vehicle, I found that neither of the hood lift supports work any longer. They were in perfect condition before taking the vehicle in. This coincides with the fact that our hood was left open for several days while the correct part arrived, and no longer function correctly.

He even went above and beyond to reach out the following day, as our transaction ended late into the evening, and invited us to return and walk us through our new vehicle. Jaime in finance was also super friendly and helpful in making sure the payment fit our budget. If the add-ons we paid for are completed in a timely manner, with the same level of friendliness and customer service, Ed Bozarth will be our dealership for years to come.

Customer service here is always great. They really go above & beyond. I’ve always heard horror stories of dealerships trying to sell u more than u need but never have that problem here. They warn me of things starting to show a little wear but tell me I can easily still get a good 6 months out of it before I need replacement.
I’ve been a long time client. I had gone to GMC dealer but did not get the right service I would not recommend them. But Ed Bozard for me is the BEST for me the #1 excelenteservice fast and great work the staff are great they make you feel with no worries of you’re vehicle it’s in the right hands. Would not recommend Chevy as a brand nor would I recommend this dealership.First experience here in the service department was absolutely awful. I unfortunately had to return over a year later to get a special coverage coolant repair fixed. This experience went great - customer service was 100% better than previously, and my car was returned back to me in only a few hours with the repair covered by warranty. I was also told the rest of the car was looked over with no other issues noted.Soon after, I noticed there was coolant on my garage floor, so I contacted them and was told to bring it back in. Several hours later I was told the initial repair wasnt done correctly - they had replaced the water pump but not the seal?? My car was supposed to be ready later that day or early the next day.Shortly after that I was called again and told that a bolt in the timing cover was stripped so my car wouldnt be ready for 2 more days, but not to worry because the tech was paying for this repair, and I was given a loaner car. The next morning I woke up to several frantic missed calls and messages stating I needed to return the loaner ASAP as there was a mistake made and this car had been sold. I went in and got a new loaner. My car was supposed to be ready the next day (Saturday). Saturday comes and my car is not ready. Monday I got a call that the car was all fixed and ready to be picked up.Here we are 2 weeks later and I now am noticing fluid on my garage floor again. I sent a photo to the service rep and am told it looks like transmission fluid and thats not what they worked on so I can bring it in and pay to have it evaluated. I dont think so. I have trouble believing that suddenly theres a new issue after barely having been driven since it was fully looked over with no issues noted. My confidence in the technician(s) is quite low as well and I dont feel I can trust their work, honesty or integrity. This car is a 2013 with not even 55k miles and has been well taken care of, but its been a nightmare for the past 1.5 years. 10/10 do NOT recommend Chevy or Ed Bozarth.
Took my silverado for a problem that I been having for a long time ago even before warranty expired. They always said nothing is wrong until last week my car wouldnt crank. I took it the have the car for two days and my service guy ( Roberto Garcia ) he call me to tell me is gonna be $798 that his technician found that the battery cables are bad, change the cables they he toll me that the car is 100% fix take it home. Four days later car doesnt work again. Not happy the way they do thinks, asking for crazy money for something that is not fix.
Last month was our first visit to Ed Bozarth Chevrolet, and it certainly wont be our last, all because of your amazing Sales consultant, Drew!We came onto the lot to look at the new 2021 Trailblazers, and Drew was the first person we spoke with. He was so excited for us to be able to look inside of the car and give her a spin, that he felt like a member of our family on the purchasing journey with us. We knew the vehicles were fairly new, but found out they had only been on the lot for a few hours that day, and most dealerships didnt even have them yet! He was extremely knowledgeable, and allowed us to work at our own pace. Over the next few days as we finalized our decision on what vehicle to buy, we knew that we wanted to finalize our sale at Ed Bozarth. All of the team members we encountered were up front and honest with each step.When we went in to complete the sale, we found out that our vehicle had already been purchased by another couple (Ed Bozarth sure seems to move lots of vehicles, which means lots of happy customers!). Drew didnt even blink, and located our model at another dealership in town and committed to getting on the lot by the next afternoon for us. When we arrived, the next day, Drew already had the vehicle detailed and ready for us to finish the paperwork, complete with a giant Sold! tag with our names on it inside for all other customers to see (a nice touch!).Buying a car is often a stressful endeavor which so many people are apprehensive about. But that was never the case with Ed Bozarth. They were up front, and honest about the pricing at all times (and were committed to beating any other price we could find!). We look forward to our next buying experience, and wouldnt do it with anyone else but Drew.So if a Chevy is in your future, stop by Ed Bozarth, and make sure you work with Drew!
