Contacted the dealership about a 2021 Tiguan and spoke with Mr. Abbas and scheduled a time to go see the vehicle. Upon arrival was greeted and everyone was very professional. Car was waiting and Mr. Abbas showed it to me before going on a test drive. Mr. James helped with the financial side and they had me out of the dealership with the vehicle in under 3 hours. So far after a week they have followed up about the purchase and I have had no issues, would recommend.

We recently bought a used car 2017 very low mileage. Sales reps do their job to make a sale and after that they forget about their customers! Within a week our car needed two new tires the following week we had to replace the battery. The airbag sensor was on, they said it would be +170 to just look at it. Mind you we bought the full package warranty and for nothing ! Please please write down a checklist when looking to buy a used car. You can’t trust good dealerships anymore. Only thing they worry about is the money in β€œtheir” pockets. Side note.. we spoke to abab or something like that. Did a good job until it was about our car already needing services. Ghosted us.

My check engine light came on Friday morning. Friday night after work, my car wouldn’t start. (I have a 2019 Jetta for reference), and the screen inside was displaying a message about my battery. I jumped it, it worked, but the engine light was still on. Drove it right to autonation, got there 10 minutes before they closed, and was in a panic to get it fixed. Luckily my car was under warranty. Turned out to just be a dead battery and some type of recall under the hood. I was originally told it would take a day or two, but Mark managed to squeeze it in on Saturday morning!!!! He was honestly so kind and helpful, and I am so grateful for him being so proactive in getting my car in. The entire service department team was friendly, from the second I walked in, despite me being the a**hole that showed up 10 minutes before closing (I’m sorry!!!). Mark especially was my saving grace. Thank you guys so much!! People under here saying the team here is rude or lazy are so incorrect. They take care of their customers!!

Had to have recall work done on my VW Jetta - from the beginning to the end Charlotte Wilson was spot on her game. Even when I drove up to the Service area - I was stopped by a Sales Representative asking if I needed help. I informed him what I was there for and he told me to see Charlotte, she was a sweetheart, very nice, would take care of me. He was speaking the truth. Another perk was I expected the car to remain at Volkswagen for two weeks or more but it was done in one week.

My wife and I went to this Dealership to purchase a used 2016 Volkswagen Tiguan. We met with a nice salesman. We looked car over and found a bolt laying on top of transmission that was forgotten to be installed. We were assured that this is a no Issue item due to fact that nothing was noted on car fax and car would have 2 year bumper to bumper warranty. There were two areas of small damage to car and we told sales person that we had a cash deal if they would be fixed. After he went to his manager they agreed to fix the car. we put 5000 dollars down and would pay almost 14000 dollars upon pickup. 4 days later we were called, car was ready. Upon inspection areas discussed were brushed painted.and I was told That they had fixed them. The salesman and sales manager told me that this is the way they fix cars for resale. I was then told I needed to understand. I have purchased dozens of cars in my life and never have been treated this way. When you tell a customer you are going to fix the issues a paint brush on a scratch and dents are not a fix for a delership. We were told that we could take it or leave it. I chose to leave it. $20000.00 and a upset customer does not mean much to this dealer.

If I could give this place a zero I would. I took my jetta in for a new battery. When I showed up to get my car I instantly noticed a dent from them working on it. When I wanted to speak to the manger he was conveniently out of the office for a little bit. They promised to call me to sort out the dent they put in my car but its been a week and no call. Along with that they told me I had over 2k worth of work I needed to get done on my car.The labor and parts for the things I needed to get done were way cheaper than what they are claiming. To fix my car including cost of labor should only cost $600. Do not waste your money here. I am beyond angry with how they treated me and will tell everyone I know to NEVER step foot in that place unless you want to be overcharged and have you car damaged. Do better Las Vegas Volkswagen.

I dont know how this store survives they cant even services cars, the closest appointment is until November, and the lady just said you can go to a different store there is no warranty on the vehicle according to the service advisor and the call center lady. It took me a little while to get an appointment scheduled however the service made up for the wait. Car was turned around within an hour and a half with a complimentary wash. Took it in on E on purpose to see if theyd feel the tank to complete the service; they didnt. Prices are reasonable for a dealership. They are worth a visit. I will be back for scheduled maintenance.

My battery died on my 2019 Jetta. Fortunately, it was still under warranty. Volkswagen helped me get my car towed to the dealership. Jeffery, at the service department, was great! He called me to give me updates on my car, and he was very helpful and friendly. It was stressful not having a car for two days, but the assistance I got from Volkswagen and Jeffery helped out.

Not sure where to begin, my first call was about an Atlas SUV which I was interested in. Anthony is one of the sales associates who informed me that the car is not ready for sale, even though they had it for sale online on their website. I told Anthony, no problem and that I will wait for it until it is ready. I literally called every other day and followed up with the sales associate, Anthony, who he asked me to reserve it and run my credit, which I did. After they ran my credit, I found out that it was sold to someone else. I spoke to two different managers, Louise Evans the GM, who were not helpful at all. Louise promised to get another car for me that I would like that was similar, and gave me the run around for two more weeks, and then that car was sold too. Really?? You work as a manager for a dealership but you don’t know where your car is? Which one is available which one is not? Ask me to run my credit first? Seriously? I am just really confused how these people work at the AutoNation yet are so unprofessional and unorganized. Neither the managers nor the employees know what is going on. How can you run a dealership with no knowledge of doing sales!? I recommend taking your business elsewhere if you do not want to have an enormous headache from dealing with such a bunch of unknowledgeable people.

Wrost experience ever. I purchase my car back in May of this year. They sure kept calling for the down payment when I sign the documents I had told them if it would be ok to bring down payment the following week. They said it was fine. No communication between them because the kept calling all week. Kept telling them same thing every call. Finally as I had told them at the beginning took them the payment. I didnt get nothing from the bank regarding payment. Went to the deal and asked They said I should get it shorty 10 days before payment is due. I got a call for over due payment. Apparently all may documents were all screwed up completely. Bank had my address completely wrong at a different address and Country, wrong contract with down payment less then half of what I put down. Monthly payment over what I had agree on. Went back and forth Dealer to bank even got the direct Manager involved twice by the bank. Dealer just would not do ther job at all. Until I had to tell them last week if it is not clear ASAP I want my deposit back and they can keep there car. Finally resign all documents again this we oh and yes had to go back yesterday again because they missed something on the documents. So, hopefully next month it will all be cleared but really 5 months for them to do there job right. Customer service definitely not a priorty. Yes, did even spoke to the branca manager and she needs training as well in Customer Service along with one of the Sales Manager too he also had poor Customer service. Only way to post had to give it a star my choose Negative 5 Stars!

I had my own financing and just wanted to test drive the car I was interested in to ensure I wanted to buy it. Arranging the test drive via the internet was great. But when we arrived at the dealership, the first problem was that neither the sales rep nor the finance rep showed respect to my wife. They acted as if she was not present.The sales rep greeted me and didnt greet my wife. After overcoming that issue. The sales rep was courteous enough and the test drive went well.However, after that it went downhill real fast. Giving credit to the sales rep, he did inform us that there were two finance transactions ahead of us. Even with me having my own financing we still had to wait.Two and a half hours later we finally got to see the finance rep who, did not initially greet my wife as well, until after i introduced her. And being that we had gotten joint financing, the transaction was on thin ice.He had us wait another five minutes before calling us to his office to waste our time attempting to sale add-ons to our vehicle purchase.After my denial of the add-on and listing to the finance rep pitch, we were finally able to leave with the vehicle.They acted as if they didnt want to sale the vehicle, just the service package add-on.I was hoping for a much better experience, especially coming in with my own financing. It was not. Very disappointing. But so far i love the vehicle.

In a couple respects, the experience was very good. I flew in from AZ to buy the car after finding it online and putting down a deposit. My salesman picked me up at the airport to complete the purchase and was very friendly. But in other ways I was very disappointed. Because I traveled from out of town, once I arrived, I was kind of stuck and felt like I had to make the purchase. So, the things that were wrong with the vehicle didnt result in a lower price or any kind of negotiation. I did ask the dealer about my concerns and one flaw was fixed when I was back in AZ, which I am grateful for, but other issues were not even acknowledged. For one, the car smells like it belonged to a smoker, and no remedy was offered for that (my wife was planning to use this car with little kids in carseats, but the smell is still present). I also never was shown the scrapes on the body, or the crack in the bumper, (the salesman let me know he made a video, I never received it). I also think I could have gotten a better finance rate, but again, once I arrived there was no motivation for them to negotiate. So... I have mixed feelings on this dealership...

This is the worst place to go. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences and the last one is my last bad experience with them as I am definitely moving on. They are sloppy with their work, they don’t double check anything and you’ll end up back here for them to fix something that should have been fixed the correct way the first time. The last service advisor told us we needed their service because we don’t use premium gas and that the car manual and Volkswagen are wrong about the cat only needing regular gas. He seriously said Volkswagen doesn’t know the correct information about their cars. He was selling overpriced services. They must make heavy commissions here. If he had just waited I was purchasing the service anyway, there was no need to lie about it. But after checking around-you can get the same service for way better prices elsewhere from someone who is actually trustworthy

I was on a cross country road trip in my 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan and had been staying in Las Vegas for a few nights, and on the morning of my departure my vehicle said that I needed an oil change. I came into Auto Nation Volkswagen because it was closest to the strip and service advisor β€œCharlotte Wilson” greeted me upon arrival. Originally they had been pretty busy that day and booked out but Charlotte went the extra mile to get me in that day. Her customer service was OUTSTANDING and she was definitely one of the most pleasant Volkswagen employees I have had the pleasure of dealing with in ANY of the states. She really cared about my situation and getting me on my way to California. She was able to get me in and have my oil changed within 1 hour of me arriving at Auto Nation. I would give more than 5 stars if possible and would recommend Auto Nation Volkswagen for any customers Volkswagen needs. Charlotte and her team were absolutely exceptional.

When I bought my Atlas (from a different dealer) I also purchased the VW pre-paid service plan, which is good for use at any dealership in the country. I moved recently, and when I took my Atlas in for scheduled maintenance to the AutoNation VW location on Sahara, the attendant told me I didn’t have a service plan and told me I was wrong about having purchased one and refused to offer me any kind of help. It was only when I peered over the counter to his screen that I saw he was looking at the wrong vehicle. Still an Atlas, just not my Atlas (wrong color and trim). He had entered the VIN # incorrectly. Which could be an honest mistake, but the way I was treated both before and after he realized the error was quite frustrating. Never was there any sense of trying to help or provide any level of customer support. And then the service took twice as long as expected and when the same service technician checked me out, he was grumpy that he had to do it because the tech assigned to my vehicle was busy with another customer. Not much of a team player. My brief engagement with the other tech (Ray) was good though. Who knows if the experience would have been better if I had worked with him the entire time?

I don’t recommend anybody to come here. They will just scam you and has no type of customer service. Spent 3 hours here and didn’t end up coming home with a car because I felt uncomfortable that we were competing with someone else for a car. We ended up buying a car somewhere else with a good customer service and they explained everything to us rather than this dealership that just wants their money. Save your time and money somewhere else. Also, after I left they called me to lower the price and emailed me almost every single day when I already told them I bought a car.

Horrible service! I was traveling from out of town and had to stop there due to my vehicle needing emergency service. No one wanted to help other than to tell me they were backed up 2 weeks. I understand there are procedures and policies to follow. Sometimes you just hope people can act like people and not robots. But ok fine i didnt want to make too much fuss. As I was leaving there were 3 technicians having a nice relaxing smoke lol. This dealership bold faced lied to me. I found the car I wanted online then flew in from Los Angeles to purchase it. The paperwork I was given showed 7 miles on the car. Yet when I test drive it there were 700+ miles on it. This is no longer a new car as it is someones daily driver within the company. When we tried to get a deal for those miles, the sales manager insulted my wife and told her he would only give her $120 bucks for the 700 miles. Please disregard my previous 5 star review. I’m starting to believe that this place is damaging my car instead of fixing it. I know I have a used car but I have spent $4300 in repairs and everyday I wake up and something else is wrong with the car. This morning it’s smoking and a burnt smell. Every time I take it to Autonation VW, I’m always informed that the previous mechanic did something wrong or used the wrong part. I’m definitely getting a second opinion today as this place overcharges and the car has constant issues.

I am very discouraged to even try to come over! You and your staff are cheaters! You charged me almost $200 for a problem in diagnostics that I already knew and then wanted to charge me an extra $640 to repair a blower fan and a thermostat by saying it takes 3 hours to replace it! It took the mechanic 5 minutes I mean 5 minutes to replace it! brand new plus labor was $250! You took $200 plus wanted another $640! do you think I am going to advertise for you?>... refund my $200 if you want me to shut up. Now I was going to buy a car from you?>!!! your loss.

Horrible experience again. Don’t know why we expected anything different. One of the worst service departments we’ve ever had to deal with. Dropped the car off for issues needing to be addressed. When we picked it up, they said they couldn’t replicate the issues so nothing was done. They also said that they did an infotainment system update and stated that it fixed the issue we were having with the park assist. Guess what? It didn’t. No surprises, always the same bad service.

Stay away from this dealership! I went in for a new battery and they worked VERY HARD to find $2,500 worth of OTHER things they recommended should be repaired on my car. They are a HIGH PRESSURE sales group! Also there prices are extremely high and the staff is very unorganized. I am taking my car to another mechanic to get a second opinion about everything they did; and everything they recommended. Stay away from this dealership!

Very happy with my experience overall from start to finish. From the moment I requested a trade in estimate I was contacted within minutes by sales representative Abbas, he was professional and courteous through the entire process. He moved quickly to help move the process along and I was extremely pleased with the time in which it took to consummate the deal. I purchased a brand new 2020 atlas cross sport and felt at the time like I got a great deal although the next day I looked at a competitive dealer on the other side of town and realized they were offering deeper discounts. It’s my fault for not doing my due diligence and I was rushing myself to make the purchase that same day as opposed to coming back. In the end I was extremely satisfied with the value I received for my trade in and they met the terms I requested on their price of the atlas so I can’t complain. If I left money on the table it was my own fault and in the end I was treated kindly by all the staff, finance and management included. I will certainly be using the dealership for my regular maintenance and services due to their overall demeanor. Thanks again Abbas. Tim and Curt.

Word to purchasers: After getting the keys to the vehicle, you may want to check under the hood to ensure all caps are properly placed and closed.I typically take a car I am considering purchasing to my trusted mechanic prior to purchasing.Β  Autonation has an inspection form they use for checking pre-owned vehicles.Β  I thought it was thorough and the car was in good condition according to the inspection.Β  I intended to take it to my mechanic when my son left for camp (10 days from the day we purchased the car).Β  I honestly thought what could happen in 10 days?$1700 in repairs are necessary.Β  Four days after the purchase the car began to emit smoke from under the hood.Β  It was turned off and towed to our trusted mechanic.Β  It appears that a cap may not have been closed properly.Β  This may have caused the fluid to be lost which then caused the pump to stop working.Β  Apparently, the incident caused the AC compressor to be damaged and stop working.My trusted mechanic encouraged me to call Autonation.Β Β  He thought surely the company would offer to assist with some of the cost.Β  He offered to speak to them.Β  He gave me permission to give them his name and number.Β  I told him I purchased the car as is.Β  I doubt I would get any assistance.Β  He encouraged me to at least ask.I did! Surprise! No way! I bought as is. I attempted to explain the repairs needed are most likely from human error.Β  The sales person, sales manager, assistant general manager and the general manager were all asked.Β  As is purchases are as is.As I reflect on how this could be avoided, the only solution I can think of is to do a visual inspection of under the hood prior to starting the car and leaving the lot.Β  Personally checking and fixing at that time could have saved me $1700.Add insult to injury...contact general manager...what is this a robot response? I talked to the general manager...she said as is purchase is as is! Thus my suggestion...check under the hood before leaving! WOW!

I own a 2014 VW Jetta GLI and my car is disabled due to the timing chain and tensioner failing.I had my vehicle towed to this dealership because it was the closest VW service center near me. I trusted them to be honest and keep my best interest at heart, but it turns out I was wrong.They diagnosed my vehicle and told me that it would cost $6,500.00 to repair. I didnt have the cash to pay for the repair so I weighed my options: applying for a loan or selling them my vehicle. I requested an estimate and they replied with $2,585.00. I felt low-balled because I had already researched KBB, and I know it would not cost them $6,500 to repair and ready my vehicle for sale.They failed to mention that my vehicle was part of a class action lawsuit and that my extended warranty specifically states that it would pay for the repairs. When I brought this information to their attention, they would not honor it. I argued with them for about 4 business days while reaching out to the attorneys involved in the settlement about how to use the warranty. I even reached out to Volkswagen corporate for guidance and they also told me they will only honor specific parts of the warranty agreement.I finally gave up arguing with them and have towed my car to a different dealership for the repairs.I no longer respect this dealership and will continue to warn my family and friends of their unethical and scandalous practices.
