I havent purchased a car in over 15 years and I was beyond nervous. Chris U. was awesome as he made me feel comfortable and they do NOT haggle you at this dealership! He contacted me immediately after receiving my submittal on a vehicle I was interested in and he was very polite and to the point. After my visit, I went to 2 other dealerships and was totally turned off due to their rudeness and pressuring me to purchase. I called Chris to see if the car I wanted was still available and it was so I decided to purchase from MINI and I will be back for the future.

Im proud owner of 2021 Mini Cooper S Paddy Hopkirk edition and I still didnt have any experience with this dealership but only what I can say that stuff there are so professional, kind and super positive. Especially guy who works at the service department Beau Sinclair, he explained me everything about my upcoming maintenance and give me a few recommendations about my vehicle. This was one of BEST car buying EXPERIENCES Ive had in a long time. My salesman was Adrian, who was very professional, courteous, and personable. We spoke on the phone, before I went to the dealership; because I knew what I wanted, and did not wish to waste my time all day at the dealership. Happily, my stay at the dealership was not time consuming, and joyfully I left with the car I wanted. After two weeks of searching, having car after car bought before I could even get to see it, and driving all over kingdom come I got a car! AutoNation and MINI of Las Vegas were a great help and went above and beyond to help me. I was able to reserve the car I wanted so it didnt disappear on me and when I came in they were fixing a couple of scratches that were on the hood. Instead of making my stepdad drive me back and forth with his bad back they were actually nice enough to bring the car to my house once the paint was done to test drive. We were ready to buy and they drive us to the dealership, gave me a number to get auto insurance right away, and after the paperwork was done they pulled the car around fully gased and ready for me to drive home. The AutoNation representative, Xavier, who helped ne via text was great and so was the MINI of Las Vegas salesman Austin. Plus the no hagle price saved me the stress of watching my stepdad try and negotiate like a tough guy stuck in his ways. Thank you for helping me finally be able to drive myself to work.

Everyone was very helpful--did all of the services suggested, it was a 3 hour process for the 30000 mi service. They gave me a ride to get lunch; but, for some reason they cannot pick you up? I paid over $500 in labor and $200 in parts. I guess I should have asked about that, seems high. Labor 2.5x parts and it was in at 1100 and out at 1348. So less than 3 hours. Other than that, everything else was fine.

Our sales rep was great and made the whole process easy. Wouldve given 5 stars had my car not died yesterday after only having it a week. Now I have to spend another $200 I really dont have to buy a battery. Down payment insurance registration are fees I planned for, didnt plan for this so soon.

Read about the 5-star experience I had selling my vehicle. I owned a 2006 Mazda Tribute which I used once/twice a year when I needed a hauler for home/yard projects.I requested a quote through KBB back in June (when the used car market was hotter) and got $2600 as a starting point. I never followed up on this so requested a new quote in early September.This time around, the offer was for $2000 - from AutoNation (MINI of Las Vegas). I was disappointed with the lower offer and disregarded the offer.However, Jason Rech, one of their Acquisitions Specialists kept following up/checking in with me. Not in an annoying or pressuring way - just checking in if I was still interested in selling my vehicle and for how much.I finally wrote Jason back and scheduled an appointment for 10:30 on 9/25. I was a few minutes late because I couldnt find my title but Jason met me immediate after being paged.He asked how much I wanted for the vehicle and I told him $2500. I let him know that I wasnt desperate to sell the Tribute - I simply wanted to see how much I could get for it.Jason asked for the keys and left me for about 10 minutes. When he returned, he informed me that all the vehicles information was being sent to Florida so a blind appraisal could be performed.While we waited, he asked if I would be willing to accept $2200. He made it very clear that this wasnt a final offer and the appraisal could come back higher or lower. I asked for $2300 and it was a done deal.I received my license plate, signed about 8 forms, and walked out with a $2300 at 11:45. I never felt pressured at any point and Jason struck me as very patient and sincere from his very first email.Ive never sold a car because I usually donate them or give them to someone who needs a vehicle but maybe I should have just come here to sell them, haha. I cant recommend MINI enough -: especially Jason and his exceptional service!

I recently sold my 2010 Lexus IS250 to MINI of Las Vegas. This is my second vehicle I have used AutoNation’s online Sell My Car online program. I entered the vehicle information online (being 100% truthful about the condition of the vehicle) Within 30 minutes I received an AutoNation Certified offer certificate that was valid for 7 days. Jason Rech (acquisition specialist) from MINI of Las Vegas messaged me about the offer and coming into MINI of Las Vegas to finalize the sale. No annoying sales pitch phone calls, all the details were handled via messaging. No high-pressuring about the offer. No-haggling with the dealership, the certified offer was honored once Jason and his team verified the VIN #, the mileage, title and condition I stated the vehicle was in. Jason kept us informed on the status of the transaction and once all the paperwork was signed we walked out of the dealership with a check in hand for the full amount of the AutoNation Certified offer.The General Manager, Eric Hunsaker, offered his business card. My friend had a flat tire 50 miles from this dealership in my mini. I had serviced my mini in many dealers, but this has been the best experience. The rest of dealers visits have been experiences, this was an outstanding experience. I talked to Dawn over the phone to coordinate the tire being replaced, and to get an inspection of the mini. Dawn kept me updated of the process, and made everything super easy for me and my friend. If it was not because I live in another state, I would be back to Dawn every time I need something for my Mini. Dawn you gave us the best experience ever!

I took it right to the service area, and they helped me right away and very pleasantly!Chris was super helpful and sought to see how they could help as soon as I pulled up. Erick found my warranty information and was very helpful walking me through the process. Robert stepped in and was able to get the window closed so there was no security issue.I scheduled the car for an actual appointment with Erick and Chris sealed the window to prevent against dust and water intrusion.Great team, great service all around

Joe is the Best! My Car wouldnt start and so he personally came and tried the Remote key and still wouldnt start so he jumped the battery and it was a Dead Battery so followed him back to the Dealer and he had them put a NEW Battery, fix the Air Bag, fix the Right Side Floor cover and Wash the Car. Paid $31,000 for a brand new 2022 mini. Got the tinted window option. Bring it in for the tinting and I get it back with a scratch on the back door. Right under the window. Called them and they said bring it in and well take care of it. Brought it in today. They call my wife and tell her that theyre charging her $100. For them scratching my car I have to pay them $100.

Our salesperson was very helpful and and we were able to do the majority of the paperwork on the first visit. The car had just arrived and needed to be detailed and the gas tank filled so it was only driven in the parking lot. On the second visit it only took a few minutes to sign the final papers, turn in our car, and receive the keys to our new car. We were informed there was only one key and we would be responsible for having an additional one made. It was also noted there was no gas in the car. Someone immediately took the car to fill it with gas and while we were waiting our salesperson found the other key. The car returned and we were off to lunch and then home. When we arrived home we immediately noticed a strong gasoline smell when we opened the door. Later that evening the car was driven again with the same gasoline odor. We then parked it in the garage but had to move it outside because the odor was so strong. We had an appointment at a Kia dealer to have it inspected since we had five days to drive the car and return it if needed. The dealer found a crack in the fuel pump and we were not allowed to drive the car. The part is on back order so we have no idea when it will be fixed. Fortunately this is covered under warranty and Kia offered a rental car. MINI of Las Vegas also offered us a loaner car. We will be keeping the car when it is repaired since the mechanic stated that it had obviously been serviced regularly and was in very good condition other than the fuel pump. Unfortunately these unforeseen things happen and we appreciate that we were offered a loaner from MINI.

At first arrival, when I entered the service area, the only person there did not great me immediately and seemed a little stand offish. Once he knew I was there to see another service manager he just passed me on. The other service manager wasnt there so I had to wait a bit. Enters a lovely lady who was more than helpful and willing to help me. She was charming and very nice. She got me set up and then Eric came in and took over and he was amazing. Handled my car issues, made sure I was comfortable in the lounge, even got my car done sooner than estimated and washed. If only the first guy who greeted me could take lessons from the nice lady and Eric, Mini of Las Vegas would have an outstanding full team. Overall the experience was 5 stars.

Purchased a Mini from Mini Of Las Vegas in late 2015, and within a few months noticed a crunching sound when the car went over bumps. Brought it in and was told the front control arms were bad and would be replaced under warranty. A few months later, the crunching sound started again. When it was returned to address this, we were told that there was nothing wrong with the car and everything was fine. We were told that the crunching sound was just the way the car was supposed to sound. Several visits over the course of the next few years for other issues and we let them know every time that the crunching sound continued, they said it was normal. Another diagnostic to complain about it in 2017 and they said everything was fine. Took the car in today for a free diagnostic inspection (after the warranty had expired) and was told that the crunching sound is because the control arms are bad. Was told that replacements would run around $2,000! When we said this issue was not addressed when we complained about it while the car was still under warranty, the manager said oh well, there is nothing I can do for you. Found out that control arms usually last the lifetime of the car, and even the bushings last upwards of 100K miles before needing replaced! This car has 60K miles on it.......NEVER BUY A CAR FROM MINI OF LAS VEGAS. THEY OBVIOUSLY PUSH REPAIRS OFF UNTIL WARRANTY EXPIRES SO THEY CAN CHARGE FOR THEM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Overall I had a decent experience at this location but was disappointed in the total condition my mini was returned to me. I brought my mini in for repairs and learned that my vibration dampener was what was causing the issues. The repairs were quoted to be over $2,000, which was a hard pill to swallow, but understandable to fix the issues and prevent it from happening again.My service rep then told me that I absolutely had to have new tires, brakes, and rotors or my car would fail in the coming weeks to months. The tires were something I was already planning to replace this year so it wasn’t a surprise but the break and rotor issue (I believe) was slightly exaggerated. Still, I took the advice of the service rep and replaced all of these items bringing my total bill to $3,600.Now up to this point it certainly wasn’t fun to fork out that much money for car repairs but it was covering a lot of issues and I could understand why the bill was so high and mini had even worked with me to reduce it to that number (I think it was like $200 off).So where did things go wrong? Well when I first brought in my car I had also mentioned that I had a minor issue with the parking light in my left headlight assembly. Mini said they could see that I had an error message but that the issue was intermittently showing up and since it wasn’t something that showed up during their diagnostic they couldn’t help. I figured it was just a loose light bulb since the error would display every couple weeks since I had bought the car 7 months prior. Since it was just the parking light it really didn’t affect anything in terms of my ability to see and drive at night.Well the next day my same service rep called and said he wanted to “make me aware of a lighting issue, and asked if I had noticed any issues with my left headlight” I reminded him that I had literally told them about it the day before. I was then told that the entire headlight assembly needed to be replaced to fix the light and that would cost an additional $700+! Well of course I said no to these repairs especially over such a small issue.The rest of the repairs were made without issue and I received my car back 2 days later. When I went to pick up my car immediately I had a new error message on display about my headlight being bad, when I drove the next night I noticed the entire headlight assembly was no longer working. Now I should note that the rest of the car handled great and I’ve been pleased with the repairs. What made for a bad experience was the shop trying to charge me $700!?! For a lighting issue that they created.Now to be fair to them. They told me that what was causing the issue was that some wires that had begun to melt. It’s possible that while they were trying to diagnose the issue they bumped a couple wires and made the small issue worse. But why not offer to make the repair at cost, I can’t imagine it costs anywhere near $700 to remove the 3 screws that hold the assembly in place and to unplug and plug a new one in!The final issue I had, which I wish I had taken a before photo to document, was that when they replaced my engine case to stop the oil leak from damaging the new vibration dampener, they replaced the case with what appears to be a used part!? The mini logo was well worn (yellow tinted from heat and/or oil spilling on it over time) on the part that was installed. I was never informed that they were using used parts and why in the world did that cost over $2000 for a used part. This issue doesn’t bother me as much as the lighting issue but again just made for a subpar experience for the name and price that mini charges.

We had been looking for the right Land Rover and were not having much luck locally (northern Utah). They were too old for the money. I found one at Mini of Las Vegas and jumped on it. Levi and I texted and called back and forth. He sent pics, video, Carfax to me all before it was on the listing. The vehicle was very clean with low miles for a much lower price than it would have been in Utah (at least $5k). After their mechanics went through it thoroughly, and made sure it was in proper order, my wife flew down and picked up the vehicle. As she drove home, she texted to tell me how much fun she was having driving. Levi and Mini of Las Vegas took great care of us.

I paid cash for a car here on 6/1/21. Three months later they still havent sent title paperwork to provide me with title. As of now they have broke Nevada law. Im filing paperwork with the compliance dept at the DMV asap. So I can get my title. This business will be fined by the state, or have its license suspended.

Over all I had a good experience at this dealership. This isnt my first mini and as usual the sales staff and finance officer were right up to mini standards. Not pushy, they explain everything clearly, and they dont try to rip you off that much. The salesman made the whole experience pretty painless and I appreciate the fact that he was not pushy. The only negative thing I experienced was with the financing. They gave me an interest rate that was really high but I wanted the car. I figured I would just refinance it Monday with my credit union. Driving home I got a call from the dealership saying that BMW Credit offered me an interest rate that was right on par with my credit union. It all seemed a little too weird to me but I took the lower interest rate anyway. Thanks Mini of Las Vegas Im a happy mini owner. See you in 4 years.

Amazing customer service!!!I come here to get my regular maintenance and Kevin always takes care of me. I recently came in and I got everything I needed covered under my warranty and it was super easy very attentive and very thorough. Both Eric and Kevin took care of me. Kevin & Bev in service are super friendly and helped me get an appointment right away, as my check engine light was on & also experiencing other minor issues. Kevin got me in & out quickly being as I was on my way to work. A loaner Mini Cooper was set up and it was clean & full of gas. When I picked up my Mini Countryman S later that day it was also clean and ready for the road. Once again service did everything they promised and its been several days now and the vehicle is running great! Thanks to all the service people at Mini Las Vegas that made my experience a happy one. I will be back for service from Mini when necessary. Cheers & my Mini is awesome vehicle too!

Called to inquire about buying a car remotely. Got a quote from some guy name Adrian Rivera. Called again because I was ready to purchase the car and had questions about having it shipped to me. Could not get a hold of this Adrian guy. He would answer emails and texts but would not call me back. He told me would call me back the next morning but never did and the car was sold 24 hours later. Terrible communication and professionalism.

Review for AutoNation, which this dealer participates online, I believe. Specifically asked about scratches on the vehicle after several emails back and forth with the salesperson. We were sent pics of the tires and nothing else, so we assumed all was good (big mistake). Flew to city to pick up car only to find many scratches and other things not revealed online. Very disappointed with their transparency. First time buying online with a no haggle pricing. The car is wonderful minus all the scratches and other things discovered in person. Do your due diligence.Heres two weeks later (May 18th) after a response from Mini of Las Vegas with an invitation to call the GM and listen to my concerns. I thought, thats fair...So I called, spoke to Carlos, who said and the GM was busy but would have him call me back. Guess what??? Never returned my call. Great customer service, NOT!

I love the service provided! Dawn always very friendly and helpful. She knows how to take care of the customers. I’ve taken my car numerous times and at times required major work and luckily it’s still under warranty. But each time Dawn made sure that all my concerns were met. The service here is really it’s saving grace because the car itself had major issues ever since I purchased it.

Dawn and the entire crew of MINI of Las Vegas are truly the best team in the business. I have said this before and I will say it again the service they provide is excellent. I have been an avid MINI Cooper S owner since 2007. The team at MINI of Las Vegas has always gone out of their way to repair my car, get me a loaner if needed, make me feel comfortable, get me in and out as quickly as possible.
