Laura (a very spunky and cool Colombiana) helped me out tremendously during my visit.She let me FaceTime my Step-Father and was very informative about everything she showed us.The payment process was quick and easy, she just had me jot down some information on a sticky note (for accuracy, Im sure) and proceeded to enter my info into the system along with the mailing address for where the wallets that my Step-Father ended up purchasing were to be shipped.All in all, I cant recommend Laura enough and if youre in town, definitely make your way to THIS Cuadra (the other ones dont have Laura. Believe me, you want to deal with Laura). Very personable, quick, efficient and actually helpful, unlike some people working in retail these daya.Hope you enjoyed reading this brief, to the point review!Thanks!P.S. This store has excellent merchandise. I bought my husband a pair of gorgeous gator high top gym shoe. He absolutely loves them and get lots of compliments when he wears them. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cuadra at Forum. I will never come back in this place ever again! Easy rip off style. Angie and a sales lady so inconsiderate wanting me to take a very uncomfortable shoes. I even offered them to exchange with a boots I want in a higher price but they don’t care how you feel! So be careful soon as you leave that store even just for one hour they will never give you what you want! PERIOD! Don’t ever buy anything here specially their sale items! They don’t care if you will skinned off with the boots as long as they have their money. And mind me they will never return your money after 24hours lol. Desperate moves you two!

I dont know what had happened to this store. Two years ago I shopped an alligator jacket for myself and a fox fur jacket for my wife. Staff was great & knowledgeable of skins and treatment. My last experience on the past couple of days ago was beyond disappointing. Now new products, sad environment. I just left.

BEWARE! If you are buying something make sure you 100% like it. If you try to return it they will try and act like they don’t know how to do returns. Be careful!!!! I visited from California bought a wallet I didn’t like tried to return it the next day and they said i would have to come back on Tuesday when the manager returns. I convinced the cashier to call his manager and have her walk him through it... ridiculous!
