This is my 3rd experience with Enterprise (specifically this location) but this is my first car solely in my name, I’m so very grateful for all the extra miles Brittany & Erica went for me to get my own car with limited credit. Not only did she call me after hours with the news that she found a car for me but she listened to all my requests and needs in a vehicle. I spent a better part of two days in this location while they worked on a good deal for me, seeing these employees with other customers and witnessing the behind the scenes on how they treat their customers. It’s absolutely astonishing how kind they are and how invested Enterprise is with their customers. I’ve said it a million times before and I’ll say it again, I’ll forever be an Enterprise customer. Terrible customer service( Race played a roll); not from all employees just mangement it seems as an African American customer we definitely felt a difference in how we were approached, and how our service was handled. Over all we went with Hertz and had a great experience.

Enterprise insurance agency is a complete scam. I purchased a car from the dealership and paid extra for eMRP warranty and now that my part is on back order nationwide. They wont provide a substitute vehicle as it isnt covered in the warranty cause they only give two extra days for part delay!

When I was young and had no down payment or credit, they fixed it so I could make payments on the down payment and helped me get into my first car.I went back today and Preston sold me another car. After 3 cars I am still disgusted. Terrain had an oil leak Joe Holland didnt fix and a damaged key fob. Caravan fuel line to the engine leaked and then busted in my face and the sliding door wasnt flush with the fender and it creaked while in motion and I was told that couldnt be fixed. After 12+ inquiries on my credit, I had to settle on an equinox that was cheaper than the van but my payments are more. If I couldnt find a vehicle I could pay a 200.00 restock fee and leave with no car and get some of my money back eventually. Absolutely one of the worst experiences. I wasnt informed that the equinox didnt come with remote start until I mentioned it, which was a must have in a vehicle I wanted. I could go on but I wont..lesson learned

Jason Holcomb is a great sales consultant. After talking to him for a little bit he knew exactly what I wanted. After agreeing to one rate we changed our down payment. Jason searched for a better rate one more time. He found us an even better deal. It was a great trip down there even during this scare. Our vehicle went out on us during this time. We need something that we could rely on, and with Mr. Holcomb I think we found a great deal.

Erica and Doug were amazing people to work with. From the time that I started shopping for a car to the fast approval and signing the paper work. They were friendly and never pushy what so ever. Amazingly friendly sales staff and the vehicle I purchased was immaculate. I will absolutely check this lot again next time I buy a car. The best part of the experience in my opinion was the accuracy of the inventory listed on the website and the ease of browsing it. Best car Buying experience, that I have ever had! Please ask for William Jordan Tyler !!! I applied online and got a call to come in and take a test drive. I was surprise how quickly the process was with no pressure! I purchased a car with 22,000 miles on it and the next day discovered the air conditioner was not blowing right. It was taken car of immediately and I was given a rental. Enterprise was out of rentals during the day, so the manager gave me his new 2017 Pathfinder to drive til mine was fixed. I love my car and the customer service!!!!!

Purchased truck and as I was leaving was told one of the keys didn’t work and I would need to bring it back on a Tuesday at 4pm to be reprogrammed. Returned following Tuesday for reprogram but the technician didn’t show up. I was told to schedule with local dealership and they would pay for service. They did pay for it. Lot more to story that I have been waiting for a manager to contact me about. Was told to bring truck by but a manager wasn’t available. Told by salesman that I would be contacted about my concerns but hasn’t happened yet.

While I did not originally intend to purchase a vehicle from Enterprise, Derek, Jordan, and Mike were all absolutely wonderful to work with. This was not at all like my past car buying experiences that were high-pressure and stressful. Derek found me a car that met my long list of must-haves plus more! I couldnt say no. No long list of add-on fees or inflated prices or haggling battle. Prices just under KBB, Carfax provided, very clean and well maintained. A straight forward no nonsense approach that will definitely bring me back as well as strongly recommending to friends and family. Was not impressed. My salesman forgot to let the other guy know the payment I wanted so my pymt ended up being way higher then I was told who the loan agency was and that my first pymt would be May 14, 2020. I since then received a letter from the loan agency that they have denied my loan. THIS IS ALL SUPPOSED TO BE ACCEPTED BEFORE I WALK OFF THE LOT WITH THE CAR BUT IT WAS NOT. I AM VERY ANGRY AND NOW MUST GO VISIT ENTERPRISE TO FIND OUT WTH IS GOING ON.

Chris Bly showed me around, talked about what I could get financed for, then applied to the banks for the car I liked. My insurance agent also recommended them. All the cars were in brand new condition. We signed papers and they held the car until I got the insurance payment (following a wreck). They were very helpful & made it an easy experience.

Absolutely the best large purchase experience EVER! Jonathan was fun, friendly and extremely helpful with knowledge of our vehicle and the process. Jason in Finance did all he could to get us the best possible financing option. There were a couple other sales occurring at the same time as ours and it was such a light hearted family-oriented experience that no one minded a little down time while the process was working. We had our 7 year old daughter with us and the sales staff engaged her and kept her involved and even entertained. Something parents are very grateful for when they have to have their children along for a potentially difficult and lengthy experience for anyone especially children. I bought my 2013 Equinox here July 1. They were great! It was my first time buying a car on my own and this was the perfect place to do that. The staff was patient and helpful without being overwhelming. And their follow up has been much appriciated!

I dont know that I will ever go anywhere else to buy a used car again! The guys at the Charleston lot were awesome. They arent your typical car salesmen. I genuinely believe that they are there to help you purchase a car, not push you into buying something you dont want or need. I am cautious and cynical, but they were patient and helped me through the whole process. The biggest plus is that my credit is good, but not outstanding, and yet they are the only place that could get me financed for a decent monthly payment. I love my car and like I said in the beginning, I dont think Ill ever go anywhere else for used cars!

I had a very positive experience dealing with Enterprise. My car window had gotten smashed in and I get all of my rentals from them anyway. I got to talking with the rental girl and she put me on to the car sales side. Once I got into contact with them they brought me in and turns out there was a problem with who my current cars loan was through. They were very patient in waiting for me (a whole 5 weeks) to deal with the problem. They continued to check up on me and ask for status updates. When it was all said and done I got an excellent price on the car I really wanted. I have been 100% happy with my purchase.

Enterprise Car Sales is different. You dont have the crazy stuff that you see in most dealers. Youre not pressured to buy the car. They talk to you about the car, show you the car but if its not the right one, no problem.The sales person sat down with me first and asked what kind of car I was looking for; what features I liked in my current car; and what features I did want in a new car but could be flexible if they had something that met all the other criteria. He also asked what my ideal payment would be. From there I got the car I was looking for.
