Boot Barn’s collection of non American boots is disgusting. I have big feet. The dude didn’t even offer to order me a set. Companies that don’t sell a good selection of American made products are why our companies go overseas. You should’ve tried harder to sell me a pair. Another worthless company with worthless employees.

I went in to get some boots for work. I was greeted when I entered and pointed in the directions of the safety boots. The sales person knew which boots were composite toe (my preference). I was able to find a pretty sweet pair of Tony Lama boots for work. Overall good experience.

Really wanted leather, dressy low cut cowgirl boots. What I wanted wasnt in my size. The girl did call another store but I wasnt driving that far. Staff was around a lot asking if you needed help.

I am about as opposite to Western as they come (Yankee transplant), and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. I was a bit intimidated but was wanting to get my daughter some boots. The staff here was very inviting and helpful. The selection of boots for a 6yo was extensive, with a range of prices from moderate to pricey. We found leather uppers for $40, which I found to be reasonable. No clothes for kids. I enjoyed shopping here and I just might go back to get some western wear for myself.

We bought our daughter a pair of boots for her birthday. She has only wore them a couple of times. The other day I noticed she was walking with a limp. I checked her boot, it was defected. So we went back without the receipt because we never thought of taking them back. My daughter is very happy and Boot Barn has three customers for life. Thanks.

I have been looking for a new pair of work boots for 4wks found someone special who knows how to fit a foot. Their warranty is unmatched. I will refer everyone to them. They took back a pair of boots I ordered online were for 4 weeks grease and beat up no questions asked...cant say enough!!!

Terrible source for work wear. I went in, during January, to find fleece-lined work pants. They didnt carry any fleece lined pants. The womens section scarcely carried work appropriate items at all. It was just a bunch of overly-embroidered/rhinestoned western outfits.

They did not want to help me. Everyone had something better to do other than help a customer

Great selection! Management is poor. Ive tried on 3 occasions to setup a corporate account so I can send my employees here to purchase safety boots and 3 times I have not received a call back or promised email with information. Im at a loss.

Bought my first set of boots here. Ended up returning ariats for Eldorados after a very convincing sales associate explained the cloud foot experience. Got a great deal and I am incredibly happy with the boots and the assistance I received.
