Love this place. I rarely drop in but when I do I find a lot of stuff that I want and at some pretty good prices. The staff is friendly, awake and chill. Chris in firearms rocks. Store has a lot of random stuff you might not even know you wanted.

Where else can you buy a shotgun. A Chainsaw. Straw. Chicken feed. Cowboy boots. And a ladies blouse. If you have never been to cal ranch, it is time to go. Love cal ranch.

Hello Im 20 years old. I Literally just went in the store to purchase 9mm ammo for my Ruger PC Carbine, sure enough to say these people told me I cant purchase 9mm ammo under 21, I didnt want to cause any problems for them so I just left. I legally purchased the rifle and was told I can buy ammo for it any time. Not by this store, but they are discriminating. The law doesnt prohibit me from purchasing 9mm ammo for rifles. I just went to another gun store and I havent told them I have a rifle, they asked me... and they let me purchase the ammo. Get your laws and facts straight, and stop discriminating against young black people.

I have made multiple major purchases in this store in the last year. Evan, who works behind the gun counter is always great! Knowledgeable, friendly and fun!I will continue to shop there... because of him.

Always a great selection of products. There is rarely a line at checkout because the workers are very fast to get customers on their way.

The cashiers were truely authentic in being friendly, curious and kind. The peaches are delicious, the prices for animal feed are decent and nice variety of gifts, special items like jams, pickles and unique things.

Originally I complained about the gun counter being impatient and/or snappy.I’ve purchased 2 guns and am a daily costumer for ammo and their unique sodas.I’ve noticed new employees behind the counter who seem willing to learn and very sincere.A complete reform from cal ranch so if their willing to put in the work, I’m willing to change my one star review.If I were to complain about anything else I’d be that I spend too much money at this store.

This store has a lot to offer.

Just go elsewhere for firearms. Unless youre willing to drive out there just to see what they have. Tried calling multiple times just get put on hold for 5 minutes then they hang up on you. Also their websites inventory just says everything is in store and everything is out of stock. I understand that people are trying to get their hands on things right now. But theres no way their shelves are barren. Also zero customer service doesnt help. Ill just buy my goods from a local gun shop. Just hope they can order it in.

Cal Ranch, its worth a trip there just see what they got. Cal-Ranch has everything Harbor Freight and Lowes have combined with an entire Clothing Department to boot. Btw, we wondered into this Cal Ranch with Zero thought in my mind that I would be walking out with a New pair of Justin Roper size 13s that day Incan promise you. So Sharon likes boots and the sales woman said there was a sale going on, so as Im looking around at a pair of Justin boots when the sales person says Would you like for me to check the sales price, my return statement was so strong, I thought, Im getting out of here without buying boots,lol, Not. Theyre 100-250 minimum for Justins. My zipped up tight rebuttal went something like this IF they were no more than 30 dollars then Ill buy them she said Ill check, Im like theres NOoo way, lol, yeah thats right, she comes back and says, theyre 31 and change. I love Cal-Ranch and I used to always go to Cal-Ranch for my clothes. Lately the clothes selection has changed. Now I have to go to Boot Barn to find what I want, the womens selection on clothes are not nearly as good as it used to be! Its such a bummer cause Cal-Ranch is so close to me and I can get my animals food and find awesome clothes all at once, not now. :(

The reason I am giving this establishment a one star is due to the rude and extremely unprofessional employee that works behind the ammo and firearms counter maybe this store doesnt need the business or to establish a good reputation with the local residents I do understand the demand of specific products encourages people to get frustrated with their current occupation in customer service regardless there needs to be some kind of standard to how someone being paid to do their job should conduct themselves in a somewhat of a professional manner even if you dont like your job and or are ready for retirement I notified the manager Mike of the issue and he was extremely unhelpful....

Yeah I bought a heritage revolver and I didn’t notice a good amount of the paint was coming off, when I called back the store they told me there was nothing they can do, terrible customer service, if I’m going to spend money on something new I want it new

First of all I try to shop at local business to support them. I went in looking for some re load stuff and the old man behind the counter was horrible. The disrespect was out of line. My family and I will never shop here again. This was not the first time with the horrible customer service but its for sure the last time

I called in advance about coming in, though I did not talk with the same person as in the store, I was accommodated very politely and finalized a purchase of just one baby chick 🐤 2 weeks ago- which is now fully feathered and is flying around a lot (I think I got the rooster :) I checked online for growth stages - mine looks like a month old chick. And really I purchased the chick cash on March 4th (my card was having issues) the store was near closing, but everyone accommodated me regardless. Absolutely loved this visit, to find proper candy of yesteryear, really impressed with the range of product, the helpfulness of the staff, it was absolutely fantastic, plus the apple 🍎 is absolutely delicious 😋. Plus my amazing, beautiful wife found a proper bottle of cane sugar ginger ale, made with proper root ginger too, the prices are so reasonable too.

I went here for chicken feed and coop supplies.They had everything I needed at reasonable prices: crumble, scratch, oyster shell, grit, and pine shavings.The staff was friendly above measure Austin helped me in the parking lot before I even went into the store!I was struggling with three small children and they were patient and understood.Thank you for making my needed trip easy and pleasant. I will surely return.

When I first started going to this store I loved it but then the quality started to down grade fast. The customer service is bad. They treat you as if you are bother them. They also do not match their prices to the cal ranch website. There will be something on there priced 20 and in store it will be 50. When they are selling chicks they have no clue how to take care of them properly or have no information about them. To end this all they have a sign on the store saying its mandatory to wear masks but none of the employees wear masks.

Last November I purchased an item at the C A L Ranch Store in Sierra Vista, AZ. I returned the item that same day. I didnt catch the fact that the return as not on my CC. For couple of weeks I couldnt get the issue resolved. Then, I was contacted by an employee, and we came to a mutual agreement; I was going to be reimbursed with a gift card for the total amount. I was happy! Imagine my surprise when I received side gift card, here in Nevada, and, not only did I receive the refund amount, but the manager, Mike Hardiman, added an additional $10 for my inconvenience! WOW, totally unexpected. Thank you, Sir.

Everytime I come here, everyone is very nice and accommodating. Ive bought all manner of things here and have never had an issue. Reminds me of an old farm store I used to go to with my grandfather when I was a child.

Called and asked if they had a specific brand of fly spray. They said yes. I drove 62 miles to get it, only to discover it was not the brand I asked for.. was told by the clerk that they are training and just because they tell us they have it it doesnt mean the info given is accurate?? What????

WORST PLACE EVER we came in and grabbed something before the store closed 7 mins prior. We grabbed the item in 1 min. We waited at the register for 4 mins where a short man started being rude and didn’t want to help us with the price of a dog house, keep in mind it’s not 7 yet. We were ready to pay . He continued with his attitude. and refused to ring us up claiming all the registers were closed while they were still ringing up someone. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Do Not...I repeat do not buy a gun safe at CAL Ranch!!! They recommended Donny Warmus to do customer deliveries, and this guy is not even licensed to move or do deliveries no where in Nevada. I have been burn before with safe delivery and moving companies. I found out that he has a revoke Nevada State Business License and no licenses authorizing to deliver or provide moving services. He lied to me when I was trying to verify his business. He does not have movers or workers Comp insurance. He can damage your safe and or property, or hurt himself on your property only to come back and sue you.I purchased my gun safe from a safe store that has all the proper licenses. I continue to tell my friends not to buy from CAL Ranch! Dont get burned!!!!

Love this store. Everything I need in one place. Only problem is the website... when I do 2 separate searches for hand guns... not a single hand gun pops up. Ive bought more fun merchandise than anything at Cal Ranch, but I cant save a trip and search online.

We like coming here to look at their rocking chairs and cowboy boots. Sometimes the have bunnies or chicks. Its a great place to pick up dog treats and medicine. Pretty neat store all in all. The staff is always really friendly too.

Beth was incredibly supportive with us customer wise, taking extra time way above, and beyond THE CALL OF DUTY in helping us with the replacement of a REAL LEMON PELLETT GRILL. Beth made several visits too our home, once for attempting, and what turned into a MAJOR repair effort by using component parts the manufacturer sent us, which didnt resolve the operating issues at hand. After a somewhat protracted warranty battle with the manufacturer, Beth single-handedly, not only arranged for a replacement, but substituted another TOP NOTCH GRILL in place of our LEMON! Thereafter personally delivering the NEW completely assembled grill using Her own transportation, NOW THATS UNPARALLELED SERVICE, simply amazing, amazing, amazing!!! I am in at least once a week for chicken feed and I always have great service at the back of the store...not when I get up front its different. The cashier is either really shy or doesnt speak English well since she isnt very friendly. But I wouldnt let that experience give them a poor rating. Still a great store with Unique items!

The place looks nice. They have dogs up for adoption that looked very scared. All of the dogs seem really upset. One dog had (what seemed like) an infected eye.

I really like this store. And their a pet friendly store as well. Never have I or my family had a bad experience with them. You guys got my votes.

I love this place.drove an hour and a half to buy some new jeans there. Huge selection and sizes to fit my weird body,lol. Little bit of everything. I shop there regularly. They carry good horse feed. The oats are triple cleaned, they carry Standlee alfalfa & alfalfa/timothy pellets, cubes plus numerous other items for livestock. The only downfall is if I cant get one of the staff that is knowledgeable about horses on the phone I get misinformation and its too far to drive to find out its not actually in stock. Great place for western clothes, camping equipment, gardening supplies, livestock equipment!

First time to go there today. Unfortunately they didnt have my size jeans. Also no gun magazine. But I was amazed at all the other great stuff they had. Employees were very helpful and friendly. Plenty of parking and very clean inside.

They only had half the stuff that I needed and the staff was the worst I’ve ever seen Staff even at McDonald’s for my lunch had better staff how can someone that works at a horse store not be able to tell me what the differences in the chicken food. I then asked help putting something on my cart since I’m older and the girl had to tell me to wait that she wailed go get some guy that’s never came back. The girl at the register wasn’t even able to ring my stuff up because she couldn’t find any Prices because the barcode was on the bottom. The manager finally came which was a nice lady she was very upset with her staff I told her all of my complaints about no one on the floor knows what they’re doing or even cares I don’t want to ask for someone’s where an item I eat bus and them points at me and says over in that corner I won’t come back I’ll do the extra drive to the regular farm store in the middle of town

I have been in store many times but cant afford. I only buy if on sale. They would make the same amount of money if they lowered profit marginAnd sold much more. I find people go there onetime and dont return. If you need what they have you will always go back. Service was five star in the begining.

The best place to get guns and dog foods all-in-one stop. They also have some really cute clothes for women that like dressing like cowgirls.

The selection of different goods is a perfect mix. A little on the higher end of mid priced clothing, footwear. But my customer service was lacking and difficult to find a sales associate that knew what I was looking for and where it actually was. Do keep an eye on the clearance racks!!!

Great store. Has lots of needed things. Only problem is that about 1/4 of all the merchandise does not contain price tags. Otherwise, this will be a favorite store for me, and I drove 25 miles to get here.

This place is great for all ranch needs, I always find what I am looking for and get great ideas for other projects. Compared to other ranch style stores in town, this one has the most products, and various brands available. I shop there for Organic chicken feed and building supplies.

You get a country greeting as you enter always. Workers hold complete conversations with you . They dont just answer and run. Very knowledgeable staff. They treat you like they want you to come back

Not a really cool things in the store. Ive seen a lot of things in other stores in a compared the price, and their prices are very compatible. Associates are very helpful. I will be stopping here more often.

Horrible management by Mike. I was shopping after a class next door at the dog training center. Mike and some girl literally stalked us shopping and with things in our hands to buy and tried to tell us we could not train our dogs in there. Three of us who just finished a class next door hanging out and buying things. Rude and horrible manager. I won’t be back.

Im going to be honest with you the only reason I ever stepped foot in the stores because I heard they had a really good sugar-free candy selection for a son whos on a strict sugar free diet they do have a great selection however they do not take EBT and the candy can be extremely pricey Im not into anything equestrians this definitely wasnt the store for me however they did have a great candy selection so if you were looking for sugar free candy this is the place to go

I love this place. Nowhere else in vegas can you buy a new drill, a bag of sheep food, a new sporting rifle, and a flannel shirt. As a man and outdoorsman its hands down my favorite place to shop.

Their archery selection leaves much to be desired. They couldnt supply me the brand, a comparable brand, or even the spine number strength I required. I couldnt even find out by phone, 3 calls that is, I had to waste the gas in my Suburban just to get this kinda results.

Huge store, my intention onto visiting this place was to get bird feed however I couldnt . Staff was not friendly and lacked interest on helping me solve the issue. One half of the store was geared towards household, clothing, and other country like stuff. I was really surpriced that they didnt have in stock the items I was looking to buy.

I lost one of my Shih-tzus to congestive heart disease, so I went online and found a path 4 paws. I immediately found Gypsy. I took the my other Shih-Tzu with me for a meet and greet. It was so busy that the meet and greet was not good. With so many distractions the dogs could not really get comfortable, however, we did adopt Gypsy. It was a very long wait to process through the paperwork. The staff was helpful, but we happened to go on a very busy day. But we are working to become a family

I bought a chain saw. I wanted to leave with no fuel in it because fuel can distroy the 300 dollar saw I just bought. Since I will not be using it for 3 months. My grand children wanted me to have it on fathers day so we bought it today. The shopkeepers were so worried that I see it run that no one listened to me..so I know it works. I believe Unfortunately it might not when I need it. You turned a fun experience with my grandkids. Into a sad day I just wanted it in a box so they could see me open it tomorrow. Now I have a durty saw full of fuel and a 4 year old and 6 year old who dont understand that it now cant be kept in the house and opened in the morning and used at the ranch in a few months when we go there. I might just bring it back and buy a saw from a hardware store in a box with no fuel as I requested.

Love this place. Chics, rabbits for sale at times. Even dog adoptions. Clothes, belt buckles, house decorations inside and out. Awesime staff.

I could spend a lot of time in this store, they have anything you need. I go in to buy grain they all are clean good grain no bugs as found in some other suppliers.
