Very excellent customer service and super helpful service department, I really appreciate Mike’s help getting the first service done on my 2018 Yamaha MT-10. If There’s something that needs to be worked on my bike, I’m definitely taking it again to this place.

I would have given five stars but... their bank they choose to do business with is shady. I bought a DRZ with them. The buying experience was great; sales people were great. The price was a tad high.I am surprise their in house finance company is so bad though. Its a company called synchrony bank. Basically I have made every single payment to the bank, but for whatever reason synchrony is not recognizing my payments. I have statements to prove they are receiving my payments. Since the bank is not recognizing my payments they continue to apply late fees to my account.Come here and buy your toys, but do not use their in house finance company (synchrony bank). Bring your own finance company.

So, I had virtually a brand new side by side which I purchased from another RideNow in town. At 23 miles the engine seized up. I called the store where I purchased it and it was not a pleasant experience. I was made to feel it was something I had done to cause this issue. However, everyone I spoke with said at 23 miles, mind you I only had it on 1 ride and it seized on the second and the first was a trail ride, this should never have happened.I was turned on to the crew at RideNow Craig and let me tell you what, my mind was completely put at ease. Dominic, the service manager, never even mentioned the fact of it being my fault and simply said he’d look into it and handle it. I took my car to him and he was tearing into it the next day. I had an explanation and proof it was a manufacturing quality control issue. In fact, he downloaded my computer and basically laughed at how little the car was pushed.Thankfully they had a new motor in their warehouse in LV and the car was like brand new within a week, with daily updates.Thankfully, thanks to Dominic and John, their investigation in to this revealed the manufacturing issue and it was 100% covered by the warranty. Not sure what would’ve been the outcome if I had taken it to the other store.So needless to say, this experience was OUTSTANDING and I will be using their shop whenever I need them.Matter of fact I went back 2 weeks later for a stereo install problem.Thanks a lot Dom and crew at RideNow Craig Rd!!!

To start, this is my second time purchasing a motorcycle from a RideNow dealer. I had a great experience the first time and this most recent time was no different. They had the bike I wanted at the price I was looking for so there was no doubt that I was making the trip to finalize the purchase. And the fact that they had the bike ready when I got there, says a lot about them, not only as a dealer, but professionally as a team. If theres ever a third time purchase, a RideNow dealer will be my first stop.

Found the bike I wanted at a super price. After communicating with Matt, Tony and Toby a few times, made a deal and drove up from San Diego county and picked it up. Everyone was great to work with, including Mike in parts and a very nice youg lady whose name escapes me. Great experience.

Started off by waiting for help for a good 10 to 15 minutes. Then was told I have to buy the bike in order to test ride it for 15 minutes or a few miles, whichever is first. If I bring it back within the limits they rip up the contract. Yeah... no, sketchy. Ive test ridden A LOT of bikes in my life and never had this happen to me. How can they expect to sell anything if a customer doesnt know if itll suit them.To top it off, they handed me the pricing, which was $1k+ in dealer fees. Seriously? Worse dealership Ive ever been to. They lost a sale and many future ones. When I find a dealer I like, I buy a brand new bike either every year or every other year. I was warned about their ridiculous dealer fees, but nothing about test riding.

Came down to RideNow on Craig for new tires and rims. Mikey in parts was so incredibly helpful, he helped us find exactly what we were looking for. He helped us also find new seats and harnesses we had been looking for. We had been looking to upgrade the clutch kit in our rzr, of the other places we called looking for parts, Mikey was the only one to find exactly what we needed. Thank you so much! Its never fun when you have to go without your ride for any amount of time, but Dennis has consistently made efforts to get me back on the rode as soon as possible and keeping me updated so I didnt go crazy. After being in the bike biz myself for decades, I am amazed an outfit like this can stay in business! After four days they cant even tell me how much money to bring for my new bike. Ive never been lied to so often in such a short amount of time.

Bought a used pioneer 1000-5 from them and I live in Utah. Worked out the deal before going down and everything was as expected. After the sale there was some confusion and the sales guy who handled the deal no longer worked there. I worked with the sales manager to solve the issue and he was helpful and straightforward. I feel like he turned what could have been a bad experience into a good one. I would work with them again because they did what they had to in order to make it right and I feel like most places dont do that anymore.

Everyone one there was extremely helpful. I went in looking for new tires for my bike and talked with Josh. He told me exactly what I needed to know and have recommendations. He wasnt pushy in anyway to get me too but right then. Me and my friends then talked with Ramsey on the sales floor. My friend was looking at her first bike and he helped her out a lot. He explained the difference between every bike she was looking at, and again wasnt pushy about anything. I would recommend them to anyone.

Stopped by to just have the air in my tires checked. They took the bike right away and topped off the air free of charge. I spent a few minutes shopping around and they have a large selection of bikes. Bought a small USB charger for the bike and Autumn was the lady who checked me out. From first pulling up in the back to get my bike checked to checking out at the register, the entire staff was polite and courteous.

Called around and they had the best prices on tires for my cruiser. Parts and service department were great. I appreciate the attention to detail from the mechanic that pulled my bike into the shop.

Just put a deposit on a bike. The price is absolutely phenomenal. Im a little disappointed that they tacked on a GPS that I dont want or need after quoting me an out the door price and wouldnt remove it. But the overall cost is still phenomenal so Ill live with it. Hopefully Ill be picking up my new bike Saturday.Update: Everything went smooth, very fast. I was in and out in 45 minutes if that. Still a little annoyed about the GPS. Itll take about 3 years before the system pays for itself with insurance discounts. Oh well.2nd Update: Im changing my review from 4 stars to 2 stars. The GPS they installed keeps draining my battery. Its bad enough that they misrepresent the out the door price by adding it, its also bad enough that they wouldnt take it off when I said I didnt want it, now it has caused the hassle of having to recharge the battery if I ever leave town for a couple weeks or am not able to ride for a bit. Carters may have higher prices, but this is the second time something like this has happened to me at a Ridenow. I shouldve listened to my instincts and just walked out when I saw that GPS on the bill.

And, the bike was, seviced before I took it. Nothing but good appreciation and fair dealings with this top notch staff. They know the stuff. Very impressed. I will come back.

Ride Now is a great store with many options to choose from. The staff was a great help and they delivered my bike no charge. My driver Joe was awesome. He arrived quickly and was hilarious.

The price on vehicles are nice customer service is good. For the most part. As far as parts and accessories for your bike there is better places to go.

The sales staff at RideNow are very friendly and helpful. They transferred the bikes we wanted from Arizona to Las Vegas and the purchase process was great. Im giving three stars due to the overpriced service department. My husband and I have the exact same motorcycles and the 600-mile service cost us $375 at RideNow for his bike. I took mine directly to Yamaha for the 600-mile service and it only cost me $92 there. It is a hike across town to go to Yamaha, but definitely worth saving almost $300. Yamaha completed the service while I waited, which was also a bonus.

My experience started in Phoenix but ended with a trip to Vegas to buy a quad from a great salesman named Chris Ramsey. Chris shook a firm hand and always made eye contact which really matters to me. He constantly updated me on the status of my purchase. I dont mind driving 600 miles for great customer service....it was so worth it. Everyone I encountered was personable and helpful the entire time. Chris did right by me having the quad I wanted and delivering like he said he would. It was a great experience! This is a real customer who now has a great reason to brag about RideNow on Craig!! Thanks to the entire staff especially Chris in sales and Jim in parts, these two are realy cool guys!!!

Well, lots of inventory. Not so good on customer service. Tried to buy a wheel and tire but couldnt get anyone to help, so left with no product. I never enjoy wasting time. This is why Amazon is putting small business out of business. Had my order the next day. Sad. Perhaps it was a bad day.

While I really like Ridenow Powersports, this location never seems to have what I need in stock. I usually get sent to the one on Boulder Hwy. That being said, the staff is awesome! They knew just about every answer to every question I had. Not very noticeable while driving. You really have to know its there. Parking is kind of tight.

This was my first encounter with Josh in the service dept but he took great care of me. Answered all my questions and got me out in a timely manner. Very patient dude. Definitely will be back.

Where to start? I was helping my buddy pick out his first bike so we hit up pretty much every dealer in Vegas over the course of two days. RideNow on Craig was one of the last ones on the list, after visiting other RideNow locations I didn’t have high hopes. Upon looking around I noticed a 2017 FZ-10 with a discounted price sticker on it and I knew I had to have it. Ryan Deponty was my salesman and it was one of the most enjoyable experiences I have had purchasing a vehicle let alone a motorcycle. Everyone in the shop was nice, working to get extra savings anywhere they could. I noticed a scratch on one of the mirrors and they ordered another one right away, the battery also died within days of bringing it home and they picked it up for free and returned it next morning free of charge. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy and I will use them for all of my needs in the future. I can’t say enough good things about everyone at this shop. Worth the drive to Craig IMHO

The staff was completely helpful. As a new rider who has taken the MSF course, they expressed safety concerns with riding and offered additional tips. Rob was amazing when he gave me seat time on the bike and highlighted the pros and cons of the bike. I went to another ridenow and I had to go out of my way to get help, but at Craig I was taken care of. Definitely recommend the shopping experience

After 3 days finally respond with Real price over 2 thousand $ higher than ad for this fee, that fee bla bla bla. I would never buy a thing from this liar. Thanks for wasting my time. I only went here because they had a specific color bike in store i wanted that the others were going to have to assemble. I figured id buy now instead of wait but they wanted over 1k more.. ridiculous... Brand new bike and a leftover for 2016..... Anyway, Friendly staff and good bike selection....

Went in to get the new RS1, Dakota was helping me with my purchase. He told me they had one coming and got me all approved within 20 mins, fastest that Ive ever been approved. I would recommend using Dakota if your in the market for any new toys! Went in on 4/10/2018 to pick my machine up and Dakota had everything ready to go for me, just a great experience with them! Tried to purchase my first ATV here. Wasnt the best experience. The sales staff seem to be geared toward a quick cash sale. They didnt try to help me find any safety gear, ramps for my truck or accessories like I wanted before trying to push me into a confusing finance situation. Probly not a bad place if your already familiar with everything, but if your new to this it wasnt very helpful.To address your reply. Dont try to make it sound like it was about the approval process, thats not true. Your trying to blame this on me to cover yourself. Thats sad.

There is only one thing I can say... excellent service honestly have never seen that level of dedication, customer service and professionalism in a service shop. From Dennis in service all the way to the General Manager you guys WOWed me and went above and beyond. You have a customer for life.

Last weekend Ridenow Boulder was having an event. The CTX had its first service the day before. The Concours needed road time. The parking area was festive and crowded with people and vendors. The only parking available was next to the building, on the south end. After finding a safe place place to jump the curb and getting off the Concours Walking my way was my friend Dennis from Ridenow Craig. With greetings, as friends do, Dennis pointed at the Concous and said, Whats that? The Concours was loosing antifreeze at a rapid rate. Dennis had been on duty when the Concour was in his shop recently for warranty updates. Before I could say anything, he had turned on the motorcycle and we both saw the temperature was maxed. He called Ridenow Criaig and notified them I was on my way.Please give this man, my friend, Dennis a good old fashioned pat on back and hardy handshake for helping his customer with haste and professional experience. The Ridenow family is is richer for people like Dennis. Thank you and bless you all and your families.

Cash talks is what I was told. Went in and said we can put over 20% down what do we need to do to make the bike ours? Well they did the paperwork and application for us and waited for like an hour or so and then they said they wanted $3,800 down on a stickered price bike at $5,999, that more then 50%. We then asked how much is it for cash out the door, came back with $7,500. Oh the bike only had 220 miles and they had to change the tiers and they paid over $6,000 for it. So we have to pay your differences. Like really. Well the price went up for dealership fees and taxes, is what I was told by the business manager. Like I have cash in hand and you still don’t want to sale a bike, ok so I took myself else where. We did go some where else and found out that ridenow told the bank we make $6,000 a month. Which if you do the math on all the numbers above that doesn’t make since that we didn’t get approved. But it’s fine we have a bike from somewhere else and all the person who called could say well that how motorcycle dealerships work with the fees. Well we will come by with our new bike. That is just as much as they wanted us for a smaller bike.

Sales staff very friendly and motivated. Finance dept works hard for you and tries to find a loan that works in your budget. If they would return calls like promised I would have gave five stars.

I am in the process of my third vehicle purchase with Kris Ramsey at Craig Road RideNow. I have been so impressed with the knowledge and attention he gives me that I ask for him everytime I need anything. The parts rep, service reps and finance team are far more attentive and friendlier than anywhere I have been for my off road toys and accessories. I will not go anywhere else. I want to give a huge thank you to the staff at Ridenow on Craig. My sole purpose was to go in and look at bikes as I felt my credit wasnt good enough. I was immediately approached by Lenny who showed me everything Ridenow has to offer. There was nothing Lenny didnt know. Well, Lenny catered to my every need as I fell in love with one bike. Lenny convinced me to try and apply for the bike. After countless efforts provided by Lenny, Ryan and Jimmy I was able to ride home on my new bike. These 3 guys were amazing in making sure I was satisfied. Lenny and Jimmy made sure I was well informed of my options prior to me departing. Thank you to the 3 guys that made this happen. What an experience! We have been wanting the 900 Crew 6 EPS for a while and these guys made it happen for us today. Came for the bikes, left because the desk was too comfortable for anyone to take notice that I was even walking around. Walked around a good 10 minutes without so much as a how yah doing
