Came to the Boot Factory Outlet because of their BUY 1 GET 2 FREE special..seemed like a deal too good to be true..but long story short THIS DEAL IS LEGIT! We only planned on getting 3 pairs and ended up getting 4 pairs, 2 pairs for me and 2 pairs for my wife.We got amazing customer service right from the beginning, all the associates were extremely helpful and friendly. I walked in with a baby carrier, which makes it difficult to try on boots lol, but the guy helping us actually helped me to try on boots and even took them off! He was very patient and continued to help us find sizes and colors we were trying to get. We ended up walking out with 2 pairs of black boots and 2 pairs of brown boots, and they all look amazing, ending price was $288! I dont know where people normally go for boots, but paying so little for 4 pairs of boots seems unreal to me!I highly recommend this store for anyone looking for a huge selection at ridiculously low prices!

So many options!!! Want to stay at the resort and enjoy a casual by the pool or take the shuttle over to the strip and all of its activity. The resort is close to the strip and convenient. The resort is beautiful, clean and a very active place. The rooms are very nice, clean and up to date (almost). The staff has always been friendly with us and go out of their way to make sure we are having a good time. Thanks Grand Desert.

Can I just tell you how amazing this store is! It isnt just cowboy boots (that is the majority of them), they have many other brands!And yes, you can buy one pair and get two pairs free!!!The staff was very helpful and would look for the right size if it wasnt out on display.

Went in here for the first time today, the 6 of us bought 9 pairs of boots and we had such a fun and memorable experience all thanks to Angelina who helped us the whole time and rung us up! She was so helpful and funny and made the experience a million times better, even though we were very all over the place! Will definitely be back here when I need more boots!

Went in hoping to find like Justins, Tony Lama or Lucchese boots but no. Some brand I have never heard of so I cant comment on the boots themselves. I can say most the boots I looked at were over $350 and guess its good if you do their deal.

Went to get boots today, bought 5 pairs. Angelina was an absolute angel. Her customer service was out of this world. Not only was she funny she also helped me do all the math. please give her a raise she made the experience unimaginable thank you again Angelina you’re the best?!!

What a great experience today!!! As soon as wife and I walked in the store we was greeted by Edwin. He went out of his way to help all of us. We are very picky and he went way above to help us both choose a nice and comfy pair. My wife just had to sit there and he helped put on four different pairs until she picked one. Wrong size while trying them on, no issue he went quickly to get a bigger size as not to make us wait. He helped me get the perfect boot and size. Was told about the buy one and get two free and the option of adding a fourth pair for 1/3 off. Had my wife to get another pair and he knew what her second pick was and went right then to get them for her..Four brand new great boots and was only 354.00. You can not beat that price. Will be going back there from now on and i truly hope he is there to help us..Thank you so much.

Katie was the absolute best! I have bigger than average calfs and went in looking for some boots. I knew that I would have trouble finding some because I’ve been looking for some that would fit for almost a year now. I was about to give up and had found some ankle boots that I sort of liked and was just going to go with those. Katie found me struggling and offered to help. She was so patient and brought be about 10 different pairs to try on, and they were also tall boots not just ankle ones! She truly understood my struggle. After all the trying on I even had four choices to pick from. I ended up leaving with 3 pairs that fit great and I really liked.

Was a waste of time. They have a few low end name brands and when you asked for more common brands they claimed to be out of stock. Their largest selection looked like poor quality knock offs of the major brands you can find at Boot Barn or CowTown.A lot of tourist from other countries in the store. Just to let you tourist know these are not good examples of good quality Cowboy Boots. They know you are leaving and will never probably be back especially to return the poor quality quite frankly they are banking on that. Good Cowboy Boots are great wear them enjoy them but don’t waste you time and money at this store. The one star is for the employees, this is meant to be a compliment, bless their hearts they had plenty of them and they were trying to sell what they had and seemed to be working hard at it.

My wife and I were in town on vacation and it was time for some new boots for the motorcycle. We ended up with 8 pair of harley brand boots. Edwin and all the ladies were helpful in getting the sizes we needed and helping find other styles you may have missed definitely worth it.

Excellent service and the best price on boots that Ive seen anywhere. I live out of state and have bought boots in NY, TX, etc and never gotten a deal like I scored here. I walked out with over $620 worth of boots (all Ariat, my favorite brand) for around $250. They also offer very reasonable shipping rates if you need to ship home. Very happy boot buyer here!

Ive wanted a pair of boots for many years but never made the effort to get some. Soon well be having a western themed wedding in the family and my opportunity finally came. At first I thought this was a scam just like everything else in Vegas... So I said what the heck, lets take a trip down to the store. I needed work boots. Sure enough, buy 1 get 2 free, I was shocked . I was told you can mix and match, but you pay the highest price on the boot you choose. The other 2 are free. I bought 3 boots for $238. Which was worth over $650. Thats $80 a boot.Katie.. if youre not a manager yet, you should be. Very personable and full of great energy.
