Went in to purchase shoes yesterday evening. When we arrived the store had no customers. The man at the entrance working security stood inside by the door and instead of opening the door when we arrived he stepped away from it leaving us to open it. Once inside the sales employee said hello and immediately went back to looking at her cell phone. We looked around the shop and waited to be helped but the employee continued to focus on her phone. We decided to take our business elsewhere. As a high end boutique the service and experience should be exceptional, instead the two staff were very unprofessional and inattentive.
My wife and I with her friend walk very fast on strip from New York New York to this store to get there on time, because store close at 7:00 PM Saturday night which all other stores are open till 8:00 PM, we got there 6:45 and they have 2 others customers inside, I was going to buy purse for my wife birthday, which we know what we want, we could make it in 5 minutes, I explained the guy and he was rude enough and not care about customer service and sale for company he didnt let us in. I was very disappointed. I took my $1,300 purchase to Louis Vuitton .
Stopped in here with my two sisters for a “little” girls shoe shopping trip while the men gambled. All three sales associates greeted us and one helped me and my sister, while another SA assisted our other sister. Over all it was a nice experience but not a lot of stock in our shoe sizes so we headed over to the Christian Louboutin at the Caesar’s forum.
I don’t like to leave low reviews. The store was beautiful and well displayed. However I don’t get to shop at many places like this so it was a treat to come here. I was in twice because I had found shoes I liked and wanted to think it over. The first time I had to go up to the people at the desk to ask questions. The second time they only said anything as we left. I would have bought those shoes or something similar just to have them. Yes I looked at the sale section but a customer is a customer and I was very excited to be there.
Super disappointed. My husband and I have been planning a trip for months. For Christmas I asked for a pair of Louboutins. We have a newborn so I looked online and knew exactly what I wanted so that I could make the shopping trip short because shopping with an infant can be hard. Stopped in the store. No one greeted or looked at us. I found the shoes I wanted and still no one acknowledged us. Not even a “hello” or “we will be right with you”. After waiting several more min I had to walk out. Super frustrating. I ended up spending the shoe money at Lululemon down the street 😩

I had an amazing customer service experience with ZIANA. We live in Miami, my husband got me a very nice Iriza pair for Christmas and while at the Design District Shop a fellow French Customer asked if I could try the pair he wanted to get to this wife and our advice on it. We ended up calling Design District store to get also that pair the day after Christmas but they were out. The girl who answered the phone in Miami gave me the Vegas Crystal shop number who had one pair left.Next thing I know ZIANA from that Vegas store assisted us in the best way and most of all made sure it was the right model: turned out there was a mistake from Miami that shoe was labeled So Kate when it was Pigalle. Anyway she sent me pictures and made sure I was buying the right model.It makes such a difference to have someone so professional and dedicated to her job.Happy Holidays ZIANA you are a great asset for Christian Louboutin. Luxury as it should always be. Great service.
Closed 15mins early and when knocked on the door she just shewed us away and we were ready to buy shoes
The associates were very friendly and helpful. They helped me with finding heel taps for my pumps. This will be my go-to CL in Vegas.
In and out real quick, but the staff was helpful.The store is kind of small but they had the newest season so its all good.

Customer service was really bad. I was shopping in the mall and the dark headed lady was awful. Didnt provide any help. So, I went to the location inside the Venetian where the service was much better.
Atmosphere was good, service personnel was courteous. Selection was moderate.

Customer service is not great - I’d expect more service shopping For a pair of shoes that will cost more than $800. I waited more than 5 to 10 minutes and nobody asked me if I needed any help.
