Pro Care was phenomenal. Dropped my car off on Monday by 9/20/21 and it was ready for pickup on 9/24/21. Five days earlier than originally expected. The repair looks fantastic and like new. Will definitely use Pro Care for any future needs. My service advisor Eric Sanchez was top notch. They buffed out a scuff mark that was not part of the reported damage and touched up a small scratch with paint without me asking.
A truck scraped alongside of the bed of my pristine F150 and these guys did a great job repairing the bed panel, bumper, and tail light. Noah was my estimator and kept me informed of the process and had everything ready on schedule as promised. He was also polite and courteous when dealing with me. Great value overall.
They did a wonderful job with my Mercedes. Matched the paint perfectly and made the process smooth and painless. Noah was a great help.
I gave Pro Care the business instead of Caliber Collision Center and figured I could count on them since they had a nice shop as you pass the building from the street. But was disappointed with the body and paint job that was done to my truck. Not to mention I had to take it back for rework which is still to my dislike. I believe that if you are going to run a business with so much critical overturn. IT SHOULD BE DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. I believe in customer satisfaction and not trying to get vehicles in and out. I will say that customer service was good and will mention that I was taken care of the second time with a rental. I cant give a 5 star when I have to explain and show where there were mistakes made in the body work and paint. Although it lifetime guaranteed was given as long as I own my truck. I cant recommend nor will be returning back to this shop. I SHOULD OF DONE MY HOMEWORK BEFORE TAKING IT TO THIS SHOP!
After an accident I was sent to another shop and it was like night and ProCare was my day. ProCare office was clean and well lit. The staff were friendly and professional. There were people working on cars in the bays. My car looks like new and Jay made the experience easy for me by working with my insurance.
Everyone at Procare was super friendly and professional. I was impressed by how efficient and knowledgeable they were. The quality of work was top notch; my car looks new again and everything works as it should.
Took my car in for a rear end collision fix. During the repairs they never communicated with me. By the time I went to pick up my vehicle some fixes were not made as the adjustor from the other partys insurance did not approve (if this was communicated then I would of reached out and sorted it out before getting my car). The airbag and seat belt lights were still on. They used the excuse that I have a tuning chip and they cant scan it. I took it to BMW and easy scan and now will complete the remaining repairs with the insurance company covering the damages. Huge waste of my time and with an easy fix, they should of just gave me a call once they knew the repairs were not approved. Dont waste your time getting repairs here, unless they change their follow up with customer process.

Had gotten into a incident, a car sideswiped me and left a mess down the side of my truck. They fixed the dents & painted everything up. My concern was the def tank was leaking after the accident, and I mentioned it to them when I dropped it off. Said they looked at it & there were no issues with it. Picked it up, drove home and walked around to where its located (behind passenger side door) & there it was, dripping away. They were trying to say its the AC, but its only leaking from the tank & dries up, looking exactly like crystalized def all on the concrete. Anyway, didnt want to deal with the headache of the back & forth. Traded in my 2500 for a new one.

Justin at Pro Care Collision gave excellent customer service. The team did a great job in doing a door hinge repair. After a bad experience with Mercedes Greenway to fix my door issue, Justin gave a reasonable quote and walked through the issue of my door. I wish I would have stopped by ProCare Collision prior to giving my business to Mercedes Greenway for body work.

I brought my vehicle to them based on the recommendation on Google They billed my insurance for a bunch of work on the body work on my vehicle. However, a few weeks after I got the car back, I realized a lot of the work are simply not done. Example, charges to remove all the trims on the door are simply not done. They simply taped over it and painted and there are evidence of over spray on the chrome trims.Also the front door that was supposed to be painted to match the rear door color also not painted at all because a spot where I touched up on the front door is still there. The old door edge protection is also not replaced, which further confirmed my findings. I didnt bring this matter to them as I only found out after a few week and I also dont want to leave the car with them another few days. I blamed myself for not checking on the details more thoroughly when I took delivery of the vehicle.I should have reported my findings to my insurance to take action but I didnt as I figure I may have to bring the vehicle back to them in the future for any warranty work. In any case, I would not recommend anyone bringing the vehicle to them for any work
Ive taken my truck here twice now and both experiences were great! Just recently I was helped by Kody F. & Shelby both were great to deal with. I have no complaints. Great employees!! Received top notch service today. Brought in my brother’s car (I ran into the back of his car while he was parked in my driveway and took some paint off. It was minor, but we filed it under my geico policy). I was 45 minutes late to my appointment to have it inspected- atypical of me, but today was just one of those days- but the gentleman took care of me right away-even though the claim adjuster hadn’t made it in yet. The bays were clearly backed up with cars in need of more obvious, serious repair but they treated my brothers insignificant (in comparison) paint damage with priority. They even stayed late after closing and called us when it was ready TWO hours after the business was closed. That’s above and beyond. It was freaking eight o’clock at night. It’s impressive. Go there. Take your business to these guys. You won’t be sorry. (╹◡╹)
Fogle has amazing, quality customer and repair service ( no rushed jobs, but they also didn’t keep my car for an extended period of time )!I was surprised when I picked up my car and not only did they do a fantastic job, they detailedmy car and left a nice vinyl mat in my trunk!

I was immediately greeted by Robert when I came in. He was very kind and helpful and made me feel at ease with leaving my car at Fogle to get repaired. My car was supposed to take a little over a week to get repaired and it was ready quicker than that. I would definitely recommend getting your car fixed here they kept me updated with my repairs which I appreciated and Robert showed outstanding customer service!
So long story short damage my car used their online estimate tool to take pics and get estimate. Which was convenient and got my estimate quickly. Went to location on Franz & Robert looked at vehicle provided new estimate lower than initial one, needless to say I was happy. He told me takes 3 days for work to be completed. I explained my scheduled needed car sooner he said would do his best to get done by date I was whining about. :) He did his best indeed got my vehicle back sooner than expected and car was like new. He & Fogle didn’t have to try and meet my deadline but they went above and beyond to accommodate. They’re the greatest I appreciate it ALL & lady at front desk is also very nice forgot her name but was welcoming, friendly Thumbs all the way up!-
We have come here several times to repair little things like door lock problems and window mechanical issues. The staff I always friendly, knowledgeable, straight forward and honest.We have always been happy with their service and prices. We continue to come back to them and I dont see any reason to stop. Jesse Guillen, I cant thank you enough! - My car tail light was off. I have been driving in fear for over two weeks. I finally booked an appointment today with the dealer for next week and got a quotation. But I remembered the awesome customer service I received last time from Fogle so I decided to give it a try. Jesse picked up my call and after listening to my description of the issue, he told me to bring the car right away for him to take a look as it might be a quick fix. I drove over, within 2 min, he changed the light bulb for me and all is good! Cant thank him enough for the stress and time he has saved me! I have been to Fogle twice now. Very impressed by the customer service and the people there. Will bring my car back again for sure!

Basically this shop works for the insurance company and NOT for the customers. Their goal is to keep Geico and Progress happy so they can get their business and referrals, my advice to you; find another shop there are a lot of good shops out there.
Please steer clear from this place. Frank was rude and clearly doesnt know the definition of customer service. I repeat steer clear, please dont waste your time here!!!!!!
These guys are the real deal. Completely satisfied with repair job which was finished on time as promised. Communication was excellent. Only issue was that I arrived to pick up the vehicle and it had not been washed - a problem that was easily fixed, but it should not have happened.
Just a quick note to say great things about Bill Fogle Collision Center on Franz Road in Katy. Dealt with Chris who took very good car of both myself and my car! Cant speak to pricing as I was not-at-fault and didnt have to pay anything, but I will say they were professional, quick, friendly, and thorough! And gave my car a nice carwash/interior vacuum/smell-good to boot! Would highly recommend!
Great experience. They explained how everything works with insurance claims and handled everything for me. I had been regretting getting my car fixed due to the scammy nature of most automotive places, but Bill Fogle made the process painless and did everything they said they would in the time-frame they originally promised. They returned my car with obvious body damage and noises coming from 3 places. They would only fix 2 of those 3 issues and they gave my a real hard timewhile doing it. I was without my car for over a month. They are casual about your feelings...They dont care. Turn around now!
Excellent experience! I was rear-ended and did not know what body shop to trust my car with. I dont by any means have a top of the line car but I do like to take good care of it and wanted a place that would do the same. Peter at the Franz Rd location was super helpful and professional. The insurance payout had quoted me an after-market used bumper (of course) and Peter called the insurance and within a few hours had them agreeing to use an OEM bumper! My car was done in less than 2 days and looked as good as new. I highly recommend this place if you are wanting an honest and professional body shop.

I give Fogle Collision 5 stars plus for the work they did on my 2015 Cadillac XTS.. When arrived I was greated by a wonderful customer service agent by the name and of Christina who takes pride in her work, and making the customer happy, she was very professional when it came to explaining the work that Fogle Collision would perform on my vehicle, and an estimate time of completion. They offer lifetime warranties on there work as long as you own the vehicle, which is a plus, the lobby is very clean and they offer free refreshments while you wait. I would highly recommend Fogle for anyone’s repair needs. Job well done 👍🏽

Worst body shop I have ever been to.Looks like an inexperience painter painted my car,front and back bumper dont match my car paint. Body work is garbage. Was being lie to for a whole month had to get out of work early to pick up my car to just find out it wasnt finished three times y call me to waste my time. Was told the paint didnt want to stick to the parts thats why it took to long. What kind of body shop is this if they cant even make the paint stick to the bumper? They gave me warranty on their work but I will not be taking my car back. This is the worst body shop I been to!........... Black G8
Went for a repair estimate as they are the authorized repair shop. I was not impressed, the estimator was rude and combative. He was not willing to do a full estimate. He was aware he would not be doing the repairs and was not interested. Instead of wowing me to bring my vehicle their he definitely made me go elsewhere.

IMHO. Robert was rude and quick to tell me to get repaired some where else. Their manners are changing based on who their customer is. His manager - Steve, defends his employee actions as well. I think, with not many collision centers in Katy and not a lot of competition around, they are getting more arrogant and customer service is falling behind at the Bill Fogle Collision Center Katy Franz Rd.

I have a very small collision. It took three weeks for the store to finish the body work (it committed 10 days initially). The technician couldnt put the door back correctly and they broken the automatic sliding door electrical control system. The store lies to my wife saying the battery is dad. After we paid for the battery in a much higher price than other battery shops, the sliding door still not work!I couldnt understand the store got three five star review before. I am sick of the Bill Fogle collision center and we finally got our car fixed at a dealership for free.

Brought my car in for Body Work (Driver Side Door and Passenger Door) - Yes, their prices beat everyone elses.... BUT When I got my car back, someone either stole or replaced my top grill from Chrome to Black!!! I drive a Chevrolet Cruze, so there are 2 grill pieces. One on top of the chevy symbol and one at the bottom. The TOP Grill is now Black and the Bottom is still Chrome. I know for a fact I did not buy my car like this because I still have pictures from the day I bought it.First of all, the front of my car had zero damage so my grill should not have been touched to begin with which leads me to believe that someone stole my grill. This obviously had to be an employee because you need the keys to open the hood and replace the grill. When I called Steve to tell him about this issue, he did not believe me and said We did not touch the front of your car. Very unhappy and will NEVER go back to this place even if its the last collision center on earth.
Worst customer service EVER! took my wifes suv here for repairs because this was a preferred Shop for our insurance company (( allstate). The would lie to use as far as when the car would be ready... same old excuse.. its in detail.. then it will be inspected .... recieved that excuse for 3 days. When we finally went to pick up the vehicle it would run when my wife would turn left. We immediately went back and their excuse was since it has oversized tires it will do this until it rubs through.. yea right... we went to one of there competitors.. autonation here in katy... after the shop looked at it .. they informed us the suspension parts were bent and that was the cause of the issues... really.. either the tech was a high school kids or bill fogle just doesnt ccar about quality.. only how much money they can make. STAY AWAY... USE HAVE BEEN WARNED
If you are dissatisfied with their work, take it back and they will make it right. They did for me, and actually fixed a few items that were broken that were not a part of the original work order.
