Henry and team were a pleasure to deal with in getting our vehicle in and out of the body shop. The communication was excellent throughout the process and they finished exactly when they said they would. Henry was able to get the insurance of the other driver (at fault) to increase their payout through a supplement for additional repairs their adjuster failed to account for in the original estimate. He was persistent with the insurance company until they made it right. If you need their services, I highly recommend the AutoNation collision center and make sure to ask for Henry!

I had the unfortunate occurrence of being involved in an accident in December or 2020. Youd never know it looking at my vehicle. Mark took great care of me, provided weekly updates and advised of delays with parts (thanks to COVID), and the repairs were made in a timely manner. They even cleaned and polished the vehicle, and it looked almost like it did when I drove it out of the dealership. Highly recommend!

I brought in my brand new mustang with some minor scratches after my car salesman recommended that I have Victor look at it, the total for the estimate was $2,712 & due to it being so close to the holidays I wanted it worked on & repaired ASAP therefore I agreed to pay out of pocket even after he mentioned they will disassemble the car to fix something so minor. He calls me the next day to inform me that in the process they shattered my window & will be adding $600 to my bill. Not once did they care to apologize for this. The only thing he said was that he “forgot to mention” this during the estimate & that this is “normal” because glass has a “50% chance of breaking during removal”. This entire situation is unfair & I wish I would have never brought it here. I would highly recommend going elsewhere!

I took my car in for repairs after a collision. After I received 3 different quotes, which increased by thousands in price every time, I decided to take my car else where. They tried to charge me for an outrageous amount for storage fees, which I was not made aware of any storage fees when I first signed my car in. I ended up getting my car fixed for a quarter of the price at a different automotive shop.
I have had occasion to use the services of AutoNation Collision twice in the past 2 months. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff at this location, especially Victor, who walked me through the process, kept me updated and answered my endless questions. I would highly recommend you go see this crew if you need a collision center.

My car had a fender bender in the front. I took the car to Automation at Katy for collision repair, thinking that it is a national reputable company.I have emails from the sales rep where she agreed that if they found more damage after opening the car, I would rather take my car back without the repair.They did find more damage and wanted more money to repair it. I asked for my car back and agreed to pay a reasonable service charge.At this point, Chris S. who identified himself as the Director took over. I paid 2 hours for the labor to assemble and disassemble the car. I was asked to pay 25% restocking charges, a 3 day car storage charge and other assorted charges - a total of $578 to assess the damage.At no point in my email conversations, was I made aware of these charges. Chris S pointed to a board hung in the inside room which listed the costs!!! Why would I go to the room inside to see the costs???If I had known these costs upfront, i would not have given my car there. Autonation of Katy is a rip-off. BEWARE.
Was promptly contacted by the manager who was very informative and transparent about all the work that has been done to my car. Ive revised my review after it was brought to my attention that the dealership had outsourced the work several times instead of sending it to the collision center to be done correctly. Chris has instilled faith in me that this will be done correctly by his team and I am eager to have my car looking as it should.

Victor from Autonation Collision was very professional and coordinated with the paint/tech prior to - ensuring that he can paint the bumper when the part arrives so I dont have to turn in my car for them to keep for 1-2 days, so I can go to work. He has worked with me and communicated with my insurance diligently and I respect both ends -Only thing is that the google maps takes you to the dealership and they pointed me to go to the parts shop, which was the wrong shop, - redirected to the collision shop. Perhaps the staff working in all three should be able to point customers in the right direction the first time around.

My car was there for 3 1/2 months. I asked them to give me a couple of weeks to come up with the deductible due balance. I received an email the next day from the shop manager informing me that he could not have the vehicle stored there for that long. I found out that the delay was not due to parts delays or insurance company delays, it was due to their internal problems. I asked the manager to wave the deductible taking in consideration that they kept my car for all that time when it should have only taken about a month at most. The insurance claim was for $20k. I had expenses like Uber, and rental vehicle to be able to get to work + the monthly lease payments. Chris Singleton (Shop Manager) at the end waved 1/2 of the deductible just because i insisted but he had said that it was against company policy. I picked up my car Saturday 2/22/20 and guess what? it was not completed. it was missing the front lettering on the hood, something is hanging from under the vehicle, the left washer jet on the bumper gets stuck out, vehicle has a hard pull to the right after suspension components were replaced, passenger side front door does not open from the inside or lock, rock chip on the windshield. When i emailed the manage with all this issues, his reply was, vehicle is under life time warranty and to take it back. he already new that i reside in Austin, Tx and that i took the vehicle to Land Rover North Austin to get it diagnosed for the pulling concern. I informed him of the findings that the right front tie rod end was left loose and it is not safe to drive. As of now he has not even apologize for their inconvenience that this is causing me and being without my vehicle again. Has not offer me alternate transportation either. I have never written a review about any company or person before in my life. i basically got forced to do it because it is evident that this guy has no intentions in helping me at all it is also evident that he has no customer service experience, does not show any empathy towards the situation at all. As of now, he has not even called me on the phone after I had asked to call me. I cant begin to describe how frustrated and mistreated i feel as a customer, I had never felt this way until now. I just hoping that this review has some kind of impact and i get a call from someone higher up at AutoNation since Chris Singleton has not been wanting to provided me with his superiors contact info. I asked him for it twice by email. RO#248504. I can continue with more because yes, there is a lot more but this is to frustrating and time consuming. I need someone from from Autonation higher management to contact me to find a quick resolution. i have a 5 minute video showing all the items that were not installed and repaired properly but the file is too big to post.
Although I dont wish anyone to be needing collision repairs, but if you happen to need your vehicle properly fixed, I highly recommend Auto-Nation Dodge Collision center. Their work is unnoticeable and spotless. I was T-boned on the driver side causing damage to both doors. When I picked it up, I could not notice any difference from the day I purchased the vehicle new from the dealership. Taking my moms car next week to have collision work done on it.
It took them a month to fix our car for just replacing the stolen wheels and some body work. Everything is going well but we keep on making follow ups every week and reminding that our car rental will be due on the 3rd week that our car is with them. In this case they kept us assured that they will pay for remaining days of the car rental after the due date from the insurance. Our car is now ready and we asked about the car rental extra days payment they said they will settle on they side. The next day we saw our card charged with the rental. They asked us for the receipt to be reimbursed. We gave it to them and they call back and said that they will not pay for it. Their reason was the car should be with them from the time of loss. We had some issues with the insurance thats why it took a while for us to bring the car nevertheless they shouldnt told us that they will pay for the extra rental days. I should have given them with 5 stars if they kept their word. Now were stuck to pay for the rental after they have given us false assurance.I have no problem with my service advisor Josh because he always do the best thing on his end. Its their manager AARON that i got issues with. Hes the one that denied my car rental reimbursement for some ridiculous reasoning. Again for your information AARON i was given by your advisors an assurance that they will take care of the rental extra days..if i only knew at that time that you are not going to pay for it..i should have been knocking on your door everyday and every hour and tell you to finish up my car right away..

Let me start by saying i hate auto repair shops. However, this place is top notch. The work they do is second to none. It takes a while, but when you get your vehicle back you wont be sorry.

My car had rear end damage and they had my car for a total of 11 days and I got updated on every step they took during the repair process and they did a good job.
I went through my insurance company to get a SMALL fender and a bumper fixed on my 2010 dodge challenger and my adviser Chris took down all my personal information and informed me he would call me when the car was inspected for more damage or lack their of, he told me they were really fast and could get parts quicker than other mechanic shops so the car should be done within a week or so. I never received one phone call from him or the shop about my car, I had to call them every 2-3 days to get an update on my car, then they waited around for my insurance company to send them more money for additional damages and that delayed my car from being fixed which i was NEVER made aware of. The manager did drop my deductible because of the lack of communication between me and the adviser/company I appreciate that but I would never recommend this company to anyone it took them almost 2 weeks and 3 days to finish my car and when I arrived to pick up my car it STILL was not ready. Please do better with your future clients than you!

My insurance wanted me to take my vehicle to Service King?? Why!! ( they are not even a manufacture affiliated for my vehicle, why would my insurance request I go there!!! ) Any-who.... great work, I even bought a battery from them.
They are very professional whenever Jonathan said he would call and update me he did and if he said that my car would be finished by a certain day and it was not he would call and explain what was taking place and why it’s wasn’t finished. Apart from that there work is excellent and I can’t even tell if my car was in an accident.

My experience was amazing. I took it in the day before Thanksgiving they told me it would be done by the following Monday, I call them to verify that it was ready. It was, they only had to finish buffing it out and cleaning it out. They called back with-in 2 hours and stated that it didnt look right, and they would walk down personally and extend my rental car for me. They told me two more days such polite and cordial people. I picked it up in two days, and it looks better than it did when I bought it.They were very professional and polite.

I have revised my initial review of one star to four stars due to the quick response of the collision center staff to resolve the problem. The unresponsive staff member initially handling my case when my car was repaired is no longer employed in the department, and the majority of the issues that Ive been dealing with since were actually due to inaccurate billing on the part of the Enterprise Rental on the premises, not the fault of the collision center. The collision center staff has been very helpful and, although I hope to never need to return to the collision center, I would trust them with my car again. Thank you.

Erick and Josh worked diligent to get my car repaired after a major car crash. I felt hopeless after the insurance company dropped the ball and stuck me with all expenses for an accident that wasnt my fault. The collision department worked with me and made sure my car would be close to new like it was prior to the crash. Excellent service!
Had to go back for some adjustment work, which is why I gave them a 4. Not quite up to the 5 star work and oversight as at Mazarros, but they did the extra work to make me happy without charge or complaint. Recommend them for body work for all but most expensive of cars.

I dropped my Shelby GT500 Mustang off to have it repaired after an accident on 6/16/18. My vehicle is highly modified and I take great pride in the money and effort I have put into my vehicle. In fact, every time the car is turned on, my dash cam starts recording. After viewing the footage while my vehicle was in your care, I am beyond disappointed in the lack of respect and professionalism your technicians have for other peoples property. Each time the vehicle was turned on, the technicians either revved the engine, spun the tires in the parking lot, or a combination of the two. On top of that, my vehicle was left idling in the parking lot with the radio blasting on multiple occasions. I chose to take my vehicle here because I wanted Ford technicians to be working on my car. After this incidence, I will never return to your business and I will also mention my experience to anyone looking to take there vehicle there.

The WORST place to ever take your car to get repaired. Eric told me 2 weeks and it took a MONTH and 2 WEEKS!!!! I had to threaten them with a lawyer to get my car done on time. And on top of all that, them running me around acting stupid not knowing when the car will be ready the force me to pay extra for something I didnt even sign for or approve in the first place. I am reporting them to the BBB, stay far away from this place! they are thieves and liars. horrible horrible people and very rude.
Its been two months and counting for a replacement tailgate that was stolen off my pickup. When I call requesting status Im treated like Ive annoyed them and am told I will get a call when it is done. To make matters worse, they tried passing off a tailgate that was badly beaten up and even had rust and red clay all over the inside. To say their service levels are disappointing would be an understatement.

Their communication system is terrible. Good luck trying to get in touch with somebody. When I called the main number or the service department I was just transferred to someones extension only to get the option to leave a voice mail. Terrible phone etiquette. Our service person, claimed he was sending me text messages or calling me on my phone (My phone records do not show evidence of he calling me or texting me) to communicate my car was not going to be ready as stated in their electronic system showing that my car was going to be ready on a specific time and day. I got conflicting information every time i finally was able to talk to a reasonable human being. It took them a couple of extra days to finally be able to repair a very minor detail for which I have taken my car to be repaired. Definitely not going back to this particular dealership to have my car serviced or repaired there.

This shop is very rude, they lie, and do poor quality repair work. Save your time and go elsewhere.I took our vehicle there to repair the front bumper and fender from an accident (covered by insurance) and the rear bumper (separate incident which came from my pocket).After a week they called for us to pick up the vehicle. There were runs in the paint, finger marks pressed into the paint, chips, the paint didnt match, and the bumper was not installed properly. The manager told my wife that it was impossible to match the plastic bumper to the metal fender. This is obviously a lie unless Subaru has magus potion. I left work and drove there. After arguing for 30 mins and calling our insurance they said to bring the car back on Monday and they would repair it properly.We returned the car first thing Monday morning. That friday we were called to pick up the car. It was honestly worse than the first attempt. This time Aaron, the manager, tried the same tactic that you cannot match plastic to metal. I told him to give me my money and we would go to another shop. After 3 weeks we received the money from the labor but not from the parts, which have to be replaced due to improper repairs made by autonation. We also had to pay Subaru two hours labor to reconnect wiring in the doors that was disconnected by autonation.I asked for the supervisors information which Aaron would not provide to me. I have left messages with autonation corporate and Aarons supervisor which, at the time of this review, have not been returned. Aaron is arrogant, dishonest and Autonation quality control is beyond poor.All I want is a refund of the parts that have to be replaced due to their poor workmanship and, so far, they have refused.At this point, I am gathering information for a fraud and negligence lawsuit.Save your time and stress and go to another body shop.
Our claim was put in on March 18th, There was very poor comuunication as far as updates on our vehicle. Our car was there for over a month and each week that it was there it was promised to be finished that week. My husband spoke to one of the body shop techs and asked why was a 7-14 day repair taking over a month and was told that the car should have been determined a total loss, but since the adjuster appraised the work at 2k, there was already too much work put into the vehicle wich ended up being 8k worth of damages, and they would have a hard time getting a check cut. I recieved a call yesterday that our car is finally finished, And before picking it up I recieved a call today from enterprise stating that they were contacted to give us a call because we might be in the market for a new vehicle, I asked why is that and our car has been repaired, and He told me that they are usually told to contact a customer when a car has a salvage title or total loss.... This is a very unpleasant experience and make me question is my car has been truly repaired.

These people are horrible, after 3 months and $2000 in car rentals, they gave me a car with toxic exhaust fumes when I use the A/C. The entire time service/collision had it they acknowledged it was wrong and then wouldnt do what they need to do to get it repaired.We have been in rental cars for 3 months, our car has carbon monoxide coming into the A/C and now they want to give the car back to me without fixing it? That just doesnt feel right for some reason, see below for details.June 2016 - We brought it into the autonation collision shop after we were hit from behind and pushed into the car in front of her at 30-40mph.July 5 2016 - We pick up the car and take it back 5 minutes later after the fumes come into the car on the Hot July day when we just wanted a little cool air for the texas heat. The fumes make us nauseous and they agree to fix it since it wasnt there when I bought the car new from Autonation ford in 2013. They never called the insurance company and told them there is still an issue with the repair.Mid July 2016 - Collision center says it is glue/coating from exhaust and just needs to burn off I drive it for 2 weeks and get headaches the entire time.Late July 2016 - They take the car back and agree the smell needs to be fixed. They agree they wouldnt put their kids in that car.1st week August 2016 - They call and say they did a smoke test, replaced a flex pipe connected to the exhaust near the engine and still cant fix it but are still working with Insurance to figure it out.2nd-3rd week in August 2016 - I actually drive the car with the 2 managers from service/collision for the first time and they both agree it is from the wreck and they have never smelled anything like that when the cabin is closed to outside air. Again, they agree they wouldnt put their children in the car.1st week Sept 2016 - Collision Center calls and says they need to take dashboard off to find the smell problem.Today 2016 - They call and tell me I need to pick the vehicle up. They cant fix the smell and wont tell insurance it is damaged beyond repair from the collision.Thanks for reading the info, I hope it helps.

Ok. So I was involved in an accident on July 14th, 2015 and the truck had to be towed in because my radiators were busted. So in goes the truck, I receive an estimate saying it would be approximately 20 days working on the truck. On July 27th, insurance gave them to go-ahead to begin working on the truck. However, before that, they told me they would go ahead and tear down the damaged areas so once insurance gave them approval to work on the truck, they could get started immediately. On July 18th (I believe) they told us they just started tearing down the truck, which they told us they would do in the time before insurance approval. Also, because they had to deal with losses of staff in the bodyshop, calling the employee who was in charge of dealing with my truck was almost impossible to get on the phone, so I would visit the bodyshop almost daily just so I could force them to have to give me a status update (thankfully the bodyshop is on my way home so it wasnt too big of a hassle to drop by).It gets worse. On two or three different occasions we were told the truck would be ready. The first time, they found the track bar had to be replaced because it was bent, and I understand the importance of this suspension item so I let it slide and understood. The second time I went, everything was done except for one of my headlights (aftermarket headlights). Because the headlight had not been completed, I did not want to pick it up because I did not want to have to drop my truck off on my own time. It also took them three visits and friendly but firm reminders to fix some minor scratches on the door which had not been there before the bodyshop. They did get it fixed and it looked good, so I was pleased with that.And I visit yesterday, SEPTEMBER 8, 2015 to get another progress update on my truck. What I found horrified me. On my BRAND NEW front bumper, there were two nickel–quarter scratch/dents (better description would be a crater) in it and it was obvious they tried to cover it up with touch-up and hope I didnt notice; however, not only did they use the wrong color touch-up paint, they used the wrong color touch up paint on a dent which they made no attempt to fix the dent itself, so even if they had used the right color paint, it would still be obvious. So Christina orders them to take the truck around back. I saw the truck come back from being in the back of the shop. He (Marco) was speeding in REVERSE IN A SMALL PARKING LOT IN AN F250!!!!!! He whips it around the turn, pulls in front of the entrance to the bodyshop, leaves it running with the door open for 5 minutes with no supervision!!! Then he hops back in, whips around the turn and chirps the tires and proceeds to push it harder as he goes back to the back of the shop WHILE I WAS THERE!!!!! I was so mad I was shaking! If that happened while I was there, I dont want to imagine what they did with it while I wasnt there! I spoke with Rich, the manager, and he was furious and he personally apologized for the incident and for the touchup paint issue. He personally scolded Marco for his actions behind the wheel of my truck.However, I will admit they products they use and the shine they put on the truck made it look amazing.In all:-virtually impossible to access Christina except in person-20 day repair turned into two months and I still dont have my truck back (July 14th–September 9th)-Personally watched my truck be recklessly driven in a parking lot-Attempted coverup of major mistake (dent in bumper) didnt even use right color paint!!!!!!While the work they do has looked nice so far, customer service is horrible and have caused me many headaches.

I had a very bad experience in getting an estimate from this particular guy name Davis, Ronald. I did send him all the details that he asked me, but whenever I asked him to send me an estimate he says that he is in a meeting or he will send them in a while but never did. He almost took 3 weeks of time but never sent it to me.

A great body shop
Collision center took a long time to complete a minor repair. Repair should take about 5 days but instead took over 3 weeks. I was beyond frustrated. Staff was friendly but the time frame was ridiculous.

Got in to a wreck, took my Jeep to this body shop and they got my car ready in much less time than I was expecting.
