Again, not only did they do a fantastic job on fixing the damage, they repainted my trunk and buffed the haze off of my headlights.I was a bit skeptical when he wouldnt give me an estimation for the price when I said it was be through insurance, but it turned out to be the most affordable of 3 others estimates I received.I did have to go back to get my rear bar light fixed into place, but they didnt charge me and it took less than 30 minutes.Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for body repairs, 6/5 stars

We took our car into Mason Road Collison Center recently. We received great customer service and a very fair price on our fender bender repair. The initial estimated time for the repair was about 6 days. They got all of the work done in 4 days. They even added a little bit of buffing which was included in the price. I give Mason Road Collison Center 5 stars. Excellent auto body work. Very professional and easy to work with.

Our lower front bumper, which is black plastic, was severely dented by flying road debris. We got 3 quotes for repair ranging from 500-750. When we went to Mason Road Collision, Hani was very honest and said that he could replace the whole bumper, but he also thought that it could be heated up and reformed into its original shape. As it is our only car, he was willing to set an appointment and do it while we waited. Within 25 minutes the bumper looked great, for 1/5 the price of replacement. Thank you, Hani and crew!

I brought my car in with some hail damage and the end result looked basically factory new. This was my first time dealing with a claim, but they were very helpful and professional when helping me out. Only issue was the time of the repair took a bit longer than I would have liked however, I understand getting parts in can be a hassle. Overall a great garage and would definitely recommend for body or paint repairs.

Car had dent in left rear quarter-panel and bumper scuff. They gave me a very reasonable repair quote compared to quotes I had from other repair places. They said it would take 5 days to complete, and they were done in 3 days. The work was amazing, and the car looks brand new. The paint work was incredible, and you cant even see any variation. Would highly recommend.

Well... When I went to this place they didnt try to over charge me just because of what I drive. You see I pulled up in my wifes (2017 Nissan Maxima) and some places just see dollar signs. Long story short they did right by me.

Great Service! They said it would be done in five days and had it completed on the morning of the third day. You wouldnt even be able to tell there was ever a dent in my car. My family has had them fix two of our cars and we have been very pleased with the service. We will definitely return if we need to.

I took my Honda to have a dent repaired. I dropped it off on Thursday and it was ready to be picked up on Saturday. The work was excellent and they even did extra work that was not covered by my insurance. If I ever need car body work in the future I will definitely use Mason Road Collision.

I just want to underscore what so many other reviews have said...these guys do exceptionally good work at a very fair price. I brought our car in here for damage that was right on the edge of our deductible (based on multiple estimates), so I was paying out of pocket. The price quoted by MRC was modestly lower than other estimates, and he said he could get started right away, so I decided to give them a try. True to their word, the work was completed on time, the paint was perfectly matched, and the price was exactly what was quoted. I honestly could not be more pleased and will definitely use them again if needed. Give them a try.

I needed body work recently and got a second quote from Mason Road Collision based on their positive online reviews. They could complete the job at a lower price and in less time than Service King, so I scheduled the work to be done with Mason Road Collision. Their customer service and quality of work was excellent. They called Enterprise to make sure they had rental car availability, gave me a ride there, and helped me to unload everything from my car to the rental car. When I came to pick up my repaired car, they let me know I could drop the rental at Mason Road Collision and Enterprise would pick it up. They even called Enterprise to let them know all of these arrangements. The final cost for the repairs ended up being the exact estimated cost and it was completed exactly when they promised. The repair work was excellent and they even washed and vacuumed my car. I would definitely recommend Mason Road Collision.

I had some front-end body work done this past week. Fabian was in regular communication with me. These guys are meticulous- I needed one of my headlight assemblies replaced and the initial one they received from the supplier was a slight mismatch on the trim color. On Tuesday, May 28th I left my car with MRCC and picked her up Friday, May 29th at 5:30. The estimate of time and money were spot on. Bonus my vehicle was washed and vacuumed. So, cleaner than I left her.Zani was my guy and so professional, knowledgeable and polite.Using Enterprise Rental was another bonus. MRCC will drop you at Enterprise or Enterprise will pick you up. Zani was worried I would have to wait too long for Ent pick up, but Enterprise arrived in 5-10 min. You can also, pick your vehicle up and leave rental with MRCC.This business was better in every way than they insurance recommended Caliber Collision.Don’t waste time when you need a paint job dent fixed or fender bender. Go to MASON ROAD COLLISION CENTER. The best.

A couple weeks ago I noticed paint starting to chip around my windshield on my 2017 Ford Escape. I took it to the dealership to see if they would cover it, but it was out of warranty, so I took it to autonation collision center and they quoted me a high price. I decided to shop around and came across Mason Road Collision center and I am glad I took it there. The work done on the car was amazing and the price was much lower! And they were able to get my car done in 3 days! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Fabian and the guys are great. They do excellent work, way better than any local body shops, and theyre also honest with the price. One key thing to mention is that when they say it will be done by a certain time, they mean it, which is very rare with auto body repair.

Trustworthy body shop, would definitely use in the future. I got in an accident in my Mercedes GLK last year and didn’t trust the body shop that towed my car from the scene to work on it. I got a recommendation from a friend that had a good experience with Mason Road Collision Center and called them to see if they could take over. Fabian was my technician and coordinated everything with the transfer of my vehicle to the Mason Road shop. Once it was at their location Fabian explained the entire process of what to expect and definitely reassured me that my baby was in good hands. They worked very well with my insurance (Progressive) and apparently they also have preexisting relationships with the local insurance adjusters, so I was able to get the most out of my claim. They were also able to help me with my insurance deductible so my out-of-pocket cost was nothing. Easy and effortless experience.

Took my Genesis Coupe here to get a front lip installed and the owner came out and was very quick and to the point. said he could get the job done in half an hour for a reasonable price. 10 minutes later, the job was done! they even went ahead and wiped down the bumper where the lip goes before installing and held it up with high quality self tapping screws as well as double sided tape to make sure it holds well. as a car enthusiast, im very precautions about where i take my car to get worked on and these guys took care of me ASAP and did it right!

They do an excellent job everytime, we have a fleet of 8 commercial vehicles and we take all of them to Mason Road Collision Center when repairs are needed. The repairs are always done professionally and in a timely manner, I would recommend them any day.

Being the dumbass that I am, I attempted to repair a door ding with some ill advice, lack of patience, and 2000 grit sand paper. Needless to say I ended up with a ruined clear coat and a door ding. I called the shop and Fabian told me to bring it in. Hed inspect it and tell me whats the best course of action. I was told to go home and bring back the touch up paint I bought at Audi, and I did. Fabian and Jorge managed to fix the ruined clear coat, and help patch up the door ding, for a low price of new found loyalty. A thousand thanks to you guys, for salvaging my mistake. Fabian, youre the man.

Fabian and Sako were great at repairing my 2015 X5 from a car accident in which the airbags went off and the whole drivers side of the vehicle had to be replaced. They were able to get the vehicle back to me in almost a month and if it were not for a car report, you would not be able to tell that the vehicle had been in a major accident. I would highly recommend this shop to my friends or family.

This place is a joke!! THEY DIDNT EVEN PREP THE CAR FOR PAINT!!! They took 3 years and 4 months to paint...Paint!! And it turned out horrible. They had to paint the car twice and still couldnt get it right. I was threatened that if sent them another email he would cut my hands off and have to type with my tongue. If I could rate a minus 5 star I would. These people dont care about your vehicle they only care about their insurance claim money. Beware!!!! At both the Fry Rd. and Mason location. #INCOMPETENT

I have a fairly new Infiniti SUV and it needed a lot of body damage repair on one side. Hani worked diligently with the insurance adjustor to replace instead of repairing parts. This place is expensive but service doesnt justify the high price. We took our BMW to this place and got a price which was higher than BMW dealership. Also they couldnt identify the issue correctly as we figured later when we took our car to BMW dealership. Way overpriced. Owners behavior is really not nice. This guy only cares about money. Wont go there ever again.

These guys are the best in town! Fabian and the boys are top knotch! I got a brand new 2018 Silverado truck and some jackass ran over a pole and dragged it a ways out in the country. Stay away from these people! You have been warned. This has been the worst experience we have ever had dealing with any automotive shop. We were quoted a two day turnaround and it turned into two weeks. The first time I went to pick the vehicle up it looked horrible. Their painter openly admitted he used the wrong paint and the car was not sanded properly. The manager did her best to convince me that this was quality work and was more than ready to let me leave with the vehicle. Even telling me thats how it came from the factory. Note, this is a brand new 2013 Acura. Since their painter was not capable of painting the car property, a painter from Sherwin Williams (were the paint was purchased) had to come in and paint the rear quarters. I was told the vehicle was ready only to make another wasted trip to find the bumper, the only part they painted, wasnt painted evenly (they even cleared over a chip). Again the manager was ready to send me home with it. Again I had to leave it. I asked that the owner reach out to me as we were extremely aggravated by this. He told his manager to knock off $50 and he wasnt going to call me back. My wife works in downtown Houston, you can imagine what a huge hassle this was with one vehicle. The owner, Nick Tajian, could have cared less. We will never do business with these people again and will make every effort to pass our experience on to everyone that will listen. I will post this on every website I can find.

Had a broken rear side window which MRCC ordered for delivery next day. I drove in next day and 30-45 minutes later, the window was replaced for a reasonable price.

I had a horrible experience. I needed my pumper fixed. And this guy sako told me he would fix it cheap as a favor. Well the bumper fell off 3 times. I had already paid him for the repair. The third time he said I needed a brand new bumper for $900.00. So I told him I am not paying for this. He should have ordered a new bumper to begin with. So Nick who owes the shop. Agreed to put me a new bumper on there but he had to order it. The next day I called to see if the bumper come in. Sako his son started screaming at me. They would not give me the bumper for $530.00. When his dad had already agreed yesterday he would do it for that price. They where both screaming on the phone. I told him to I get my bumper done somewhere else. I wasted a lot of time and money with the se people. I recommend do not take your car there. They do a bad job. Plus you get ripped off.
