Wish I could give 0 star, we bought a car in may 2020, it’s keep having issue finally we took it fix the issue, in short, they refused to fix and informed us this car either flooded or purchased in auction, so you can never trust them, usually, when you buy a car you never open it’s transmission so you never know what’s wrong. We did examined this car to several auto shops and experienced people, every one said transmission look like a car mileage above 2 lac. Instead the car we purchased indicated only 34,000 mil. Totally devastated! Never ever going there again. Beware people!

I arrived today for a one oclock appointment it is a Saturday as I pulled into the garage and got out the gentleman told me that they wont even be able to LOOK at my car until 5:00 p.m. 4 HOURS AFTER my appointment time this is unacceptable why would I make a 1 oclock appointment but they cant even look at my car until 5? I ask them if this is a normal occurrence they said on Saturdays they use a skeleton crew. I can understand this. most people dont want to work weekends but your appointments should reflect this accordingly. why would you schedule appointments knowing that you cant get to them because you will be too busy. They also then proceeded to tell me that if I do need repairs I would have to leave it over the weekend because they cant start working on it till Monday. I cannot believe this why would they Knowingly scheduled more appointments than they can handle.

We came here to purchase a vehicle and no one greeted or acknowledged us whatsoever! The salesmen looked the other way! So we went inside to see if we could get someone to help us and the same thing! They never asked if we needed any help. A gentleman came through the door the same time as we did, they acknowledged him and assisted him, but NOT my husband and I. So we left and went to Mossy Nissan purchased a vehicle and had the BEST service from the time we arrived until the time we left! Wouldnt EVER go go back, nor recommend Katy Nissan!

Ive been coming here for years to maintain my Nissan. They are quick to take in your vehicle and they use technology to communicate any additional recommended work on your car. People are also very polite. BIG CAVEAT: while the quality of the work and the prices are good, it is not a quick service shop. If you do not choose to leave and come back to pick up your car, you will wait for more than an hour for whatever you want done.

Service advisor Bradley Hooks was beyond helpful from the first time we spoke on the phone all the way to the the day I picked up my car. He made the entire process extremely easy and provided outstanding customer service which I was very happy about.My car wasn’t even turning on and several things needed to get fixed but Mr. Bradley and his team got it great and back up running very quickly! I will be coming back for any maintenance my Nissan may need.Thank you to all the hard workers making customer satisfaction is a priority!

Do yourself a favour and unless forced by Nissan Corporate due to some credit, warranty or gratis work, take it to a reputable local mechanics shop. One of the worst experiences of our lives. Issues with a transmission on our 2013 Nissan Pathfinder that we bought new with only 105,000miles. Of course the warranty has run out even though this has been a very common issue with their CVT transm and countless law suits. After speaking with Nissan Consumer Affairs, they agreed to cover half the repair costs but required validation from the dealership. The dealership is forcing us to replace the MAF, air filter and ECM reprogram for nearly $850 even though Ive myself installed the OEM MAF (Hitachi) and bought a new air filter. We feel completely handcuffed and feel forced to comply in order for them to even begin the transmission repairs since corporate is covering half. Over $500 for the reprogram is completely outrageous considering its a simple connection to the OBD II port and the computer erasing the old programming and setting new ones. Considering the issues had with the vehicle, we likely will never be buying a Nissan/Infinity ever again, PERIOD!!!

I just experienced the worst and rudest customer service. They lied on the price more than once and when I complained to the manager he was extremely rude, at some point he even made fun of me! I went to another Nissan and the service quality and transparency was way better.

They wanted over $2500 to do some work on my Wife’s murano. They couldn’t keep their story straight.I decided to see what their diagnostics picked up compared to mine. Mine stated a cylinder misfire.Theirs also stated we had a fault on a $900 OEM only part.Fast forward 4 hours later, and I have fixed the issue with a $80 trip to Auto Zone.Sad thing is I feel that many people will trust this dealer and not know any better.They’re straight savage.

Wife dropped Leaf on Thursday night so they will have it for 7:30 appt for software update. Battery needed to be charged and the person said they would charge it. Also have tire that needs to be replaced for which she has tire protection plan. I get call at 2:30 saying they needed to charge battery to do make sure software update is good. So they never charged it and I get call 7 hours after the appt time! The caller says they need it until tomorrow. Tire had nail in it and they patched it and they recommend replacing it. Well thats why we got the tire protection plan whenwe leased it. You leased it? Yes From your location. I ask if they knew who checked it the car. I cant tell who did. When I look at the paperwork it has a name of who checked it in.
