We will never take our vehicles anywhere else for services. Weve been using Classic Car Care for awhile. We tried another place over the weekend for an inspection (plus work done) only because they were open on a Sunday. That place quoted us an outrageous price that I knew couldnt be right. Over $1200 for ONE thing. We waited and took our vehicle to Classic Car Care and we were taken care of! We needed quite a bit done on our vehicle and the total for everything was what the other car shop was asking in LABOR. Robert and his staff are knowledgeable, kind, honest people. I recommend this shop to everyone!

Everyone on the team is beyond helpful and great at communicating with customers. Unlike most auto-shops, they dont upsell services, providing a smooth and trustworthy experience every time.On one occasion I had my engine light on (for over 2 years) instead of running a bunch of tests and service charges, they guided me to replace a cheap part from the Dealership before jumping into the engine.My wife once thought she needed tires, instead of thoughtlessly selling a set or changing them, they checked them and informed her it wasnt necessary if she didnt want to.Excellent service, great quality.

I have gone there the last two years for every oil change and anytime I’ve had problems with my car. If you live in Katy, this is the place to go. Anything from inspection and oil changes to major problems they can do it and at a great price. All the guys that work there enjoy working on your car and will work hard on it like its their own. Very quick turn around time too. I would recommend them to anyone for any job!

I really dont trust anyone to do more than change the tires, change the oil, and front end alignments. I brought my vehicle to get an oil change done here and they did that fine. I also brought it to have an alignment done. again competent work. However, I had an issue with the cars steering that was not caused by a bad alignment and was instead because the inside of my tire had a belt slip and the entire inside of the tire was larger than the rest of the tire. This caused my car to constantly steer to another direction. Instead of saying this they took my money and performed an alignment. Still I am not really that upset about it.Here is what makes me angry. I called and said my car still steers heavily to one side of the road. I brought my car back and was rudely told that the alignment is perfect according to a computer print out and that I had a bad tire. I would not recommend going to this place because they do not thoroughly check things for YOU the customer.A good shop always does more. Such as re-filling windshield wiper fluid when you get an oil change. Or filling all of your tires to the proper air pressure when you get them rotated.Dont expect anything like that here.

Just had my first visit here. They are quick, fair price, and best of all great customer service. They were very friendly and helpful.

I found Classic Car Care because I needed my alignment done and C&B European referred me, because any alignment work they need done they take there. If a specialty shop like C&B outsources all their alignments to Classic Car Care, thats a pretty good indication of the quality work they do. Got my alignment done, no problems there.Fast forward a couple days and my DTS went crazy while I was driving down the highway, could not accelerate until I disengaged the DTS. I knew from a previous experience that the wheel speed sensor was the likely culprit, plus the ABS light and brake lights engaged, so I was confident that was it. Called and explained to Chris, the owner, what was going on and he said just bring it in so he could look at it. Hooked it up and diagnosed it (at no charge for his time) and sure enough confirmed it was a wheel speed sensor. But, there was other faults going on as well with the electrical and programming.He could have easily just replaced the wheel speed sensor hoping that would solve the problem or try to continue to bilk money out of me making attempts to solve the problem, but he straight up told me, You were right it is a wheel speed sensor, but Ive never even seen these other fault codes before... and pretty much eluded to the fact that its time to let the car go. Everyone is always on the search for an honest shop and I can tell you this is it. Again, this was all at no charge to me and he had no prior obligation to do so. Instead of looking at me like a dollar sign, Chris was genuinely looking out for what was in my best interest and gave me some sound advice. I was already leaning that way anyways and that pushed it over the edge. Dont bother going anywhere else.

I’ve taken my truck there several times and have been extremely pleased with their communication, turn around time, and pricing. I would definitely check them out even if it’s for a simple oil change.

My 2003 Tundra has eaten tires ever since I rolled it off the lot. In 10 years, nobody could get it aligned properly. I had new tires put on last almost a year ago and a friend suggested I take it to Classic because he knew the owner. I gave them a shot and Im glad I did because my tires are wearing evenly now! That alignment is going to save me a lot of money on tires.

Classic Car Care has performed the oil changes and routine maintenance on my car, as well as my 18 year old daughters car for over two years. They are kind enough to do a quick once-over my daughters car (check tires, fluids, etc.) for safety before she leaves to go out of town. They have also gone above-and-beyond in trying to help me when Ive had major issues with my transmission, and when my daughter had a broken door lock on her car. I have nothing but great things to say about Classic Car Care and their entire staff.

Have taken a car in on 3 different occasions and every time Im amazed at the politeness and level of service. First occasion was several years ago and what I thought was a major problem ended up being a $40 valve. They could have easily taken advantage, but did the right thing. Second time was for a needed brake job and they beat the price of all other places I checked. Most recently, those same brakes started squeaking and took it in today and they said the pads & rotors look excellent, but would gladly replace them under warranty if they are indeed making noise. Having that work done tomorrow morning! This is the most honest, polite car shop Ive encountered and they will be a customer of mine for life!

Mr. Keeton, you forgot to mention that the first time you asked us to align your vehicle we told you about the tire at that time, even noted it on your repair order, read it again please. And for the gentleman with the 67 impala, first, their are no teeth on a clutch, only splines, and it is impossible to break ONE of them off, secondly, we didnt miss measure anything. You and your friend came to the shop and measured the opening and ordered the radiator yourselves. We furnished no parts for this vehicle whatsoever. Thirdly, we charged you LESS then $1700.00 to replace YOUR parts on the gas tank, front end suspension, radiator, shifter assy., front end alignments etc. 10K? We also told you that the vehicle was not going to be valued at what you are putting into it after repairs were done. There is a reason Classic Car Care has won the BBBs highest honor for 6 years in a row.Why werent we ever contacted by you about your complaint? Hey, If you are feeling remorse for the money you spent on your vehicle, listen to the doctor next time before making those types of decisions, better yet, get a second or third estimate before making a decision......Oh wait; you did do that didnt you.Hmmmm
