From the moment I drove up to Service, I enjoyed my experience. I was first Greeted by a young man and was told that a Service advisor would be with me shortly.My Service Advisor, Mr. Christian FARRIS, was prompt, professional and I felt he had a vested interest in me, as one of his customers. He was sympathetic to me being up all night (as a nurse) and promised to get my vehicle serviced as soon as possible. At the end of this service experience, he explained all the paperwork and service items that were addressed during my visit.In addition, I was appreciative that the mechanic sent me a video of the service, explaining what he was inspecting and the general condition of my vehicle. I have a broad knowledge base of the mechanical function of vehicles and was appreciative of the video of my services today.Thank You! I will be back in the future for my vehicle services.The only thing that I did NOT appreciate was constantly getting Pop-ups to have my vehicle appraised. I dont need an new car... Ive got one... less than a year old!

On July 5, 2021 I took my vehicle for an oil change. While attempting to rotate my tires they broke my rotor. They said they were going to fix it. The next day, on July 6, when I picked up my car and they did not return my Wheel Nut Key. I sent them an email that same day to request my Wheel Nut Key. They chose to ignore my email.The supposedly new rotor was all corroded the same week. I went there to speak with the Service and Parts Director.He finally decided to give me back the wheel nut key and couldnt give me a reasonable explanation of the corrosion in my new rotor.This gentleman calls himself the Top Dog of the Dealership.The Service and Parts Director has no idea how to deal with a frustrated customer. He instructs his staff to ignore emails from customers. He instructs his staff to keep (steal) the Wheel Nut Keys from the customers. He lies.It is sad that I will not be purchasing my personal cars in this dealearship until they decide to replace this angry Top Dog Director.Katy residents deserve better than that.

Poor customer services. Twice in a row I have had a bad experience with the service department at Katy Nissan.1. I took my car in a couple of months ago for an oil change/tire rotation. I was told it would take no more than 45 minutes so I chose to wait inside. I sat in the waiting are for 3 hours as I watched my service technician do a whole lot of nothing, all while telling me “Just 5 more minutes. I just have to finish up your paperwork.”2. I decided to give them another try, maybe I had just had an unfortunate experience. I took my car in today for another oil change/tire rotation. Again, I was told it would take no more than 45 minutes. This time I chose to leave and came back an hour and a half later. When I reached out to my technician using the direct number provided for me, my call was ignored 3 times. I then proceeded to call the main line to find out that my car would not be ready until 4 and a half hours later. The lady on the phone then had the audacity to tell me if I want it done faster, “I should drop it off in the morning time.” I dropped it off at 8:20 AM.Very disappointed with the customer service here.

Went a week ago, because they reached me to help me trade in my car what I did believe but before going I expressed all my facts and concerns because I didnt want to lose my time because I had to bring my baby with me, knowing that I wouldnt be able to do nothing. Nick ( the sales agent) insist that he and his manager would be able to help me. Surprise! They didnt and made me lost 2 hours with my daughter there and sent me home telling me they would call me back and never did.Never going back to this place. Be careful

In 2021 when so many people don’t even want to work it is refreshing when you encounter someone like Jaime. I oversee an operation of 100+ people and I would hire Jaime on my team in in heartbeat. They made me puchase a tire lock that they lost or did not include with the vehicle. A 22 dollar part caused them to lose a valued customer. I am driving the 4th Nissan I purchased from them and I used to get my service done there. Little things mean a lot. I will not be spending my money there ever again.

From start to finish, my family and I had a great experience. Fabio Segura was our sales rep. He was not pushy at all and I never felt pressured to make a purchase. He got us a deal on a Sentra for my daughters first car and then showed me a pre owned Dodge Ram Big Horn that I’ve always wanted. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Chris Robinson was our finance manager. He can spin paper with the best of them and made the finance office a very short visit. Told him what I wanted and he did his best to make it happen. Not to mention, he responded to texts and calls after the sale right away. They had to “we owe” the back bumper on the Ram. Taylor actually came to my work to take pictures of the bumper to ensure they had ordered the correct parts. Thank you Taylor, I appreciate that because I could not get out of work. Daryl ordered the part, scheduled the service and I was in and out with literally no wait time. I would say the only down fall was that Paint and Fab protection and the extended warranty was already factored into the sales price. A lot of dealerships are doing this. Of course I wanted it, but I didn’t get to have the choice. Other than that 10/10 will definitely buy from these guys again and encourage anyone who is looking for down to earth sales, finance and service to consider Katy Nissan!!!

Im so thankful that Katy Nissan has a new service manager! Scott Ross is a man of integrity who even stands behind the work that preceded him at this dealership. He is kind, professional, and thorough. I highly recommend giving Katy Nissan another try if you had a bad experience in the past because they have a fantastic team now! All around, the service was great! They sent me a video of everything that they inspected and allowed me to select what I wanted serviced. They texted me a video of the mechanic going through each area of my engine, tires, undercarriage- commenting on the status of various parts & fluids. I went online filled out the application and told them what I desired and price range and they worked a miracle and even allowed me to put down half of my deposit and bring the rest on pay day. I suddenly received a link to watch my inspection. Thats top notch!!! Then completed the rest with the technician. Offered a schedule for service pamphlet. The cashiers were also friendly. I made an appointment so come in for an oil change and tire rotation. Chris helped me. He was great. Nice and professional. Explained some flags that came up during the inspection, but wasn’t super pushy with the sale. Just stressed the importance of knocking a few things out, which I appreciated. I was in and out in just over an hour, which isn’t bad timing. The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is because my car came back dirtier than I brought it (carpeting dirty, door handles greasy). Besides that, great experience. I’ll be back.

Many surprises with unknown maintenance cost. This was just to keep on adding up the cost for additional maintenance which are not needed. Finally ended up in paying more money for a similar maintenance work, if could have been done at other local service stations in Houston. Went in at 2pm on Saturday to purchase a vehicle. After 5 hours, we could not close the deal. They sent me home with the new vehicle and told me first thing on Monday they will call me assuring me they will get it all straightened out and I will come in to just sign on paper work. No one called, on Tuesday I tried calling but could not get a hold of anyone. On Wednesday, I called all morning, still could not get a hold of anyone. I sent emails and finally got a call back informing me they could not do the deal.

Our 1st quote of sales was way above the budget then, Brendon and Sales manager understood our needs and limited budget. Initially, We thought no way we will be able to walk out the dealership with the car and we were ready to go to other Nissan. I had the service done totalling almost $1,000.00 this past Saturday but here are the few things I have observed:1. I have asked and requested to have my truck washed after service and it wasnt washed (I had 8 AM appointment so there was plenty of time). I asked Alex why it didnt get washed but this guy (advisor) next to her said, car wash wasnt available today (04/24/2021). But when I went around service department, I saw many cars were being washed and vacuumed. Not sure why this guy (advisor) and Alex lied.2. I was expecting at least few updates regading service status but updates werent provided adequately (Disappointed).3. I have presented many coupons and also told Alex that I was in the military (veteran) and have asked what will make me greatest savings. Veteran discount or use coupons... Not only I didnt receive anything about veteran savings but coupons that were used didnt properly applied (definitely over paid at least $50.00 more).I have doubts that I will be using your dealership/service and probably not going to to recommend to my friends and family.

Just purchased my third auto from Katy Nissan. Each time has been an outstanding experience. I have dealt with the other two dealerships and they cannot compare to Katy. Actually I first went to Katy Nissan because the other two dealerships gave me the run around regarding defects. So, I took the Nissan I bought from another dealer to Katy and got the first class service a customer deserves. That being said, if you want the best, ask for Moe.He is very personable, knowledgeable and understands that each customer is looking for the best deal possible. He will work with you to achieve that. I turned in a lease auto and gave him the payoff figure given by GM. We agreed with the out the door purchase price for the new Nissan. Shortly after that, the manager Gary and Moe informed me that the price was $800 less. WOW. That was because when they contacted GM, their payoff price is less than a customer’s. Remember now, the deal was already made and signed. I doubt if any other dealers would have done that. SO, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KATY NISSAN.

I have been taking my car to the Katy Nissan dealership since I purchased my car in 2012 and this last time will be my last. Alex was my service person and when I called to check in on how long my car would take after 2 hours, she said they haven’t even started the recall service because they were supposed to do an inspection sticker first but my check engine light was on and due to that they couldn’t complete or stat the inspection. That I understand but I don’t know why she didn’t call to tell me that and the only way I knew that was because I called after two hours. After the phone she said they would be after to do the other item my car was scheduled for but that took nother two hours for a total of four when it was supposed to take an hour and a half. Then when I picked up my car the hood was open and after driving the car my gas tank was open. Not only that when I was waiting for my car the team was just arguing with eachother in the hallway next to the bathroom. It was the most unprofessional team and I will never be visiting again. We are looking to trade in but we will be going to Mossy.
