I went in to get a simple paint job, paint was great but the care for my car wasn’t came back and my car had mildew throughout the seats and floors, I was not notified and told after I paid for the job of these damages to my vehicle, then the manager author is the one that showed me the vehicle they lead me to believe I had a leak and I took it the same day to get detailed and no water seep thru the vehicle how this is happen is a mister I have already been in contact with the better business bureaus and will b contacting cooperate because I have called and left messages with receptionist cole to have manager call me back because a detail job did not do the trick my whole interior is damage and my car reaks of mildew and is a health hazard for me and my children to ride like that in those conditions my whole insides needs to be replace because a error on maacos behalf . I should not have to chase the manager down, keep calling, because they did not receive my car in that condition then they had my seats down purposely so I would not see all the damages til I got home, I was Only showed the trunk upon arrival. Did they wet vacuum my trunk yes but why couldn’t they have done that when they made this error, complete disappointment and unprofessional on their end all the way around.

This has not been a good experience, to say the least!Estimate when fine, $1766.04 payment went fine, and initial visit experience was good. After that I realized you can hardly reach them by phone (as a customer might expect), you NEVER GET CALL-BACKS from multiple messages left, and I had several promises of completion times - not met. NO PROFESSION COMMUNICATION with customer service.No courtesy updates when deadlines are missed. You have to call over and over and over yourself hoping you get a person to answer in the store, (and not a full voicemail or rollover to corporate answering service). I had to repeatedly attempt over a couple of days in order to get someone to give me the excuse for futher delays and rescheduling of my pickup arrangements.My vehicle was RETURNED UNFINISHED to me with an obvious PAINT RUN which I had to find myself and immediately return to the store. It has been OVER A MONTH since I have been without the use of my vehicle. I called several times today (Saturday) with someone waiting (based on my last promise from them) to pick up the vehicle for other cosmetic work, but have received NO call back again today. Now that they are closed, I hope to get it back Monday or Tuesday, but I have no confidence in that.I feel as though I am treated as charity instead of a paying customer. Take your money where your business is appreciated!

I just picked my car up today from dent removal, light fixtures and paint job. Coal was great! My car looks better than when I got her off the lot in 2016! I highly recommend these guys. I am thoroughly satisfied 😌

I got into an accident about a month ago. Decided toUse Macao. Worst decision ever! It’s been about a month of them having my vehicle and me calling the establishment they would give me nothing saying “Let me call you back” as times go buy no call and I’ll call them. Your employees have poor communication skills and terrible customer service.

Wouldve been a 5 star rating but there was an incident that happened there to which I will say wasnt Maaco fault. Roofing guys contracted thru them come in and got silicone over people vehicles in the shop. The worker Coal Davis was very helpful in getting the situation taken care of.

Replaced the rear bumper and repaint. Great results.

We were skeptical about having our truck painted at Maaco. They far exceeded our expectations! The truck was painted, there were a few hickies left on it, Maaco made it right, even better! We enjoyed visiting with the Manager and Julio. Julio went out of his way while he had the truck. They have an amazing painter! They are hardworkers, honest, and reliable.

Because one of the back panels of my car had orange skin paint, so I have to take it back so they could fix it..other than that everything was good..

Bought a spoiler online for my car. Had them painted it first and told them I would install myself. I second guessed myself while about to install and took it to them again. Fast service and turn around times with excellent paint quality. Would come back to paint my whole car in the future.

Brought in 2020 Chevrolet with a couple of dents and needing spot paint. Excellent communication and work. Truck looks brand new again.

They did a good paint job about a year and half ago. It comes with a one year warranty. Half a year out of warranty I noticed there was an area around the front grille that had small paint chips missing. Took it then and they fixed it at no charge. No questions asked.

Julio is very professional as is the whole crew at this Katy Maaco. I already have new projects lined up for them. They are awesome. They helped bring my classic car back to its former glory.

Overall we were pleased. There were a couple of issues, there was some pain on the chrome exhaust pipes, which we were able to remove and the car had water spots when we picked it up. Small attention to detail issues. Overall the service was good.

I have yet to actually use their service, but I greatly appreciate their free estimates. The staff also always give great advice.

I had a set of fender flares painted by them over a year ago and they look just as good today as the day I picked them up. The turn around time on the fender flares was very quick and everyone I dealt with was very professional. Will use them again!

Freshened up truck for a new driver in the family. Looks better than it did. Paint job was good. Time quoted for the job was not accurate. Luckily it was not needed quickly. Other body shops quoted 3x the price at Macco. I would consider using Macco again.

I had my right front fender fixed by Maaco. I brought the car in on a Monday and they said I should get it back by Wednesday. I did get the car back on Wednesday and was satisfied with the repair/paint job that was done. I was especially impressed with the courtesy and professional behavior given to me by Jason Hill. Ive had 2 other repairs done here and Jason was not by contact in the past (unfortunately). Jason stands tall. He always knew the status of repairs (didnt have to shut down everything and go back in the shop to check), handled multiple calls while dealing with me, called me by my name, and always had a smile on his face. First class treatment. I couldnt be more satisfied. Could use more help to handle high volume of customers.Returned 8/15/19 for a fender repair. Though I had to point out a couple of unacceptable parts of the job, Kelsey Simmons personally took care of the problem despite answering the phone and taking care of customers waiting in line. I was very satisfied with Kelseys attitude.However, as I told Kelsey and other people in the past, they are extremely understaffed. There is a large turnover of employees and from my observations employees that come to work late. Skilled labor is hard to find. Kelsey is a major asset and I hope Maaco management listens to him.

My car is 16 years old and has very low mileage and Ive taken real good care of it. over the years the sun destroyed the paint. I took my car to Jason at Maaco on South Mason. When I picked it up, I was so amazed at the quality of the work. It was like I was getting a new car. I love my car and I now have a beautiful car. Its just like its brand new all over again. I am so pleased. His work was that of perfection. And, I might mention the price is very reasonable and well worth it. I, also, received outstanding customer service from Jason. He is pleasant and friendly. Smiles and built rapport. I would hope Maaco would give him some sort of award of his outstanding customer service. Thank you, Jason, and, thank you, Maaco. I was pleased with the customer service provided and the great job done by Maaco on I10 & Mason. I stopped by roughly a month before Harvey, I received an estimate for my SUV: hood, front bumper, and windshield. In addition, there was a quote for the whole body paint plus the repairs. Being pleased with the price I scheduled a month out to prepare transportation; the guy recommended its better to get a weekday rental to avoid weekend rate increase, (thanks for looking out for me ;)) Unfortunately, Harvey hit and I couldnt return until a year later. It was awesome to know that price was still honored after so long. Once I dropped my SUV off at Maaco and I realized I forgot my garage opener, I called the store to notify them Id pick it up the next day since they were closing in 15mins. The guy was generous and offered to wait for me to come back but I insisted that I could retrieve it later, knowing the feeling when its closing time, your ready to go! Fast forward, my SUV was ready and I so Happy with the results! THANKS!

They damaged my H2 Hummer rack and now its all loose. They forcefully moved it without a key in order to paint the roof. They should have called me for the keys!!! I lived 10 minutes away!!!!!!

Stay away!!! They did front end work on my Optima. After taking an extra 2 weeks over the estimate to finish the job I finally took it home. Then I noticed there were bubbles in the clear coat. (Dirty shop) I brought it back for them to correct. I had to wait for hours while they sanded it. I was told this was normal. After I got it home in my garage, I noticed it had deep hand sand marks in the clear coat. Took it back again and they took a couple days to re spray the clear coat. Took it home and again it had bubbles. I also noticed my headlight and bumper were misaligned. I have tried several times to have them correct. I even had to pay my own rental one day. After I returned the rental I noticed the headlight was worse and the bubbles werent touched. I have still not been able to get in as I am continually told they are busy when I try to go by. This work was completed before Thanksgiving. Its April and its actually worse than the day I picked it up originally in November after several attempts at a repair. I will just wet sand it myself. This place is incompetent. Buyer beware!!!

Had the hood of my Ford Fusion repainted at Maaco Katy. Maaco did a great job at a very affordable price and very quickly. I can recommend them if you need good paint work at an affordable price.

On August 22,2019, I delivered my Truck Toyota Tundra 2008 at 72,000miles(approx.) in good running condition at this facilityto Arthur Garcia (gen. Manager ) for paint job who inspected the truck and gave me an estimate, A week later he called me saying that my truck is dead and does not move to the paint booth, I went and found that truck was sanded and ready for paint, battery was dead, After jump start, engine functioned normal but every thing else was dead.Gen. Manager refused to take any blame and asked me tow it out by a wrecker after it is painted .On Sept. 04,2019, I paid the bill as per invoice and towed it back home by a wrecker .I complained to the Maaco corporate office,Talked to the County Clerks office and Secretary of States office to get the Owners name and address to sue the Owner as it is a Franchise store but nothing worked,Auto Mechanic found Relays and Main fuse box were missing .Truck is repaired now after I spent a few hundred dollars, I took the loss and plan to hire a lawyer and move forward when circumstance permit.

They painted my truck and the day i picked it up it started pealing and for a year now I been trying to get them to fix it I paid over 5000.00 for them to paint my Escalade correctly but they cheated me by not removing the mirrors or door moldings like I paid them to do but then after I saw it was taped off they then removed the door moldings but then put them back on with double sided tape and it looks horrible and is pealing off I have tried everything to get Maaco to fix this but Even customer service wont help me DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF .

Dodge Ram 2500 had a decent size dent on the top lip of the tailgate. I was given prices from 1100-1500.00. I stoped in at this location to get a price. It was half the price as the other body shops. The tailgate was ready in three days and they did a quality job. I would recommend them to anyone needing some body work done.

I had the hood of my car painted. The estimator was fast, and we received a very reasonable estimate. I took the car in on Monday, and the car was finished with 24 hrs! Excellent service!

They fixed a spot in my clear coat super fast. He took one look at it and said he could fix it with out paint. I highly recommend them. I went in fully expecting to have part of my truck repainted but they were honest with me and buffed out the spot.

My bumper was detached on the drivers side. I stopped in an asked for an estimate to re-attach it. I spoke to Chris who was very friendly and nice. He said they would have to charge me for at least one hour of work and to bring it in at 9 am on Wednesday. I showed up at 9 on Wednesday. They re-attached it. Took about 15 minutes and they did not charge me. I was very grateful. Its nice to know that there are companies out there that will help and not charge you for minor things. Should I need any body work or painting done on my car, I will definitely come here first. I will also recommend them to my friends.

This place is a joke!😤😤😤I been to another Maaco in Westheimer twice and love it the quality of the work and the service. I move to Katy and this Maaco is closer. Big mistake Jose didn’t explain everything correctly. Told me the car was going to be ready in 3 day and it took a week. A week after I pick it up the front bumper is falling out. Save you time and money and go else where.

The manager said I needed all this stuff just to fix the weather stripping. It was a waste of time.

You get what you pay for. Satisfied with the paint job, getting some compliments. Not a show car, didnt expect one. A bit behind schedule but only a day.Service is adequate, no complaints with that.

My boyfriend’s truck was all bumpy and chipped it was at a very low point. We Thought the truck looked great but at closer examination there were already chips in the paint after a week and an overspray in several spots. Overall I 9/10 DO NOT recommend maaco for your paint jobs. The sloppy and uncared for treatment was a disappointment. Recently we took it back to be fixed and they left a big scratch on the door from not protecting the paint during sanding of the mirrors. I am highly displeased at the audacity of employees with a $2500 paint job. I recommend finding some place who actually will take care of your vehicle.

Driving down I10 and a can of spray paint comes rolling across the highway. Tried to swerve out of the way but unfortunately the back passenger side tire rolls right on top of it. Needless to say I was upset, and found the trunk and back bumper splattered in black spray paint.Went to Maaco to have it looked at and taken care of. The guys were very quick and efficient. In a matter of minutes they had taken care of it and the car looked new again.I cannot tell you how happy the Maaco service made me. Very professional and efficient. Thanks!

They repaired the back of my car and the back window was supposed to be electronic but when I rolled it down it just fell in the door. My back wind shield wiper also did not work. Also my back left head light was out and I got a ticket because of it.

They messed everything but the actual paint job up. Horrible experience. Kelsey the painter was good!

Went on yesterday fornan estimate on my damage..Worst Customer Service ever! The guy, Mr. Julio acted as if he didnt want to assist me. He didnt take my claim number, he didnt want to complete the process, stated it would take all day.. as an excuse for not wanting to help me. He didnt want to tske pics of the damage.. He waisted 15 mins of my time!! He acted lazy! Not good service!

I went in there today to get an estimate for a paint job. When I walked in there was a policeman in their office complaining about his truck sitting outside for more than one month with no work done on it yet. No real reasons were given by person behind the counter for lack of progress, its just very poorly managed. They may do good work at a good price but Im not going to take a chance on getting that type of service from them, I walked out without saying a word
