I moved from another state and needed an oil change. Setting up an appointment online was easy. The rep asked for the last 8 digits of my Vin to confirm my appointment. They have a text based communication available. I show up to my appointment, they took my car in, and it was ready within 30 minutes!!! Mind you, in the other state. I would wait 3 hours for my car to be ready just for an oil change. I literally took my work laptop thinking I was going to be there a quarter of the working day! I went there because of a pop up message. I was told to take my car in which I did. So it was a bad alternator. Casey Barnes nice guy, but NEVER answers his phone. Next day on my way to work the defroster on the passenger side did not work. Had to go back to be told that nothing was wrong maybe the setting were off and they reset that. Havent had to use it. So I honestly do not know if it is working properly. Again I call and call and call to get a status on my car and no answer. I know he is busy but the funny thing is that very time that I have been there he is always at his desk and maybe just once or twice has he had someone at this desk.

This is such an amazing dealership. This dealership is always friendly, helpful, never pushy, and does whatever is needed and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. I can’t say much for the finance department . We had to wait 3 hours just to start the finance portion of the buying process. All in all I guess it wasn’t too bad. You have to remember that a big dealer sells 300 to 400 used cars a month so they don’t put too much emphasis on getting a customer on his or her way . But our salesman Mr Scott really went all out to take care of us.

I took my Silverado to classic Chevrolet couple weeks ago to have them put an airbag in the passenger side because of a recall. When I picked the truck up I noticed one of the cracks I had in the top of my dash became a piece that was caved in. One of the mechanics accidentally pushed too hard on the dash when putting in the airbag. I brought this to the service departments attention and Joe the service manager made things right and replaced not only that piece of dash but all faulty cracked parts of the dash for me. I am extremely happy with the service I received! I strongly recommend you give classic Chevrolet a chance when considering where to bring your vehicle for its servicing needs. Oscar Perez and his mechanic Patrick Castle work perfectly well together. Oscar communicated well with me on what is happening with my truck. Giving me updates and a valid estimated time on when itll be done. And Patrick was quick to diagnose and repair any problems that was covered by the insurance. Splendid work done by these two, I highly recommend them.

I recently took my daughters car in for a couple recalls and what we thought was an alignment problem. Hector was my service advisor and he communicated every step of the way via text except when he had to deliver the news my daughter had actually bent her wheel, destroyed her sensor related to that wheel and damaged her strut. He called me for that bad news and delivered the news in a very empathetic fashion, which I really appreciated. He was really awesome! Even when I went to pick up, everything went smoothly. I was in and out in 10 minutes and the ladies checking me out in the service Dept were super friendly and chatty which eased the pain of my bill. Overall a wonderful experience.
