Such a huge disappointment. I had to correct my salesperson twice on my worksheet, she still got the wrong trim. She forgot to update with the correct info, never checked her work, and then management processed it without my signing off as they claim is required. Double fault. The kicker? They also didnt install a front plate holder and told me its in the trunk, maybe you could stop by the dealer near you that you didnt buy from and ask them to install it for you? Sewell reputation is not reflective of current operations.

Just picked up our new BMW M340i. I have to say the overall experience was fantastic. The purchasing process was easy and not laborious as sometimes I have experienced in the past with other car purchases. Hunter Fowlkes handled the sale of the car and was great at keeping me posted throughout the sales process as the car was in production. He also went above and beyond with the delivery of the car which was memorable to myself and family. JR was our BMW genius and took time to explain what all the car can do. My expectations were exceeded. Great customer service! If in the market for a BMW I highly recommend Sewell BMW of Grapevine.

I just wanted to share my Fantastic experience that I had at Sewell BMW! First of all being a single woman & not knowing much I was very apprehensive & dreaded the process of purchasing a new vehicle. I was put in contact with Tim Key who went above & beyond for me. I let him know what I was looking for & my price range, & he took care of EVERYTHING! I did not want to spend hours at a car lot looking at numerous vehicles & doing test drives. One day Mr. Key contacted me & let me know he had something that he thought would be perfect for me. When I arrived at Sewell BMW of Grapevine a beautiful white BMW X3 was pulled around front he showed it to me & I fell in love! It was perfect! Natalie Sanchez went over how to use all the controls & taught me everything I needed to know about the car, it was everything I wanted so I went in with Scott Cunningham & signed all my paperwork. Left the dealership after no more than an hour & half. Was in & out & got exactly what I wanted. Since my purchase in August of 2020, the exceptional customer service & attention to detail has been top notch! Tim, Natalie, & Scott were so helpful & friendly it was the BEST car buying experience I have EVER had, & I will no longer be shopping for cars anywhere other than Sewell. My experience was quick, easy, & they did everything for me! I will definitely be recommending Sewell to all my friends & family!

I visited this location to basically check out some options. Ive never owned a BMW, so I wanted to see if anything stood out to me. I wasnt sure where to go at first. I entered the building, but no one was at the front desk for me to ask for assistance. Decided to walk around on my own. Associates passed me, but it wasn’t till the 3rd one that asked if I needed assistance. I forgot to get a name. There were some really great looking cars. The venue itself was very clean and organized.

Let me start this off by stating that I live in Missouri, a retired military person. I wanted to purchase a birthday present for my wife of 35 years and also a gift for graduating college. But when I visited my local Lexus Dealer in the Springfield Missouri area I was sadly disappointed of what the representative of the dealer stated to me. After stating our needs, he said I would probably do better by buying a Tahoe, not stating this once but twice.I felt disrespected and told my wife I know exactly where I can get a great deal and great service. This is not my first dealing with Sewell Lexus we purchased a 2008 Lexus LS 460L from them many years ago. We flew from St. Louis to Dallas to pick up the car. The dealership was planning to be there to pick us up unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate but Miss Natalie Sanchez was absolutely brilliant. Treated us as family, there were flowers in the car, candy and a birthday card presented to my wife while the final purchase was being done. I told all my friends about it once we return home. And recommended her to them, again the service was outstanding. I learned a valuable lesson, not all Lexus Dealer‘s are built equal. That dealership in Springfield Missouri needs a class in southern hospitality.

The grapevine Sewell is good, I went to look at a car with the Dallas Sewell salesperson. I really like Sewell while they were processing my paperwork they told to go to any restaurant I want and have lunch and they will pay for it. That was awesome.

Best car buying experience Ive EVER had! Jared, Joel, Bryan, and Steven went more than the extra mile to make the experience very special, memorable, and pleasant. They were extremely helpful, attentive, and absolutely wonderful to work with. I named my car Bonnet because it has the navy blue interior and matching blue calipers so they even went as far as to go out and buy a vase with bluebonnets in it to have waiting for me when I picked up the car. Dont go anywhere else to buy a car - they are amazing.

Just finished my 2nd transaction with Conner Jones at Sewell BMW in Grapevine, Tx! All I can say is, Wow!! Great guy, great dealership, seamless transaction. Found an X1 for my daughter that I knew she’d fall in love with. Fair value for my trade-in, and out the door in less than an hour! Going forward, I will only purchase my personal vehicles through Sewell, and hopefully Conner will be there for many years to come! The legends are true.

First time i took my vehicle here it needed brake fluid service and the steering was shaking whenever i went over 50 or was breaking. They charged me for brake fluid service even though it was under warranty and they replaced the brakes and serviced the rotors and when i got my car back it was still doing the same thing and the steering wheel was shaking. I own multiple car repair facilities and the only reason i took it to bmw is because its still under warranty. I checked the car myself and found out they never even replaced the brake fluid we did multiple tests at my location and i notified the dealership and they took the car back and they reserviced the rotors and now the service manager said i will continue hearing the sound of the brakes for 500 miles until they set which ive never heard of. Ive been in the car business for 16 years and that is not even a thing. Ill be contacting my lawyer and we will go from there. Wish i could give 0 stars. Even the manager didnt even apology for not changing my brake fluid the first time and charging me for it. That is a scam! I own multiple mercedes and ive never had one issue at the mercedes dealership.

Service advisor @Nolan James Willmon, please be more respectful of others time 😞 I informed you of the hour I needed my vehicle ready by - its understandable that you were occupied by another customer and were late in notifying me which I can absolutely overlook. I do, however, expect my car to be immediately ready for pickup given that you tell me that it would be pulled up by the time I arrive. I did not expect to wait an additional 15-20 minutes before leaving sigh Perhaps an apology wouldve been nice instead of having the front desk staff do so on your behalf.

Six hours for oil & brake fluid change. Its claimed that because the cars a convertible that only a certain person can change the oil on the car. Wow. Thanks for the heads up in advance BMW Ill make sure to schedule my cars maintenance by a mechanic that can work on a convertible, henceforth. Both of them.

Jay recently helped us in our purchase of a used 4Runner and it was the best experience we have had at any dealership. It was great to test drive and try the vehicle out with no rush. The car had some paint scuffs from the previous owner and Jay had it all touched up for us before we picked up our purchase. We were very happy with Sewell and the image they and their employees convey on customers. Very friendly staff and they are always asking if you need anything. Definitely a great experience in the used sales department with Jay and their car buying process.

UpdateBought a new $20 gas tank cap and $20 OBD code reader from Amazon and issue got resolved as suspected. Dealership did reach out based on this review and refunded $200 diagnostic fee charged earlier to improve the experience.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Went for Vehicle inspection and Oil change with very low fuel tank (30 remaining miles on display). Aaron Morales brought papers I signed for inspection and oil change fees. Vehicle taken to shop.After waiting for around an hour, Aaron Morales came over and mentioned Mechanic is saying service engine light on in the workshop - Something which was not there during vehicle handover.Was informed inspection can not be cleared because of that light which only mechanic saw in workshop and diagnostic is needed. Followed up more after few minutes and asked them to tighten the gas tank cap first. Another 15 minutes and issue is reported as Fuel tank valve is stuck open. Aaron Morales first mentioned only oil change fee will be charged today as recommended part to be replaced is not available and part/repair fee will be due on Monday when part is available. However comes back later with $200 fee after talking to mechanic.On way back, stopped at gas station to fill the gas and found gas tank cap has been replaced with an old one. How can I say it is replaced? Because I have been filling gas in this car for 3 years.1. Gas cap is smaller and older with fonts in yellowish color. Mine was normal in white2. Old worn out rubber thread attachment is there. Mine was black plastic attachment.3. Inside of gas cap is blue. Mine was black.Everyone knows about gas tank cap, low fuel and service engine light relationship and I dont know if that mechanic is dishonest or not but this makes anyone doubt the integrity of this dealership.

Great friendly staff! Quick service, I was in for warranty oil change and inspection. Less than an hour! Private rooms to wait in with toys for your children, plenty of TVs and comfortable chairs if you wait is a bit longer. I spent most of my time looking at the beautiful new BMWs. Complementary drinks and snacks including Expresso! Overall a great experience.

Well. Sadly I thought I found a BMW Service Center that was nirvana and very customer centric with Sewell BMW Grapevine (Jan 2021). Only to be totally let down this week.BTW its sad when you have a better (awesome) customer experience at a Discount Tire store than at Sewell Grapevine!After conducting a wheel alignment (and major maintenance to the tune of $2500 in Jan 2021, I was shocked after 5800 miles into post service that included total alignment of all wheels, to have to replace 2 new tires (60k warranty) $300 each with only 15k Miles worn down to the steel belts. See pic.Worse ... there was clearly an issue that the wheel alignment tech didnt diagnose at the time in Jan 2021. I ended up having to replace both tires in an emergency situation while taking my kid to college this weekend.Upon my return Monday of this week, I called my service advisor AARON MORALES and left a Vmail. No return call. I emailed on Tuesday with the details of the issue and photos. Tuesday got an email back that I need to align wheels every 10k (he missed that I told him they were only at 5800 miles since my last alignment even though stayed in my email and he clearly didnt check my service record of prior referenced work done). The was told it was a 2 week wait for pick up and delivery service. I emailed back AND left a Vmail on Wed. Never heard back from the service advisor ie ARON MORALES even now on Thursday evening 4 days later) I was never followed back up on about an appt to see what happened and repair.Sewell. You say your the best at customer service. I. Think. Not. #SewellLetDownYou are better than this. And get rid of this service advisor. Its bad for your brand and customer experience. And to think I was thinking of buying a car from you.

Quite honestly the worst service experience ive ever had! Extremely dissapointed because the only reason I brought my car to Sewell was due to their outstanding reputation and my previous experiences at Sewell Lexus. But my initial service took 2 weeks and about $7k worth of work just for them to fry one of my other modules and not repair it but instead try to get me to pay for the mistake ($2500 part alone that they dont have an are unable to tell me when they can get it and replace) So i picked up my vehicle while i waited for the replacement module and the very next morning i came out to loads of error codes and functions no longer working..... I once again drop it off for them to rectify all the new errors that were brought up after service and they have had it for a week with no anwers or repairs like there is no urgency to fix anything especially considering they did it. I will definitely not be returning to them again or recommending them to anyone as I do with the Sewell lexus location. Unless you have a brand new car with just a basic service interval find a shop that actually cares. (Never thought id say that about a Sewell dealership)

Finally got a chance to buy a new BMW and Sewell was a great place to shop. They were very helpful as I test drove a variety of options before finally finding the perfect car for me. The facility is immaculate as you might expect. I mourn the loss of cookies and snacks, but that cant be helped due to covid. Tim helped me complete much of the paperwork ahead of time, so the whole process was as painless as possible. Even my kids dont mind coming here as theres always cool cars to see and comfy chairs to lounge on. Service likewise is what you would expect from a top notch dealer, I had my previous car here for warranty service and plan on continuing the relationship with this new and future cars (but thats probably because Im a BMW owner for life, unless they keep making that grill bigger! 😆). Now to just convince my wife she needs an x7 ...

Never had an experience where the salesman was not willing to budge on anything. Not to mention that he acknowledged that the information on the website was misleading and refused to honor it. He also made a comment that other BMW dealerships might be desperate enough to sell us one. You’re right, Alec. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Next stop: Classic BMW of Plano. I stopped in to look into the BMW financing options since they where so low and I met with Ethan Groce and his colleague. I had the BEST experience I have ever had. I wish I wouldve had him help me when I purchased my X6 a few months previous. Ive been to many dealerships looking to see what I wanted and all of the people put together, even the ones at BMW didnt come close to his knowledge and also personality that is so nice and easy to talk to and makes you feel like a person..... not like a quick paycheck. He listened to all of what I was looking for and helped me tremendously.I have a BMW X6 and not only could he tell me all about my car, but he knew all about ALL the cars and showed me their features, including my car.I will definitely be buying from Ethan only going forward. We still have different conclusions but finally agree to disagree.The recommendation I have: please take photos when picking up the loaner.------original post:Be careful! I serviced my car in Dec and got a loaner. It was Saturday and my advisor told me my car would be ready on Monday, so when I noticed the loaner was pulling to the left(need steering wheel alignment), I did not bother to report since I lived far away and they closed on Sunday. Monday when I returned the loaner, they found a damage on driver side front wheel. It was obvious an existing scratch since the tire was very clean without any marks. And I told them I did hit the curb once but it was passenger side and it was very subtle, the damage on driver side wheel was not caused by me. They did not say anything further at the time but filed the claim later saying I reported steering wheel issue and they found damage on front wheel. If I did it and tried to run away from it, why would I report the steering wheel issue at all? And the biggest disappointment is that they acted like everything was fine when we were talking about the damage but filed a claim later blaming me.

Purchased a used vehicle from out of state via the internet. Sales rep Brandon Buxton was excellent. He answered all my questions and sent a walk around video of the vehicle. Brandon picked me up at the airport, did a test drive, and handled the paperwork. Brandon gave a tour of the amazing dealership and dropped me off at my hotel. I had some damage to my fender on my X3 so yesterday I drove up to the BMW Grapevine service department and immediately Kevin Alderman was there to assist & greet me. He quickly assessed the damage & had the body shop technician there in no time. Kevin had taken care of me and had me out of there in less than 45 minutes (including with a car wash) ! So they offer free car wash service, i went today and they said we require an appointment, They said no problem we wil accomdate you but it will be at least an hour. I said no thank you . I asked how long with an appt and they said at least 30 mins. No a perk that the sales people sold me on as pull in anytime and have a free car wash . Smoke and mirrors from my perspective . Stop being that up as a benefit cause it is not.

Sewell SCAM’sAug/12/19 Ethan Grace assured the vehicle is CPO’d per BMW regulations at Sewell by one of BMW tech as stated in BMW Certified Checklist on June/25/2019 and promised a full service before the deliveryOct/3/2019 23719m X5 warned for service/vehiclecheck warning on OCT 3rd, contacted ConnerJones. Again I was assured not be worried since service is due by 8000m. I’m not expecting any issues since X5 was in BMW CPOMar/29/20 26508m Check Engine Light was on Mar 29th. Due to COVID tried to avoid serviceApr/7/20 26561m checked-in at Sewell with Glenda Frazier provided details, including concern of warning due might cause the CEL. She was very patient, I was able to show her the Check Engine Light while X5 runningApr/10/20 I received a call from Doris Patino when X5 ready and heads-up for front bushing and rear differential seal. Surprised since these must have replaced in CPO process, per BMW regulation all vehicles must be rigorously checked for performance, mechanical and any wear bumper to bumper. So asked for CPO/repair records performed before 08-12, which left in shock that the only history is “Fuel Filter Flap Lift” on July/5/19. Engineers only tested for 15miles and confirmed NO CEL & Engine CodesApr/12/20 26618m CEL is ON, took it to AutoZone & got Codes with basic OBD2 reader showed“P16EA”. Emailed Glenda with details and dropped off on 04-14. On a call with Conner, I was told Sewell lacked CPO process and the certification titled was paid by the first owner during trade-in at different dealership & there was NEVER any CPO process. He also said they can’t do anything after 7 months. But I paid premium CPO price for USED & drove 3500 miles till date. Requested for full inspection covering any costs, he simply refused. felt the SCAMApr/17/2020 received call from Doris, surprised tech reprogrammed entire X5 for removing CEL without addressing the issue and it is not what’s requested. I wasn’t happy, So I was escalated to Garrett Rutherford. He said they had to re-program per BMW regulations and not mandated to inform owner prior to changes. Requested for CPO detailed docs done before Aug/12/19, he provided the Checklist signed during buyout claiming that is what I get. He said “CEL was ON due to MY DRIVING STYLE AND I SHOULD NOT COMPLAIN ABOUT IT EVEN IF ITS ON SINCE ITs MY MISTAKE”, He accused me for lying about the CEL Which didn’t showed during their testing. I knew the issue is with ECU that can cover under CPO, he refused to replace. Requested for the Engine Codes which were deleted so I could go to another dealership to validate what’s going on with X5 before it escalates to major issue, he said no other dealership can solve except Sewell. I said to Rutherford that my experience will be shared to BMW-NA, he simply said “JUST GO AHEAD WITH IT”.Apr/18/2020 During my check-out, I found the tire was blown out. So went and asked for my advisor on the day. Since Doris, Rutherford are replacement and were in their cabins. They never cared to step out, I was forwarded to Alexis Strong. After checking their CC TV, they confirmed and replaced it with new tire while waiting.In a call with Conner he twisted whats said and claimed vehicle was CPO’d at another dealership but Sewell did a CPO LIKE validation. When requested for details,he declined and stated the Checklist. He also said “I SHOULD DRIVE & BE HAPPY WITH WHAT I GOT” since they did a good job during buyout and he still claimed nothing can be done now. I gave out the SCAM to the colleague, he felt sorry for referring me to SEWELL and never will do for anyone.I would have bought a USED from PRIVATE OWNER for VERY LESS PRICE, I PAID A PREMIUM on CPO for PEACE OF MIND BMW Promised. Just like Rutherford advised I shared my experience with BMW-NA. Sewell is just like any other dealership that focuses on MONEY GRABBING and SCAMMING CONSUMERS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM SEWELL and SEWELL TECHNICIANS ARE WORTHLESS adds to WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Earlier today, I bought a Pre-Owned BMW 3 Series for our daughter who is a senior at Texas A&M University. I had the privilege of working with Xander Leatherwood. Mr. Leatherwood made certain that every detail of our visit to Sewell BMW of Grapevine was “Top-Notch”, start to finish. Earlier in the week, I had inquired about an automobile that I was interested in buying. That specific automobile had already been sold, however, Xander had another automobile very similar to the one I had inquired about. So in essence, for the first time in my life, I bought a car over the phone. When we arrived at the dealership this morning, the car had a huge red bow sitting on top, so needless to say, our daughter was very impressed. The entire experience was most enjoyable from start to finish. The paperwork had been prepared in advance and was exactly as we had discussed an agreed up over the phone. The car was absolutely impeccable and had been meticulously detailed to look almost brand new. This is not my first experience with Sewell, so I was not surprised when everything went according to plan this morning. The best BMW dealership in Texas. While the dealership is fairly new - they make customers feel like longtime friends. Everything is really nice. Browse the cars casually with no pressure. Dont miss the second floor with all the M cars. Staff is wonderful. John Scanlon is the Sales Director - he really knows BMW. He took care of me doing our recent new car purchase. John made sure that I understood and felt good about the entire deal. Service is terrific. I love going to the dealer on Saturday to have the car washed. Great place to wait while the car is being taken care of. If you are looking for a BMW - go over to Sewell in Grapevine. They treat every customer perfect and always make you feel important. Best service center I have ever visited. Andrew was a pleasure to work with. This dealership surpasses expectations every time for my older Z4. Each time I have been to them, they have done great work and also adjusted pricing for me when they made a mistake on anything. Loaner car is a great help as well during the work day. Ill be sad to move to Dallas but am willing to make the drive to Grapevine just for their service. Definitely recommend to anyone considering servicing their BMW here whether its old or new.

Edit: We were contacted by a manager, Jared. We had many exchanges over a few days and it was clear that he was very concerned with fixing the issues to make sure we were comfortable with the deal that we got, and reassured us that we were valued customers. We appreciated his transparency and genuine concern with our situation. Jared provided excellent followup and we would definitely work with him in the future.My partner and I came in to lease a 2021 X5. Alec our salesperson was nice until we started asking questions about the details of the lease. He became very rude and would not disclose any of the lease details outside of monthly payment during negotiation after claiming that Sewell was known for transparency. He lied and said that BMW sets the MF for the lease and he has no control over that but later backtracked and admitted that they mark it up to a number he wasn’t sure of. Will never do business here again.

The service advisor assigned to me won’t call back in a timely manner. They had my vehicle for days and were suppose to get a quote for my insurance company to do repairs and never did it. When I picked my car up they advised me that I had to make an appointment with their body shop to get a quote. I called the body shop with no return call from them! I called my advisor whom told me that he contacted the body shop and they would call me, 3 days later still no call! I left a message for my advisor to please call me so I can speak with a supervisor from the body shop and no call back. I will use another body repair company and never go back to Sewell BMW! Poor service and lack of professionalism in my opinion!

Always (seemed) to have had great service from Sewell BMW in the past on my BMW i3. My last oil change however was another story. Was checking the oil prior to scheduling an oil change due this month, and found last oil change the Sewell technician had broken off one of the rubber sockets for the bolts that hold down the engine compartment cover (which has to be removed to do the oil change), so the bolt was just sitting loose, not holding a thing, and another bolt was missing entirely, I guess lost and never replaced. Needless to say, decided to do the new oil change elsewhere, and then found that the oil filter for the last Sewell oil change had been cranked on so tight it took 20 minutes and adding a two foot cheater bar and a lot of muscle to the end of the oil filter wrench to get enough leverage and torque to even budge the filter. You expect to see this kind of shoddy/sloppy work at a low-end quick-change oil place, not a premier BMW dealership.

My experience with Sewell BMW of Grapevine has changed my view of car dealerships and couldnt have been better.Ive been so used to haggling and negotiating in the past with other dealerships that I just expected that to be the norm. Especially because I was just bringing in a 5 year old BMW for repair, not looking around for a new car. My experience with other dealers is that they save all the amenities for the prospective new customers, once theyve made the sale they seem to move on.I couldnt have been more wrong in my assumption that all dealerships are this way. I was blown away by the service team at Sewell and how they completely handled a complex issue with ease and absolutely no negotiations or haggling. They even offered me a free loaner. That alone saved me hundreds of dollars in rental fees as the repair was complex. I was prepared for that to be a service only offered to the elite group, but they happily offered it to me.I also anticipated that a repair this complex would require several follow up visits to get things back to right, and was expecting to just have to accept a bunch of cut corners ( things like broken clips and sloppy work). The service team did a great job, everything was just as good as when it rolled off the factory floor. I tried to find an issue and couldnt.I have a hard time trusting because Ive had so many bad experiences elsewhere, but Sewell really took care of me and have certainly earned my trust.If they treated me this good and Im just bringing in a car for repair, I can only imagine they would treat all their customers this well.Id highly recommend them without hesitation. I doubt this is an isolated incident, just read the other reviews. A reputation like this doesnt happen accidentally.Thanks to the Sewell team for taking care of me and my family!

I used to be a Sewell customer when I had my Cadillac, but Sewell didnt have a Jaguar dealership for my last car so Park Place was my new dealership for a couple of years. Although Park Place has always been pretty good, nothing beats the Sewell experience honestly. So when I got my BMW i8, I was happy that I could return to working with Sewell for my automotive needs. While I didnt purchase my i8 from Sewell, Clair and Laura in service have both been incredibly helpful, accomodating, and always show that they genuinely care about customer satisfaction unlike BMW Dallas, Arlington, Autobahn, or Classic. Ive tried them all out at least once to see the general experience and it has only reaffirmed my decision to stick with Sewell. They always keep my i8 looking great and running great!

I want to thank Ethan Groce for helping my mom with her car purchase. He was very professional, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure my mom got the car. We are in Houston so we did get to see or test drive the Explorer before we purchased it. My mom also had her own financing. Ethan did not pressure us to use any of dealers trusted lenders. He trusted that we would take care of it and get him the information needed for the purchase. He also delivered the car to mom my at her home in Houston. We could not ask for much more. Purchased a car form Sewell BMW on Tuesday. Worked with Daniel Chang who did a great job on working out the details of the sale.....Was an interesting experience as the car we wanted had just been pulled up from clean up to go into service as a loaner....BMW policy is not to sell the car as it was a loaner, but Daniel followed through to management of the dealership and made it happen.....additionally while there have been some connectivity issues beyond his control (apparently connected drive issues), he is diligently working with me to get them corrected. Also working with Johnathan (their Genius) to get it resolved. Daniel did a great job in both the sale and in demonstrating all of the functions in another car while the connectivity issue was being assessed.Oh and I think our car was Daniels first car sale at Sewell BMW.

We bought this Lexus GX at the end of the year from Sewell BMW. Our sales rep in the pre-owned section was Dakota Zarate. He was extremely pleasant, hard working and honest. Wonderful experience. They have cars on their lot that cost 100k+, but thats not in my budget ;) The A+++ courtesy I recieved made me feel like I did purchase a pricey ride! I purchased an Infiniti Q50 (perspective when considering the majority of their options). The facility is beautiful, the staff is friendly, and the environment as a whole is stellar. The on-site barista was just the cherry. Sewell continued to take care of me, even after the sale. I wont hesitate to go back! Sent a co-worker there one week after my purchase and he drove off in a 3 series!

We LOVE Sewell BMW of Grapevine! Buying a car couldnt be easier. Service department is always on point! Cindy Schunk is the best!I was looking for a specific vehicle for our daughter and Cindy went out of her way to take care of us. She was able to secure the vehicle we had our eye on and brought it to our home to test drive. Our daughter loved the car and she put the deal together and we made an appointment to come later in the afternoon to complete the purchase. The finance rep, Jacob Williams, was awesome! He had all the paperwork ready and marked for us to sign. Took a few minutes.... felt like maybe 10 at the most. This is the way it should be and they definitely went above and beyond even with COVID. I did buy this car last year but I was reading reviews and I was bothered by negative comments because our experience was amazing and they continue to deliver. If you are in the market for a car, I suggest making an appointment with Cindy and she will take great care of you. I wouldnt just walk up to a dealership during covid. You definitely want an appointment ahead of time. We have used their service department and they always have loaner vehicles. I got rid of my 1.5 year old Audi Q5 Prestige from Grapevine because the dealership was horrible. They never had loaner cars and the car was junk. Sewell BMW is where its at! If you didnt know....now you know! Happy to be part of the Sewell Family:)
