Mike McCallister was our salesman, he did a fantastic job of explaining the car buying process, how to operate the car, and even went into great detail on the warranties we bought for the car. The dealership is extremely clean and has a nice coffee and snack bar. The restrooms are super nice. You can also watch the mechanics work from a nice comfy couch. I am simply appalled by the disrespectful service I received today. The valet gentleman was kind and escorted us to the car sales area. An older African American male with two Caucasian females at the sales desk provided the most rude customer service. We asked to take a look at a Macan or cayenne and received a laugh from all three workers. They told me they don’t have any cars to view and stared at me expecting me to walk away. So I kindly asked how come and they proceeded to stare and laugh that they haven’t received any cars. I didn’t understand what about the matter was funny and felt highly judged and possibly even stereotyped. I drove 40 minutes and didn’t want to waste gas so I decided to go to Mercedes that was right near Porsche. Salesman at Mercedes were excellent and friendly so I bought a brand new Mercedes. The lesson here is be kind to everyone because those who really have money don’t have to prove that we do! Don’t judge a book by its cover!

This review is for my advisor Damen Gates, long story short: Got my Panamera a few months back and had to take it to Porsche Plano a few times, I live close to here so it made sense. After dealing with Manny and Porsche of Plano, I will never go there again. Porsche of Plano overpromised completion date, didnt have any loaners, made me call over 5 times just to get a status update on my car. After waiting 4 days after they told me it was good, I had to bring the car back 5 days later, same thing again, no loaner and it will be 5 days before we can touch your car. They said it was the spark plugs this time and changed it, 5 days later, same issue again. Anyways, I called Porsche of Grapevine and it was night and day difference. Damen not only got my a loaner, he also called my warranty people for me, did all the hard work and took care of my car, delivered to me when it was promised and it was shinny as new. I just to say THANK YOU Damen, you have earn my business for life, I will be driving far to grapevine just cause of the service.

I purchased my very first Porsche yesterday and I am in love with the car. They had a lot going on from moving cars to photo shoots but it never felt like I was ignored or forgotten. Joe Frank (sales professional) was great and quick to respond to any and all questions I had. I visited Porsche Grapevine to check out a used Miata they had on the lot. I was coming from a Cayman and wanted to see if this little car was any fun to drive. My salesmen, Drew, was extremely professional and very helpful throughout the entire process. I test drove the Miata, and my initial impressions were quite positive. My monthly payment would go down a considerable bit, and I was still having a good time.I ended up trading my Cayman and drove the little Miata home. In the beginning, I had zero regrets. It felt like a win-win situation to me. However, I slowly began to realize simply how attached I was to my old Cayman. For the first time in several cars, I had buyers remorse. I immediately contacted Drew to see if anything could be done. After a short wait, I was informed that they wouldnt consider returning my car to me and to give them a call back when I wanted buy another vehicle.Ultimately, the fault here is mine. I jumped the gun on an opportunity to save a bit of coin and ended up eating my words. When I expressed my concerns, I was met with zero empathy or understanding. Again, the error is my own. I acknowledge that dealers are not legally obligated to do anything in this situation. Porsche Plano offers a 5 day/250 mile back out policy, but this dealer does not. Please, learn from my mistake. Drew was wonderful to work with, but I will not be returning to this dealer.

We had an agreement to purchase a car from this dealership and in the meanwhile they sold it to someone else.We even offered a deposit which was turned down by the salesman. This immediately raised a reg flag for us and gave an impression of possibly dishonest dealing. Our impression was correct.Weve planned to purchase 2 more cars in the next few months but wont give any business to such a shady operation.

For Avondale to be a former Park Place dealer I was very disappointed with the service that I received. I bought my car before it even had a chance to be on the lot. Upon taking it home I realized the brakes needed to be serviced I called my salesman the next day and he advised that I brought it in to service. When I took it in the service department stated they made no promises on replacing them. They also stated that they cleaned all the brake dust off and that should solve my issues: As soon as I left the dealership the car sounded the exact same as when I brought it in. I’ve never known park place to take the cheap way out when serving a customer and thats why Im so disappointed now Im paying to get the brakes serviced myself.

I recently had my 991.2 GTS go in for a water pump replacement under warranty. Ryan went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the service. Also big thumbs up to Robert, the technician who worked on my car. I would trust both of these guys to perform any maintenance work in the future. And lastly, special thanks to the lead tech, to further explain how the water pump failed and what Porsche did to improve the design on the replacement. I was so happy with the service that this would be the fist Porsche dealership I would go to to replace my wife’s SUV for the new Cayenne. If the Service Dept. is this great, I’m sure the Sales Dept. will be excellent as well.

I just recently purchased a used vehicle from Grapevine Porsche. The car had 3000 miles and was advertised as impeccable. I flew 600 miles to pick up the car only to be informed after i got off the plane that the stereo was making a clicking noise when the key was turned on. Turns out the CD head unit was broken and wouldnt accept or reject CDs. The only thing i was told was that he knew where there used to be a place that fixed these and that I could send it there. He then failed to even give me the companies name.Grapevine (CUSTOMER SALES EXPERIENCE)after the sale sent out a generic email to me wanting to make sure that everything was ok and if i had any questions. I told them about the stereo issue but I never received a response.I spent 37,500 on this car and now its going to cost 800 to replace the broken CD player. I would not recommend buying from Grapevine Porsche in Grapevine Texas.

Park Place had a 2020 Audi R8 Performance that had 425 miles on it. They had it listed at well-below Blue Book value. I live in San Diego and wanted to find out more about the R8. I called and spoke with Kenneth Rice and discussed the car. Kenneth offered to send me over an email with all of the documents pertaining to the R8, which he did. He also said they could provide contacts for auto shipping companies who could help me move the car from Texas to San Diego. I discussed the R8 with Kenneth for a week or so and he was always happy to take my call and answer my questions. I went ahead with the purchase and Kenneth made sure to personally meet with my shipping company when they came to get the R8 for transport. Kenneth called me to confirm the shipping company had the car and to contact him with any concerns I had once the R8 arrived. The R8 arrived in perfect condition and I am happy I had the opportunity to work with Kenneth on this transaction. I highly recommend Kenneth and Grape Vine for a great and non-stressful car-buying experience.
