Highly recommend this dealership! Within an hour of enquiring about a specific car on their website, I received a follow up to schedule an appointment. Then I walked out of the dealership with a new car that I was very happy with a few hours later. Nasser really went above and beyond to find me the best option for the best price and was very easy to work with! We had a great buying experience here. William Lomax, Internet Fleet Mgr. contacted us very quickly after our internet contact. He was well prepared when we walked in for our appointment. William was very knowledgeable about our new vehicle… demonstrating all the “high tech” features. We bought the same day and William helped us with programming our I Phone features on the Toyota App. We were offered a great finance rate, and Duane was excellent in walking us through the process. We have just now had another great interaction with William, he took ownership of the vehicle problem which was not mechanical, and brought in an expert who quickly made the car perfect. Kudos to Texas Toyota of Grapevine..and to William for his wonderful customer care.
Shehab was a very reliable and friendly person, let me test drive, and have plenty of options and great advice. He is definitely the person to go to. He may not sit comfortably in a small car but he will definitely get you the right car! 10/10 and the sales manager MR.Nafaa was extremely great and was able to get me a great price and low interest! They have inventory, which is good. But they still operate like the old school days (heres what we can do, oh let me talk to the manager, manager talks to his boss) everything you hate about car dealerships. But thats not even the worst part. Car wasnt ready for retail when we got there even though it had been in inventory for 3 days, it still was in trade in condition. They said it would be ready by end of day, so we made an appointment for the next day to pick up. Car still wasnt ready and no explanation. Its now been 24 hours since we decided on the car and still getting the run around. Overall experience was bad
Noah was my salesman. He did a wonderful job walking me through everything. When walking into dealer, told him what I was working with financial wise. Told me he would take care of me. Went to pull a car for me to test drive. When walking out explained I had looked at a few cars, and was interested in hyundai accent. Which happened to be the car he pulled for me. This place is great! I bought 2 cars from Matt V. this year and he really took care of me. He went above and beyond to got me the price point that I liked. Multiple calls and follow ups after the sales to make sure everything was okay. I will def. comeback for more purchase in the future.
I went into this dealership with a difficult trade in situation and a strict budget. I had a car in mind but I doubted that I would be able to leave with it. However, Toyota of Grapevine got it done! Ralph D was my salesman and he was fantastic! He was very personable and knowledgeable. I also spoke with Bruce J who helped negotiate my price. He was very kind and achieved a deal I thought to be unachievable. Additionally, Steve N helped me with the warranties at the end. He was incredibly polite and professional and made sure I fully understood each option. This was by far the best car dealership experience I have ever had and it is very clear that Toyota of Grapevine prioritizes customer satisfaction above all else! Avoid using Robert (service tech) at Grapevine Toyota!! He is rude and never solves the issues needed. Flat out lied to my face when I know they overlooked or forgot my vehicle. Just be honest! Request someone else!!!! Save yourself some time and frustration. Unfortunate

I took my car in for a 60k mile service, pretty standard stuff I thought. I was wrong. I picked up my car and started driving home, 15-20 miles in, my Check Engine Light came on… the check engine light wasn’t even on when I took it in.I called back the next day letting them know, and expressed my concern that something wasn’t done correctly…would this cause further damage to my car? Exactly what I needed going into Labor Day weekend with a road trip planned.I took my car back after the weekend so they could look at it, dropping it off early before work. Sure enough, I get a call that a hose wasn’t ever reconnected from their initial service… their mistake… and that was why the check engine light was on. Of course they said no further damage was caused but who knows.I have no problem with a mistake. What I do have a problem with is their lack of ownership of the mistake and lack of empathy. When I picked it up, no one said sorry, no one cared that this could damage my car, no one cared that I had to take time out of my day to drop off and pick up my car, Ubering on my own expense to do so. It was just “we got it fixed for ya”. Some “service” after spending over 1k for the initial. The lack of accountability on their part makes me question if they even talked with the mechanic who made the mistake. All I ask for is transparency, empathy and honesty, Toyota of Grapevine’s not it and will be going elsewhere.As someone in the service industry, this is highly frustrating. We came to Toyota with specific details of what we wanted and Ralph Dormevil heard them all. He made sure we had a great experience, he directed us to a specific car and it was exactly what we wanted. It was affordable, good and reliable. He actually saved us time. We’re happy we came here and he helped us.
Worst experience. My boyfriend set an appointment up for a service and inspection for 2pm. Upon getting there the kid spent 10 minutes looking between two pages saying he couldn’t find that we had an appointment for him anywhere and told us to wait, while he went and started conversations with one of his buddies standing around. Finally about 30 minutes later we get to talking to the service agent about what we need to get done and he gives us what we thought was a set price of about $160. My boyfriend had a warranty that he had to use soon before it expired but apparently the warranty was only a mechanical warranty and wouldn’t cover anything that had to be done. We were told that the job would take about 2 hours, so around the time my boyfriend was supposed to pick his car up they said they were still working on it, but didn’t give him a specific time frame on how much longer it would be. After about 3 and a half hours they finally got done, giving him the bill of everything they did that came out to $700!!! Then he was told that he needed about $2000 more worth of work that needed to be done asap. After leaving the dealership with a bill way more than what we were told, he had to drive straight to work from there in which the car drove fine. A few hours later getting off of work his car would crank but not start whatsoever and every light lit up like a Christmas tree on his dash.

The process took too long. The company should reevaluate how to speedup the process for greater customer service. This was my second purchase within 6 months and very disappointed with the time spent. Diego the salesman was pleasant. Too many people roaming and tired of waiting. I felt like we were waiting in an emergency room hungry and no water. We are diabetics. Not good experience. I hope car maintenance isnt as bad a purchasing.

Bought a beautiful pre-owned Lexus from the other side of the state.I was fortunate enough to have Nasser as my salesman.He was very quick to respond to inquiries, provided 360° video of the outside and inside of the car.He worked with me every step of the way and even on his day off.Im extremely happy with the experience.
This service center is terrible. firstly they consistently recommend services which arent reslly critical. earlier this year a female advisor recommended a $500 repair and the problem wss still not resolved after the repair was done. thrns out thr battery was starting to die and thats all it needed.they also keep you here FOREVER even if you have an appointment, even if youre the first person on the lot.today i was here at 6:40am, was thr very first car in the door and its been over two hours and my car still isnt fixed. all im getting is a brake flush. fonally clocked in at 2.5 hours for this service despite being the first car in the door!
Bait and switch. Was told no market adjustment, drove out and was then advised of an $8k adjustment. Wasted time & gas. Purchased through another dealer with no market adjustment.
I do not recommend their service department if you have a flat tire.If you get a flat and they don’t have it the earliest you can get your car back is 6pm, and that’s including if your vehicle was there since they opened…Not only that ESPECIALLY if you happen to get David he holds no value to your time. My vehicle was there before seven o’clock he didn’t get around to at the very least a phone call until 12…The service manager was apologetic. I will not be coming back through this dealership for any of my future services
I leased a 2020 Toyota Tacoma from this dealership, Texas Toyota of Grapevine, and the lease was financed through U.S. Bank. At the end of the lease, I called to ask if I could return the truck and they said, yes, come on in and ask for someone in sales. So I drove all the way to the dealership to return the truck and some tattooed meathead Sales Manager said we dont take U.S. Bank leases anymore, call U.S. Bank. So I called U.S. Bank and they said thats simply not true, call another Toyota dealership in the area. So I called Toyota of Dallas and they said they would be happy to take the truck from me regardless of the U.S. Bank lease and regardless of the fact that I originally leased it from Texas Toyota of Grapevine. I asked Toyota of Dallas why Texas Toyota of Grapevine would not take the lease and they said they just dont want to deal with the return. So, I wasted an hour+ driving up to this dealership because these guys are lazy liars. Do not recommend going there unless you want to get jerked around. I certainly wont be giving them any more of my business.

Every time I get a service with them, they fail to update me with information and are not great with communication. Recently, I had Vinny as my service advisor and came in for a recall. Although they stated it would take 5 hours to fix, I did not receive a call until I had to call them the next day in the afternoon. After speaking with him and picking my car up, he told me he called a different number that was on my profile, however, I had given him the correct number to call when it was ready the day I had dropped the car off. This was the dealership I had purchased my vehicle and will not be proceeding anymore visits to this location.

Carl, Nader, Yousef and John were both personable and professional to work with. It was a no-pressure sale. My wife and I ended up buying a 2016 Lexus. After 3 days, I found an issue with the bumper. Carl and Nader did not hesitate to address (without charging) the issue. They offered to drop the car off after taking care of the problem so I wouldnt be inconvenienced. I dont typically go out of my way to give a review, but I have had this nagging desire to do so after my recent experience at Texas Toyota of Grapevine. I own a 2014 Toyota Highlander Limited that I bought from them, which is now at 138,000 miles. It developed a knock in the engine and I had squealing brakes in the rear of the vehicle. I made an appointment with the service department to get these problems addressed and was assigned to a service tech by the name of Vinny (sp?). I explained the issues and they proceeded to work on the problems. I got a call from Vinny who emailed me the diagnosis of the problems and some other recommended services he had on the ticket. We discussed each one of them and he explained the ones well that I was not familiar with. Some we took off as I had already had them done elsewhere. I plan to keep my Highlander until the cows come home, so I didnt mind the upsell as I wanted it to perform as it should. It took one and half days, but I could not be happier with the result. The get up and go that had got up and went came back and the vehicle was detailed from the engine to the wheel wells. I took home a new looking used car that runs like a top. The cost was not insignificant, but its better than a car note. Thanks Vinny and I highly recommend the Texas Toyota of Grapevine service department!
This is about the service center and their protection plan-We purchased a gold level protection plan from here that has managed to cover nothing except oil changes. My husband takes his car in for the oil change and they always have a very long list of things that need to be done even though we bought the car in September- that has been a concern for me (come in for free oil change but make up the money somewhere else) but today was too far when they told him what all needed to be done- $500 worth of maintenance on the 8 month old car after he spent almost $200 3 months ago on maintenance. He asked if any of it was covered by his gold protection plan. The guy said he would check. My husband and I talked on the phone that the overcharge is ridiculous and if it’s not covered we definitely won’t do it there only for the next time they contacted they said they did everything, none of it was covered and that will be $500.My husband went back to talk to a manager and they brought the service guy but he said my husband agreed to the charges so that was the end of it for them. No proof, signature, or call on record from the service team letting my husband know nothing was covered and did he want to proceed. My husband is not a confrontational person and felt trapped like he didn’t know what he could do after they’d already done the work without his consent.We don’t recommend the protection plan or their service department. If you purchase be very straightforward that they are not authorized to do anything to your vehicle except what is covered and you’ll go somewhere else for anything that costs.We are disappointed. We were excited about the protection plan so we didn’t have to deal with this nonsense from places. They’ve charged him for more things in the last 8 months then I’ve paid on my car for 2 years.

They mislead me into purchasing a vehicle lacking almost every feature I asked to have by stating that the car had the options when it didnt. My number one priority was memory drivers seat so I can get into and out of the car easily as I have arthritis, the salesperson stated that the car had this feature and showed me the controls which turned out to be the garage door opener. Now I am stuck with a car lacking a major feature that I NEED. I hope that Toyota of Grapevine will fix this without making me trade in with negative equity as I do not know what else to do

Felt like the old fashion buying experience. The old back and forth with price and interest rate. The price for the same vehicle at their website was thousands less than they were trying to sale for in person. Not able to provide details about the. Vehicle. If you enjoy a less than professional atmosphere, no Covid19 precautions in cleaning the sitting areas, back and forth pricing then you would love this place. I purchased the vehicle because it was nice....wish I could have found the vehicle at a different dealer.

Worst customer service I have experienced since I have owned my Toyota truck. The Grapevine Toyota service department displayed rude, and unprofessional service when I brought my truck in for a scheduled oil change. After waiting over an hour and a half I asked about my truck, and was told it hasn’t even been seen yet because they didn’t find any appointment for me, even though I had conformation of one. When I asked why didn’t you tell me about this so I could reschedule, the service agent rolled his eyes at me and made a sarcastic comment. He told he they were busy and I would have to just wait. I will never return to this dealer for any kind of service or Toyota purchase, and I recommend anyone looking for a PROFESSIONAL Toyota dealer to research another in the city.
Texas Toyota was great! I have always brought my vehicle here for service, but this was my first purchasing experience. I inquired online about a vehicle and was called the next day. I didn’t expect a quick response due to the chip shortage. I set up an appt with Berlie and he was incredibly helpful. Please take heed to the reviews. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in November of 2020, like others have stated in their reviews, additional fees were tacked on to the price of the vehicle that were masked as “reconditioning fees” for the car. A few days after having the car I noticed the dispenser for the washer fluid did not work. Disgruntled as I was made to pay said additional fees for “reconditioning”, you would expect that function to have been inspected and made functional. This issue was fixed after multiple attempts of contacting the dealership and leaving a review (which was taken down per the request of the dealership in exchange for them fixing the car.) I am now writing another review after getting an oil change and having to pay to replace a cabin and air filter that was absolutely DISGUSTING, and had not been changed since God knows how long. When I purchased, the agent who helped me pick the car advised it had just gotten an oil change, new tires, detailed inside and out, etc. and this point that was an obvious lie. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and I am not interested in speaking with anyone at the dealership about this. When speaking with them about the first issue I had the online sales agent was condescending, telling me that I should be thankful that I even got a car from them because no one would have ever financed me, which is not true at all! My mistake was buying a car from the first dealership I visited which was this one, under the impression they had my best interest! This was also my first time buying a car and maybe the worst experience of my life. Please do not shop here, especially if you are a first time buyer and a woman like me.

I wanted to share my experience in case it’s helpful to you guys. While it was poor, I didn’t buy a car from you guys, so I didn’t think it deserved less than 5 stars. My wife and I are looking for a RAV 4 (as is the rest of the world apparently). I was greeted by Sergio. I had never seen a RAV4 so I wanted to check it out. From the beginning he was unfriendly, cold and demeaning. I felt like I was bothering him asking questions. I told him that I was from out of town, and I think it bothered him that he may not have been able to make a sale that day. I already had the quote on shipping the car back home if I was able to get called in for one that might pop up soon. On the other hand as I was walking away Ralph greeted me and made sure I was taken care of and he was awesome. Exactly the friendly salesman I would expect that asked about my needs and took an interest to what I wanted. I recently needed to bring in my car to Texas Toyota at Grapevine, and was overwhelmed with the assistance I received from Syed Hossain, as he was attentive, kind, and incredibly informative regarding what issues I was experiencing with my Toyota Venza. They worked quick, and were able to fix a serious issue communicating with me throughout. He ensured I had all my questions answered, and provided great pictures throughout to help me understand what they were doing. Lauri the service desk manager gave me a front break job price over the phone. But when I brought the car in she didnt tell me about the extra costs for shims and shop supplies as well as disposal fees, and added a few bucks to the parts as well. Very shady. I hate having to always have a argument when bringing my truck to this dealership. They also try to tell you that your vehicle needed the expensive synthetic oil but the manual does not say that. Very hard to get treated fair when its all commission based. To top it off I was asked if I wanted to wait but instead I said I could pick it up after work. Well they didnt even start on it until after 5 and I had to wait until 6.15 so 7 hours later. Christian brothers next time.

I bought a used 2019 Chevrolet Cruze and love it! I did plenty of research, compared several different dealerships, but no one could beat their price.Your typical car salesman can be hard-headed, pushy, sometimes sleazy, and will likely try to sell you a more expensive car so they can get a better commission. But Michael Trinh was none of those! He was relaxed, knowledgeable, respectful and, most importantly, understood that I was set on a specific car model and never tried to sway me otherwise.Duane, the finance manager was great, as well! He went over all the add ons and respected my decision on the options that I didnt want. He even managed to get me a great discount on a warranty and even lower APR!Overall, a great car buying experience!
Great Experience and from a Local dealership. Was looking at a newer used model and couldnt have asked for a better experience with a salesman named Hundee. Was very good with his communication and following up with what he said he would do,. We waffled on a couple of choices and made him work for the sale over the course of better than a week. He stayed on top of it. With the vehicle shortage and market where it is that meant loosing out on one or two when we took to long to decide, but not once did that seem to phase him, and he kept looking or calling as soon as they located something else, he was great. Nothing ill to say about anyone throughout the entire process from start to finish. Which btw, was pretty quick compared to other dealerships and other experiences elsewhere. Looking forward to many more vehicles and calling this my home dealership now.
I went to change my oil yesterday and my appointment was at 1:15 pm and ended up leaving at 5 pm because they were understaffed. I was understanding of that but then they overcharged me $20 more than what they had told me earlier. The other reviews are correct, the staff is very dishonest and they overcharge more every visit.

Unfortunately this is the second time in 4 years I’ve experienced unethical sales tactics form Toyota of Grapevine. This time around I trusted that paying full MSRP would be acceptable due to circumstances of supply and demand. I inquired using the online pricing inquiry and was asked to come in. The test drive was great and I showed the price listed online to the salesman and said I was comfortable paying. As the deal progressed the “manager” came to my table and explained that the vehicle would be $5000 over listed price due to market demand (mind you I had shown the online price listing to both the salesman and his helper)I understand supply and demand, however this dealership used very unethical practices to get me to the negotiating table. If they had been honest from the very start, I would have likely purchased the truck. Their dishonesty was disgusting. Their waiting until I was invested in the process was a practice in slimy sales practice and strategically designed to put the buyer in a vulnerable position.There are too many great Toyota dealers in the local DFW region to deal with dishonest and sneaky tactics on Toyota of Grapevine.Shame on Toyota of Grapevine for leveraging unethical practices and putting their patrons in uncomfortable and manipulative circumstances.

To say our experience with Grapevine Toyota was the worst we have experienced in all of our years of buying a car is an understatement! The sales staff was clearly untrained and after meeting the General Sales Manager we understood why. We bought our son a used car from them and after returning to pick the car up to find they did not provide efficient care to prepping the car for us to give to our son was both frustrating and disappointing. They were to clean the inside and outside of the car and when we arrived to pick it up to our dismay the front passenger seat had a huge stain that we were told by the sales person we would need to try and figure out how to remove it ourselves. There was also a horrible stain on the roof near the door hanger, which caused us to have to wait even longer because we had to ask them to take it back to get that off. We learned from our salesperson that hehad to take it off because the service team refused to do it. After we expressed our grievances to the Service Manager, who most of the time wasnt even looking at my wife when she was talking to him because he was preoccupied with other things around him, he offered to get the General Sales Manager. We were then referred to the General Sales Manager after the SM passively listened to my wifes complaint. The GSM started out as if he cared and was concerned about our grievances, but quickly became argumentative and condescending when we asked what they would do to help salvage our trust and honestly our desire to continue giving them our business. He emphatically made it clear he wasnt going to do any more than what he offered which was to detail the car, which we declined because it was clear to us that our business was not valued and given the fact that they did such a poor job onthe first detail we didnt see the point. So our urgent advise to anyone whose looking to purchase a new or used car (especially used because according to our sales person they dont want to invest at all with their used car customers) dont go here!! We dont recommend them due to how we were treated from the run around with the sales process as they continued to demean and disregard our request for better financing after they saw our credit score to the lack of detail in ensuring our sons car was presentable. We clearly came to realize they could care less about retaining our business. We will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN and we strongly recommend anyone reading this to not waste their time to prevent experiencing the poor customer service we experienced as its not worth your time and certainly your business!!! I do want to add that our sales person, Matt V, and the Finance guy was helpful.

Spent 2 months looking for a 2017-2020 Tacoma TRD Off Road 4x4 with the right features for the right price. I worked with the Internet Sales Manager, Robert, and he was courteous and helpful the entire time. He didnt pressure me or get ruffled when I made an offer that was low. While I did purchase one elsewhere, when the time comes to trade in or buy another vehicle, Id gladly work with him again. Car buying/negotiating isnt easy but its nice to work with someone that doesnt take me trying to get the best deal possible personally.

Run away! High-pressure sales tactics, bait and switch pricing, $1500 in “options fees” to get the vehicle ready for sale after trade in (SCAM), unrelenting warranty salesman who couldn’t respect the word “no”!We bought a pre-owned Sequoia and were told the remote control for dvd was in the console. It was not. The salesman later lied about shipping us one and finally sent one that belonged in a very old Sienna. Driver’s power seat turned out to not work. Rear windshield wiper didn’t work. (Shame on us for not thinking to check that on a cloudless day). Glad we refused to pay the $1500 options fee since they didn’t fix a thing apparently! Was told a cosmetic issue on the door interior was being fixed while we signed papers. It was not. Salesman told us to superglue it when we got home. On a 39k vehicle, that’s unacceptable.The final kick in the pants was receiving a Zip Cash invoice for someone else driving on a toll road with a temporary plate number Texas Toyota obviously reused on a different vehicle!Criminal. Take your business somewhere else. Literally ANYWHERE ELSE.
Worst experience buying a car Ive ever had. Ive never seen a dealership where everyone communicated so poorly. Ive never been so dissatisfied with a car purchase and couldnt leave fast enough.
