Went in looking at a Bronco Sport Big Bend trim. Window sticker said $32,000 but they wanted to charge $8,000 ($40,000 total) over sticker price because they don’t have enough of them and they don’t know when they will get more *high demand?*. They had 9 Broncos on the lot and the salesman told me they would be receiving more in a few days. Other Ford dealers are getting more in a week. What do you mean there aren’t enough? also on top of price gouging, they wanted to charge me almost $1,000 because they already tinted the windows? Didn’t budge on price at all and didn’t have a solid answer to any of the questions or concerns I threw at them. Salesman just kind scoffed and said “Uncle Sam has to get paid too” as if that’s a good excuse. Uncle Sam will get paid regardless. I don’t have time for a business that’s so money hungry and ok with taking advantage of its customers. I got a better deal on a full size pickup at another dealership. I understand trying to make a profit but price gouging your customers just for the sake of doing it is ridiculous and will come back to haunt you. I will never do business with Grapevine Ford. Take your money and time to people that won’t take advantage of you. Worst experience I’ve ever had.
If I could give this establishment 10 stars I would! They have been nothing but helpful. I was kept and still being kept in the loop about everything. For me this is something I wanted to get done quickly considering the amount of fords we have purchased and really just want to go in sign papers and be on my way. And they have that covered. This is the best experience I’ve had at a Ford dealership and all my next purchases will be through this establishment. I will drive 5 hours just to see them again and I will recommend them to everyone I know! Thank you grapevine!!
Called to get a service appointment scheduled and just that experience on the phone was enough to convince me to never go to that dealer for service or purchases.They are old fashion and didn’t have an auto attendant on their phone system so an actual person answered and transferred me to the service Dept. Then I got transferred again to their scheduling Dept. Had to wait at least few mins in between each transfer.Their scheduling Dept had a huge language barrier and seemed like it may have been overseas.Then they stated that due to COVID-19, I couldn’t wait for my vehicle there to be serviced and offered no shuttle or loaners! So basically I would have drop the car off, arrange my own transportation to wait for service, then go back.. what a joke of a system. Took the extra time to drive to Autonation and I’m glad I did.

Bought my vehicle here a couple years ago. Brought it in over a month ago for service repairs. Communication to me has been bleak, with not many updates, parts on back order, and not much customer service. When I asked to speak to a service manager, I was informed ALL 3 were out, and wouldn’t be back until later the following week. I would highly recommend you debate how much customer service means to you before you make a big decision.

Service dept will not take or return calls. Left my truck there 2 full weeks for repairs. One issue was the sun roof would not open and close correctly. They adjusted the sunroof, now it squeeks and rattles and it took me 5 minutes to get it to close. Also have a new issue with the truck. I have extended a dealer extended warranty and I live 180 miles from the dealer, so stopping in is not too easy, need to contact by phone prior to taking back again.

We had went to see a used car that we found online. From the time Xavier Perez walked up we knew he was our guy and the process was smooth from there. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that we were looking at. Xavier took his time and explained some of the features that the car had to my mom. Max (Maxwell) was super nice. Did all the dealing by text. Fiancé guy was very friendly. Every person I saw looked sharp. Everyone I came into contact with was friendly. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is time. The numbers $$ were settled so it should have just been paperwork and pickup of the vehicle. It was 2 hours. Two hours is way too long. I’m older and have bought a lot of cars — And anything longer than 30 minutes is too long. It was Saturday … I get it - but it was 9am. We completed the finance link online. This didn’t save any time and had to fill out paper copies anyway. I would buy a car again from Max.
I worked with Devin Bear. He worked diligently to find a pickup truck that met my wants/needs. Devin is personable, and is technically astute....no shuck & jive; rather, a calm and even-handed demeanor. It didnt take long (like less than 5 min) for me to figure out that Devin has a great set of skills and he is experienced enough in life to carry on a conversation with everyone he meets. Needless to say, Devin stays REALLY busy. Make an appointment so you can ask for him when you walk up to the front door.

Outside of working with a great salesman and great finance agent, my experience here has been horrendous. Bill did a great job showing me a vehicle and servicing my requests during the initial purchasing process; Garry was very knowledge and offered me everything I need when working with finance department. I would give them 5 stars.Working with the service department has been an absolute nightmare. Bought a used 2019 Ram 1500 about 3-4 weeks ago and started experiencing problems. My truck wouldn’t start and my check engine light appeared on my dash. I called Monday to explain my problems and that I had purchased the service warranty when I bought my truck. I was told to bring the truck in Thursday morning. I understand the shop is busy but luckily we had another vehicle to get to/from work. I bring the truck in Thursday morning and was told I need to go to Dodge because it is a Ram and that if I leave it here that’s what they will do. I asked about a loaner vehicle because I am now without the truck and the spare vehicle we had previously. I was told they don’t provide loaners. So I left frustrated and upset that instead of telling me this over the phone on Monday I am here today getting different information. The Service Advisors could not have been more inconvenienced I was there with an issue on a vehicle I bought from Grapevine Ford! The customer service was laughable, and not in a good way!I left with my truck because there was no way to be without a vehicle. I call the service department again and was told that my service warranty may not even be active as it takes a certain amount of days before it activates. Through all of this, I have been given different information from each person I’ve spoken to and the only people that have helped me have been SALES agents.
I would not recommend selling your car here. It took a week and several phone calls before they even called the bank for payoff information. Then, there was an internal issue so the payment was delayed another week. I called the sales person whose voice-mail was not set up. After multiple automated redirects, talked to a sales manager and was told that its not a quick process. I asked why no one called to keep me in the loop with the issue and was met with it was internal. When I mentioned that this process had been difficult, he gave me the, thats how it goes spiel.Even now there isnt a timeline for when they are going to send the check once they receive the title. Go to Carmax. Weve sold other cars with payoffs needed that went much smoother. Well be taking our other vehicle there (or literally anywhere else).EDIT: The customer support email below doesnt work and Im still awaiting payment.

A month or so ago I purchased a F150 truck to tow my 35 fifth wheel RV from Grapevine Ford. Miscommunication, despite assurances that the truck was able to address my needs later ended in an inability for the truck to the job . My call to new car manager Cameron Martin, who responded the same day and instructed me to return the truck for a replacement. Camerons hard work and genuine concern for my needs was refreshing . In my career as a home builder for forty years your word is your bond . Integrity is what will always be what I will take away from my dealings with Cameron Martin . Ford is fortunate to have Cameron this take a tough situation and turn it into a positive outcome. This was the nicest experience Ive ever had. Horrible service. My 2020 GT500 was returned dirty (grease all over the interior), damage on the paint, and the car was taken for a joy ride. Both Service Advisor and Service Manager never bothered to respond back to my complaints. This is absolutely the worst scenario short of them crashing the car. Don’t take your car there. They treat your $100k+ Car like their own personal toy.
We got this great Ford Flex from Grapevine Ford today. Our sales rep “Tuna” (I think he starred in Blow along with J. Depp) drove the car to me 100 miles away from the dealership and brought all the paper work for us to sign...The flex is spectacular and ready to rent out on my Turo and Hyrecar platformsI’ll be back in a few weeks to buy again... thanks Tuna!

Hello I’ve had a very good experience with GVFL, all the salesman I dealt with are very nice and likable. I went on Monday 7/26/21 to purchase my mom a vehicle, mine you this is the second vehicle both of us have purchased at this dealership. We both had Cadillac with wasn’t up to par, so I purchased another car which was a Lincoln MK C which is a great buy. My mom takes hers back and was treated like a low class citizen by Finance manager, he made an offer and walked away from us and said take it or leave it, he also had my 78 yr old mom to come back to the finance office and never discussed her paper work that he drew up, just had her to sign it and later gave her her papers as we were leaving, the gentleman that sold us the car, was asked to get the documents she signed and bring them to us. I never will buy another anything from them, just on the account of that treatment. Low class is what he made us feel like.Joe G was his name.
Poor customer service/support !!! Bought a vehicle on 08/23/21, many things could have been done on their bahalf to establish a buyer/seller relationship. As simple as providing a second set of keys for my truck which I only got one set. They lost a future customer and future recommendations over a $200 set of keys !!! Ridiculous!!!!

Took my truck in to get the brakes changed and a leaking cab light fixed. They have had my truck for almost 2 weeks and have not returned my calls. Also they wanna try to charge almost $800 for a cab light seal. All together to resurface my rotors and change a simple cab light seal they are charging me $1500. My 8 year old could do better. They must be money hungry.
When we walked into Grapevine Lincoln, wed already been to two previous dealerships. At both previous dealerships, the sales people were super pushy and off-putting. Walking into Grapevine Lincoln was a totally different experience. Sandy immediately made me feel at ease. I told her what I was looking for, and she just said, Great! Lets go look at some cars. It was so different than the interrogations Id been subjected to at the previous dealerships. I immediately felt comfortable with Sandy and knew that I wanted to buy from her. Brad Moran was incredibly kind, helpful, and awesome as well. They are the best around.

We love Ford and the quality of the vehicle. Service is an issue ever time I bring it in…no communication after having vehicle for 6 days. At one point they could not find my vehicle. I emailed general manager and asked that he review service issues and communicate when is the estimated finish time.I hope I can find another dealership close so I can bring it to another location. I expected more from this location nestled in between Lexus and BMW. BMW and Lexus exceed service expectations.UODATE: I don’t have my vehicle yet. Hope you guys found it since I was told they didn’t know where it was Saturday. Still in service. I called Ford for the recall part number. Clay said you normally don’t replace them but Ford said Yes it needs to be done. Clay said he needed part numbers or a code for Door Lock freeze. Clay told me he would respond by12:00 today and he did not call or text. I left a message for Aaron. No one called back. Venny I appreciate your response here so can you call me with the status? My number is on file.
