Top notch customer service from start to finish. My only additional feedback would be to find a way to decrease the amount of wait time on loaner vehicles. I had to book appointment 2+ weeks in advance in order to secure a loaner. Outside of this my experience was 5 stars and I felt my Service Advisor Josh did a great job of keeping me updated on what was happening with my vehicle.

I inquired about a vehicle I had seen online, I received an immediate response. After showing it to my husband I called to check on the availability and set an appointment to see it the following morning. Henry Flores said the car was still available and that he would have it pulled up and ready for our arrival which he did. He greeted us at the door showed us the car, explained all the features and we test drove it. We decided to purchase it and the process went quickly.it was a pleasure dealing with him and we look forward to doing business again in the future.

Buying a car is stressful and difficult. Noone enjoys haggling over pennies or being worried about getting a Lemmon. My experience with MB Grapevine has changed my entire perspective on pre-owned car shopping, so much so that I will be purchasing another vehicle from them in the near future.If youre looking for a pre-owned vehicle, ask to talk to Fred Jones. They listened, were super efficient getting paperwork done, and insisted on a few final touch ups on the car and filled it with gas even though I told them I was fine as is. My wife bought a used vehicle from Rodney and the sales process was smooth, however about a week after the sale the steering system developed an issue and needed repair. Rodney apparently forgot about the warranty he sold for an additional $3k and had to be reminded during a phone call and subsequent drop-off. He promised a phone call the following day with the status of the vehicle and never called. Visited in person the day after to check on the status and was told that we would get a call in two additional days (once again no call). We had to call them and was told that it would be taken care of by the end of the week and that he would call (guess again, no call). We called and was told that the warranty was so new that getting the go ahead had been an issue, but that he had it taken care of and would take it to a nearby dealership/repair facility (due to it being a Chevy Tahoe) and that he would call us on Tuesday (today) by noon with an update. You can guess the result.....no call and two calls to management today have yielded no contact as well. Suspecting fraudulent activity in regard to the warranty as nobody wants to call back. At least we have their loaner vehicle for now. If this is how you treat customers after the sale maybe we need our money back.Update: A manager finally called us back after my call and upon seeing this review. The next day the warranty had been activated and the issue resolved. With better communication our aggravation could have been avoided and the issue resolved much quicker.

Plenty of staff on hand. Gm of the dealership reached out to me to ensure I was taken care of. Facility is very new and looks well stocked. There is plenty of inventory, but the new sclass I came to see is not here yet but the staff said they will reach out to me as soon as it arrives. Give this place a chance Im sure youll be happy.

UPDATE: I spoke with the service manager Britney and she was fantastic. She handled it perfectly in that she was empathetic and extremely concerned. While my experience with her was great and Id hire her in a second to join my Team, I wont be going back to Mercedes-Benz of Grapevine because of how egregious this was by the technician.Took my car in about 3 weeks ago for my B service and of course I got the dreaded call that there is an additional $4,500 worth of repairs that are needed. The most expensive being a rear main leak that required a new seal. I was suspicious and thought the labor costs for this particular item ($1900 but they could have it done in a couple of hours) were too high so I declined it. Today I took my car into German Car Care in Grapevine. They did a thorough look at my car and confirmed my suspicion that there is absolutely no leak and the other additional items were bogus as well. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE. I enjoyed the buying my car there but the service is a con and I assume most people just pony up the money and hope they are being truthful. Save your money and go over to German Car Care, they didnt charge me a single dollar.

If you have ever been to any other Mercedes dealership then you know this place does not deliver a premium experience. I recently moved to Grapevine from Austin, TX and needed to turn in my leased vehicle and purchase a new one. I have previously gotten two new cars from Mercedes of Austin and expected a certain level of service. The sales representative in Grapevine was nice but mostly uninterested and disengaged. We drove the only GLE on the lot and were considering purchasing it. Then came the insults. First he kept trying to get me to lease after I told him I was purchasing this time. Guess he wasnt paying attention or they get a better bonus that way? Second, he wanted me to pay them, sign the papers and then leave the car there for several weeks for other people to test drive! Wholly inappropriate request if you ask me. Third, I had already told them I was over on the miles and had a crack in the windshield but, Mercedes of Austin was willing to take the car no charge. Seeing how this place had literally no inventory I figured it would be the same. It was not. Wanted to charge me almost $3000 to turn it in there. At that point I decided that I was not ready to sign and wanted to take a few days to think about it. Fourth issue, I never received a follow up call from the sales person. Do yourself a favor and take the time and drive over to Mercedes Benz of Plano. It is worth the trip. I purchased a nicer, more expensive vehicle there and was treated with respect from a salesperson that actually listened. Plus they gave me $2000 trade in for returning the leased vehicle with them instead of charging me.

Worst service center in whole United States. I can give a minus rating.I had a very bad experience in service.The very first time I went for regular service and mentioned I was having some brake issue with breake but they confirmed that everything looks good. Issue was still persistent Then next time after 2 weeks I have been asked to check the brakes issue they changed routers and brake pads but still there is issue. Issue was not at all fixed . Again I requested them to check and dropped my car after checking they handed over my car with same issue without fixing.I don’t really understand if Mercedes service center can’t fix or understand the issueNot sure how they got authorized or big Mercedes ownershipIf anyone from Mercedes sees this review can I get some help please

Brought my Mercedes GLA 250 in for a diagnostic of the AC after spilling coffee on the dash. The quote was for over $2,200.00 and I was told I needed to replace the compressor and drier. I questioned this because the compressor is located in the engine compartment and it’s not possible for the coffee to get in there. They insisted I needed these repairs. Took it to a local German vehicle mechanic and the cost was $736.00 and needed ONLY a new AC controller. Do not get service here. They have NO integrity.

This review is for the dealership, not the vehicle. My husband special ordered a brand new GLS450 as a surprise Christmas present for me.Upon going to this dealership to pick up the vehicle, there was a gash in the wood console. Before leaving the dealership, we requested for this to be fixed. We were told the part had to be ordered which would take 3 months. We waited, we called multiple times in May, June, July, August, Sept & finally got a return call in October. Our rep told us the part had arrived, and she scheduled a service appt.We dropped our car off for the appt, and 3 days later, with no update from the dealership, we called to check the status and were told the part wasn’t even there!! We live an hour away, had to take off work for all of this, and quite frankly this is just completely unacceptable. I will never recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from this location. Shows exactly how much their customers are valued.

We are in the market for a new vehicle and considering a Mercedes. I had heard about the great experience when you walk into a showroom. Let me just say I felt like I just walked in and out of a Ford Dealership, not a Mercedes dealership. Our appointment was for 4 pm, I was called around 3 to make sure we were going to be there. Yes, I said we are coming in. Well the person that our appointment was with was busy with a delivery, so after walking the lot for about 10-15 minutes we were given to another person. I will be purchasing a new vehicle in the next few weeks, and I do not know if it was because we still have Minnesota Drivers license although we live in Texas now, that we were more of a burden than a potential customer. We did a test drive around the block..because it was rush hour we could not go any further. The print out we got appears to be a different vehicle than what I looked at. ETC etc etc..... We left there and went over to the Lexus dealership and my experience there was 100 times better than Mercedes. I felt like I was valued. Did not feel valued at Mercedes, and we are going to probably pay cash for a vehicle. Just a huge disappointment. Sent an email, got a call from Kevin, called him twice today and still have not gotten a call back. Guess my new Texan purchase will be at another dealership. My Chevy dealer that I purchased vehicles from was a better experience than this was

This is hands down the best dealership Ive ever been to. We bought a used car from Fred Jones and couldnt be more happy with our purchase.
