Tim and Patrick are wonderful folks to work with! Very professional and helpful. They SAVED my rare Volvo by repairing the rusted strut towers at a very affordable price - Im still EXCTATIC about it!They also repainted the doors on my Corvette where the clear coat had failed and they turned out beautiful!I cant say enough about them. Absolutely amazing service. Ive came to Carlisle Auto Body twice now for two separate repairs and have gotten great quality body work done. This last time I had also been having an issue with my backup camera, and they happened to have an extra one that they put in without any extra charge! Cant speak highly enough of Tim and his shop. My family and I will be coming here from now on for any future repairs.

These guys did some great body work for us a few weeks ago and I stopped in again for what we thought was a related noise. They took the time to put my car up on the lift instantly and made a non-related repair at NO CHARGE. Who gives exemplary customer service like this now days? These guys do🎉! Great service from an honest owner!

Tim, was very nice and gave a competitive quote so I thought I would give them a shot. Upon picking up my truck I was pleased from a distance. After I inspected their work I noticed that the old paint was not sanded evenly and you could see old stone chipped areas that were simply just sealed with clear coat. I tried asking for the problem to be corrected which wouldn’t be an issue for an additional $800!!! They also broke my radio antenna and wanted to charge me to fix it back to its normal condition. First and last time I use their services. Word of advice...do some shopping around or expect mediocre work.

The Roersmas are friendly, hard-working, and their place I trust to get honest work done on my vehicles. Two thumbs up!

Great people to work with.

So my vehicle has had paint issues before but they chose to work on it and say they could make it all better again. Nothing but problems with paints runs, paint cracking. Front bumper was reinstalled at an angle putting pressure points near the top causing paint to crack....was told vehicle has been worked on to much...so pretty much my problem now. Bumper had no paint issues just needed it corrected.

After an accident with full insurance coverage paying thousands, they missed a broken motor mount, did not replace all trunk components and installed exhaust wrong so lost power steering fluid -- could have gone up in flames and killed us. They did fix the exhaust and reimburse for the motor mount but only after the insurance company went to bat for me. Also had to have a new power steering fluid pump put in a year later.

I brought my 2007 Saab here for some rust repair. Tim, the owner, took the time to evaluate my car and explain the work required in detail. They do it the right way, removing all of the rusted material and welding in patches where necessary. When I picked it up, it was as good as new. I had a bit of an unusual issue about a week later where a tiny bubble formed under one repaired area. I brought it back and they corrected it right away, no questions asked. They do great work and stand behind it. Definitely recommended!

Seemed like very nice people, they werent able to help with my particular problem but the mechanic was more that willing to take a look at my car and give me honest advice on what to do with it.
