Great place to bring your car for collision repair. I brought by Impala in for a parking lot incident. The office staff helped me with the claim and made the process simple. Plus they cleaned the inside of my car after they were done with the repairs! Couldnt be happier with being in a bad situation!

Car Center was able to match the paint perfectly, they did a great job with the repair and were able to give me the peace of mind that everything was done with the needed care it took a little longer than I expected but quality work can take time to do right!

Horrible I will never take my car to get there again they did an incomplete repair did not communicate with me about what needed to be repaired and what they needed to repair after the estimate the estimate went up two times when I got my car back it still wasn’t compare completely had wires hanging lights not working and my screen in my vehicle is now malfunctioning I will never like go there again it will never in life recommend anybody to go there either I left there with stress distressed anxiety disappointment in my car lookingI’unprofessionally repaired

Took in my Equinox with a fresh dent below the rear light on the passenger side. They popped it out for me in less than 20 minutes. Very professional and personable staff.

I Took my car in to the shop after it had been hit on the front left side and the headlight was broken. I dropped it off and when I picked it up it looked good, however it rained the next day and water was going into the headlight. So I dropped it off for the second time. When I went to pick it back up the headlight did not fit the car correctly. So I had to leave it once again. When I picked up my car for the 3rd time the headlight was placed a little bit better but all of the plastic trim on the inside was broken. When I told the owner he and one of his employees told me it was from a previous accident and nothing could be done. But I know it was not broken when my car was dropped off. Never taking my cars there again. Besides the fact that they don’t take responsibility, I don’t think they even inspect the work that was done before returning the cars.

They took such good care of me and had the work done very quickly. The price was amazing. The customer service was fantastic. Thank you burton heights body shop!

Do yourself a favor and dont bother stopping here. I have never been treated with such rude condescending attitudes from a customer service business in my life! I was directed here by a local car wash who damaged my vehicle during a drive through car wash. I was given a claim number and showed the owner guy the damage. He was super rude acting like it was my fault the damage occured not even including all the damage. Which I had to tell him again to add everything that was on the claim. He obviously was buddys with the car wash guy because he told the car wash guy who looked at the same exact thing that there as rust on my vehicle and shoudnt be covered. This damaged was caused by nothing more than a car wash with to high of pressure wash .There was very little rust on my vehicle I am not out to get anything for free but this guy acted like I was steeling from the company who damaged my car. Wow I was shocked being treated this way and now that he got his say in it the manager from the car wash wont call back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! YOU WILL BE SORRY YOU DID!!!!!!

Burton body shop is the worst shop that I have ever been to.I went there 2 weeks ago to get and estimate for repairs on my car Jim the owner was the person i talked to he first told me to bring my car back in the next day he could repair it and when i did he came up with all sorts of excuses, like his person called in sick, it was wet out side, they were too busy, or no room, this have been 2 weeks..If he didnt want to do it he should have been honest about it instead of wasting my time.I guess my car wasnt damage enough for him, wow....or my skin was the wrong color..So finally i got the hint and not going back there...I went there all of those different days and he never gave me an written estimate...Bad way to do business...Unprofessional and if its not and insurance claim he doesnt treat customers the same.

We have used Burton Heights more than one time because they are so responsive, reasonable and helpful. I would recommend their services any time.
