As an Independent Insurance Agent for the last almost 10 years I am always looking for quality and friendly shops to send my clients to, and this one will be added to my list for sure! I decided to go with a shop I had not used before and that was local to where I live and boy I am glad I did. Just remember you have a choice who does the work on your car and I know this place partners with top carriers as they did with one of mine so if you need work done great I would say definitely look no further and come here! This is my second time using Rodenhouse and as expected they did a fantastic job once again and very quickly I might add. Free of charge loaner was offered, but was not needed at the time as I was working from home. Dropped off on a Friday and had the car back looking better than new the following Wednesday. You couldnt ask for a quicker turn around and dealing with Vaughn and Patty is always a great experience, very friendly and helpful! Very fast turnaround, was originally told 5 days and the repairs were done in 4. Free loaner vehicle is an obvious perk. Not to mention their attention to detail. Extremely easy process and communication between the shop, myself, and my insurance provider was fantastic. Feels good to know everything was taken care of professionally and reasonably priced. I actually got a gift card to a local restaurant when I picked up my car! They made the whole process easy and I would return again and again for service.

My car had acquired some rear damage from a parking lot incident. Rodenhouse Body Shop was recommended to me, so I took the car there on Monday. I was given a loaner car and told that my car should be ready by Wednesday. Sure enough, I got the call early Wednesday afternoon. It looks like new! The staff was very friendly and professional. Even though it had been years since using their service the owner and his wife were extremely professional did an amazing job repairing our vehicle and working with our insurance company. I went there to get a quote for my damaged tailgate. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They even suggested other options like getting a used tailgate instead of having them do the work. Even went out to my truck and cleaned off some of the transfered paint from the collision.

I have used the services of Rodenhouse Body Shop 3 times over the past 20 years and have always been pleased with the quality of their work. Recently, I had body work done on my 15 passenger van. There was a delay in receiving the extra large part needed to complete the job. Vaughn promptly informed me of the issue and was soon able to find someone to make a special trip to Flint to retrieve the part needed. I greatly appreciated the friendly staff and the personal attention I received.

I had some body work done on my car that required new paint. My car color is pearl white; a very difficult color to match. It took a bit to get it right, but Rodenhouse worked through the process, and the paint job is excellent. Outstanding customer care service. Had my Honda fixed at Roundhouse a couple of weeks ago. Was badly hit from the rear. They fixed it like new! It took a little longer than anticipated but they suggested that they give me a car that i can use in the meantime. Also offered us a ride to pick and and drop off the car plus a $30 gift card! Weve taken three cars to Rodenhouse Body Shop over the past few years. They are the only place that we would take them. Living less than a mile away from Blandford Nature Center, we tend to see quite a bit of deer activity around our home. A few weeks ago, my spouses truck saw a bit, too -- multiple deer crossed and ran into his passenger side, causing quite a few dents and scrapes (deer seemed to be okay, though!). We had never had body work done before, so we decided to just take his vehicle to Rodenhouse, as it was the closest to our home. I am so glad that we did! When our insurance estimate came to be substantially less than Rodenhouses, they worked with our insurance to make sure that everything would be covered up to their standards -- a huge relief! When it came time to pick up our vehicle, there was a bit of anxiety as I am working from home (8:30-5) due to the covid-19 pandemic, and would not be able to bring him to the shop until I was finished with work -- but the shop also closes at 5. I advised him to take my vehicle to go talk to someone at the shop so he could pick up his keys, and then after work, I would drive him back down to bring the truck home. Imagine my surprise 15 minutes later when he drove home in my vehicle, with a body shop employee following behind him in the truck! I am so impressed with their service and the way they care for their customers (I was so struck that I even texted my boss to tell her!).That isnt even all -- while our truck was being worked on, we received a phone call from the shop stating that we had won the drawing for March (which we did not know we had been entered in) and received a $100 gift card to Alfanos. We were given an ADDITIONAL gift card to Sobie for being a first-time customer. We are so astounded and impressed with their service (both for our vehicle, which looks great, as well as to their customers) and dedication to local businesses that we will definitely be lifelong customers. I do not think that anybody WANTS unexpected body work done, but with Rodenhouse on your side, the pain of it all will definitely be lessened.

I got hit in high school going straight through a green light. I took my Jeep Cherokee here and the doors, body panels, and pieces of the floor were replaced. It looked fine initially, years later I found out cheap parts instead of OEM parts were used in my repair. My Jeep has no rust on it *except* the panels installed by this body shop. I dont appreciate the fact that my Jeep was not fixed properly and now I have to weld sheet metal in to patch a hole open to the road from letting winter snow inside the vehicle.Look elsewhere.

Vauhn is a jerk. Left nasty messages on my phone did a half butted job fixing my car then coped an attitued once I wouldnt sell him my car for under fair market value. The work he did is considered under the inrustry standard and he commited insurance faurd to try and cover up his horrible work. Worst part is he trys to prtetend like he is doing you a favor and is helping you out. What a joke! I would recommend several other shops over his. Watchout because you dont know what he is doing underneath where you can not see.
