My experience was great, they kept me abreast o fee the progress of their work via text message every step of the way. They provided a quality loaner car and I was pleased with quality of work at completion. The work took an extremely long time, but again, they provided a quality loaner vehicle throughout the entire process.

Everyone was extremely friendly, courteous, & kind. They kept us informed and were able to coordinate car rental while the repairs were made. We simply picked up the rental from their shop and returned it to the shop when we drove our truck away.

Star Collision color matched a set of unpainted aftermarket headlight bezels to my truck for me. Terry, the GM, was polite, professional, and responsive and was able to get me a quote via email within 24 hours. I dropped the bezels off in the morning and picked them up before close the day of my appointment. The quality of work is excellent, and the paint matches perfectly. Terry even took the time at 7:30am to take my truck into the body shop to ensure the paint they planned to use would match exactly before I left rather than solely relying on my VIN. Attention to detail like this is hard to find and something I look for as an automotive perfectionist. My experience was terrific, and Star Collision will be my first choice for future color match or body work.

I had an issue with my front bumper and loose front tire liners and gave this place a try due to the high reviews, And I’m glad that I did! I was pleasantly surprised that my car was washed and cleaned in the inside so that was a nice surprise and bonus. My bumper was glued back on and looks great. The only reason for the 4/5 would be that it took longer—over a day into the next day for my car to be ready. Otherwise very friendly staff and they did a great job.

I took my car to Star Collision to replace my bumper after I got rear ended. They provided me with an initial estimate but a revision was made after finding additional damages. They took the time to explain the work that needed to be done and kept me inform throughout the process. The car was delivered back to me on time and the work performed looked great. I also found their use of technology when communicating with clients helpful (a virtual assessment of the damage, texts as the car was moving through different stages of the repair). Overall, it was a good experience and will recommend it.

I brought my car to Star after I was in an accident. Chet evaluated the damage and helped me make a very difficult decision. I loved driving that car for 16 years and hearing that it was totalled was painful. Chet was awesome to work with. He meticulously explained the damages and discussed the options with me. Unfortunately, it was very extensive. He was completely honest & very understanding. The guys in the shop were great too. I was really emotional when I cleaned out my baby. Star Collision did an amazing job on my car! The repairs on my car were done when expected and looked better than I thought was possible, they even detailed the inside of my car before returning it. They set me up with a loaner vehicle while my car was being repaired, super thankful for that, as I didn’t have rental coverage. The customer service was fantastic. I highly recommend this company! Hopeful to not need collision repair again, but this is where I’ll be returning to if it’s ever needed!

I hate to say, but, they have done great work for me before, but this time they didnt. Got my truck back seatbelt broken, grease marks on my visor the the plastic piece not secured properly when they put my truck bed back on they pinched one of my fuel lines had to go back three times for them to fix the things they messed up. Not a happy camper!!! A simple scratch and dent turned into 3 weeks of bringing my truck back to have them properly fix it.
