Look, I get it, paint on plastic doesnt last but what about the fender and trunk parts. Cheap paint tbh, leaves bad texture. Some corners are not even painted. They did take 250 off but honestly still wasnt worth it. Dont sign the contract until after tbh

I took a car in for a scheduled estimate last week and was greeted by a male introducing himself as the owner. He was rude, lacking in social skill, and was discourteous. There are dozens of body shops in the area and some are better than others, but if the personnel will not even try to adopt a customer friendly attitude - as though I were the purpose of has being there and not an interruption - I positively refuse to do business with such people.

Part fell off my car on the HIGHWAY. Risked my life collecting it. Job wasn’t done right the first time. Hard to get in contact with.

I was really skeptical .... it came out amazing at this location just the basic urethane coat... They detailed the inside.... It took a while but dont rush perfection.... I mean it looks solid its a Saab 9-3....

Got my rear archs fixed on my silverado. Had overspray onto the cab. ( which they fixed once I talked to them). They did not do a good job taping off the bed. I had just got line x installed a few weeks prior and now theres blue in it. They didnt reinstall my attena. They also had my truck for 12 business days when I was told it would take 7-10 business days. I would not recommend this place for rust repair.

Unfortunately, I have a particular proclivity for bumper damage, and as such, I am a return customer. Both times I have used their services; the entire process from quote to fix was as painless as possible. The shops recent work was completed well and faster than I expected service in our COVID-19 existence. Social distancing and safety protocols are in place. 10:10 would recommend (the service, not the repeat bumper crunch)

Called about paint special and was told this shop doesnt do it maybe you need to take the maaco sign down then shop elsewhere if they are this unprofessional on the phone I bet there work is just as horrible

Maaco GR did a great job! I brought in my sons car and had it repainted as a surprise for him. Paul was able to schedule the work very quickly. I was very pleased with how good it looked and a few extras they covered. The price was very reasonable. Thanks Paul!

I cannot attest to the difference in quality as I have not been here, but they gave me a quote 4 times the price of the Illinois location. No one uses there real name for reviews on the internet. I called for a quote and you obviously would not record that. Your snark borderline condisending responses has changed my mind about my review.

Old man m is crabby. Started shouting at me and threatened me,a requesting a part that didnt get painted, be painted. I even was willing to pay more. Oh well.

The customer service was horrible and nonchalant from the OWNER . Paint job was ok but for them to have a 4.0 rating I found many flaws for the price. Considering I used this business during a pandemic the time frame was way off ! Will not recommend nor use again

Extremely unprofessional response when I called to get a simple estimate. Seamed not interested not informal. And I did need my service done, because of that didn’t wanna waist my time going in.

They really helped me out big time at a low point for me. Maaco was able to repair my car at a very affordable rate. They were so easy to work with and my car came back from the shop looking better than when I had bought it.

Took two cars here recently for fender bender repair. I like what they look like now, and the price was exactly what was quoted which was reasonable given the damage. Paul provides Professional Service and is a nice guy. Repairs were performed in a reasonable amount of time. Two weeks.

Paul treated me and my Nissan Juke very nicely. The car looks good and the price of the repair was manageable.

Took my car in for a quote, ended up not being able to afford it and staff was very rude rolling their eyes, scoffing, and laughing when I came to pick up my car. I shouldnt have to apologise for not having enough money for repairs.

We had over $3000 worth if damage, they told us it was only a blown tire and wed have to wait until October 1st to get service. The guy even acted like he was too busy to deal with us. Towed our car elsewhere for service.

Paul was very rude and disrespectful and threaten me with violence. I was very afraid of my life. I called GRPD and they said they had numerous complaints of the same thing and are investigating him.

They did more than I paid for !! Wow!! Awesome.
