This place was packed when I came by for a massive nail I had lodged in my tire but they managed to get me in and out in less than 20 minutes...paperwork to me hoping in my vehicle. The staff is very friendly and won’t BS around with you. I like how professional everyone here is. Not to mention, the price this place charged me was a fraction of what Firestone and all these other tire/auto places were within a 15min radius.

Great place! The service advisor and mechanic were both very friendly and helpful, the mechanic talked with me and showed me what was preventing me from getting a perfect alignment on my 1966 mustang. He did a very good job of aligning it even though he wasnt able to completely fix it.

My wife and Daughter had a blow out on I-35. She got it patched up, but needed to replace the tires before leaving Fort Worth. I called around and everyone seemed great. I called my wife who decided to drive the trailer to them. She was having a terrible day and week for that matter. Cower Tire took care of her and gave her a great price on the tires. Thank you for making a brighter day to a bleak week.

ADDED COSTS TO THE APPROVED QUOTE AND PERFORMED WORK WITHOUT APPROVAL FOR THE CHANGE. I called in twice to get a quote for installing wheels, the 2nd time I was given a break down of every line charge including TPMS sensors and valves, took the vehicle in for the wheel install and the guy looked at me like I offended him when I told him what I needed done. I told him I called and got a quote and was told it wouldnt be a problem and he asked how much the quote was for because everyone quotes different (literal quote). I told him I didnt remember the specifics but it was about $100. He was rude and didnt even acknowledge that he would do it for that price and just said well get to it. Despite my better judgement to just leave because of his attitude, I decided to still get the work done and asked how much it will be and he said theyll just do it for $100. So I asked they also mount my spare to a new wheel too (which I provided) and clarified the TPMS sensors need to be moved with the 4 regular wheels but not the spare. He then said it would be $125. It clearly didnt make sense that they charged the same for mounting a non-TPMS as the ones with TPMS (when the quote i was given specified costs for the TPMS), but i wasnt going to fight over a few bucks. He started to walk off with my key and I asked if theyll call me when its done because Im just dropping off the vehicle and he said he would. 4 hours later I called the shop shortly before they close since I havent heard anything and found out they were already done. Went to pick up my vehicle and was told at the counter the cost was $159. When I said it was supposed to be $125 I was told they have to charge for the TPMS valves and the guy was supposed to call me. I just paid them instead of fighting over $30-40, but will never do business there again. Not only do they seem to charge whatever they want depending on who you talk to, but they dont even honor their own quotes and will add on costs without approval. Also, my vehicle was left unlocked after they worked on it and left in their parking lot. Flat out dishonest, shady business. Will never go back and I am going tell the corporate account customer of theirs that recommended them to me about their dishonest tactics and theyll very likely lose that account also.

Professional, fast, and friendly! Brought my car in right at opening time on Saturday morning and there were already several people waiting. I was taken care of promptly and they did NOT mess around. I had an alignment performed on my vehicle after suspecting my alignment from the dealer was not up to par. Sure enough, the readouts from the alignment showed I was out of alignment and they got me where I needed to be. Car tracks very straight now and the cost was incredibly affordable. They even gave me recommendations on good, honest dealers in the area if I need to have dealer service performed in the future. FANTASTIC!

We have a 35 ft 5th wheel that is one year old and needed an alignment. They were terrific! The shop is clean and has state of the art computerized equipment. They had never aligned MorRyde Independent Suspension before but they contacted the company and were given the instructions. They were professional and great to work with. They printed out a before and after diagnostic. They had great customer service. They even offered to allow us to stay in their parking lot over the weekend with electric hookups.
