We have been using this location for many years and they have always been wonderful. Everyone there is knowledgeable, easy to deal with, and friendly. Theyve never been pushy and Ive never felt like there was any price gouging, in fact I just had to get my oil pressure sensor circuit repaired and it was very reasonable. This a friendly place. They do all sorts of minor automotive work. They have plenty of competent technicians. This is a place I will take my car to for oil changes, lube work, and other minor car work.

I went there and they assessed my air conditioning problem. They were able to make the repairs on the leak and recharge the air conditioning system. All with a very very great price and in less than an hour. Keep in mind when I pulled up there were cars lined up to the road. I would like to give a special compliment to Mr Ray Lewis. Sorry you did a great job and now my 6-month-old baby is in a nice air conditioned vehicle. Thank you again

They gave me a free air conditioning check and the guy that did it was very professional and he was very honest with me. He told me exactly what I needed and he also told me that it would be cheaper to go a different route because hes was honest about the labor and everything at that place. And the labor and everything on my model of car is very expensive. Not all of them are the same price but for my car it was a lot higher I drive a German car so its not cheap.

I have a Honda Fit 2008 and needed a very basic repair. Michael, the assistant manager, helped me identify the problem very quickly and also gave me the best value I could get at the time. I really appreciate their service and will be returning in the future.

Went in for a state inspection and was in and out in under an hour. There were quite a few people there waiting but they got through everyone quickly. Quick note, they do not reserve time slots for state inspections. Its first come, first serve.

I got the best customer service at this location. There was a bit of a wait because they were short staffed, but they made up for it with there friendly and positive attitude. This will be the only place I get my oil changed from now on.

Wouldnt recommend this place EVER. They Wouldnt even TRY to inspect my car. Went downtown to get it inspected and it immediately passes. What a shame. Could have had a customer for life. I live so close, but I rather have great service then to B.S. My time...!

Worst costumer service and experience i’ve ever had. from the second i pulled up i just knew things were going to be bad. maybe because i came 1hr30min before they closed idk? this was a first for me i’ve never done an oil change by myself so when i got there i simply asked for just that, an oil change. next thing i know i’m being charged $74? he said because my car takes synthetic oil? then i got the service paper and the oil only cost $28. then they had service checks on it i’m not sure if that automatically comes with an oil change or what but i definitely didn’t ask for it, i asked for a oil change alone and i was definitely charged for the service check, and to top it off half the things on there weren’t even done. so disgusting, how could then just rip someone off like that.

Have used these guys for several years. They have never done me wrong. Have great experience with Ray, Michael, Brad, and a few others that have worked there.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Have been going to them for years, but this recent visit will be the last. Took fathers GMC sierra to get oil changed/state inspection, got a call saying they wont do it because of the tint. Which I call bullcrap on, because they have done it in the past and turned out fine.

We took our jeep into Kwik Kar today thinking something big was wrong. These guys looked over and tested the car when they called we were expecting bad news but Michael told us everything was fine we could come get our car and there was no charge ! Thank Youfor being a honest business, we will be customer’s for life.

Automotive service business are like going to the Dr. You have to be able to trust them. I took my 1994 Toyota 4 Runner with the AC not working. They replaced one bolt, serviced, filled the AC, and it now blows ice cold and only charged me $100. If I had taken it to the wrong place they could have got me. I am a customer for life. Everyone up there was so nice and took great care of my truck. They fixed the problem immediately and I didn’t have to take out a second mortgage to pay for it.

This used to be the go-to place for residents in this area. Unfortunately, it has gone way downhill. The customer service has continued to get worse. It seems a warm greeting and appreciation for the customer is no longer important. Instead, the customer is reminded of how long the job will take to get done because they are busy, yet there are 6 technicians in the back on their cell phones. Last couple of times Ive been here, Ive driven away saying to myself I wont be back...but I continued to go because it is the local place and conveniently located. Not anymore. Ill gladly drive past this place in the future to get my vehicles serviced elsewhere.

Waited 45 minutes for vehicle inspection for the tech to come out and say the side window tint isnt legal. Ive had this vehicle inspected 2 (now 3) times in Texas no issues. Told him the vehicle was purchased in Cali. He tried to argue Cali doesnt have tint laws and went on to say he inspects vehicles every day. Prime example of why no wants to pay $15 minimum wages. They arent worth half that. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere.

They make sure you know what needs to be updated on your car without pressuring you to buy. A special thank you to Bree for helping me out with my oil change. Brought my car in for an inspection to sell to a private buyer. Was nice that they squeezed us in their schedule however I left strict instructions to not give the vehicle to the buyer and to give it to me only. Talked to 2 different people and they still gave my keys to the buyer before I got back. Luckily the buyer only drove my vehicle to my house but it couldve been a far worse situation

Definitely one of the best places that I’ve ever been to for an oil change and state inspection. They took care of extra details like my tire pressures and windshield without being asked. Very prompt and professional service. Other oil change places that I’ve been to in the past did some shady things to charge more or necessitate additional service, but this place has my trust.

We have been taking all of our vehicles to this location since 2012, and we have always been happy with the service. In the very few times they could not fix the problem they suggested going to the dealer (due to specialized equipment), and what the team at Kwik Kar said was the problem was always the case as confirmed by the dealer.Trust is a big issue with auto mechanics, and I trust this shop.

I visit this location regularly for oil changes and they are always quick and friendly. Today I went in to get my inspection done and I had my 3 year old son with me. It was their busy time of day so we had some wait time, but one the the associates brought in and gifted my son a hot wheel car still in the package. It was a small gesture, but it meant so much. He played with the car the entire time and was so happy. Thank you to this location for going above and beyond to create happy customers.

The dude said its not gonna pass the inspection because of the tint is too dark. 1st asked what % i had currently to fix it, said i can tell by looking at it. 2nd they had been doing my inspections for the past few years. 3rd i have my invoice from when i got the tint stating the % tint is legal. It would have been more believable to say were very busy cant take it today but they just lied their assesoff.

I brought my car in to have them check the AC system. This was after I was told that I needed to replace the compressor and other parts to the tune of $1300. My mechanic, Stacy, listened to my concerns and my explanation of what was happening. After the inspection, she informed me my AC system was in perfect working order. In addition, she shared information about how an AC system works, especially in this extremely hot Texas climate. She offered to service it, flush the system and replace the freon. No pressure to have this service, it was my choice. She also added dye just in case I thought it still wasnt working to my satisfaction so that I could bring the car back and she would be able to see if there was a leak. Reasonable price of $65. Immediately, I can tell a difference. My AC is working fine. While waiting, I observed other customers bring their concerns to the attendants and I paid attention to how they were treated. I was impressed. Ill be a customer of this location going forward. Join me, I think youll be pleased too!

I have brought all of my autos here for ten years and today was the first time that collectively everyone I dealt with made me feel like it was a bother, showing up to get my car inspected.

... so I gave this place a one star review years ago. I had a really bad experience with one of their mechanics seriously ripping me off. That said, several members of my extended family kept insisting that this was the best car lube place around. Ive used it several times since, and theyre, honestly, very professional and consistent. I guess, if I were you, I wouldnt go here for anything more than an oil change and other standard fluid flushes. They are good at the standard things, just let them do what they are actually good at. Dont ask for more.

Got my oil change and inspection done in no time flat and I barely had to lift a finger or answer a question- the staff here are on top of it. All 3 employees I spoke to were incredibly polite and friendly. I’ll be happily returning here from now on.

I can’t say enough good things about these guys! I was looking for a place closer to home that could service my vehicle so I figured I would try them. I grew up around machine shops with my dad so I know a little more than the average female. These guys are fair with their pricing, honest, and very respectable! I had to have a transmission leak repaired so I left my car with them (on a Friday) so they could order the part (that would come in the following Monday). Roger drove me home, opened the car door for me, both entering the vehicle and exiting, made sure I was in my house before driving off, and was very much the gentleman during the entire ride. I was so impressed! Ray at the shop was so kind and explained everything in detail with a couple of issues with my car and gave me good options saving me a ton of money. Not only did they take care of my car appropriately, I got a call the following day saying the part came in early and my car was ready! I didn’t have to wait until Monday! I will definitely be using them for all my vehicle needs!

I could give you a play by play of what we experienced while we were at the shop but so many others have done just that. These guys are honest and fair people who are making a living not ripping people off and they truly care. Today after an oil change and tire rotation we made it home only to find out our car wouldnt start (battery died). After a call to the shop Roger was their to help us out. He REALLY went out of his way to make sure we were back up and running. Cant thank him enough!! An expensive air conditioning repair involving Kwik Kar’s recommendation of replacing the ac clutch did not correct the problem. The repair and recharging the system with refrigerant should have never attempted because the clutch isn’t the problem. The truck is in the Ford Dealership shop now being repaired by experts who know what their doing and they won’t charge a customer like Kwik Kar does for in-shop mistakes. Ford charges the customer when the work is performed correctly.

Had front and rear brakes and rotors replaced. Quality work and a much better price than my dealership. Extremely fast service.Thank you!!

Michael & the technicians are very knowledgeable, and professional. During the new normal they are respectful of your car, and everyones safety. When I told them the front end of my car was going crunch, squeak and it scared me lol, they took the time to figure out exactly what it was, and fix it. Thats why Im a repeat customer. Thank you!!

One of the few places that carries AMSOIL

Its hard finding a mechanic you can trust. Ive used these guys for about 10 years and they are the only ones I trust. Ive experienced poor mechanics in the past, and it is great to know you have a great mechanic in your own backyard. Additionally, EVERYONE here provides exceptional service and is always very kind and honest about your vehicle. I highly recommend these guys.

Seriously dont even mess with the other places, even the same company elsewhere. This place is great, they actually care about what they do, and explain what theyre doing, and why. Not pushy to upsell one so ever but will still give honest recommendations when necessary.

After a quick diagnosis, it was determined that I needed a new throttle body. Since it was late afternoon, the part could not arrive until the following morning. Ray Lewis offered to take me home as my vehicle was not dependable at the time to say the least. By mid morning the next day, my vehicle was fixed and I was on my way. They do way more than oil changes. Very convenient, very dependable, very courteous.
