There was four men working when I came in and they were all so amazing. Every one of them was so nice. They gave me great customer service and great pricing. I am definitely coming back. They were the best, really. Go here if you need your var fixed. Did so much for my money that i wish i could have paid them more. I actually felt guilty for paying as little as i did. They were so great. The manager at the front desk was so nice. The older man was so nice, the welder was SO NICE. Come to this location

I went to Midas for the first time and the service was great. I found out there was nothing wrong but had a filter needed cleaning. The guys were great !!!!

Midas was the place mechanic shop Ive been to in years. Ask for Ray the manager out there and he will most definitely take care of you without any bs to charge you more than what you really need to have done to your vehicle.

Outstanding customer service!!! Ive got a very rusted out undercarriage but these guys took on the repairs and didnt quit. They answered any questions I had and showed me where I might have problems in the future. They were very friendly. They didnt over charge for the service and didnt try to upsell on things I didnt need. At one point I think they had 3 or 4 guys working to get some of those rusted parts back in place. It was impressive. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing their services and I will definitely be back for any future repairs I might need. I also overheard the owner say he recently bought the place and they are independent owners within the midas franchise. This leads me to believe the 4 star rating is due to old management/ ownership because these guys are definitely 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I may be leary to bring my kids with though because honestly, its a bunch of guys in a shop and some of the language was a little foul

This is my second time using them and both times they got me taken care of. Got the master cylinder and both front brake lines replaced in about two hours. And thats with having to wait for the brake lines to be delivered. After replacing the brake lines they bled them twice just to make sure everything was fine.

The guys did a quick and affordable job fixing what I needed on my car. They were very fair and didnt try to yank me around with things that didnt really need fixing. Highly recommend this place if your having car troubles.

A few months ago my boyfriend called to see about much it would be to get our windows fixed, the drivers side and passanger side window regulators went out so our windows no longer rolled up and down. When my boyfriend called they told him it would maybe be a 300 dollar job. I went up there recently to see about getting it done and they laid a paper out in front of me stating it would be over a 700 dollar job. So not only did they either lie to me boyfriend or lie to me but when I told my friends about this they said its possible because im female and im starting to believe it. So instead my boyfriend and 2 of his friends studied youtube videos and looked up information and bought the parts for only about 120 for both of them and replaced them and now we have working windows. The paper they gave me claimed parts would be almost 300 and that the labor would be another 3-400 job. So moral of my story, they suck and will probably milk your dry for everything you got.

This place is great, TWICE they’ve saved me. Once was an issue with my brake system which they clearly explained. They simplified to where I could understand and leave worry free. Then there was a noise from my hood which I hadn’t noticed before so I took it in. The guy said they didn’t have anyone available so I understood and started walking to my car. As I was about to leave I see the guy walk out to tell me, “hold on let me take a quick look to see if I can see what the problem is” 10 seconds later and he calmly explains the mysterious noise! No charge! TWICE these guys have saved me, they’re such people people man they really connect with the customer. All the workers there are pretty awesome. I would suggest coming here for any needs, usually I’ll leave a service station sort of clueless because I hate asking so many questions since mechanics usually look annoyed when I ask so many but not these guys they’re great. They’ll always have my business and I’d refer anyone even my own family to them. Great service!

This midas was great they were nice and friendly I may have only had an oil change with their inspection but it didnt take long for them to do it they did a great job would recommend them.

Went in for an oil change and I let them know I had a coupon, they tell me its going to be more cause my vehicle takes more oil. They dont know I know how many quartz of oil my car takes. They are trying to charge me an extra $20. Yes Ive heard of places where they will try to pull a fast one over women because they assume they dont know any better. But guess what my father taught me well.

Went in for possible water pump issues and electrical, wasnt upshot on possible other problems or them trying to get more money. They ran diagnostic and told me exactly what was wrong and how to get it fixed. Everyone here is nice and polite to everyone who walks in...definitely coming back and recommending it to my family and friends.

First experience went in for an oil change and alignment. My car literally sat there for 2 hours for them to tell me they cAnt perform the alignment instead of calling me. Then I had to wait 30 more minutes for the oil change because it wasn’t performed. Today I went in at 10:30am for an alignment. Was told that my car will be done within the next hour. It’s been 2 and a half hours I called and my car haven’t been touched. I will never ever go to this place again. I definitely will not recommend anyone else to go here either. I’m beyond fed up

Talked with Joseph over the phone who listened very patiently and diligently, did the research and promptly called me back with the information regarding the battery for my 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid. Break caliper broke and my hub assembly bolts broke on one side and the bolts on the other side were backing out all I can say is thank God for the guys that work at this location for fixing my car so my family and I could make it back home to Lubbock Texas on a Saturday you guys are absolutely amazing if I could I would give them 10 stars 🌟 would highly recommend them (well just got back home and brought my car to my mechanic and the bolts that they were supposed to tighten were loose i am disappointed in the lies that these people tell

Before I came to Midas, I was at Sears Auto Center and they could not diagnose my ABS light. They recommended Midas and Im glad I came. Unlike most places I have been to, Eddie at the counter explained to me the numbers they measured for my brakes and showed me the anticipated charges for the fees if I wanted to move forward. I appreciate the honesty.

Had a full break job done here, bought my own rotors because Midas Mgr said they could not turn them. So i bought my own and theyinstalled them. 4 months later breaks started to skip, took car back in, they said rotors could not be turned and needed new rotors again . This time I Took my car to Kia and they said they could turn rotors and they turned my rotors for me. Dont waist your time or money at Midas. They lied about not being able to turn my rotors.

No run arounds here. I made an appointment in advance and spoke with Eddie the manager before even arriving to make sure he understood what my goals were. The staff was great and gave me an estimate on the repairs and at the end of the quick service, replacing the exhaust pipe was exactly the cost they said it would be! Will visit again!

Haha I’m sitting in my car as I write this. The guys doing everything call out what steps they are taking to each other between each bay. Very safe and efficient. They also have a 25% military discount. I’ll be back for oil changes here!

The lady complaining about the Catalytic Converter is spot on. I went there to get a quote after talking to the guy on the phone. He said it would only cost 350 parts and labor if it was a universal fit(which of course it was not). After they looked at it they gave me a quote of 872.59!!! 589.99 for the converter!! And 207.00 for labor!!! Are you serious!? Went home after and did a little research. Quick search on google and within minutes in found numerous converters for my 2000 infiniti for half the price they were going to charge me. If you have to get something like this done, do not go here! This is one of those mechanics that will charge you an arm and a leg, until they have all your money!

Mother went in back in late August/early September to have issues causing her Check Engine light to come on resolved so she could pass inspection in September. $3000 later and car not passing inspection. Overcharged for parts. Do not come here if you are not an expert/do not know what questions to ask/are a widowed woman with zero car knowledge. You will be taken advantage of.

The mechanics are B- and they dont clean up after themselves. My rims had grease caked on them from the work they had done. They left old locknuts under my hood where they had taken them off and left them there. Even after all that, I called to get a quote for a lower control arm replacement and was blown away at the amount of money they charge for labor compared to other mechanics that are more knowledgeable then anyone I have delt with at this Midas. They also told me that I would need a front alignment done after they replaced the control arm but when I called the three other auto shops, all of them said that there was no need to get an alignment after the work was done. I just got my car fixed and paid less then half there quote and was treated honestly and wasnt scammed with up sales on unnecessary repairs. Plus I recieved a high quality part with a warranty! I will never deal with these guys ever again and I have learned a valuable lesson in shopping around and the NAME on the business means absolutely nothing!

This was my first visit and Im picky about my Italian, but Ill be returning!!

When you take your car into is a repair shop it is there responsability to loet you know if something is wrong. A lot of shops dont tell you anything so you dont know whats wrong till the correct repair shop shows you. If your oil was never changed then take it somewhere and have a second opinion and let the second place show you the same. If your oil was never changed how did they scam you? Sounds like you are spouting garbage.

Bad deals on their warranty. 90 days only. Every thing breaks after the 90.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Left with an oil change, a check engine light on, no tire rotation, and a charge for topping fluids. No employee seemed to care if we had questions or if we ever returned.

Did brakes pads but too expensive! Will look elsewhere to finish fixing my truck
