Both of my daughters each had worn out tires and were in dire need of new ones. I sent a message on two different occasions all in the same week to Independent Tire about changing out my girls tires and Hector quickly responded to me about both. Not only did he have the tires in stock, but he went to where their vehicles were parked and got their tires changed out in no time! My girls didnt even have to meet him out there. One was working while he change them out and the other was in her apartment. By the time they went out to their car, they had new tires and there was never an inconvenience. Independent Tire and Mobile Service are prompt, reliable and professional. We will continue to use them in the future. I highly recommend!

Professional and very accommodating l. Was able to find me a tire for my 22 when 5 other shops could not. Quick change and valve stem replacements. Even took care of my other wheel with a slow leaking stem. Amazing service.

They mean 24hrs! Caught a screw in my tire at 11pm and had it fixed by 12a. Quick answers when called. Quotes are reasonable. And the repair was fast. In and out in 15 mins. Will be coming back soon for some new tires!

My husband, 2 cats and myself were driving from Maryland to Austin, Texas. On our last leg of the trip, the front right tire, which was brand new, started leaking air. We pulled off, checked the pressure, and determined it was leaking due to a faulty valve stem. We put on the donut and luckily, we were outside of the Fort Worth area. We found this company, saw it had great reviews and gave them a call. After we verified they could help us, we slowly drove there and we weree met by the proprietor who went straight to work. He determined that while the tire was new, the valve stem was from the original tires. Thanks Volkswagen. He fixed the issue, changed the tire and we were on our way in less than 15 minutes. Plus, his prices were VERY reasonable. We were back on the road in no time. Thank you for the excellent service!

Customer service, on this level, is unheard-of these days! I did not get the gentlemans name, however, he met me on a Sunday evening... at 7:30pm just as he said he would and installed 2 new tires for me that I desperately needed! He also did it with a smile on his face the entire time and even had a sense of humor as 2 more customers pulled in, waiting in line for his help. I will never buy another tire elsewhere! When you leaving work at 4:00am after a 12 hour work day only to find your front tire is flat. No establishments within a reasonable distance. Jeremy with independent tire service showed supreme customer service in helping me get back on the road. He arrived about 5 min sooner than he initially said he would, and he wasted no time in getting my tire replaced. Anything with regards to tires I will most definitely be giving Indepent tire a call. Called multiple times from 0330-0730, sent in text as per the voice message, and received no response for 4 hours, to then be told that their techs were ‘busy’ and I’d be two hours out from service. I’ll be letting all the other contractors know that this company cannot be relied on to answer phones nor messages.

Hector came to the rescue. Not only did we have a flat tire. We could not get the spare tire out from under the truck. Which we have found out happens after some years. We also locked the keys in the truck. Hector came and patched the tire unlocked the truck and we were back on the road in less than an hour. If you are ever in a situation as this is the guy to call.

This was the greatest experience with this company. Jeremy came out to help us on Christmas Eve and was so kind in helping us out. We had gotten in a car wreck and had a flat tire. He came and diligently worked at getting our spare tire out. It was stuck up underneath the car and wouldn’t drop down so we could change the tire. He had the greatest attitude and had a can do attitude. Got it off and put the tire on and we were on our way. We were so thankful to be on the road again. Called these guys at 7:30 on a cold and rainy SUNDAY night. Jeremy tells me he can meet me at their shop in 30 minutes. I got to the shop in 20 minutes and Jeremy was there in a jiffy. jacked up the car, demounted and patched my tire, checked the pressure in the rest and had me on the way in 30-40 minutes. Wow! I cannot explain how grateful I am for finding this place! Something was wrong with my air gauge (piece where you put air in the tire), there was air leaking out around that piece causing me to get a flat tire on my way home from work. My bf took the tire off and we call this place took it to the shop and he fixed it right away for a great price! Highly recommend this place!

I’m the type of girl who does know how to change a flat tire. Sadly, I had just gotten a new car and hadn’t taught myself how to do it on my new car yet and came out to a nice flat tire the other morning. Hector not only came out and took a look at my tire, he took the time to show me where I needed to put the jack in case I had a flat tire in the future! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. When I ended up having issues with the same tire a couple days later, hector came right back out and made sure I was good to go!I may never change a flat tire myself again, even though I know how!! ;) They have a customer for life from me!!

Jeremy was the most efficient and knowledgeable tire repairman I have ever known. He loved his job and the company he was working for. He did the best things for us. I thought he would just plug the tire leak but instead proceeded to remove the tire from the axle and then began removing the tire from the wheel which he was able to see the hole to which he buffed cemented and applied a patch. This is the best way to repair a puncture. He then filed with air and checked for leaks before attaching the tire back onto the truck. This story indicates the tremendous effort that Jeremy exerted to do the best he knew how for us. We will definitely get back with him for any future emergencies

This is my 1st review for Independent Tire and Service but my husband and I have used them on many occasions over the last couple of years....flat tires, lock out service and a complete set of tires. In addition to repair/service for a couple minor car issues. I truly recommend them, you will not be disappointed. On a scale of 1 to 10...its been a 10 on each occasion. Fantastic and quick service! I first went to Discount Tire so they could look at my tire that had been completely flattened, and they told me it was not repairable. Then within 30 minutes Hector showed up at the gas station where I had my car and repaired it within 15 minutes! The damage was not nearly as bad as Discount Tire made it sound. I will highly recommend this friendly, quick, and very convenient service to everyone I know!

While doing a weekend job, our Bob-cat blew a tire valve and panic quickly began to set in since there was still so much work to do. Its the weekend who could we possibly call... thats when we decide to call Independent Tire Service.I asked if he worked on Bob-cats and he said sure I can be there in 30 minutes. He kept his word and got us back to work in no time. We definitely know who to call next time.

These guys are lifesavers. My car has a tire size that most people dont seem to have on hand. So when a pothole ripped a hole in my tire, two hours from home and at midnight, I thought Id have to get a tow and figure out another way home. But I gave them a call, and not only were they prompt in answering, I also consistently got calls as he returned to the store, picked up a new tire for me, and looked for me along the side road.He changed my tire, aired it up, double checked for any leaks, and even gave my car a jump when I realized that my hazards had killed my battery. I was back on the road within the hour! If I ever get stuck in DFW again, I definitely know who to call now. And who to tell my friends about if the same happens to them!

This is the best roadside service I have ever used. The owner Hector is also a very good mechanic, we have used his services on our 3 vehicles and he is honest and trustworthy.

I had a blowout on the highway outside of fort worth. I am from a small town so naturally I am a little nervous since my spare was flat and I dont know that roadside service is even possible.I hit Google and Google reviews and read about this service and this amazing owner HECTOR.I call and told him the size of tire I needed and he said he would be with me in 40 minutes.In 30 minutes my car was being worked on and finished in 10 minutes.I dont know how many trucks or employees there are but the owner HECTOR was who worked on my car and he is every bit as courteous and respectful and every bit a lifesaver as I read him to be.If I could rate higher I would and being that being stuck on the road can become a very dangerous situation. But rest assured that this company has you covered and help is on its way fast.
