Friendly enough staff and quick service. My technician was the manager Kurt, he was precise, prompt and the friendliest by far. Would have gave five stars if an unnamed associate wouldnt have picked up the phone to make an outbound call as I was walking through the door. Mind you, this location is all windows and you cannot mistake a person/customer walking up to the establishment. Granite, the phone call was brief but it could have easily been made after providing service to myself who was there in person. I will leave that person unnamed because everything that happened after that was fantastic and in my mind redeemed. I will return for service and I recommend others do the same.

Super friendly and I have always had great customer service anytime I have gone to Les Schwab. They are consistent at all locations and cost for services are fair. I went in last week when my tire pressure light came on while driving and unfortunately the two gas stations i went to prior had their air nozzles broken or missing. When i arrived I wasnt sure the protocol to get checked and had to go into the store. Though they were helping other customers when I went in, the lady behind the counter acknowledged me when I walked in and stood in line and let me know they would be with me in a moment.The only negative experience was with another customer, a Karen and nothing to do with Les Schwab. She came in 5 minutes after me and apparently we needed the same service because when I got to the counter and as the cashier told me just to pull around to the pressure check Bay, Karen ran out to her car and pulled in front of me. Now normally I would just let it go but the fact that she felt her time was more valuable then mine, she knew what she was doing because she smirked when she saw me pull in and the tire guy unaware of how rude she was, was checking hers as I waited and when she was done and pulling out she gave that better then me look with that stupid Karen smirk...PS: Friendly reminder that your care Warenty is about to Expire...

The folks here have always been polite and reliable. They explain things to me clearly without talking down. I like that Les Schwab have your records available at each location. Love the free tire checks, and Im pleased with the tires I purchased from them. This location has a simple waiting area with tv, vending machines, free wifi, and tidy restroom.

We had a flat tire and called 15 minutes before they opened. Kurt answered and let us know they had our tire in stock and could help us out. He told us it would take about an hour. When we arrived (via tow truck) Kurt had us ready to get back on the road in less then half an hour. He was super friendly, helpful and professional. They let our dog hangout inside with us while we waited. I would highly recommend this Les Schwab, despite being in an area with a high homeless population living down the street.

Fast checked everything right away. Maybe 15 minutes to check brakes and tires. Without any appointment.

I have been researching the new tire pricing from Costco, Les Swab and Hyundai dealer for replacing the original factory tires, which had 63,387 miles on the tires. Yesterday, I finally bought 4 Reputation tires from Kurt (manager) of Everett Les Swab for my 2016 Hyundai Sonata. We had a flat at the right front tire during the Oregon trip 3 years ago. Les Swab at Vancouver WA did the repairs without a single charge. Due to the aging of tires, the same tire had a flat again. Les Swab gave me a discount which $80 above Costco (Toyo) and $200 above Hyundai dealer (Kumho Solis). I’m OK with The original Kumbo tires (noisy) which have reached over to factory suggested 60,000 miles (was my choice). The reputation tires have exceeded my expectations (nice rides, quiet and performance). The other reason was Kurt and the crews are honestly, hardworking, dedication, quality, and just-in-time support. Yes, I support local shops! Hope all the tires are made in local residents and that would help our communities.Good job Kurt (strong leader) and teams from Les Swab! May God blesses you all abundantly!Frank

Rip-off liers told me I could pay by month so I accepted the 750 all 4 new tires and with its bill time they tell me I need to pay it all and if I was going to pay by month then need to apply for it before the work was done so this location is the worst never coming back to this one I cant believe the franchise allows thats bat and switch bs

The worst place to change or fix your tires ever. I had a nail in one of my tires and apparently they fix that for free so I took my car there and after they fixed it the tire had bumps on sidewall. And when I told them they didn’t wanna take responsibility but instead they gave an offer to change it for $250 and it’s not even the same brand that I had. I talked to customer service and they didn’t wanna help at all. Then I had to go to a different shop and changed the tires and it cost me around $500.

Go to the one on Walnut st. I went to the 1 on evergreen way, I had to wait 90 min for my turn, only to find out they didnt have my size tires. Something that could have been mentioned/discovered much earlier.

I am very disappointed. Made an appointment for a front end alignment for today, Wednesday, on Monday of this week. They said should only take 30 minutes. Showed up 30 minutes early, they said perfect, he is just finishing up and will get your truck right in. I asked how long will it take, answer it will be ready by 1:30.I went for an hour walk, don t like to sit in the store with the Covid-19 issue. Came back at 1:35 to pick my truck up. Was told they had not started on the truck. I asked why they did not call? No answer. I asked for my keys and left.Time is of great valve, I took time off from work to have this done.I buy all my tires from Les Schwab for our small business, M55 Toyo tires.

A little expensive for trailer tires. They were very friendly though and got them on their rims very quickly which was nice. All in all a good store but just sort of pricey.

They fixed a hole in one tire, deflated an overinflated tire, and inflated two underinflated tires. Then they fixed my tire pressure sensor. And all for no cost!

UPDATE!!! Once again this location saved my butt! Got a nail. Squeezed me in with a packed parking lot and shop, found it had damaged tire beyond repair, replaced and rotated as needed all in a timely manner! Kurt and his team are the best!!!!!!This location and the staff, Particularly the assistant manager Cameron has always given exceptional customer service, I have followed him from other locations due to that alone, highly recommend to anyone who needs these services! Great to see a team environment that work so well together to serve the customers!

Im not sure what we have done as a company to make this particular les Schwab be frustrated with us. But the welcoming friendly customer service is hit and miss. One day I can go in with a flat and feel that they want to do everything they can to help me get back on the road. Other times. One employee in particular acts as though we are a huge bother to deal with. Seriously only we only come here because its around the corner from our shop. I dont care if I have to wait for service, just make me feel like I have come to the right place instead of making me question if I have come to the right place.***update*** 2 days after posting this review I was contacted by Les Schwab and talked with Cameron, one of the managers. He expressed his concern about how I felt about their service. He wanted to personally hear some of situations that led me get frustrated and consider taking my business elsewhere. I felt he was listening and genuinely cared. He let me know that the experiences I had were not to the excellent level of service they strive to achieve and that they would discuss with their team and do better. I was impressed by them taking the time to show they care and have shared this with my company. We will be giving them other opportunities in the future make things right.

I blew a tire on I-5 and I had my little S-10 pick up truck towed here. The next morning I called in and they fixed my car for me in the parking lot. I did not even have to drive in and give them the keys. After the work was done I payed over the phone. They even emailed me a receipt. Great service and I never even saw them. I picked up my car after they were closed and it drives amazing. Oh I forgot to mention the tires I wanted they did not have in stock but they went out of their way to go to another store to get them for me. So my car was done that day, all work was done the same day. Amazing people and products!! I am a very happy customers for life.

Great place for tires and fantastic service!! I had a flat tire and put on spare. Drove to Les Schwab to get tire repaired and decided I might as well get all tires rotated. They fixed tire, placed spare back perfectly and rotated tires. I went to pay and I was told there was no charge. Tires were on new vehicle not bought from Les Schwab! Had heard about Led Schwab employees doing this occasionally. It was great!

They have never steered me wrong or taken advantage of me. This time was no different. My brake were squeaking so I was sure I needed new brake pads. If they had said yup thats right, I would have happily paid none the wiser. But they said the pads were still good, it was likely just some debris. They got everything cleaned up and put back together, charged me nothing and off I went. My brakes didnt squeak anymore.Im 100% loyal to Les Schwab.

I came here after work 430 pm because my passenger tire was low/flat. They checked me in quickly and discovered i had a nail in my tire. They patched it up for free and i was happy and on my way. The guy named paul was really nice and helped me out.

I know how trite this sounds, but I couldnt have had a better experience at this Les Schwab location. As soon as I parked, I was greeted by Kurt. I informed him I had a slow leak in one tire. He brought me inside and checked me in, and within thirty minutes my tire was patched and my car was ready to go. Despite it being four oclock in the afternoon on a busy weekday, I received prompt (yet unhurried) assistance. There was no charge for the repair even though I was not an established Les Schwab customer. Certainly, theyve earned my future business with their friendly and efficient service. Thank you, Kurt!

My car needed a new battery. A tech was at my door as soon as I arrived ten minutes before opening time. My battery was quickly replaced and I was out the door in 20 minutes. Small shop but excellent service.

Hands down the best customer service out of any automotive place I’ve been to. The employees at this location are outstanding. I brought my Infiniti down to get a brake job and a half hour later received the great news that brakes are still in good condition and the car is ready to go no charge for the inspection.They are honest,quick and definitely recommend anyone that needs tires or brakes or any other services that they offer to check them out.

Les Schwab has helped me again! I bought a new car, but have tires from Les Schwab for my other car. I happen to be driving by this location, which is over an hour away from my home, when my tire pressure light came on. Being 8 months pregnant with a toddler in the car I decided to see if someone could help. Paul ran out to my car as I pulled up and pumped air in all of my tires within minutes. Apparently they will do this for ANYONE with low tire pressure!!! GOOD TO KNOW! THANK YOU.

Good ol Les Schwab. Expect to get the same service here as you do from all Les Scwabs which they have built their reputation on. While there are cheaper places out there you are paying for the service which cant be beat.

I always go to Les Scwab for tires. They have good prices, Friendly service and if they can fix it they will do so instead of pushing new tires. They always tell you that you can come back anytime for free air pressure checks.

Derek was really helpful and made sure my tires were okay, and explained what happened and what he was doing as I have no knowledge about cars. Will come back if something else happens!

Store manager would not call another store to give me a discount I was promised. All he seems to care about is money. Will not be coming back again. The employees themselves are wonderful btw. Just not him. I think his name is Gus or Gent or something. Couldnt leave fast enough

My tire pressure light came on in my car this morning so I googled the nearest Les Schwab. This is the one that popped up closest to me so I stopped in hoping they would help me. I parked and a worker greeted me as I got out of the car. I told him my tire pressure light came on so he had me pull up to add air in. Come to find out I had a screw stuck in my front tire. They offered to take it out for me. The whole process from pulling in to getting my tire taken care of was so quick. I have as very thankful, they were kind and friendly.

Great store to get work done to your vehicle or purchase tires or parts. The inside was recently remodeled after an elderly customer drove there car through the windows of the lobby and into the waiting area 😰😰 the staff here is friendly and knowledgeable and take the time to remember and learn your name i moved to south Everett recently but I still go out of my way to come to this les Schwab even though I live a minute away from the store on evergreen way and 4th ave. Thats just how good the customer service and quality of work is definitely worth going out of my way and I highly recommend this location to family and friends.

Les Schwab wanted $1,179 for 4 new tires and $927 for the cheaper tires.I went to TOS tires in Lynwood and got them for $441 with warranty and alignment from Firestone for $106 after taxes.If your on a budget or simply want a good deal. Dont bother visiting Les Schwab.
