Needed an alternator and serpentine belt replaced too. Had to schedule an appointment, but that was just a few days out. They did a fine job and I have had no issues with the work

I needed a wheel bearing replacement (in my opinion.)They told me they used Genuine Toyota parts, and confirmed my diagnosis. They worked around my schedule and completed the job before it was promised. My car is quiet again. ❤️I will use them again. They were very professional and answered all my questions. Brennen was EXTREMELY helpful and was able to take me in and get my car back to normal. I had an issue with my brakes and him and his team were able to diagnose my car and explain in detail what was wrong and what I needed to get it fixed. My car wouldnt start and the engine was flooded. They cleaned it out, let it dry and replaced the spark plugs. I called on a Monday, had it towed and they worked on it the next morning and I picked it up that day. Great prices as well. I brought my car in for a bad fuel leak.Brennen at the Front Desk set my expectations by letting me know the cost of his diagnostic.He called me the next day, saying that they had found the problem and fixed it. The total, including parts and labor, came in significantly less than my expected diagnostic costs.The leak is fixed, the car runs great now. I payed that bill with a smile.

I recently checked off a bucket list item by purchasing a classic muscle car, in fact, THE classic muscle car: a 1969 GTO. This is a driver-quality car, not a trailer queen, and although it ran pretty good it had a number of mechanical items that needed to be done. I brought it into GP Automotive because their website said they work on classic cars, plus their online reviews were stellar.I met with Brennan and gave him a list of the items I believed needed to be done, though I suspected there were some that I had missed. Brennan had the car checked out thoroughly and called me back. The things I listed did indeed need to be done and his mechanics went through the car and pointed out a variety of other things that needed attention. There was no hard sell at all. He pointed out that these were optional things that, while not needed immediately, would eventually need to be done, some sooner than others. He gave me an estimate for each item and left it up to me to decide.After some consideration, I decided to have all the items done and I couldnt be more pleased with the results. The engine runs great after they did a tune up, the spongy suspension is now tight and right after their suspension work and there are now no leaks and overall the car runs twice as good as it did before. Their estimate was dead on and in fact a bit less because one of the items ended up not needing to be done after all. Talk about an honest shop!GP is not the cheapest shop in town - if you want cheap, go somewhere else. But they are also not the most expensive and provide excellent value given the quality of work and service. They have my highest recommendation.

I have dealing with them for about 3 years and they are the best shop that I have been to.Their prices are very fair and for luxury cars they are the place to go.They have a very friendly staff and very knowledgeable on all the issues that your car might have.They also have a shuttle service which is very convenient so you don’t miss work.Also they are very honest and don’t do any work that is not necessary.Every time I went there, I paid less than the estimate.I highly recommend these guys for all luxury car owner out there.Same quality as the dealership but at a much lower price.

If you dont care about money and being taking advantage of this is your shop.I took my C300 for repair, I was giving quote more than if I took the car to the dealer. I end up paying almost $300 for diagnostic and expensive repair bill includes over charging estimate. I rather, paid the expensive diagnostic and run away.

Dropped off my 1925 ford tbucket with 305 gm motor. We had previously installed a double pump 650cfm holly carb, it need to de tuned to engine. Once they got the car they found issues with the timing.....they got the parts. Got it tuned. It took a little while because they kept it inside out of the rain.They also did a couple of extras that most places wont do. My car came out clean. No oil, or scraches.Dont worry......Bring your car here.

Ive been coming to GP for a long time especially when there are Mercedes diesels in my life. I always felt my cars got the best possible service at a reasonable price. Lately Ive had pause to look elsewhere. $120 for an oil change seemed excessive and a $500 module that didnt cure the problem left a bad taste. Even the Mercedes dealer beat them on a transmission service. I love these guys but Im going to shop them before I go back.

The mechanics are experienced professionals. We would not take our car to any other shop. The quotes are fair and the work is done in a timely manner.

Honestly the best mechanic experience Ive ever had. I had a bad starter that failed right at AutoZone as I was trying to diagnose my issue. I called in to see what I should do and the guy told me to get a refund on the starter i bought myself, I towed it over and he gave me extremely fair pricing for parts and labor plus tax. He even got it in and fixed the same day. I need my car to function and even though Im not mechanically inclined Brandon listened to me and took me at my word and now the issue is fixed. I couldnt be happier. Amazing customer service.

Eric at GP Automotive recently worked on my 1958 Mercedes 190 SL. He is extremely knowledgable and excited about all cars, including collector vehicles. His technical judgement is spot on and his prices are very reasonable: he tracked down a kit to rebuild my 60 year old fuel pump from a mechanic in Germany despite being told by the Mercedes dealership it wasnt available. That alone saved me about 1000$ (compared to buying a new fuel pump). And it keeps the car original.

Ive been going here for over 10 years now and theres no other shop I trust my cars with. There has been numerous owners over the years but all of them have been internal hires (from what I could tell) and all have had the integrity and honesty to treat me right.

I have used GP Automotive a few times over the last two years to do some work on a 1980 MGB and now a BMW 2002 that I am resurrecting. Its not often these days that you find a full service shop that has the knowledge and experience needed to solve issues with some of the more classic cars. I would recommend them to anyone.
