Not only do they do great work on your car, they give you a lift home and back to the shop so you dont have to stay there and wait. They also give you a voucher for a car wash. Fleet rocks!

Everyone has been really friendly and accommodating. I dont have a trusted mechanic/shop since moving here from overseas but this shop was highly recommended by a friend and I now I know why. The older lady who was waiting with me in the shop was a customer for a long time and she had nothing but very good feedback from the time she started bringing her car over for servicing to today which is likely her last since shes getting too old to drive. Anyway, I highly recommend this shop, they specialize and really know their stuff. I may not have gotten positive results about my car but I appreciate that they do not sugarcoat what needs to be done and how much itll cost and if the issues is worth fixing.

Had engine and transmission fluids replaced. Their inventory for the type of transmission fluid my car needed was off, causing a delay of a couple hours. Mistakes happen but its all good. They provided transportation to and from my house so I didnt have to wait at the shop. Despite the supply hiccup, I had a good experience and will likely look to them first when my car needs more service.

Called in to get a quote on diagnosing an oil leak, was honestly expecting to be paying for a valve gasket replacement. (Subaru, born to leak) Received an email quoting the expense of a gasket replacement just in case. Dropped off before business hours, got a call a few hours later explaining the leak was because of a poorly installed aftermarket oil pressure sensor (I have tried to remove everything the previous owner left, missed that one.) They had it removed and plugged in a couple hours. Honest, quality work - Fleet didnt try to sell me on anything, I paid significantly less than I was expecting to since it was such a smaller repair. Very happy with their communication, work, prices. Will be returning next time its a repair I cant do myself.

Had My Sequoia towed into the shop. They were very busy but still turned around a repaired vehicle in a totally reasonable amount of time. No complaints from me.

Went there to get an oil leak fixed. They fixed the leak within a few hrs. One Word impeccable service. From the call to picking up my vehicle they provided superior service not really expected from a auto shop but it was really really good service like high class restaurant service. Awesome service. Oil level after the oil change was correct. Tune up allows for another 2 mpg with hwy driving. I started out with a request for just a LOF. Decided last minute to make an additional request to change 8 spark plugs as well. They accommodated my last minute request which left me satisfied in that I didnt have to schedule another appointment to get that done, and appreciative that they most certainly had to do some shuffling to be flexible enough to allow that extra task in their already booked schedule. They also offered a courtesy ride to where I needed to go while waiting. I highly recommend Fleet Service for repair and maintenance. They are friendly and professional. Its great that theyre in my neighborhood. Ill be going back here for sure.

Matt was thorough and patient in explaining the issues with me. They gave me options to choose from and quoted the repairs at a fair price.

Nothing to go home about, had an appt scheduled and low and behold was told they were very busy and wanted to reschedule me. Based on how I feel about this, horrible business practice and would recommend going other places. They may do great mechanical work but rescheduling a new customer especially after showing up for the appt isnt okay.

The only place I take my vehicles if I dont have time or dont know how to fix something myself. Great shop, always friendly and they always stand by their work.

Flett Service started work on my motorhome immediately. I tried multiple repair shops who couldnt get to it for months. They are all extremely nice and communication was great. Very difficult diagnostic procedure. Motorhome now runs fine and costs of repairs were very fair. All my vehicles will be going to them .

I needed the water pump in my car replaced. I saw all the great reviews for this place and decided to give it a try. The quote was much cheaper than most other shops that I called so that was definitely a plus. I got a call after a day and they let me know that the part that was delivered was broken, so they had to get it from somewhere else and the repair was going to take another day. I had an appointment that day, so the mechanic let me use his car to get to my appointment (!!!) and when I got back, the car was done. It was completed faster than I anticipated even with the minor delay. I have never heard of a shop caring so much about their customers that they would offer up their personal vehicle to make sure you are able to get where you need to go. Incredible customer service and great communication. This place is an 11/10 and I absolutely will be going back for any future repairs on my car.

Rick had me in for a vehicle inspection on the same day as my call in, even though they were ultra busy. Gave me a fair and straight forward estimate, and were clear on the scheduling they could handle.

They had to find a hard to get out of production electrical module for replacement. All in all the work was fine and the people are very nice. Will use them again. Highly recommend.

I have practically taken every vehicle Ive owned to Fleet Service for the past 20+ years and the same with my family. Im very thankful for the wonderful customer service, the time they take to explain whatever this issue or issues might be, the quality of work and lastly and most importantly they are not about pressuring customers into services that are not needed.

Had an issue with my fuel line spilling out when fueling up. Explained the issue and they took care of it to my satisfaction (tested it last night and no fuel spilling!). What’s even better was that they provided a Lyft to and from a local restaurant where I could work remotely on my laptop while they worked on my vehicle! Never had a shop offer that to me before. A unique customer experience like that will definitely make me come back for any future service!
