Very pleased with A & M Auto Repair Inc, I called around a few shops to get my Thermostat replaced on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee, not only were they able to fix it at a lower price than all the other local shops, but get me in sooner and got everything done fast ! Will be using them again in the future, love their honesty and hard work . Definitely recommend everyone to get their work done here !!

I was having concern with my engine last minute and they took my car in within 10 minutes of calling them! Unfortunately they do not perform welding on mufflers, which is what they found to be the problem, but they kindly referred me to another mechanic to take care of it. I dont know much about cars, but these guys were very helpful and honest!

I have now been going to this particular shop for about 6 or so years now. They have performed the requested work items on my car as I requested and even check things I request them to and notify me of issues that have arisen. So far, I have had oil changes, all new shocks installed, rear axle service, pitman arm and idle arm installation, oil filter adapter housing gasket replaced (It had cracked, lasted 21 years), bolts checked for torque on different sections of the car, an oil leak down test diagnoses and recently I had my intake replaced due to a crack that had been growing for 2 or so years, along with plug and coil replacements. All at my personal request and behest. THEY EVEN LET YOU BRING IN YOUR OWN PARTS! The mechanics will also give you referrals to other trust worthy shops that cover maintenance they do not perform at their shop. So far the work, quality of installs, caretaking, operation and final result of their work has been done to the letter of my request and has not resulted in re-repairs. I dont trust people easily, this shop however has been able to earn my trust with the quality of work they do. By the way, my car is 21 years old, 205,000 miles and they are the only ones I let work on my car for the electrical and mechanical.

I highly recommend A &M Auto Repair. We have had several repairs done on our old jalopy....a 2003 Highlander with over 250,000 miles on it! Both service calls with the owners have been wonderful! They are honest, have great prices and it is clear that they have a lot of experience. My husband and I were always greeted with a smile and great conversation! I took my Honda Accord into A & M for a general check because it wasnt running right. The problem was diagnosed quickly (timing chain) and the price, though expensive, was less than other repair shops had quoted. The car was fixed on time, as promised, with no surprises in the price or extras. The car is running very smoothly now. My experience with A & M was positive, friendly, and completely professional. A good repair shop.

When moving to a new town there is the dreaded search of trying to find your new dentist, chiropractor and mechanic. Well I got lucky with the mechanic! From the first visit, the shop felt trustworthy. They listen, they communicate and I feel taken care of. I appreciate that they dont do unnecessary work. I had a fair amount of work done on my 20 year old Toyota the other day and they were fast and its running great...... Thanks guys!!

Im a widow and its difficult to go to Auto repair shop, and not be concerned about being taken advantage of. The relief I experienced today is indescribable. David treated me with respect and explained everything and I was very happy with the price and how quickly my vehicle was ready. He explained what else was needed and I appreciated that. Ive been taking my Lexus is250 to A& M for the last 6 years. All the guys that work here are nice and knowledgeable. Theyve done my oil changes, my brakes, and water pump.They even looked over the used car I got for my son and helped my with what it needed, to run better. Was much lower than I thought it would be! And, though I was stressed about being without my truck in the nastiest time of year, they made me laugh! Is a great crew they have!!

As out-of-towners, we had no idea where to take our vehicle and found this highly rated shop. But you never know what to expect and we dont always trust ratings. We had our vehicle towed there after hours and hoped for the best.When we arrived the next day, we found a clean shop and respectful staff. The amount we were charged was less than expected, as we easily could have been taken advantage of, given our circumstances. Instead we received honest feedback and kind consideration.Highly, highly recommend!

Emissions Certified Master Mechanics. These guys did my emissions waiver for me, no hassle, in under an hour, for $150 + tax. Super friendly, fair and knowledgeable in their field. Small shop near 41st & Rucker in Everett. The parking lot fits maybe 6 cars, but they sure do know their stuff!

Well I showed up right when he opened and he said he was busy and not sure when he was going to be able to look at my car but there was only one other car there that I could see so cant really say much for that he could have had others not in view but what really got me caught in a bind is that he said he would take a look and call me when he could get to it well 3 hours later he called and said a coil went out and needed to be replaced and the total would be $260 ok well I called around and found someone who would do it for a little less than half that so when I called back to let him know he said it would be $110 diagnostic fee then just for looking at it.... WHAT?!? Now I understand a fee to look at it and even $50 is high but depending on the situation reasonable but $110 are you serious. He is just petty and upset that I wont be getting it fixed at his shop I cant imagine ever getting my car done by someone as petty as that!!!

Had the door on my 2000 accord fixed, difficult thing to fix because of how they break and the door was stuck shut, quoted me at 470 which was cheaper than elsewhere and it ended up taking much longer than what he originally quoted me but kept the price at what he quoted. Cant even tell work was done except for that my door now works. Great place with great integrity.
