Beautiful doors, we got our exact specifications at a big savings and in just one week. Everywhere else was more expensive and had long wait times. Very pleased that we found this place!

George, Jose, and Mary are a delight to work with. George is business saavy and knowledgable. Mary is friendly and has a ton ofpersonality. Jose is the magic and muscle but also very knowledgable.While other stores are backed up months and overly priced, these folks are priced fair and provide quality service. They will even match the hinges to your original doors if you still have the doors. They can also create the frame around your doors if needed. I didnt realize doors were so complex and complicated until I worked with them which prevented a lot of headache and heartache for later down the road. Very easy to work with!This is not a store where you W alk in and thry have doors at the ready. You can let them know what you want and they will order for you and custom fit as needed. We have used Builders Outlet in the past and love the new location! We love the 6 new interior doors. They look great in the new house. Builders Outlet had a great selection for us to choose from so that we could match the style of the new house. We are looking to remodel the kitchen soon and will use Builders Outlet when we need to choose cabinets, they have a great selection.

I saw an ad on offer up for bathroom vanity’s for $250. I called spoke to Mary asked if the vanity’s were still available. She confirmed that all prices on all outlets are up to date. I went to the store. My surprise Miguel told me that they could not honor that price. After much discussion he agreed to sell me one with no top. The top ended up being attached and could not come off. I bought it home to find out that it had no draws and the top was not the correct fit. I didn’t even want that style and still bought it because it was the only one available. He told me he did not care if he received a bad review. If you are not huge buyer spending thousands then don’t waist your time. I would not recommend it. Customer service is not nice, polite and there ads are not accurate.

Im so disappointed to post a negative review, as we had high hopes for working with Builders Outlet!We ordered a door, with the assurance that it would arrive in 5-7 business days. Two weeks later when Id heard nothing I called to follow up, and learned that our service rep was no longer with the company and our order had been lost in the shuffle.From then on, getting our door prepared was an extremely difficult process. We received multiple emails and calls from at least four different people, all asking the same questions over and over again. I understand that the team wanted to have all the details and measurements just right, but a small amount of coordination on their part would have saved hours of work on ours.When the door was finally ready, I requested the final invoice and was assured, No remaining costs at all. I was grateful for the discount this offered, in compensation for the delays and inconvenience. Sadly, this was not the case -- it was another misunderstanding, and our contractor had to pay the bill for us, on the spot, before they would let him pick up the door.So we paid the full amount, spent hours on back-and-forth communications, and it took almost 6 weeks to get the door. Not the kind of customer service wed anticipated.The one bit of good news? Its now installed and looks great.

If I could, I would give negative stars. This is the worse customer service I have ever dealt with. I have been calling for 2 weeks to special order trim for a remodel with a deadline. I found the trim on the Builders Outlet website. I was told a salesman will call and it never happens! I was willing to make the drive from Wyoming to Denver to get it. Thank goodness I finally found Bloedorn Lumber in Cheyenne who happily placed my order on the first call!

Builders Outlet has been a great resource for large and one off projects. Their solid knowledge base has been extremely helpful in planning and executing innovative door replacements. We bought all our interior doors here for a custom project. They were beautiful. Now we are remodeling an old cabin and came here again. Great selection both off the floor and custom. They can be busy but worth the trip!

I am so disappointed in this company. They are the least customer oriented company I have seen in many years. They do not call customers, including the owner George who I have attempted to reach at least 4 times. The door was delayed and no call from the company to the customer. The plan for the door layout was changed and no call to the customer. I called or went to the shop to check the status of the door and they could never find the work order and would ask me where to find the door in their company - like I would know! Their workmanship is poor, the top of the door is cut crooked, and the door was not built as designed and now the door is not sturdy in the frame. Parts were not sent with the delivery of the door. The delivery company initially was not allowed to pick up the door because they said it had not been paid for when I personally went to the shop and paid in person the day prior! We had to make 3 calls to Builders Outlet that morning before they would release the door to the delivery driver. Stay away from this company.

I,ll give one star only because this is the only way to post a reviewThis place sucks, for customers and employees the owner of this company is a crock, unethical, liar I dont know how someone like this is still in businessIf you need cabinets or doors go else where this guy will take your money and promise something that you will not get and if you do it will be late and wrong.Save your time and headaches and go somewhere else.

If there was an award for worst business practices, this would be it. New employees each week, high prices and 50/50 chance you get what you want. BUYER BEWARE! There are plenty of other good places in town.

I wanted cheap interior doors. Wife wanted solid core doors. Amazingly we both got what we wanted here. Home Depot was twice the price for the same door. Dont be fooled by the owners grumpy attitude. He is actually a very good man.

My “solid wood” French doors turned out to be a thin layer of wood over MDF and they are already splitting after only two years. The threshold is also very poorly made and no matter how much I have tried to seal it, it expands every time there is any moisture. I mistakenly thought builder grade meant good but it is actually the cheapest stuff a builder can get away with using.

If I could give less than one star, I would. We started working with a salesman in Sept 2016 and got quotes for doors. He was decently responsive, although it took some poking to get updates to our estimates (ie, estimates in different materials). In June 2017 we were ready to make the purchase. We started calling and emailing the salesman, with no response. We called and emailed for weeks. Finally, in mid-July, the receptionist answered the phone and said she would get someone to deal with it that day. We forwarded all emails, including a long string of unanswered emails. She never got back. Today I called again and was transferred to John. He was rude. I asked him to call my husband who had all the specifics on the door we wanted to order. He never called. I have never had so much trouble GIVING people money for the service they provide. And I dont need to pay for the rudeness and aggravation. Well take our business for our home and several income properties elsewhere.

Just based on my description of the door I needed they were able to get the exact door I was seeking and they even cut and drilled out my hinge spots! Great place!

We drive 45 minutes after work to arrive here at 5pm and they were closing. They are not open until 5:30 despite the sign on the door and google. They were there but refused to turn the lights on and help us. Awesome business model.

I wanted to give a shout out to the great people at Builders Outlet. I needed 8 custom sized panel doors for a home I am building and Randy and the whole team came through for me at a fair price and with great service.

Excellent service and selection of doors and other building supplies. Aside from doors and hardware, I will be back to get done of the cool bathroom furniture when I get to my next project

The have had a really good experience working with the folks at this company -- Randy especially was extremely helpful in assisting me in designing the doors I wanted, and working with me one-on-one to get exactly want I was looking for.

Worst customer service ive ever experienced. hands down. never answer emails, never return calls and you have to beg to get your money back on orders they screwed up. wouldnt even think about using them for anything in the future and would recommend the same to you.

Builders Outlet is fairly cheap, but they give zero f*cks. They are not friendly, act like you are wasting their time, and ultimately provide an ok product. One of the doors (fortunately, the front one) was what we ordered. The back door serves its purpose, but was not what we ordered. They lost one of the orders and both orders were ultimately about three weeks late. You get what you pay for.

I selected a door from a catalog specifically because it could be delivered in one week. One week later I was told the door was out of stock, so I asked for any other door that could be available in a week. I was then told that no door could ever be ready a week… thanks for nothing. THIS PLACE SUCKS

If you want to be talked down to and treated like a moron, then this is the place for you. Im literally in the parking lot writing this. I cant believe a place would employ some of the rudest people on the planet. I just asked basic questions about doors and he couldnt even look me in the eye. No one greeted us, no one said hi, and they all acted like we were wasting their time. Ill never do business with them. Home Depot, here we come!

I dont really know who this other people delt with, but I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this business. They dont have staff walking around in the floor like home Depot, but when you are ready for help, they do just that. Our order was placed immediately, ready in a week, and done well! There was a miscommunication on a few of the doors, and they went it if their way to make it right. I would highly recommend!!!

I was very satisfied with my doors and would recommend to a friend! Jon was very helpful going over all the different choices and showing me everything.

Did some custom work for us and it turned out great

Sat with Tony for nearly 2 hours and went through my list of 13 doors for our remodel project and made all the choices with him. We were repeatedly interrupted by other employees whod just walk up to his desk, without apologizing and start conversation about other matters. At the end, Tony said, hed get prices and write up the order within a few days. It never came. I sent him 2 emails without getting a response. 1-1/2 weeks later, I went down to the place. He was very embarrassed and apologized for the delay and PROMISED, (calling a female coworker to be a witness) that he would have the order written up for me by midday the next day. I called twice the next day, both times, i was told he is with customers. The second time i spoke with the female coworker who told me, rather upset, he is with a customer and he will write up your order TODAY AS PROMISED as soon as he is done with this customer. Of course, i never heard back.I have now waited 2 weeks for Tony JUST TO WRITE THE ORDER and send copy to me for approval.I have to absorb the damage this delay has caused, in our project. Lesson learned. If an establishment looks and behaves unprofessionally at the get go, It can only get worse.

Everyone here makes me feel so comfortable. Glad we have the Outlet to save some money on costs for our clients.
