Service was good and staff was friendly but their customer wait room was gross and infested with ants. When I reported it, the cashier seemed nonchalant and commented. Well people go eat in there. This is no excuse! If they are not cleaning for insects, you know they are not cleaning for Covid-19. This may cause for a call to corporate because they are not cleaning on a regular. I will have to go to another Walmart or another auto center all together for a cleaner, sanitized environment π€.

Walked in, no one at the front desk. Waited about 20 min. Still no one. Ask a mechanic who is running this place he said nothing helpful before completely ignoring me. I walked out stating the service here sucks.
Went into this location I wanted an oil change and tire rotation. The cashier in the store had a line that was 15 minutes long, I waited she told me to move my vehicle and get in a line outside. I went outside moved my vehicle to a now long line anther 18 minutes. The tech told me it would be at least 2hrs but they would call me to let me know they were finished or had any issues. I left the store and returned in 2.5hrs. I got in line to pay while in line I get a call from the cashier letting me know that they didnt do anything because my drain plug was leaking. I spoke to the tech and he explained the plastic plug was leaking, and they didnt want to touch it because they didnt have a replacement. So I went to the dealer and got a new drain plug. This took about an hour. I returned to this Walmart and spoke to the same tech. Who told me that they didnt know how to install a new drain plug. I left for a more highly trained service tech that knew how to install a drain plug at an automotive center. If they dont know how to put in a new drain plug what else do they know Not how to do? This place wasted my time!

This Walmart is unprofessional... they had my lady go buy a oil filter that was 16$ because they didnβt have it, told her they was gonna credit it.. they only credit 2$ Because thatβs how much they charge for a filter... unsat and very unprofessional. Customer service is terrible, just go somewhere else.
Walmart has an auto center at this location. But they dont do all services. Like Emmissions.
Quick, friendly, efficient
This place has the worst customer service ever. Not only did they not answer the phone the first 3 times I called. When someone finally answered the phone she was rude and put me on hold with a warning. I waited for about 3 minutes then hung up when I called back the phone rang for a very long time and then someone eventually picked up and put the phone on hold again. I will definitely be reaching out to corporate about this issue because you donβt treat people like that.

Would give 0 stars if it was a option I came here today 10.12.2019 at 4:34 pm this location does not close until 7pm but I was refused service because there was 1 tech in. Now I cant drive far on a Saturday night because a dude to lazy or unwilling to do the job your paid to do. Doesnt close for another 3 hours horrible service all I did was waste my time and gas could of went to precision auto wont make this mistake again!!!!!!!
Tires here cost too much!!!!! They are not very organized but they do get your car done in a timely manner.
HORRIBLE I get there@6:45am@7:10am I had to walk around to the front to find a manager only to have the front end manager call for the lube area manager to find that he isnt even@work but they open@7π then when they do open there is only one mechanic that seems to have zero clues about what is going on he States he was here since 6:30 so tell me again why your bay doors wasnt open I swear I try to support our black community but they need to do better
This place was truly amazing. 03/12/2016 I went here hoping to get tired and indeed I did, they had my tires for only $58 a piece and I only paid $330 when as we know finding tires for a good prices is like a needle in a haystack. Even though I waited a little it was no more than usual. The staff was friendly, inviting, approachable, attentive to all my questions and or concerns. Special S/O to Shaquita and the Woman who was running the front desk during this time. You two were awesome and definitely made my experience worth it. Be blessed and keep up the good work

Associate took forever on the phone only to tell me the best they could do was a five day wait on getting tires in. This seems to be the case for all the metro ATL stores. Pricing was OK, but Mavis (Kauffman) and the other major chains will match their pricing and install same day.Plus no appointments when the tires do finally arrive... so you could be there for hours.
It was busy and had many people ahead of us in line, yet they got car done within an hour and a half. The employees were pleasant and helpful as well.
Got in with βno wait,β so they said, for an oil change. They pulled in my van and another car to do both oil changes at the same time. One employee did both oil changes, and it took 1 hour & 5 minutes for him to do that and nothing else β except chat excessively with his colleagues. No sense of timeliness whatsoever. I asked if there was a manager in the Auto department, to which they responded there is no manager in duty on Sundays. Thatβs obvious given the lack of work ethic and give-a-darn on Sunday morning.Also β and I didnβt notice this until I got home β they up-charged me for a Fram oil filter on top of the $19.88 thatβs supposed to already include both the oil change and the filter. If they ran out of the store-brand filter, then that extra cost should be on them *or* they should at least advise the customer at some point in the process instead of just charging them extra after the fact.And, despite assuring me that theyβd reset the oil-change due notification, they didnβt reset it.

Very disappointing! I dont even live on this side of town and I came here to get an oil change. I got here at 4:30pm and was told by a woman that works there that they arent doing anymore oil changes for the day! They close at 6:00pm on Sunday and I got there at 4:30pm...I just got off work as well and needless to say I wasnt too happy. When do they refuse to take money from a consumer who is ready to pay! I told her that I needed one bad...I guess it didnt matter. I wish I could give it zero stars, but anyway...I could totally see if I came at 5:45pm...how long does it take to do an oil change..not long at all..Very, very disappointing!!!
I went here to get an oil change like I always do at Walmart with all my cars. I recently moved to the east coast from the west coast where i always used to go to Walmart for oil changes and never had any issues. So this is my first time for this Walmart and now i have even bigger issues than an oil change. So after the oil change my oil sensor light was on which caused my check engine light to come on. None of that was on before the oil change so i tell the technician and he says i need to let the oil mellow out since he just changed it soo Iβm like okay. The next few days itβs still on and not cutting off i take it to a real mechanic and tell they me they messed up my oil sensor and all of it can cost up to $500 to fix. So i take it back to Walmart to talk to the manager and they say it happens sometimes so basically theyβre not going to refund me for the oil change or help with any damages they made. I was told by the mechanic thatβs going to fix my car that they get a lot of people from Walmart with issues after they fix there car he actually laughed because he knew where i took it. So beware of this Walmart auto center where they cause damage and wonβt reimburse or pay for it.
I got 4 tires from them my tire went bad in less than a month I called them I was put on hold for 47. Mins no one came back to phone I hung up called back she was very rude I never got it resolved because they kept giving me the run around I will never purchase tires from them again very disappointed
The hours say 7am - 7pm, so I get there early to try and beat the crowd for an oil change. However, when I get there around 7:15, only customer there, Im told I cant be helped because there is only 1 technician and he didnt know when any other were coming in. Why are you opening with one technician when you know services cant be provided by just one person?

Worst service ever.i will never come here again .they keep sending me and my father back and forth just trying to get a tire change.when we arrive they just look at you like you crazy and didnt say anything. they dont know what they doing.everybody should just go to Walmart in Fayetteville. its a waste in time coming to Riverdale Walmart.
Went to walmart on Friday night @ 5pm to get an oil change.. waited about an hour and then they tell me rhey cant changemy oil because of the plug... BUT they were super nice and they told me to get a plug from one of the auto parts store and bring it back Saturday 7am.. went back Saturday at 530pm they werent taking anymore people BUT the nice lady told me to park my car in the line and it would be about an hour.. woot woot.. Oil change done, oil plug replaced, great service even with a little snag.. 20$ great deal..
If there is a space for zero rating, I wil do zero for the auto center of dis riverdale Walmart. They are not helpful and the staff will be doing as if they are not der to work.. Dont ever go der for oil change or tires.. U wil spend 3hrs der before they wil tell u dey cant fix your car
Their customer service is the worst, I called on two separate days around the same time about the same thing and both reps I spoke with were rude and acted as if I was asking them to walk on water. I was inquiring about an application, their ATM never works, and vastly understaffed. This place is not worth the ground it stands on.

Slow service for an oil changed
Back again for oil change last time they put to much in my vehicle but I let them know this time to only put 3and1/2 quarts and Ill check later to see if more needs to be added because I dont wont other problems created with my vehicle like oil leaking from gasket because its too much in my vehicle but other than that its ok
I reccommend it.
