I’m not a fan of spending my personal time writing reviews, but our recent experience during a kitchen remodel has left me no choice but to state the facts of the poor experience we recently had with Stone International.In late 2017, we contracted a designer to help with our kitchen cabinets. After approving the design, she took it to Stone International to finalize and order. Stone International suggested to CJ Seavall Design that she order a particular white finish of cabinet that could then be painted a navy blue. To our understanding, they also suggested to CJ Seavall Design, a contractor who specialized in installing and painting cabinets.After paying CJ Seavall Design for the project, she ordered the cabinets and paid Trinity Home Solutions to handle the painting and installation of the cabinets. Against our request, the cabinets were painted on-site, in our freshly painted dining room, resulting in several large overspray on our walls and ceiling.The installer than began to set cabinets with no regard to leveling. After contacting the designer about our concern with un-level cabinets, no fix was provided. There is currently a ½ difference between one corner of our cabinets to the next. Our countertop installer has informed us that a ½ difference is too much to be shimmed when installing countertops.The largest issue is the lack of professional knowledge when came to painting the cabinets. The method used by Stone International’s recommended installer proved to be an utter disaster. None of the paint is adhering to the cabinets. It peels off by simply rubbing the cabinet.In reaching out to Stone International about the manufacture specs of the cabinets, none of our requests for information have been fulfilled. We are told that someone else will have to call us back, but we have yet to receive a call with the information. In talking with two other painters, this type of surface should not be painted.There are countless other issues with the cabinets. Un-level hardware. Rubbing doors. Mis-aligned crown molding. Poor plumbing cutouts putting stress on water supply lines.The unfortunate part of this entire experience is CJ Seavall Design, Stone International or Luis at Trinity Home Solutions lack of attention to detail. I would not recommend trusting these people to assist with a kitchen remodel.

Kitchen Remodel Nightmare.I literally never write reviews for anything, even if I have a bad experience, because I have worked in customer service and can usually see things from the other side, but this has just been ridiculous.I went to Stone International with the hopes of getting new kitchen counter tops. I was very clear about the fact that I would be using a private contractor and that all I needed from them was materials.From the get go things went wrong. When it came time to schedule for the new countertops to be measured I chose a Saturday. They rescheduled it to Friday without telling me until the day before. I took time off of work so that I could be home for it.Then the next week I get a call telling me when my install would be. I told them by phone AND email, again, that I was using a private contractor, he would be picking up the materials for the install. I have the email where Nancy acknowledged this and cancelled my install. When the time came for my contractor to go and pick up my materials, they refused to release them because they had once again scheduled an install without telling me. I told them repeatedly that I had emails with Nancy telling her that I had a private contractor, which I had already told her in person, and that i did not want them to do the install. They rescheduled anyway without communicating with me. Then they told my contractor that my current counter tops would already need to be removed in order for them to do the install, which was not disclosed to me in the beginning. Nancy is horrible at communicating and so is the rest of the staff. This is by far the worst experience that I have ever had and the stress of it has been insane. I have been living without a kitchen for nearly two weeks waiting for them to get it together. After this project is finished I will never recommend Stone to anyone and I will never use them again.
Basement remodel consisted of wet bar. We ordered espresso colored cabinets and quartz counter tops. We also had a small folding tabletop for our laundry room fabricated out of granite. Olga was very knowledgeable and most helpful in our design, measurements and stone selections. Great selection, great inexpensive wood cabinets, excellent customer service.

I am a contractor and have used Nancy at Stone International for about 8 houses with great service. Everyone there is busy but always take care of me when it is my turn. Thank you guys keep up the great work!
Poor customer service. We had to wait everytime we stopped by. They had to reschedule my appointment an hour before the appointment. We waited 1 hour for them to load another customer before getting our order.
Stone Intl provides countertops for my kitchen remodeling projects, and I have bought a couple of dozen tops from Ben over the last 2+ years. They have very good pricing for the slabs they carry in stock. These can be purchased by the square foot, rather than by the slab, so there is very little waste. (So youre not paying for material you cant use.) They have a good selection of full size slabs to pick from (Both granite and quartz) in their warehouse. Being able to see full size slabs really helps in the decision process. Order processing is smooth and scheduling is typically fast, rarely more than a week. (Sometimes only a few days.) The install guys are great, especially Jerry and his crew. They are problem solvers, fast and have great attention to detail. The end results are always excellent and they follow up quickly if there are any issues.I worked with several other shops before sending all my business to Stone Intl.
Great great company to work with. And the result turned out wonderful. I will highly recommend their countertop and cabinets!
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. I drove 45 miles to see this “ great place”. I walked in looked around for 10-15 minuets. There were 5 ladies all at computers. I got a couple ugly glances no one even said hello. The show room was fair. Don’t waste your time!
These guys are great, I have purchased many kitchen and bathroom cabinets from them over the years and quality and price are the best you can fine in Denver! The also can do your granite, awesome group of people.Thanks!
Prices good, treatment to customers horrible. Sales designer was so unbelievably condescending that I walked out and paid $3k more elsewhere, and I was there to place my order and pay for the cabinets/Quartz countertops. I think she gets off treating customers like 5 year old’s, I’m guessing some sort of power thing. Was treated this way on the original visit and assumed she was just having a bad day, but was treated just as bad when I went back for the final design and place/pay for order. I couldn’t bring myself to being treated in such a way, then hand them many thousands of dollars.
We have had the opportunity to use Ben and Nancy at Stone International for several years now. We do a large volume business and have ordered 100s of complete kitchen and bathroom cabinets from them. They are great to work and have found the pricing and service to be excellent. Thank you!
They did a beautiful job on our kitchen and bathroom and were cheaper than the big box stores. Nancy was great to work with, very knowledgeable and had great suggestions . Highly recommend them.
