From measurement to tear out to installation, it took 3 days to complete the whole process. They did a great job installing the counter top and pricing is very reasonable /compatible . We had such a great experience with Denver Countertop Designs. We were treated with the utmost respect throughout the process and they were very understanding that I wanted to research and get quotes from a variety of vendors before deciding. They were amazingly fast and we have been very pleased with the craftsmanship and quality of materials. It was the least stressful experience Ive ever had with any kind of contractor.DCD answered all my questions with kindness and patience, making sure we understood everything because this was our first time doing a project like this. They saved us money in the end by helping us choose a material in a jumbo slab that reduced excess and waste. They installed it beautifully with only one tiny seam (placed carefully so it is hardly noticeable). They were so fast and super communicative throughout the process. We were only without a counter for a single day, which was much faster than any other company could do. When the contractors were finished, I noticed a part of the counter that didnt line up exactly right with our stove. We reached out and DCD sent someone out the next morning to fix it. The total cost was exactly what we were quoted, which was within $200 of the cheapest quote we got in our research (so fairly comparable for this size job, in my opinion).Thank you, Denver Countertop Designs!

Denver Countertops is underrated at 5 stars! The service extended by Ernesto and the DCD team is exceptional as they go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied with the selected product and the installation. Ernesto/DCD was a referral and I was skeptical that they could deliver as I am very picky and require precise detail work. Ernesto met with me and we visited 7 granite/quartz provider warehouses until I found the stone with the specific colors and little movement that I was searching for 4 hours later! Ernesto was very patient during the walk through in the warehouses. I gave him the specific design cut I wanted on my island and DCD delivered! It turned out beautifully! His installation team was efficient and clean! They did not leave until they knew I was satisfied! A week later I thought I had a defect and his team came back out to make sure everything was correct and satisfactory. I don’t give referrals lightly. The service and product has to be solid and Ernesto/DCD are solid! You will not regret selecting DCD Team to do your stone work in your home or business!

Amazing! My husband and I are first-time homeowners and we were scared to remodel the kitchen. Ernestos team was so helpful and timely. Kelly always responded to my texts and answered my questions. We had a limited budget, so did not do a full kitchen makeover, but replaced the countertops, sink, faucet, range and added a backsplash.The workmanship of Denver Countertop Designs is outstanding! Everyone we worked with was professional, knowledgeable and respectful. They also went above and beyond. When they discovered that our cabinets were not level, they fixed it instead of leaving the job imperfect.As you can see in the Before photo, the original kitchen was small and dark. The renovation made the entire kitchen feel much larger, lighter and more functional. We are thrilled!

Terrible experience and would not recommend. Dishonest business practices.I bought a whole quartz slab from them for a very straight forward, solid rectangular countertop for a new kitchen island. After the initial installation, I noticed some obvious and deep scratches across the entire face of the slab. In addition, it appeared crooked on the cabinetry and a quick measurement revealed the slab was miscut and over ½” wider on one end.Ernesto was kind enough to agree to remove the slab and properly cut and refinish to remove the scratching. Upon delivery and reinstallation (two weeks later), I noticed that the much of the scratching was still apparent. Upon calling Ernesto, I said I was willing to accept the slab if he was willing to provide me with a discount given the glaring scratches on this brand new and very expensive quartz, to which he agreed to.Long story short, I never heard back from them. After weeks of multiple attempts to contact them to claim the discount I was promised, they played dumb, promising to call back/send check and they never followed up.

Everyone here is absolutely wonderful - exactly what you want when you are looking for a counter. I needed a small countertop made for a free standing cabinet. I went and looked at the samples, chose the one wanted. Even though I had measured, the staff here INSISTED on coming out before making it. They know what they are doing! Highly recommend....

Her associate came to measure and completely redesigned my kitchen and it has become a conversation piece of my family and all my friends who come to visit. I would give DCD ten stars if I could. I called/visited several places in the Denver area and DCD had by far the best pricing and customer service. DCD had the best installation pricing and I was able to buy the slabs through them as well rather than having to work through an additional business. Kelly was extremely helpful when I went into the shop and helped me find the best option for my kitchen at the best price, she was also very up front with pricing - no hidden fees. I received my estimate the same day I picked my granite (and ended up paying exactly what was on the estimate, no surprises). Ernesto came to template my kitchen the very next day. I had my countertops installed less than a week from choosing my granite even with one of the worst snowstorms in Denver history closing down the shop for a day. Not to mention they look fantastic! I could not recommend DCD more highly. Ernesto and Kelly were extremely responsive and amazing to work with. I will be recommending all my friends and family to DCD!

I have had an extremely poor experience with this company. The kitchen makes the remodel. They are such an important part of a home value that you cant afford for things to go wrong. It has gone wrong in every possible way.Cabinets:We had new cabinets and counter tops ordered from them. The cabinets were not measured correctly, and we are still waiting for (and will likely never receive) the above fridge cabinet, nor the doors for the kitchen sink cabinet. They didnt measure properly for the kitchen sink, and so the doors for the sink were too big. We have a gaping hole in a back corner cabinet, and the door for that cabinet is too large, and so is obstructed and cannot open fully. There are scratches on the cabinets from installation of the counter top. They claimed that there was a touch up kit, however, no touch up kit was ever received, none of this was fixed.Counter Top:The counter top was not measured for correctly, and they had to do some adjustments onsite. The waterfall and stove backslash were done so poorly that I wish that they just didnt install it. I would rather have nothing than what they did. They didnt measure the overhang correctly for the waterfall, and so now there is a half inch gap between the cabinet and the quartz slab. The stove back splash is crooked, and there is a gap between that and the tile back splash.Customer Service, communication and timeline:Remodel with their involvement started in April, its now September, and Im still waiting. I have called, texted, and emailed numerous times with no response. All I need is a heads up - yes, we are waiting, we dont know when... but I get radio silence from there almost always. deadlines come and go, and they dont call to inform that its not happening. I understand we are in a global pandemic, and there are longer times to get materials. However, they have not worked to resolve their poor measurements, and bad installation. There is no trust in this relationship. I have no confidence in their ability. I have spent a tremendous amount of time and money on this. Please beware.Update: 11/16/2020. They put in an order on 9/26 for under the sink doors, avoided fridge cabinet and new side panel. The new order just came in and Wrong measurements again on the sink doors. They have stated they will reorder the doors, but never confirmed the measurements they ordered.

This company is my new go-to for countertops. They were amazing! They were friendly, very communicative and even ahead of schedule which was perfect for a renovation on a short timeline. Quartz countertop looks phenomenal and Ernesto was quick and professional. Can’t recommend these guys enough! They are fantastic.

I would highly recommend Denver Countertop Design for your home remodel. From start to finish they were great to work with. I had to stop by the shop a couple times unannounced and they treated me like they were waiting for me. They were able to get my install complete in a very short time frame without any problems. Most importantly they are trust worthy and do exactly what they say. We love our new kitchen!

My counter tops turned out great but it was a rocky road to get there. The original quote was outrageously overpriced for the tear out. I had granite countertops and a granite backsplash and a small high bar to be removed. They quoted me 500 to remove the counter tops (which Is about right) then another 500 to remove the high bar which only required cutting a few 2x4s and 300 to remove the backsplash which took about 30min of work by myself. So I did all the tear out in a few hours to save 1300. I didn’t even ask for the quotes to plumb the new sink or replace the electrical outlets but I’m sure it would have been another few hundred dollars each.When it came time to install they did not notify me what day they would arrive in advance they just called me in the morning saying their guys are outside so I had to rush over. When the installed the new sink which cost $150 in installation fees they used half rotted scrap wood from a previous job. They failed to bring the metal supports so they had to come back a week later to install those.If you do use them be sure to stick around and inspect the finish before they leave. There were a few scratches which had to be buffed out but it wouldn’t have been if i didn’t bring it to their attention right before they left.Very happy with how it turned out but I was definitely frustrated along the way.

This place looks small from the outside but they have a large selection and great prices. Service is also wonderful and much better prices on quartz than the big competitors with fancy showrooms. They did a great job installing and we are very happy with our purchase.

Ernesto and Kelley were fantastic to work with!! The installation crew were excellent!! Took the between 2 to 21/2 hours to install and clean up after was excellent. Will be my go to from here on out. I would highly recommend DCD to anyone.

I got great responses from Kelly and Enesto in person, via phone, via text, and the estimates and invoices came right to my email, so easy!Our turnaround time was great even though we had a major change midway through.Ernesto identified a problem with the slab I picked out after they came to tear out the old and template for our new counters. I was able to pick out a new slab that worked with our project and still get it installed in our rental before the housecleaner arrived for a pre-tenant deep clean on our rental.Thanks for an awesome experience. The crew at Denver Countertop Designs did a wonderful job. We needed a quality countertop on a short notice. They did the template and installation in only 2 days. Unfortunately there was a miscommunication between the template and fabrication steps that wasnt discovered until installation. They quickly refabricated the countertop correctly and installed the same day. Very impressive, great to work with and a very fair price. I will use them for my next project.

Worse contractor i’ve ever dealt with. removed my old countertop to take measurements and do templates early in the week. said it will be done by the weekend, ended up kept pushing the date back without any head up. a whole week without a functional kitchen. communication is horrible could not get a hold of the appropriate person, call and text no response or took day to response. some measurements were incorrect and they have to fix/cut onsite created dust all over the house. the top came chipped and cracked. chips seem filled with some thing that doesn’t match, cracked seem to be glued together but you can still see and feel it. some of these imperfections were also covered up with top mount sink or backsplash. i also have a do some clean up that they left behind. BEWARE.

I have mixed feelings about Denver Countertop Designs. In general, they are easy to work with, our countertop is lovely and the turnaround time is quick. However, there were a few issues. First, there were some miscommunications about the installation date. Second, after the counter was installed and the installers had left, I opened my vanity drawers and some clips popped out and the sink fell. Third, there is a minor imperfection on the countertop that they filled with something. Unfortunately, I can still see it as the filler is not quite the right color, and it would have been easy to camouflage if they had chosen that side as the back and not the front. I have alerted them to this to see if there is anything that can be done (I doubt it?) and have not heard back.

What a great experience working with Denver Countertop Designs. My wife and I had purchased a slab from another company and contacted Denver Countertop Designs to template, fabricate and install the granite.Scheduling the templating was fast and easy. Ernesto had me on the schedule the same week I called. Picking up the slab was delayed due to weather, but I was notified when I was in the shop. My wife had surgery and couldnt visit the shop to point out which portion of the slab to use for the job, so Kelly used Facetime to review it with us. The countertop was installed within a few days of it arriving at their shop. Great job!

I used DCD for a large apartment project we had. (428 units) which all needed countertops. They stayed on schedule, quality installs with no issues at all. Unfortunately Covid-19 put a stop to the renovations. Will definitely use them for future projects.

We moved into a new home over one year ago. The lower level had been plumbed for a wet bar, but no cabinetry. I discovered a local carpenter who was very well reviewed. He made some drawings and provided a cost analysis. I accepted. He had access to a cabinet maker and also Denver Countertop Designs for any type of counter type we wanted to choose. We decided on Quartz since it is very hard and does not need the annual sealing like stone does. I made an appointment with Norma who is the point lady at DCD. Instead of having me place a custom order for a full slab, Norma had numerous remnants to choose from. This obviously cut the cost. Norma will do all the measuring and cutting of the Quartz for the counter tops and also to accommodate a wet sink.I would rate the service and fair pricing I received at DCD to be10+++ stars.
