The people here were the most amazing people. I drive a Toyota car and happened to be driving past when I hit a chunk of metal. I pulled in, not knowing what to do and these people took care of me. They took a look at my tire, immediately put it on their lift and fixed it. Not only that but they vacuumed it, and ran it through the car wash. This was all for free. I was in a really tough spot and they were the most amazing people... and I didnt even own a Mazda.

I purchased some parts today to be installed Saturday and the service was prompt and spot on...great people, just love Mazda Service and love my MX-5

Stopped in to look at a used vehicle. Great vehicle, salesmen seemed friendly but did to not care to make the sale, high dealership fees with “no option” to do your own title work. $800 dealership fee and they charge TOP KBB value on their used cars. Not much inventory.

Needs faster service like Nissan. Very kind people though

Awesome service department. Excellent customer service and realistic timeframe for the work being done. Price is reasonable and is comparable to other mechanism in the area. Service writer and technicians are more than willing to do whatever they can to make the customer feel satisfied and happy with their choice of auto mechanic.

AS a former employee I LOVE this place. I am a state away but every time I come down to visit PC I make sure I stop by to say hello. This place has a great group of guys from the service manager Justin to the technicians who genuinely love to help people and keep their cars in working order. Remember to stop by the parts department and speak with nick who would be more then happy to help you get any part or accessories you may want or need for your Mazda. Even the managers are a friendly and will do any and everything to keep the guests happy and comfortable. Thank you again guys for everything!

What can I say about Panama City Mazda? Well never actually been there. Just ordered parts, and always had great service, both customer and sales.Researched several Mazda dealers, and they were by far the cheapest for my Mazda Speed 6.Will defiantly be doing business with again.

Well sometimes I think I know everything but when I screwed up on ordering a speedometer cable for an automatic instead of a manual transmission, Panama City called me BEFORE they shipped, made sure of what I wanted and made sure they shipped me the correct item. excellent customer service KCK
