We had a wonderful experience at Bath & Granite! They were a pleasure to work with and we could not be happier with how our bathroom counters turned out. They are stunning! Heather spent time helping us pick out the most beautiful piece of quartz. The whole process was timely and seamless. The installers were skilled and took time make sure everything was perfect. We have used a number of other places before, but Bath & Granite felt different. They gave us that warm family feel that makes the experience much more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this company and will certainly be using them again for future projects!
Excellent customer service. We purchased a vanity and when we went to install it noticed some damage on the side panel. This was a no return purchase, but the sales staff worked with us to get a replacement vanity even though it was a discontinued model. The replacement vanity was perfect and is being installed today. Thanks so much Eric, Analise and the entire staff!!!
We highly recommend Bath and Granite in Denver. Great customer support, timely communication and excellent products at a reasonable price. They also have a beautiful showroom. We completely remodeled our bathroom, from below the subfloor to final finishes and we couldnt be happier! The product that stands out the most is the innovative solid stone shower basin. They have a great selection of stone where you can choose the exact piece from their warehouse of slabs. They have a unique laser process for graduating the stone and cutting for drainage to extremely precise measurements. The solid stone shower basin and installation of the high quality glass shower enclosure was seamless and gorgeous. We even had a custom shelf made of the same material. Our bathroom is now the most beautiful bathroom we have ever seen, even in 5 star hotels. We get compliments on it from the photos (due to COVID) and asked about where we had the work done all the time. They did an amazing job from humble beginnings to a gorgous finished product. Dont go anywhere else, these guys really know what theyre doing.
Eric Sajban managed my experience at Bath & Granite. I was referred by a friend and wasn’t disappointed. Eric listened to what my needs were, including budget, and helped me to select a beautiful quartz for my property. He also gave me a tour of the facility, showing me where they cut the stone according to each homes unique templates. The job was done under budget, on time, and is gorgeous! Thank you!
Such a great place to go for your bath or kitchen remodeling needs. Fair prices, excellent customer service, nice selection. You can purchase as much or as little as needed for your project. I am very happy with my experience there and the granite and cabinets that are now in my new bath.
I bought tile for a bathroom remodel from Bath & Granite. They would be my first choice for another project. They had a good selection of products, I visited their showroom several times, and they were always prompt, courteous and professional, and their follow up service after I had made my purchase was great.
Originally worked with this crew on the first bathroom of my full house renovation… we had sown hiccups but they resolved, actually went back to do more business and saw noticeable improvement with better staff and knowledge. I would give them 5 stars now, but to stay honest my first experience and wasn’t as great- but with the changes- I love companies that improve over time! Great selection- and try to be informed before your first visit on different grades of material- it will help your selection process.
We are a landscape design company here in the Denver area. Working with Bath & Granite has always been super easy and their selection is top notch. For our last outdoor fire pit we went with a monolithic 52 diameter Arctic Ice Quartzite top. Dechen our sales associated helped us pick the right material for our job that can hold up to the pressures of the outdoors and the heat from the fire pit. We are thrilled with the final product. Thanks so much Bath & Granite and Dechen for always being so great. Well see you on the next project!
Sales person could care less about helping out. They seemed to be distracted by their computers and disinterested. . We found the similar cabinets and granite counters at another local company who was interested in our business for half the price. For the record we have purchased an entire kitchen and a bathroom vanity from them in the past and the service was much better at that time.
Im on my second remodel, kicking myself for not going here for my first remodel. Service was top notch. The sales rep gave me a tour when I got there. In the first 5 minutes I learned more than I had in 60 minutes at another granite shop down the street. They have more under one roof than the next 3 places youll go to, combined. I was really impressed with how much they do there. They build their cabinets, cut all of their stone, and stock a crazy amount of product.Im doing my kitchen later this year with them too.
I had a wonderful experience working with Bath and Granite! I worked directly with sales associate Mel, and she was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful with all of my questions. B&G were very flexible in scheduling both the measuring appointment and the installation appointment, which I especially appreciated with my busy schedule. There was one point in the fabrication process where Mel called me to inform me that my countertops were actually going to require the use of two slabs of stone, which was different from the original quote. She worked with me to make adjustments to the size of my kitchen island so that we were able to keep our materials and costs at just one slab - which made a huge difference! In the end, we think the island turned out even better with the slightly smaller dimensions. The countertops were installed flawlessly, and they even managed to keep our longest countertop to one piece with no seam! We have an older home with some definite challenges, and they navigated those challenges extremely well.We are beyond thrilled with our new countertops and would highly recommend Bath and Granite!
Great customer service. Great product selection. It was fun to see the warehouse workers through the glass in the back.
I ordered custom shower glass for a master bath remodel. Folks were very nice and we are very happy with the final product. The shower looks fantastic! The installer was top notch. We had some issues with the glass not being cut quite right at first. The installer probably could have made it work, but opted to order a new panel to be sure it fit perfectly. I have one more bathroom to do I will likely use Bath and Granite.
Large selection of products, tile, natural stone countertops, cabinets and more. Quality of countertops is excellent.
Great products, friendly staff
Great selection for your home remodeling projects with good pricing
I really wanted to like this business and had high hopes for their service after my initial visit but unfortunately that wasn’t the case.I purchased a remnant for a bathroom remodel and was told I would have everything completed and installed within 2.5-3 weeks. The template was completed less than 5 days after I purchased it, so things were going well and we were right on with the timeline. But that’s where things fell apart. After 2 and a half weeks had passed and I still hadn’t heard back from anyone about install, I had to reach out to them. At that point I was told they didn’t have my template back yet. However, I received a call the following day saying they had everything and could schedule me in for install during the next couple of days. I had a 9-11 window for install. Unfortunately, the install team didn’t show up until 12:45 due to running late at another job. They were in such a hurry to get my install done that they didn’t even attach or shim the counter to the cabinets. We had to contact the installer to come back in and finish the job.I understand things can get missed in the process but this was a culmination of several misses.
Best inventory and prices in town 😃
VERY HAPPY!!!My advice listen to them and use their website it has a ton of really helpful info..I was a first timer remodeling my kitchen and thought I knew everything..but I did not, thank goodness for their super great advise.Saha and Nora really saved me a bunch of money and I got the kitchen I always wanted.ThanksTerry Dale
I bought a semi-custom vanity with quartz countertop and sinks. Very happy with B&G. Great selection, competitive price, excellent customer service. They were very communicative throughout the process. They took good care of me. Would buy from again.
We were the general contractor for our renovation and we shopped at a whole lot of places before we found Bath & Granite. They have samples of virtually every brand of quartz which made it easy for us to narrow down our choice to the one that worked perfectly for our kitchen project. Matthew was so helpful and the fabrication schedule was quick. For a portion of our project we used vanity-sized pieces of granite that they price by the square foot. This made it possible for us to stay within our budget and not have left over material. The guy they sent to do the counter top measurements was personable and friendly. very easy to work with and the counters, when installed fit perfectly. Analise encouraged me to come down to see the slab we chose before it was fabricated. this allowed me to plan the seam placement so that the final presentation is beautiful.Wed happily recommend Bath & Granite to anyone who is doing a kitchen or bath, especially if you are budget conscious.
This is more a review on the quality of their products. I bought the sliding shower door and have had nothing but issues. When I first bought the door I picked up on Saturday (after waiting 45 minutes for it be loaded when there were only 3 customers in there) and on Sunday I tried to install but it was missing all the accessories. I called on Monday and they told me to come back and pick up the missing parts so the following week I returned and picked up the parts with no problems. Then I took the glass out of the bubble wrap and noticed it had a chip on the door so I called them up and was able to returned the chipped door for a new one. These doors are not light and having to move them around is a pain to deal with.About two weeks after install I noticed a piece of glass sitting in the shower that was not there a week before. Sure enough it was chipped on the corner. There is no way this could come in contact with anything that could chip it.I’m assuming that their supplier has low quality control which is why tempered glass is chipping. My fear now is having the glass explode down the line since the integrity is lowered by having this chip. While they were understanding about the first two issues I would recommend getting your glass from another company.
Before you agree to purchase, get everything to which you have agreed in writing. What you are told may not be what B&G will do or charge you. Not doing so in detail could cost you hundreds if not thousands. Also do this if your time is valuable.
Excellent customer service-in every respect-the entire staff went out of their way to make sure we received the best. There were a couple of hiccups but everything went great - I can be hard to work with as well as stubborn but we are thrilled with our counters and it was a great experience. Our sincere thanks to Dechen, frank, heather and Eric - the demo crew and the installers
We ordered a vanity and a granite countertop as well as some tile. The tile we ordered was input into their system incorrectly and thus delayed our job by a week and jacked up our contractors schedule. But the worst part was whomever cut the sinkholes on our vanity miss cut so that the sinks did not even come close to lining up with the vanity drawers. After only being able to get a hold of someone from Bath + Granite by email since no one ever answers the phone or returns calls, Jeremy wrote back and said well you approved it -- seriously-- not like I had any say in where the sinkholes were to be cut! My contractor tried to reach out to them to remedy the problem and the only thing B+G offered was to give me a totally different vanity but that the granite would still be off AND they wanted me to pay an additional $400!! Are you kidding me?! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE IDIOTS!!! I spent THOUSANDS with these crooks and got screwed over. Wasted money...
Fantastic and very knowledgeable staff. Dechen was extremely helpful, answered all of our questions and really took the time to make sure we got what we wanted and had everything we need - she followed us through to the end of the project. The master installer Phillip was a true craftsman and paid attention to all of the details to ensure everything was perfect. Materials and installation services are highest quality and top notch. They delivered on all of their promises and were genuinely very pleasant to work with. In will be doing business with them in the future - cant go wrong with them!
Ive been shopping here for years. We got our granite kitchen countertops for previous house from here and now remodeling master bath in new home. Thank you Dechen for all your help in picking out the J&K cabinets and our quartz countertops!
Bath & Granite did an amazing job with putting in a new granite kitchen counter top, new bathroom granite vanity top, and new sinks. I had a great experience working with Heather and the whole team - they handled everything! They came out and measured on time, did the demo, made a sink change when they discovered what I selected would be too large, and ended up cutting a new 6-inch back splash for me the day before install at no cost because they said the 4-inch I selected wouldnt look good (I would have had to do a lot of drywall repair work because the old demoed splash came up higher than 4 inches). I would not have known any of that. The installers knew their stuff, were on time, extremely friendly, and finished very quickly. Good, honest people - I highly recommend!
There were about 6-8 people working there on a Saturday.... it was not super busy in there but literally noone said hello or asked if we needed help. Theres browsing respect (fine) and then theres lack of customer service. Take a staff class on courtesy guys.Next place please.
The staff and products at Bath & Granite are fantastic. They went over and above with details helping me select a bathroom vanity and countertop. I searched around for showrooms to find unique products in this category for a reasonable price to no avail and was so pleased to locate Bath & Granite. I m very happy with the look and product quality vs anything you can find online or in big box stores. Mine was a small job but they gave me all the attention and time needed and are a super nice group to work with. Recommend them and the lines they carry highly.
A remodelers dream! This place was a great find. Saw it driving down I70 on my way home from Home Depot and stopped in. They had everything I needed for my bathroom remodel, at prices lower or comparable to home depot. Even if it cost a little more, its a local place and the owners are even in the showroom helping out customers. I worked with John and he was able to get me everything I needed on my first stop in. Great place. Give them a try, you wont be disappointed!
Outstanding!Quick story: My house is nice, and the price was low -- I got a great deal in a foreclosure sale. I promptly moved in and set the place up with my TV, my couch, stereo equipment etc and was generally satisfied. But my wife was unhappy with the kitchen and although I tried to appease her with a new set of cookware, the conversation basically came down to I get a granite top kitchen or you sleep in the yard. Not being much for yard sleeping, I started granite shopping. I feel very lucky to have found Bath & Granite 4 Less. I probably compared a half dozen options online and in person but I eventually came to the conclusion that Bath & Granite 4 Less was the only shop that had what I needed -- and anything they didnt have in store, they would ship with speed! The staff is friendly and helpful (note: the instruction alone at Bath & Granite 4 Less is invaluable -- if youre like me, its gotta be BG4L if you want to get the job done right the first time).I basically had one weekend to finish all the installation (backer board, plywood, sink, etc) so I picked a holiday weekend with the in laws in town. My father in law predictably stood there and watched me the entire time while giving me unhelpful direction. But the process was nonetheless pretty easy -- Bath & Granite gives really good instruction on how to complete everything. By the time I was finished, my wife was jumping for joy (free exercise, hey!).Came back for a second time to re-do my shower and was not disappointed (my old shower stunk, was from the 1980s, etc). I looked online first but the prices were insane. I made another quick trip down I-70 to visit these guys again and browsed the big show floor, made a choice and feel very happy about it.(Final note: owner Sasha is quite funny and kept my kids entertained with jokes.)
Very happy with the finished remodel of my kitchen. The staff is very friendly. They do an excellent job of helping you stay within your budget but still making sure you have the set up desired. I am thrilled with my new kitchen
Just did my kitchen with these guys, the whole process was painless and speedy! I got estimates from a couple other places and these guys were definitely the best priced and the quickest. Highly recommend.
Weve purchased two double sink vanities, mirrors, sinks, faucets and shower glass from these guys for two seperate bathroom renovations, and theyve been amazing every time! One of the faucets recently started to leak, and when I called I was told to bring it back for a free exchange. Unfortunately in the 4.5 years since it was purchased, the style of the specific faucet has been changed slightly by the manufacturer - it needs to match its still-working partner on the double sink though, so Eric and his coworkers gave me a FREE $100+ faucet fixture so that the replacement one would match (2 brand new faucets!)Such a nice gesture, and theyve earned my business for life! Thanks again Eric, and cant wait to work with Bath & Granite again!
If you are looking for great prices, knowledgeable staff, customer service that is beyond amazing, ethical and they back their products and service....then you need to look no further. John, Eric, Darcey and the entire staff....we just want to say...THANK YOU !!!!!!
We went to Denver to look at granite counter tops. They had what we wanted and were great from the beginning. They were quicker than we were ready for but adjusted for our timeline. They came out and measured and back to install. The morning of the install a piece got broken as they were loading they cut a new piece and it matched where it had to seam perfectly. I would have never known they had to cut a new piece. It was a trip for them to get to us but they did it and were very friendly every step of the way. I HAVE recommended them several time to friends. There was a fee for travel because we are 150 miles plus away but it was still cheaper and better than trying to measure transport and install it ourselves.
I bought all the countertops for my house here. We did the kitchen and 3 bathroom tops. Service was great so I highly recommend them. We shopped around and price was competitive. Their facility is amazing
Great place! Best prices for freestanding tubs that I have seen. Can’t wait for it to be installed. Our salesperson Dechen spent a lot of time working with us on tile/counter ideas and the manager John was really friendly.
We purchased granite countertops for our kitchen. We’re very happy with the service and price! We love the waterfall!
Bath and granite had a really good price and I am extremely happy with how my vanity top turned out . Staff was friendly and helpful. When I went to pick up my order the warehouse guy noticed they had charged me for two extra holes (in the granite). He personally walked up to the front to get my refund. Usually dont see that kind of commitment from the guys doing the heavy lifting. I will use them again.
Had a really great experience with everyone here. Darcy was super helpful as well as the manager who helped up pick out countertops. We’ll definitely use them again when we redo the basement!!!
An overall great experience. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. The showroom has a wide variety of options that should satisfy all. I was just recommending them to an acquaintance, looked up the address and came across these mixed reviews so I felt compelled to share my very positive experience.
Unresponsive! Went to Bath and Granite for bathroom countertops. Was told the whole process from the time I placed my deposit until installation would take about 2.5 - 3 weeks. Ok, no problem. Paid deposit on 2/3/2020. Waited several days for someone to call and schedule templating. Called them and finally someone contacted me to schedule the first step. Template guy had to come twice because the first measurements were lost. I understand things like that happen but another week has gone by and I still havent received my final quote so the order can be placed. Called this morning and spoke with someone in the showroom who said I would hear back this afternoon. No call back. At this point Im not even sure theyre still holding the granite piece Id selected because the lady I spoke with today couldnt tell me. So, now were 3 weeks out from when I placed my deposit and the order hasnt even been placed, yet.*** I want to provide an update regarding my order and how it was handled after I posted the previous review. I was contacted the next business day (a Monday) and offered installation that week. We were also given a discount on for the inconvenience. The installation went well, without issues, and we are very happy with our new countertops. I have changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars. I understand that not everything goes perfectly but what makes a difference is in how issues are resolved. For that reason, I would use Bath and Granite again and recommend them.
Pros: Good quality and pricing and you can customize your order right there and know what you are getting. Cons: 1. They only give you a couple days to pick up your order and then start charging you extra. Thats ok if you knew when the order would be completed but you dont. If you are out of town youre screwed. 2. I placed my order for a couple vanities and literally changed my mine on the finish within 20 minutes of the order. The lady helping me told me my order could not be changed! Said it has been submitted, and that was that. Thats poor customer service.
Lets see
We have been unable to install the glass yet because we were waiting on the silicone they forgot to put in my order when I picked it up. I called and was told I would have it in 4 days in the mail. I had the guy we hired to install it put us on his schedule twice and had to cancel with him. I was told by bath and granite that their silicone is better than what I could use at our hardware store. So when I didnt recieve it I called. They said they would talk to the manager and call me back that day. No call back so I called the next day. My installer is very booked and its a huge inconvenience to all of us to put it off several times. When I called back I was told even though it had been almost a week they had not shipped it. I had my installer coming by so I just ended up getting the exact same stuff at Lowes which I should have done from the day I realized they forgot to give it to me. The glass seems fine and before this episode the customer service was great but Im very frustrated that we put off installation all this time because they forgot part of my order and then promised to have it to me in 4 days. And that I asked for a refund for the missing item and was told I needed to use their stuff instead. Just very frustrating to have no shower and waste my installers time.
Bath & Granite is the best, excellent customer service and high quality products. Really enjoyed working with their team throughout the whole process. Cannot recommend highly enough!
Ive been working on remodeling my bathroom and kitchen, checking first at Home Depot. They didnt have what I needed, but I really didnt want to pay for custom pieces. I was referred to Bath and Granite and was able to get counter tops in the sizes I needed, but without paying for custom! There were plenty of colors to choose from and reasonable prices. I started with the kitchen since the Lazy Granite product let me order the counter top pieces I need, including a sink kit! I just put in an order for shower glass and cant wait to remodel my bathroom! Instead of wondering around a store, trying to think of everything I need, I ordered easily online. I love the simple process, as it took me through each choice.
This place is great. Lots of options, friendly & helpful staff, knowledgeable installers. Definitely one of the best places in Denver to help with any home project or remodel.
I started looking for options to update our kitchen. I knew I wanted to upgrade the kitchen to a more modern look. We decided to find a granite counter top to match with our darker wood cabinets. We found the perfect top, with little flecks of red that matched perfectly. We couldnt get what we wanted from anyone else in Colorado. We even came out a little below our budget for the counters. Now I need a company that can offer us the same great experience for our next project - the bedroom.
This place is great, just expect to wait weeks for your order. Also, they have a habit of not answering the phone. Great quality and unique product selection.
I am in the process of planning a complete master bathroom remodel. I went into Bath & Granite to get some help and ideas. There were 4 people behind the counter and no one acknowledged my presence or even said hello. I will take my business elsewhere.
We have purchased from bath and granite for several of our remodeling projects. Price, service, and quality are great. We will keep going back when needed.
We finished our basement a few months ago, and we bought most of what we needed for our bathroom and our bar top from this place.1. Shower2. Toilet3. Vanity & Sink4. Tile for shower5. Towel bars7. Faucet, drain8. Lazy Granite for bar9. Top mount sink for barI think we spent about $2,000 there. Im very pleased with EVERYTHING. Id say we saved at least $1,000 from buying similar stuff from Home Depot, and the staff was very helpful. I highly recommend them.
I ordered all of my materials from here. Service was great helping me pick out my tile and vanity and granite top and accessories. The 1st part of the order went great. However when I picked up my vanity the top and a chip and it wasn’t texturized the way I felt it should have been. The chip was fixed and re textured. Then I got it home and put it together. The shelf was cut incorrectly to fit the sink and the flip down drawer does not close. I called the company and was told the James Martin will not fix the problem and can I cut a bigger hole so it will fit. Well I don’t think I should have to do that when I have spent so much money on this vanity. Nor should I have encountered these problems with this piece of expensive furniture. I have called several times and have not received a callback on the follow up of my issuesI’m not sure I will retuned to this company for my next project master bathroom remodel. Not too happy with this outcome.
Very nice and helpful staff. When you walk in, they have a tablet for signing in. Then you can just browse until they text you that its your turn. Really efficient and awesome.
We had Bath and Granite install a frameless shower door for our newly remodeled bathroom. After taking 4 weeks for our custom panel to arrive (when it was promised in half that time), I had to call to check on the panel. Turned out they had it and never contacted me. The shower door didnt fit (which they measured) and we had to try another door. Again, I had to call to check on install. After another door didnt fit, again, I had to call to check on the status. When I called and asked to speak to a manager, he was not available. We finally got it installed and fit nicely after almost 3 long months. We never received an authentic apology for all the inconvenience from anyone.
Darcy was the best. He knew that we had never purchased a granite countertop before and he walked us through the entire process - showing us all of our options; where we could visually see how our granite choice would look with our countertops and flooring and walked us out to the warehouse so we could find the exact piece we wanted. He even stayed after hours to make sure we were satisfied with our choices.
We just had our bathroom and kitchen renovated and we were able to get it all done here! I was able to pick out matching cabinets, countertops, and faucets all in one go! Everyone was very knowledgable and pleasant, they made every step simple and smooth! Their showroom has a wide variety of selections to preview and choose from, it was almost intimidating. But in the end I was matched with the perfect setup and I couldnt be happier. I will definitely be returning when I redo my flooring. I highly recommend checking it out!
I discovered Bath and Granite while surfing the web. Then i finally made a visit there and was i ever glad i did. Great show room and very helpful people like Dechen. I was very pleased with her great people and technical skills. And also her patience and resourcefulness. And last but not least is the pricing and quality. I could not beat it anywhere else in metro Denver! We are doing a major remodel of our master bath and when we get most everything else completed, we will also be buying one of their frameless showers which, like everything else, is top notch quality at the best price you can find. Although I know i am rather fussy and not easy to please, i can honestly recommend Bath and Granite without any reservations to family and friends.
I own a home in the lower highlands that was built about 40 years ago and last got remodeled in the 90s.I remodeled my master bath most recently. I got all the tile, cabinets, countertop, and glass from here. The designer at Bath & Granite helped me pick everything, laid it all out for me, and gave me no pressure to buy. I shopped around for a week and found their pricing was the same or better as everywhere else I was looking.I made my order, picked everything up about a month later, and that was it. If any of you have suffered the pain of a remodel before youll understand the value of this place after youve ordered. If youre remodeling a kitchen or bath, this is the best place to go in Denver.
Best sales staff, so helpful. Great prices for quality products. Second purchase recently. Will definitely use them again.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! Walked in, I was the only one there. The young man behind the desk didnt even acknowledge me. When I asked a question, he seemed annoyed that I was pulling him away from his phone. Same experience in the bath/shower showroom in the adjacent space. I drove almost a half hour to this place, only to be treated very poorly. What a waste of time, do NOT waste yours as well!
We bought a vanity and a granite countertop and it was install by Bath and Granite. The installers were great but when the facets were installed we realized the hole on one side of the sink was off 1/4” from the edge of the sink consequently the drain handle would not work as it hit the backsplash. And the drain hole on the sink was not finished for the drain to sit flush. I called and the fabrication manager said the holes were done correctly and to just fill in the drain with plumbers putty. If the holes were drilled correctly why is one hole farther from the sink than the other sink? They were no help . They didn’t even send any people to look at it. I will never recommend them or use them again. It is all fixable but they don’t care. They are right and the customer is wrong. Stay far away from them. Go to a reputable dealer where customer service means something.
Nice stone shower basin and glass enclosure! Poor after sale service. A manager helped us pick everything out, did a great job. Once the sale was going to happen however we were charged a higher tier for the stone shower floor we purchased. We walked back in after reviewing the receipt and he did not seem happy about having to provide a credit to fix HIS mistake, no sorry. When we stopped to pick up the order we were not provided everything we paid for. Figured this out when time to start the install 2 months later. I call and am told that instead of shipping it to us wed need to make the drive ourselves to pick it up or pay for them to ship it to us. Shipping it to us would have cost them $5 and kept a customer from posting this crappy review.
This place is pretty cool. Im a new homeowner so Im pretty green when it comes to dyi projects. the staff was super helpful so far and I cannot wait to install my new vanity and countertop!
We came in while back and found that they had an excellent selection of granite marble just about everything and anything I needed. customer service whent snoothly even had help designing my kitchen and island. And the prices felt just right for the job would love to come back again if i even have any issues or new projects.
Scummy company as far as Im concerned. Get this, Ive never heard of this company in my life and today I get SPAM email from them - but thats not the rub. The rub is that they actually put the following footer in the email:Copyright © 2018 Bath & Granite, All rights reserved. You signed up on our websiteI never signed up for anything, never went to their site and I never gave the email address they sent this to them nor did I give them permission to SPAM me. This tells me right away that this company should change their name to STAY AWAY because you can bet Ill never darken their doorway and will now review this everywhere possible.Hey Bath & Granite, you do realize that subscribing people to your list without their permission is illegal right? Dont take my word for it, hopefully the secretary of state can give you a lesson on it.
Im happy I found this place. I saved $800 on my shower glass remodel using their glass system compared to another glass companys quote. Im definitely recommending my friends and family to shop here!
The sales staff was knowledgeable and helpful. My vanities even came a little earlier than the lead time they gave me. Overall really satisfied.
Home Depot and Lowes didnt have anything I liked. I stopped in at Bath and Granite, they had a huge selection of bathroom vanities. I found exactly what I was looking for, the quality was superb, and the people were great! Awesome experience overall.
Fast and in stock. Bring your checkbook or debit card. 2% charge to use Visa.
No customer service.went to purchase as a walk in and was COMPLETELY IGNORED.e-mailed my concerns and NOBODY responded!would give a lower score but not possible on this site.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
For the required very custom Quartz top, sink and very specialized size and offset dimensions, these guys have the best quality for the price and not requiring 3 weeks to manufacture like the other higher end retail outlets we shopped. 6 days to fabricate with stunning results.
They have a great variety of products. Dechen was very helpful with our renovation and was knowledgeable about all the products.
Don’t DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!It started fine, we loved our sales rep. Deychin was so helpful and nice. She took her time worked well with us. Extremely responsive and helpful. We had a gentleman come out and measure a shower door opening for us. He was on time, polite and was informative. Back to Deychin who was happy to help and take our order and credit card info. Three weeks later the glass arrives and that’s when everything went south. We had a hard time getting in touch with anyone to setup an installation time, finally we had a team come out after four weeks to install. It went from bad to worse. The glass that was measured by their professional was cut incorrect at the glass manufacture. Was in formed the glass would be reordered and rushed out to us in a week. That turned into two weeks. Bath and Granite gave me the phone number to the installer to call and come back and finish my job because they couldn’t reach him. Found out that he had parted ways with Bath and Granite because of issue just like this. Well he was a good man and did this last job for BNG. The new glass was scratch when manufactured. We had him install it and if you can imagine it got worse with this company. They argued with me about for a week and finally decide to reorder. Four months later they still haven’t finished the correct install. Nobody from BATH AND GRANITE WILL NOT RETURN MY CALLS AND THE STORE MANAGER WONT RETURN A CALL OR SAY THEY ARE SORRY. That is why I’m writing this review. Sure the front end of the deal was great. That’s why they got one star. We have found a lot of other places in the Denver metro area to do business with remodels that stand by their work.Disappointed
Horrible experience! I waited a week for a template appointment. On the day of the appointment, I received a call from Bath & Granite, saying that the templater was on his way and he would be at my home 1 pm. I was home exactly at 1 pm. I waited for an hour and no templater. Finally, I called Bath & Granite and was told that the templater had just finished a job and was on his way. Another 15 minutes later, I called again and waited 10 minutes for the manager, Jeremy, to get on the line. He told me that templating appointments are set as windows. He offered no explanation as to why I was told that the templater would be there exactly at 1 pm. Then when I responded that I am not happy, Jeremy told me that he could just cancel my appointment and I could go somewhere else. Clearly, this is a company with no interest in their customer or customer service! Run!
I had a great experience with this company. I got Lazy Granite tiles for my kitchen countertop, and they turned out amazing. For the price, I cant believe how amazing my kitchen looks. Ill definitely come back here when I need to remodel my bathrooms.
Great selection and service . . . We love our new counters and will also be getting our tile from these guys.
Disappointing all around. We purchased a bathroom vanity and custom marble top from Bath and Granite. We should have realized it would be a poor experience right from the start when the employees seemed more interested in looking at their phones than helping us. When we had an issue and had to contact them to get it resolved, it took repeated calls /voice mails and emails. Very unresponsive. And when I came to pick up the revised sink. the backsplash had an obvious chip in it. The only customer focused person was Robert in the warehouse. There must be better options out there.
These guys dont know the meaning of customer service. I bought a vanity and mirror from them in May. The mirror didnt arrive until NOVEMBER. The supposedly had trouble with their supplier. Funny, their web site says their stuff is made here in CO. I had to keep calling them to see the status of the mirror, and they never tried to make it right with me. I eventually demanded a refund until the new mirror arrived. They wrote a check but never sent it. The mirror actually did arrive 2 weeks later (still no check in the mail), and I agreed to pay for it, for some reason, because they showed me a carbon of the check. When the check still didnt arrive I took up the duplicate charge with my credit card, and wouldnt you know it, it showed up. We then had a week of calls from them, Well cancel the check and refund your card.....No, please deposit the check so we dont have to refund the card. They seem incompetent at the most basic customer service and financial transactions. Ill never go there again.
I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! We had to remodel our rentals kitchen and two bathrooms and Thank God for Bath & Granite. Not only do they have a variety of options to choose from which were more cost efficient than Lowes or home depot. Dechen? (Im not sure if I spelled that right) was very helpful in helping me decide what I need and what I was looking for. Thank you soo much!! My husband loves everything! This is a best place to go in Denver, great prices and many options.
I am the owner of a well established general contracting company on the front range. I recently ordered 10,000.00 worth of cabinets and granite from Bath and Granite. There were many issues with both the cabinets and granite which cost me $645.00 to remedy. The owner of Bath and Granite, Sacha, wrote us a refund check for 645.00 to cover these expenses which was very much appreciated right up until he stopped payment on the check. Save yourself a lot of headache and shop somewhere else. In 20 years of contracting I have never run across a worse company. I will be taking Sacha to court to recover my costs.
I bought my granite countertops here. Its in the industrial area of Denver, so its not the nicest area, but its fine. The staff was helpful. Prices are just okay.
Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I was worried based on another review the staff would be bored and distracted, but this wasnt the case at all. The selection is vast and of great quality.
I was expecting a much better selection. Really nothing any other store would not have.
Misleading advertising, they are pretending to be their competitors in order to steal business.Showroom is virtually impossible to access at this point in time as well.
If you care even one modicum about your shower experience, then go to Bath & Granite for Less. My custom shower is awesome and they had the exact glass doors that I wanted. I will be back here when I build my next house.
I called the Denver showroom this morning and was on hold . I decided to email them instead, and hung up. Within just a couple of minutes, one of the representatives called me, having seen that they missed a call from me. I call that pretty great customer service!
Nice show room bad service.Only talk to a desiner or installer.front desk help sucks!!!They do have nice products if they instale.Over priced for the used products and service help can order anything you want even if it dont work. Like a sink drain. HelloPlease send me the owners name ill come in next week to speek with him. Before i blast this out .Ive been building/remodeling for 30years. And im not impressed.
We went here to purchase two bathroom vanities, on our contractors recommendation, but when we arrived we encountered the most incompetent sales man. He only introduced himself to my husband and when I introduced myself he gave me a slight nod of acknowledgment, not a good start. We had already walked their very small showroom but he insisted on giving us a tour which was a joke as he kept talking away from us and so low that I could barely hear him. We told him we already knew what we wanted, but he seemed to have a script that he was not going to deviate from, so we entertained it for a minute. My husband and I are not new to remodeling and are pretty knowledgeable when it comes to construction, as we have both been in and around the industry for 20+ years. This place needs to get its act together and train their sales people on basic customer service. We ended up walking out. I doubt we will ever return here.
It makes me feel great when I find local businesses that take it to the next level. Great products, great customer service, I couldnt be happier that I found this place.
I whole-heartedly agree with the other 1 star ratings. Dont give these guys business. Just bought a bathroom vanity from them. They pushed the date it was supposed to be done by three times. Finally go to pick it up, and by the time Im taking inventory of everything realized that the only hardware they gave us was 3 L braces (no bolts/screws etc.., no directions) to mount a FLOATING vanity that was given to us in two pieces. And they didnt even cut the sinkhole. AND they refused to correct ANY of it when it was pointed out. Youve seriously messed up when I paid twice Ikea prices assuming Id get craftsmanship. And instead I get no instructions, missing hardware, and having to make custom cuts myself. Newsflash if I was going to make cuts in wood what the hell am I doing going to you guys in the first place?Update 10/11: These guys have major nerve. After going back and forth for days, they agree to do a discounted install for $100 IF I take down this review (understandable, if they actually address things I can see them wanting that) but then wanted us to agree to a 5 star review before theyd done any work. Once again these guys hugely miss the mark on customer service. You cant extort a good review for doing things that largely should of already been done. Food for thought, how many of their good reviews have they extorted from other desperate customers? At this point Im over it, Ill pay more for someone else to cut the holes, bolt it together, go out and get the missing hardware, and install it just so that money goes to people who actually do their job the first time. Also, FYI, these guys dont make their own cabinets and counters, its all outsourced and shipped back to them. Get actual craftsmen to make your stuff, rather than an overpriced showroom.Update 10/23 - If youre not happy well threaten you with bad linkedin reviews!:From: Sasha ShternDate: Mon, Oct 23, 2017 at 3:10 PMSubject: Re: Installation InstructionsTo: Shavon CaldwellHi Shavon, I left you a voicemail last week saying that it felt pretty weird to have you writing about me online as we were talking. I havent heard back from you via email nor phone.Thinking about what happened I feel like you and your husband were hustling us for free work. We delivered the product you paid for then you left us negative reviews until wed do additional work for free. The interaction left me feeling like I was being threatened and cheated.Im going to be making a post naming both of you as unethical people to work with. Ill probably write it as a linkedin post later this week. Sorry it came to this.- Sasha
Fantastic customer service on multiple trips.
