Great place the gentleman there I belive he is also the owner was honest and very professional he really listened to what I needed for a vehicle and was not just trying to sell me just anything that he had on the lot and thats very rare these days especially from used car sales people. 1000% I would recommend visiting this dealership for your next vehicle purchase I definitely will be going back once I make up my mind on what I want. Great place just got my 2nd car from them

(Cross Posted)Folks were professional and polite when we went to buy our car. Price seemed decent and things appeared on the up and up. The battery died less than 20 hours after we purchased the car, and they sent someone to replace it right away. Great.The car came without license plates, and when I wrote to them about it, they first insisted that there were plates under the temporary ones, even though I repeatedly told them there were not. Eventually I sent a picture proving there were no plates to which they replied not our problem. Extremely frustrating, as we paid E-Star for license and registration fees.The final straw is with the engine. After driving the car for just 2,334 miles, the engine seized and now needs to be completely replaced. The manufacturer wont replace the engine under warranty because the car was apparently in two prior accidents, which E-star did not disclose! (E-Star now insists that they didnt know, although the Carfax clearly states it.)E-Star assured us that there had been no previous damage and that the car had never been a rental. Turns out both of these things were false.They advised us not to purchase a warranty from them because supposedly the original factory warranty was still in play. Under California law, a used car dealer warranty is supposed to be free. We didnt know that at the time a they assured us that the original factory warranty was still valid.We have asked that they either pay the cost of the engine replacement OR buy the car back from us for our purchase price, since they failed to disclose the true history of the car. Between the license plate debacle and now this engine issue, the car has been inoperable for over a month.After multiple back-and-forth communications, E-Star still refuses to take responsibility. We are out $15,000 (and counting) and have no car.Do not buy a car from this dealer.

We went in for a used vehicle and were thrilled with the service and people. The vehicle was fairly priced, there was no pressure and the entire staff was friendly and personable. Purchased a 2003 BMW X5 with about 80k miles on it from here about 2 years ago. I just hit 125k with no issues outside of normal maintenance. I couldnt be happier with the deal I got. Very straight forward and honest. 2 years later and I couldnt be happier with everything. No pressure sale. Fair price. Very knowledgeable and honest. Next time I need a car I will give them a call. Pleasure doing business here.

Great service affordable luxury

I bought 13 Passat from e star in December. Made appointment came for test drive car was washed and ready for test drive. Checked at least 10 passages before them they had the cleanest and the cheapest one. Doing oil changes on time and driving it no problems at all. Will be back when I need another car.

We have been searching for a BMW X3 for a couple months. I found a fair priced X3 at E Star motors. After test driving and thoroughly inspecting the vehicle, Elshan happily ran a separate car fax to confirm that the vehicle was clean of accidents. He wouldnt budge on his price...but his no pressure and pleasant demeanor was a delightful surprise. The process of trading in my vehicle( which he gave us a honest price) and driving off the lot was effortless! I was very impressed by my experience and will definitely check this dealership out again when Im in the market to buy another vehicle! Thanks again Elshan!

I would give this dealership 0 stars if that were an option. We bought a 08 Lexus IS250 here with about 100k miles. We purchased warranty. Not even one week after purchase all the lights come on. The check system light is on, and big Triangle with explanation mark is there. The dealership wont make the lights go away or fix them. Theyre saying its a sensor issue. I took it to my local mechanic and theyre saying this car has millions of problems. From needing new axles to rebuilding the transmission. I tried contacting the dealership many times and they just dont seem to care. Worst used car dealers ever. Dont lose your money here.
