They have billed BCBS for 10 monthly visits but been here only for initial equipment delivery. Calls are transferred to National number and then transferred back to message machine. Cannula, hose and oxygen generator filter haven’t been replaced in 10 months. Don’t use.
I had a prescription from my doctor for my medical needs . And Apria denied me, not my insurance or Doctor! Apria healthcare is playing God. Please do not use this company they dont send your medical supplies for 6 - 8 weeks and it takes several calls to get what you need . Everyone at this place is rude and they hang up on you and will not answer your questions. You are your own health advocate, this place will not help you in anyway. Do yourself a favor and use a different company.
