My experience at Toyota of Fayetteville was the best car buying experience ever! I went in knowing what I wanted, model, color, etc. But the salesman showed me a vehicle that he thought I might like. Oh, I failed to mention that he spotted me a mile away and walked that whole car lot in the hot sun to see what he could do to help me and my friend find what we were looking for. Unfortunately, I was being one of those bullheaded buyers that thought they knew better. But he graciously and patiently pointed out more factors of the vehicle that would be advantageous for me. He even offered to let me take the car and drive it to see if I might change my mind. Boy, did I ever change my mind! Thanks to his patience and encouragement, I made the best decision to buy this car! I love it! The model, the color, etc. Well, I save his name for last, so that you the reader would remember his name! Go in and ask for Mark Jones with Chevrolet, but he can sell you ANY car. You will be glad you did! I certainly am beyond grateful that Mark was the one to help me get the car I needed! I bought a Toyota Tacoma from them and drove it for less than a week and realized that I did not like it and it would not support my work or my lifestyle so I immediately brought it back and asked if they could do anything to get me into a different vehicle. Chad Campbell the sales manager and should be that it was no big deal and that they would get me into another vehicle with no money down and that was not the case I was blatantly lied to and then I was given the runaround for 3 days on top of never receiving a phone call back. Wound up in a heated conversation where I was pushed off pretty much from the entire transaction to the point where I had to walk away nothing accomplished if I could give zero Stars I would I was able to go to a lower end dealership and get exactly what I wanted for less I would not use Toyota Fayetteville
The staff, My two salesman and finance manager were awesome. It’s been a long time since I bought a new car at a dealership. I didn’t feel pressured and I really liked that. They made what I wanted to happen happen and I left happier then I’ve been in a while.The only reason for not giving the fifth star is because I had to wait until the following saw to take delivery of my vehicle because it needed to be detailed still. No problem, I assumed. I work at a car lot myself so I didn’t think a detail would take too long and I could probably just come get it in my lunch break the next day. Oh no…. It ended up taking until at least 6:30 pm.I wasn’t pleased. I kinda was let down by the service after the sell.However, overall, I’m pretty happy and would probably go back as well as send a friend.
Working with the sales guys Dom and Austin was awesome. They were very helpful and accommodating. The only negative was the one finance guy Justin. He was not that great and doesnt listen very well. Otherwise would be a 5 star review.

First time buyer. I went in knowing what car I wanted, what kind of lease and how much I could put down. Wasnt expecting to actually buy because I couldnt imagine a good deal for my situation. But I got a lot of help and informative direction on what to get and what kind of payoff plan to go with from Donnie Little, who genuinely seemed focused on putting customers first and making me comfortable with the drive off experience. Got signed up for insurance as well, same visit, three hours altogether. Really went in expecting disappointment since Ive always felt discouraged about the car buying experience but the more people I tell about it the better I feel, like theyll probably give you a good deal. Doug Henslee was great to work with and is a very nice salesperson and represents the dealership well. My trade in was valued a little less than at other dealerships...but they did work with me in other areas to achieve almost the same deal.They also had the exact truck I was looking for on order and I was able to get it when it came into the lot the next day. In this covid-inventory-problem-era that was a big difference for me.I also like the fact their service department takes appointments! My local Toyota dealership will not and for that reason alone I may very well drive an hour to let Toyota of Fayetteville do the services.

This was my very first car shopping experience, and it couldnt have been better. Nemo helped me and he was amazing; I went in with an idea of what car I wanted and he went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly that. They were sold out of RAV4s at the time, but Nemo hunted several down until we found one that had all the features I wanted. What couldve taken a month or longer took only a week! Went to look at a used truck, was not much to look at due to the shortage of new vehicles. Decided I would look at new since the were the same price as used . From the time I arrived only one sales person approached me .His name is Mike, he was very easy to talk to, and was not pushy, which I appreciated greatly.

Everyone has that ideal car that theyre always searching for. For me that was a Toyota Highlander AWD XLE, black on black with mid-row captains chair and mileage under 25K. These are hard to come by and do not last on the lot long. I was fortunate enough to find one with this dealership and my sales rep Solo Thao went out of his way to hold the vehicle for me as well as get me a great deal on my trade in. It took almost a week to get all the paperwork finalized but Solo and his team were very patient. My family and I love our new vehicle. We will definitely be repeat customers.
Update: Glenn Gibbs (General Manager) reaches out to express his concern and apologies for the mishap. On his dime, he had a driver come to OKC to pick up the vehicle, fixed the items listed below, and delivered it back to me!!! Glenn was super helpful and i can’t say enough about his willingness to help!! 5 STARS TO GLENN!!!!!!!I found the vehicle that my wife had been looking for at this dealership. I spoke to a salesperson and confirmed details about the vehicle and we agreed on a price. I committed to rent a car and drive 4 hours to get there because it was the perfect vehicle for her. It is a 2018 Certified Toyota Sequoia Platinum in black. After committing resources, time, and expenses getting there; i find damage on the vehicle to the front bumper, hail on the roof and rear lift gate. I addressed this with the salesperson and a manager but the only thing they would do is give me $200 discount from what we agreed to. I was put in a position of Take it or Leave it. Not Good Business.I had much invested being far from home and my rental car returned and with limited vehicle available in the marketplace, i chose to purchase it.I am headed into the finance department to give them my check and was then told that the salesperson would call the previous owner to see if they had the second set of keys. I told the salesperson that a Certified vehicle is supposed to have 2 sets. He said that was incorrect. While in finance i had to sign the checklist for certification and the list said it has 2 keys. They had checked the box stating it did have 2 sets. I kept a copy and when i left the finance department, the salesperson said that the previous owner had lost the keys a year ago or so. I showed him the checklist saying it says it has 2 keys and he said he would talk to his manager. A week later i received a call saying that if i went and paid for it, they would reimburse me. Fine, but it should have been taken care of already.With all this said, i am curious if the vehicle was ever even Certified? The key problem is 1 indicator, the hail damage is another, the front bumper damage is the 3rd.Since, i have called Toyota as well as another friend that runs a Toyota store. The friend stated that a damaged bumper, hail damage, and no 2nd key; it doesn’t qualify for Certification unless repaired.I bought Toyota Certified due to its reputation and fell that i have been let down.Brad

Cole Reed was ABSOLUTELY the best salesman I have ever encountered. He was so personable and enjoyable to be around. He does not pressure you and is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and inventory. He showed me EVERY possible feature on my 2021 Toyota Highlander. He also helped me sync my phone with the car, as well as download apps on my phone to assist me (as let’s just say, I am not that technical) NO other sales person has ever gone above and beyond like he did. Please go see this man if you are shopping for a vehicle. I promise you won’t regret it. Top Notch for sure.

They even followed me to my house because I had sold my old Toyota online and needed a way to get that car home as well when picking up my new one. :) They went above and beyond. The sales process was very good. Salesman was informative and worked very well with the whole experience. But in the finance department it is always another sales pitch with the add on warranty. We were told one thing then after we signed on the bottom line then it’s “Well it’s not quite that way, it works this way” and “Well yes it is only this much a month but the price you pay total is this” Then it is a little late because you’ve already signed. I have bought two other vehicles from the auto mall and it’s the same each time. The last time I even had the sales price I agreed on switched. I ended up paying about $2000 more then I agreed to. When I asked the finance guy at Acura, we bought a used car, about the numbers he told us that those numbers were not what I paid but just numbers for their end. Flat out lied to me and my wife. After I received the paperwork in the mail I found out the real price I paid. That’s why you don’t hand people paperwork there. You give them a memory stick so they can’t see what they actually paid. The whole finance part is just “ don’t bother reading it, we’ll send you a copy in the mail “ Just sign here. Slick operating
Despite that Toyota of Fayetteville does not regularly handle Audi cars, our salesperson Austin Galloway took the time and initiative to research and learn about the car he was showing us. Austin demonstrated the features and functions of the A8 so well I was able enjoy driving it right away.The detail department needs to pay attention to detail when preparing a car for a sale. I was disappointed in the condition the car was in when I was handed the keys and had to return to Toyota of Fayetteville the next day unfortunately. However, I would not hesitate to ask Austin Galloway to help find me the next car.
Toyota of Fayetteville treated us well in the past when servicing our FJ, but buying the 2021 Tacoma proved they also know how to sell professionally! Dom and the staff made buying the new truck fun, which is how it should be!
I came in to test drive a 4 Runner and they didnt have the exact model/color that I wanted. Glen went out of his way, above and beyond, to make sure that I was happy and got exactly what I wanted. Luckily, Chad found the model I liked at a different dealership and Barry went the extra mile, literally, on his day off and drove to pick up the 4 Runner and bring it back. When I came in to pick it up they had it spotless and a full tank of gas. Barry sat down with me and went through every aspect of the vehicle before I left to make sure I knew how to work everything. He also gave me his business card before I left and made sure I knew if I had any questions I could contact him at any time and he would help. Cole Reed went above and beyond to make sure my dramatic self was taken care of and happy in the end. Justin was able to get us financed by advocating for us, and I thank him for his approach.Buying a car isn’t always this glamorous fun experience, but these guys really made it as painless as possible and I cannot thank them enough.

Pulled into the Toyota device bay to get my tires checked and waited over 5min for someone to help me. Three service staff were standing around chatting with each other doing nothing and one even turned his back to me when he saw me slowly moving forward in the car trying to get their attention.Service is typically good but not today. Disappointingly poor.

I m approaching this evaluation from the perspective of an educator, as I have taught careers and work ethic for 22 years. Besides teaching, as Internship Coordinator, I managed an average of 40 Interns in their placements each year. The program focused on self-management, teamwork, & problem solving.... Josh was a great salesman. He listened intently in regard to my needs, related well to them, and addressed all of them - plus anticipated more. His negotiation skills were “right on” with Chad the sales manager (who, also, worked well with him and me - in getting me in the right vehicle).At one point, during the sale process, Josh was called away to attend to another matter. He handed me over to another sales person - leaving me in capable hands, with like skills.... Austin is a delightful young man; very personable, attentive, informative, patient, and a team player. He has initiative, and is quick to problem solve - of his own volition - or to seek assistance when needed. After my purchase, I was pleased with the time he took to help me understand the features of the car - and was glad that he made recommendations/advice in regard to them. (I was impressed with his life goals, as well.)... Rodney, in the financial department, assisted me well in navigating through the purchase process. He, too, was personable, helpful, and efficient - in the explanation of warranties which are offered through the company - and accommodated me by staying after regular hours.
I’ve been taking my Toyota Tundra to a dealership closer to my home. I haven’t been happy with the service there and decided to give Fayetteville Toyota dealership a chance. From the first conversation to the time I left the dealership they far out performed their local competition in my opinion . Trenton is the name of the gentleman that I spoke with from setting the appointment to paying for the services . They informed me of services that I will need in the future but not at this time . I will be driving an hour round trip from now on just to get the great service they provide.

Nemo and Chad were so great! I had JUST bought a 2021 RAV4 in May, and before I could make my 1st payment a guy comes over the double yellow and hits me, totaling my car. I went right back to see them again and even with very little inventory because of the chip shortage, they helped me by looking to see what was coming in and I was able to pay a deposit on my 2021 Blueprint and Midnight Black RAV4 Hybrid. They kept in touch with me to let me know when it was due to ship and when it had shipped and when it came in. They made sure I was comfortable operating everything and even called a few days later to check on me to see if I had any questions about my new car. I have found my Toyota family! Thank you guys for being so customer oriented!

I was going through my first car-buying experience and Doug Henslee made the process so smooth and easy. In the beginning, I was exploring multiple dealerships, but Toyota of Fayetteville was the only one that was consistent with communication. Doug was so helpful and made sure I got everything I wanted.
Their actual service on the vehicle is fine, but thats about it. Service people are kind of rude as they ignore you for 10 minutes before coming to help you. Even while helping you, they seem irritated by the fact that theyre having to help you.They seem more interested in selling cars than maintaining cars they sold. I also own a Honda and an Acura and the service departments at those Fayetteville Autopark dealers are better.

Let me start out by saying that me and my husband were way over due for a new vehicle. Meaning the van we pulled up in had definitely seen better days. We originally went to the Rogers Toyota were a salesperson immediately approached us. We told him we would call later and schedule a test drive. He did not return calls or text and after the first test drive he did a high pressure sales pitch on a vehicle he new we did not want. We tried to contact this person multiple times to order a vehicle, but I guess it was a waste of his time.We were bummed, but I decided to call Fayetteville and see if they could help us. We were so lucky to have Cole Reed answer the phone. He was relatable, friendly and most important prompt to respond. Im not the easiest customer when making such a large purchase. He found our dream car within a day. Drove 4 hours there and back to have it to us the very next day! Something I was previously told would take several months. We are so excited about our new vehicle and amazed how something that started out as a bad experience, could be turned around so easily with kindness and determination. Its been a month since we purchased from him and he still periodically calls to make sure everything is going well. The entire staff that I encountered at this location went out of their way to assure this experience went as smooth as possible. He immediately text me his number where I was able to send him trade pictures and he sent me pictures of the Tacoma I wanted along with the purchase order. Went after work he had it gassed up and windows already tinted. The experience was full of positive energy the first call to last one. I highly recommend Austin and his sales manager Daniel was just as awesome he came over and sat with us through the process and I didn’t have to worry about him thinking he was better than everybody else by hanging out behind some glass window. Very good. I picked my service appointment time online and it was quick and simple. They even rinsed the mud off my vehicle and threw away the few pieces of trash I had in my floorboard.

This dealership is on fire in the best sense. The inventory was fantastic. They had the car of our dreams, we made a great deal, and all this was done in one day! It was an amazing dealership, clean, professional and fully stocked. It was so worth the short drive to Arkansas!PS...It has been several days since our RAV4 was purchased at Fayetteville Toyota, and I now realize what really made the biggest impact on me as a customer. Two names come to mind, HUNTER COURTNEY and DANIEL LANEY. I first encountered Hunter online and I told him that I had a very specific request. I had been looking for this vehicle in four states. Hunter immediately looked up his inventory, since it is a huge dealership, and within a few minutes found exactly what I wanted. I gave him an offer and before long I received a call from the sales manager, Daniel Laney. A deal was struck without an aggressive sales pitch, and trust was established. Hunter took over and walked us through the process and answered all our questions with ease. He had the deal written up and the RAV4 was cleaned and gased . I would recommend this buying experience to anyone who is out there wondering where to go or who to trust. They came through for us when numerous other dealerships were unable.

I saw the vehicle I was interested in (at this dealership) which was included in a search on Carfax & listed for $24,589 as the price. So I confirmed that it was still available over the phone & headed off on a 2 hour drive to see it (in Fayetteville from Tulsa). When I got there on 5/25 the vehicle was there waiting for me, BUT they refused to honor the price on Carfax & said they couldnt help what other sites printed, they had no control of that. However, its interesting that the price on Carfax now has been updated to their new price of $25,477...hmmm, I wonder who changed that price (that they have no control over)? When I got there the CX-5 was beautiful except for a few areas. The brakes looked like they were cement blocks. According to them its because it came from New York & the brakes were just pitted from the salt & chemicals that comes from driving through snow & ice conditions. It was UGLY (with the pitted brakes), it looked like the brakes were made of cement material. Also, there was a lot of rust in the undercarriage & brake/wheel area, which was never disclosed to me. They (the sales manager Trayan & the salesman Ed) acted like there was nothing unusual about the brake & rust conditions & was a problem only in my head. They were totally not concerned & not willing to negotiate because of it OR to correct the problem. And they expected me to pay $25,477 (the price they wanted to charge me instead of matching the advertised price of $24,589). One other area of concern in the vehicle is that it appears that the previous owner probably had dogs. (I have a couple of dogs so I recognize the signs.) The back of the 2nd row seats were shredded from dogs scratching on it. Again, no one in the dealership thought it wasnt a problem. The salesman Ed said you could probably just get a scissors & trim the excess off. What? I should pay their full price & then have to fix the problem myself...just like with the brakes...they told me I could probably take it to a sandblaster & get all the salt & chemical effects off. Really? Pay your switched up price AND then have to pay a lot more money to FIX the problems? Its also interesting that as soon as my salesman Ed heard that I had a husband, he got all flustered & kept saying...I didnt know you had a husband...I didnt know there was a husband, etc., & his attitude towards me changed dramatically. He was no longer interested in working with me, said are you ever going to be happy with this vehicle, in a very accusatory tone, grabbed all his papers & left the table. Really? Why wouldnt I be concerned about these flaws that Im paying over $25,000 to buy?....Is attitude just because Im a woman...a married woman? I was extremely excited about the CX-5 they had, but after the beating I took from the dealership & the attitude that I didnt deserve to have my concerns taken care of, I would NOT do business with them. It felt like they thought that they could play rough (& dishonestly) with me & as a woman I would just accept the bullying attitude & accept it all. But thats not how I am. After 4 trips from Tulsa to Fayetteville (2 hrs each way) I had the common sense to walk away. Again, I would NOT do business with them.
Very impressed by the quality of our toyota service yesterday. They even had a private driver take us back home while our car was being fixed and then drive us back to the dealership.

No upselling or trying to push me into another car. He worked with me on financing the whole way and at no time did I feel lost or apprehensive. Great car and great experience. The service department at Toyota Fayetteville is fantastic! The person handling the communication between the service techs and the customer is always professional and clear in their communication. There was plenty of room in the waiting area for me to sit safely (during a time of high Covid spread in our area) and work on my laptop.

Have always had good service from Toyota of Fayetteville. Service advisors have been professional and accommodating. This last experience has been frustrating and perplexing for me and service advisor Joe Reynolds. He is still trying to diagnose and remedy problem.
My car was towed in near closing. They got me all checked in quickly and fixed my car first thing the next day. Friendly, competent and Im driving my car again. Thank you, Toyota for taking care of me and getting me transportation while mine was being repaired.
