Ben Mynatt Chevrolet Cadillac has been my go to repair facility for several years. I have seen many changes, upgrades and updates over the years but the friendly people always remain. Drew in service was very helpful, he got my car in right away and explained what would be changed. Jackie in parts is always very polite and courteous. She had my part in stock and kept the repair rolling forward. I know we are living in crazy and uncharted territory these days and some people may not have as great of an experience as I did but this dealership is trying and doing their best to keep up with the changes.
I live in Virginia, called down there and worked with Brad Vail. He made everything smooth and easy. Showed up with my trade in and walked out with keys in hand. I think we can all agree that we have the car buying expensive but he made it a pleasure. He even worked with me to get a little bit more for my trade in. I would DEFINITELY go back to Brad and buy another vehicle from him!
Ben going for years always had great service would like to give 5 stars I cant this time. Justa week ago i Had a $550 dollar job done and was left stranded at a restaurant Due to my positive Cable wire to my starter Going to my Main fuse box Bolt Being left off of the terminal 🤔😒😒 It was at night and I didnt have much light to work with Im mechanically inclined to a degree so I was out at 11 at night fiddling under my hood just to get home..I eventually got the car started on my own and was able to get home the following morning I was able to see the issue which was the Bolt being left off of my fuse box terminal that fastens down the Positive cable .I was told the guy who worked on my car was world class.😒 I guess just not on my car. I was issued an apology by the manager he was stand up, but being stranded after getting your car from a dealership and Coughing up Half a Grand is not a good feeling.
This place is going down. First I rolled up to the quick lube oil change location. The first thing the guy says is “oil change is $85 and I just looked at him and hot out the truck and walked inside the office area. So I thought about how he approached me and I thought about it. So I wanted to leave at that moment and go else where to get my oil changed. I handed him a $15 coupon and it took them 10 minutes to decided if they wanted to accept it. I was really not feeling it at this moment and told them I was leaving to go somewhere else’s to get my oil changed. Shortly after giving them the coupon. Some guy comes up and tell me it’s ok to accept it. So since they had already stated that they had drained my oil. I had to mention to this guy, this will be my last time coming here for an oil change. I have been coming to Ben Mynatt for almost 15 years now and I will rather go to a place that appreciate my business and my hard earned money.
Great service from the time I dropped it off to the, time I picked it up. The vehicle looks great and the staff was very friendly. I will use them from now on for any service that I need.
My son had his car towed there due to a dead battery, Ben Mynatt Chevrolet employees service provider Drew was extremely rude over the phone staying “ there’s no free rides when asked how come the diagnostic was so expensive ($120.00) when the batter was clearly dead and they were told it was diagnosed prior for the emission problem, but it wasn’t the cost it was the rudeness by the service provider Drew who want even the person we ever dealing with it was Kimberly who was actually respect and very helpful. The dealership wanted me to pay $354.00 plus tax for a battery there but I got the same battery for $199 brand new I tried to speak with the manager but then he wasn’t any help nor did he care about my complaint, I’m positive nothing happened to either one of them but as a paying customer getting my son’s car serviced there I cannot support a dealership who doesn’t someone over choosing to go a different route because it’s less expensive for then yes it’s still was cheaper to pay the cost of the diagnostic and new battery but they didn’t have to diagnose anything because the vehicle told them what the issue was prior, the battery was too expensive so honestly we should not have been charged by the dealership, but that’s a life lesson and normally I don’t do these reviews but the manager didn’t help a bit.
By far the worst experience I’ve ever had, what should have been a 1-2 day max repair of a review mirror camera on a 2020 ZL1 turned into a 6 month and counting event.All because the mechanics want to cut corners and broke the main wiring harness, after sitting at the dealership for a month and them feeding us lies saying the parts on the way we contacted GM complaint and had my car back 2 days later. Took it to another dealership only to find out Ben Mynatt had glued the camera to the roof of the car resulting in having to have the roof repainted ($600 under warranty) and now it sits at the other dealership still waiting on parts because now they want to tell us its on back order.Oh and one of the Ben Mynatt service managers had the nerve to say it wasn’t his problem I didn’t have anything to drive for vacation, well boss when your mechanics break my car it absolutely is.Changed my View on Chevrolet that’s for sure. Pathetic Service.
I came in at 10:30 AM for an oil change and a heat diagnostic the technician never told me how long it would be, in fact they looked disinterested in checking me in. I leave my vehicle and I never receive a call from my technician? I decide to call about 3:45 the tech says hes unsure if theyve looked at my truck and its likely it will have to be left overnight, but he will call me back. He calls back and tells me the problem and states he doesnt think it will be completed by end of business so it will need to be left overvight. He then proceeds to call and say oh the tech was able to finish and now I can come pick it up. The work on my truck seems to be fine but the lack of communication and general unorganization leaves a lot to be desired. Ill take my vehicle to Parks going forward. I tried this dealership because its closer but Ive seen enough I wont service my vehicle here again unless it is absolutely mandatory.
Jeff Johnson was our personal guide through the decision making process. We had a lot of questions and took our time before we said yes to a new truck. He never Wavered while we mulled the decision. He showed great Patience and understanding of our needs in a sales person. His knowledge about the features and demonstration of each part of the vehicle was exemplary. We may have been his only client that day because we took our time but he never made us feel rushed. He made the experience pain free. We are pleased with the service we’ve received.
I had my company car serviced and they were amazing. Chris was great with calling me to get things set up with my company and what was wrong. It was done within a day. Chris was wonderful and friendly! Will definitely go back!

Best car buying experience EVER. I found a vehicle on the website on Wednesday. I called about it and they gave me an appointment to come in at 6pm on Thursday. They gave me great value on my trade and were clearly ready to sell me a vehicle. I was finished signing papers and walking out the door at 8:15pm. No hassles from anyone. Just smiles, friendly service and an emphasis on getting the deal done.

Took car in for service for oil change. I was told I needed rack and pinion replaced for $1500 dollars on car with less than 36,000 miles. Took car to another mechanic who put it on lift and showed us no concerns- other than spilled oil that had dropped from oil change in this area. I encourage others to always get a second opinion!
Our salesperson, Brad, was very attentive and listened to what we were looking for. Despite vehicle shortages on the day of our visit, he remembered us and called us when, miraculously, the vehicle we wanted appeared on the lot. We started paperwork over the phone, and by the time we arrived at the dealership to test drive the vehicle and seal the deal, everything was waiting for us, including a pre-approved finance deal with Carlos in financing. We quickly processed everything and drove away in our new Chevy Tahoe RST (in the white pearl color we wanted, plus the black leather interior with red sport stitching we didnt know we wanted but ended up loving). Fantastic experience.

I have never been disappointed with Ben Mynatt before. David is my “car guy,” as I call him. He is always very polite and personable. He takes interest in your life and values your time shrike learning your needs. I have never felt taken advantage of, or like he is trying to push a service on me that I don’t actually need. As such, I trust him with everything related to my car. If you need a place to get repairs done, or even just a state inspection, go to Ben Mynatt and ask for David. You really will not regret it. If David is busy, maybe try another team member. I have not personally had any of them work on my car, but I have spoken to them before. They are great at answering any questions without making it seem like they’re talking down to you. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Instead it was used as a ploy to get me on the lot to try and sell me a new car. Did not appreciate the sales team wasting an hour of my Saturday under the illusion they wanted to make me an offer.Service team gets 5 stars. Sales team gets zero.

The one thing I can say about Ben Mynatt is they have great service. My sales agent was Jerry Summers and he listened to everything I said I needed down to my budget. This was my first purchase however have driven a Pontiac or Chevrolet and always took my cars there for service. Today I went in to buy my first “mom” car and was helped by the great guy Antonio Alvarado. He help me through the in and outs and looked out for my situation to get me in the perfect car. It was overall a great experience to work with him and the receptionist at the front Miss Anna was great as well.
Had tires balanced and rotated. Tires were not inflated to same pressure on all tires. Wheel weight came off and was found in my driveway the next day.
The first person I came in contact with in parts (female not good with names)was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The 2 men in the service department never looked up while I was talking to them. One was on the phone talking about their evening meal and the other just ignored me.
I needed a door handle which also needed to be painted. I ordered the part which arrived when they said it would be available. I took it to the body shop to be painted and it was ready on time. Everyone involved did an outstanding job. Thank you.
I purchased two vehicles from here and this last transaction getting an oil change, then my truck washed, and wiper blades changed took almost 3 hours and things werent completed like they were supposed to be. On that note I have still yet to hear from the dealership about fixing my issues and problems.
The service writer took me at my appointed time ... What I saw as a 2 to 3 hour wait was only 2 hours ... All my needed service was routine maintenance items, but there were quite a few ... Lube and filter change, cooling system service- flush and new coolant, battery check, tire rotation, new air filter, transmission service- change of fluid etc and 27 point inspection ...
It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Their quality of work was worse than the actual damage.
Overall a good experience. Got home and found two pale spots in the paint on the trunk lid so had to drive an hour back to the dealership to have those buffed out. Probably something the dealership should have looked for and corrected before the sale.
I took my 2021 truck to fix it for the same problem 4 times already. and they still cant figure out the problem worse mechanics
We spoke with someone over the phone and made an appointment to see her so she could show us some vehicles. Upon arrival the salesman we spoke with informed us she was just the internet representative. They were the actual sales people that knew the information about the vehicles. After discussing details with the woman on the phone, she assured us that she could get us in the type of vehicle we wanted at or close to our price point no problem. We gave the same information to the salesman and he also didnt see any problem. He took some information and showed us a vehicle that matched the majority of what we were looking for. We were extremely surprised at how high the price was. He said he should be able to get us where we need. After the test drive we were all talking and decided to see some additional options. He showed us 3 additional options that were well above the initial vehicle. We decided to run the numbers on the first vehicle. It came out to over DOUBLE what we told them that we would be comfortable with. We left very upset and disappointed at the time wasted.
On 2/25/2021 my husband and I went to Ben Mynatt, for another Equinox LT, Adam Kayarianwas our salesman. Very nice young man and very accommodating in making sure to go over the options in the Equinox LT. This young man was very knowledgeable and explained every detail and option there was on the vehicle. He did such an awesome job that we left with the Equinox Premier. This was the best experience we have ever had buying a vehicle. I will go back to Ben Mynatt the next time for my vehicle. I strongly recommend Ben Mynatt in Concord for a pleasant experience buying a vehicle.

My vehicle is used in a management and logistical role within the 5th largest tire company in the US. It is a 2017 Chevrolet High Country 3500 dually. It currently has 292,000 miles on it and has never given me an issue. The reason is simply this, it is maintained by Steve Myers in your truck shop.Steve is one of a few mechanics that takes pride in his work and will not accept anything other than the best for his customers.My company has both fixed based shops and mobile mechanics for fleet services throughout the southeast, the southwest, the mid Atlantic and the upper mid west, but I choose to have my company vehicle serviced at this dealership because the service provided by Steve is impeccable and I do not tie up our diesel mechanics on a 1 ton truck. This decision is not based on conjecture but rather facts as we serve the largest fleets in the US, FedEx Freight, Estes Express, ABF, Southeastern Freightways to name a few.I would definitely recommend Steve to anyone of our customers. He is invaluable asset to your dealership and one that should not be taken for granted. I would categorize his performance, knowledge and work ethic as priceless!If your dealership were to expand the truck shop, permit Steve to hire additional mechanics and manage them, you would have more diesel work than you could imagine. That is my suggestion. At the moment he is one deep and when he is gone, the work may get done, but chances are it will not be done correctly and certainly not efficiently.Example, I had an injector issue, Steve was on vacation, another mechanic repaired the truck and approximately one month later, the injector almost came out of the engine because the bolt/bracket holding it in was not tightened nor torqued to spec and gravity was the only thing keeping the injector in the engine. I called Steve from western Tennessee described the noise I was hearing, let him listen to it. He checked the service record and diagnosed the issue over the phone. He advised me that it was ok to drive the vehicle back to North Carolina. Upon my return, I took the vehicle into to Steve and he showed me the issue and repaired it a no charge. This example depicts the necessity of expertise. He has it and that is exactly what your dealership needs to be successful in todays chaotic economy.Please share this narrative with Cindy Mynatt. She needs to know the value of Steve Myers.
This was my first time going to Mynatt for work. I have used Team Chevrolet for 25 years but have grown unhappy with them and needed a dealership I can trust. Mynatt was recommended by several and I thought I would try them. I made an appointment online for Monday morning the next week. I arrived 30 minutes early but that was okay because they didnt know I was coming. The wonderful Chevrolet online system didnt work right although it had emailed me a reminder. Ive had that happen at Team also. I got service advisor, Chris and after about 30 minutes he came to tell me what was wrong with my beloved Hank. They wouldnt have the parts to the next day and I asked if they had a rental or something and he arranged for me to take the worlds tiniest car. That was Monday, Hank was supposed to be ready Tuesday but it actually ended up being Wednesday because a part didnt come in, thats fine not a big deal cause I had the worlds tiniest car as back up. I was a bit disappointed that they didnt give Hank a courtesy wash after I spent $1500.00 but maybe that is only if your Chevy comes from there initially. The customer lounge is nice, little baby waters and diet pepsi but no regular pepsi the day I was there but they may never have it, I dont know. Bathrooms by the lounge were out of order but thats okay, more bathrooms upstairs.Chris, my service advisor kept me up to date about what was going on and assured me Hank was okay. All in all, it was an overall good experience, I took off one star for leaving Hank dirty not for anything to do with the work done.Chris was a great advisor. He is all buttoned up and professional but hes got this mystique about him, it kind of draws you in and makes you wanna know a little bit more about the man behind the advisor chair. By that I mean, in a friend way, I think he would be a great guy to hang out with, watch football games, etc. He seems a pretty even keel person which you definately need working with the public. Something Team Chevrolet hasnt learned yet!

Jeff was great. I researched around and this was the only dealership that had the exact car I wanted (trim package, color, etc). They made me a reasonable offer on my trade as well. Jeff made the process easy and enjoyable. The dealership was really clean and followed Covid precautions. Also, I noticed a small door ding on the car and Jeff worked to get it taken care of right there while all the paperwork was getting handled. Even though I live in Denver, I made the drive for my first service, and it was very quick and professional!
I scheduled my service appointment online which was very easy and allowed me to select a date and time that was most convenient. Upon my arrival, Chris checked us in quickly, with the comedic style I’ve come to expect. My daughter thinks he’s a comedian! My car was serviced in a timely manner and Chris discussed what repairs and/or service issues I need to prioritize in the upcoming weeks and months. As always, I had a great experience.
They have been great so far. I had my Silverado taken to their body shop for repairs after being in a wreck. They have kept me in the loop and talked with me as this process is transpiring. These photos taken day of wreck. Ill be posting more when job is completed. So you can see the finished out come. At tis point truck has been there a little over a week. The guys in the shop escorted me in talked with me about the parts that were and were not there yet. They have also let me change a few things a long the way. Super nice experience as of yet. I will continue to update photos a long the way.

Julian is one of the most professional, customer focused salespeople I have ever met. There was not a single hurdle he didnt work to overcome by taking full accountability and responsibility for every aspect of making the transaction seamless and easy for me. Me and my fiance went to look at a truck today. There was 1 person ahead of us looking at the truck. Apparently they couldnt get it so we were going to purchase it. We were at this dealership for 3 hours waiting. 1 hour of that was talking about the truck and the sales man getting all the information he needed since we worked out a price. Here we are waiting to go sign papers and a man comes in and tells us the first person looking at the truck can get it now because they have a cosigner. Mind you we have already been waiting around and was ready to sign papers when this happened an hour later. They decided to go back with the first person after they done made a deal with us. This was a very unprofessional and disrespectful way to do business. I will never buy from this dealership or recommend this dealership to anyone. Best believe I will spread this information to let everyone know how rude and unprofessional this place is!
1st time getting service here, needed vehicle serviced plus rotate and balance my tires, they did not have any paper floor mats to put in vehicle and also charged $75 to rotate and balance my tires (way to much), will not ever go back…..
Spent over 4000 and my car is still not fixed i have brought my car in and two days later still the same issue

I recently bought a 2020 sierra AT4 from here. The Experience was nothing short of fantastic. I flew in from out of state for this truck. I worked with Patrick before getting up there, to get everything straight before I flew in. I had pleasure of working with Antonio Alvarado once I got there, man was that guy awesome. He really knocked it out of the park with his service and professionalism. The entire dealership staff was super kind, just a really good all around Experience.
Scheduling the appointment was easy online. Went in and was attended fast and got a call on what the problem was and it was quick to have it fixed !
The car and everything was okay but when they detailed it they did a terrible job there was still glass shards in my trunk from when the window was replaced and I expected them to get that out and they did not and it didnt even look like they wiped down the steering wheel the car just smelled like hand sanitizer and that was it.

I had a bed liner added, rear wheel well covers and mud flaps added which took.6 days but when I went to pick it up the wrong running boards had been installed by a third party. I’ve been waiting another 5 days and am being told it will be “another week or 2”. The running boards are a standard option offered by Chevy and should have been in stock or available for a quick delivery. I resent being showed the running boards I wanted and having the dealer try to sell me on an aftermarket that “will last longer”.after they were installed. I will make another effort to expedite delivery today with a manager. To be continued...

Service was extremely fast, and the lady that worked with me also figured out what was my sensor problem with 1 look at my truck. The place was extremely clean and everyone was nice. 3 men in the bay also helped me with loading my 2 kids, diaper bag, and double stroller without a second thought!

Multiple times back in the shop the next day. Majority of the workers do not care and was treated like a bother. Called in the morning to have my car appraised while it was in the shop for an oil change. Came back later that day to pick it up and receive the estimate, only to be told they forgot but would have someone come talk to me. Spent 45 mins waiting to then later be told we were forgotten about and didn’t have time to deal with my business. I understand being short staffed, but you should never make your customer feel like they’re wasting the employee’s time. Was fully wanting to trade in my vehicle and walk out the door with a new or pre-owned truck, but definitely taking my business elsewhere.
